I needed to find a place that would make somewhat of an immunity blend, to help support getting through an illness. There are several options for smoothies in Jefferson Mid-County, South East Texas. After looking at several online options, and remembering orders from the past, I decided to give Smoothie King a try, here in Nederland, Texas. It was pretty simple to just go through the drive thru. I did have something in mind, but asked advice, and was rewarded with two good options to do. So I ordered both options. The staff was friendly and informative. It is really easy to navigate the parking lot to get to the business. Once I'm thru with this health challenge, I will be looking at their cold smoothie coffee options! Thank you!

I came in tonight to pick up an order that was placed ahead of time. The lobby was closed and it was only 815. I thought that their sign says they’re open till 9 PM. So I had to wait in a long line with everybody. Other than that, the place is great.

Girl was very rude. Smoothie king off Nederland Ave in Nederland Texas. I asked to add a bowl to my order and she changed her attitude real quick. Like I was a problem. Its 737 in the am. Its not busy.

Previous experiences have been good. But today and last time smoothies. We're chunky and not being made right. I always get vegan mango kale. I'm assuming these are new employees that need to be trained better on certain smoothie recipes.

Staff is Awsome, make the best smoothies. New prices, no more $5 Fridays. Smoothies now are so expensive due to price changes, I hope he didn't just price himself out of business. I still love smoothies but can't afford them.

First off they have great smoothies. However the trying to use the app they aren't very accommodating when issues pop up nor do they honor advertised deals. Most locations will help if something is wrong on the poorly designed app but this location basically gave me a shrug and an oh well.

I went to order from drive thru at 1/21/23 845pm. the lady rudely said they took the last customer, which was a white f150. i moved out the way, another vehicle, a grey suv, pulled up and was allowed to order even though the woman said that was the last order when she was talking to me. poor customer service and favoritism. shameful. reporting to manager and corporate

What is it with the attitude?!? Very rude and sometimes condescending. Like theyre doing me a favor. I'm a regular customer, for now, and you would think they would appreciate my business. Or not? Maybe my family and I should take our business elsewhere. If you don't wanna work, stay home.

I used to go by here many times a week a few years ago but I'm about to completely stop all together. For about a year now they've been incredibly slow, to the point where waiting 30 to 45 minutes for a smoothie is not worth my time. Especially when like today when I decide to actually deal with the wait, only for them to get my order wrong and overcharge me. I would have talked with someone to fix the issue but they had over 15 cars in the drive-thru so I didn't see much point.

This place always closes at 8:45 when it clearly advertises it closes at 9 !And people just stare at you through the window and not say a word to you !

I’ve been trying to contact this location all day to place a bulk order for Teacher Appreciation Week. I called over 15 times throughout the day and never once got an answer. I even contacted the 1-800 number to confirm I had the correct phone number, which they verified—but unfortunately, because this is a privately owned location, they couldn’t help further. Out of desperation, I called the Beaumont location, and they answered immediately and were extremely helpful. It's disappointing that I now have to drive all the way to Beaumont when the Nederland location is just five minutes from our school. Unfortunately, due to the lack of responsiveness, this location has lost our business.
