Wow I had no idea we had a California style burrito place with HUGE burritos. They have tacos etc but I had to try one of their breakfast burritos that are served all day. Delicious, will return.
Stopped by The Burrito Factory today for lunch with the wife and with all the talk, I did not disappoint! She got the Factory Fries and I got the Diablo shrimp burrito. Everything was well seasoned, fresh and absolutely amazing! The salsa bar with all the choices and all were good as well. Highly recommend dropping in if you haven't!
I recently visited Burrito Factory in Port Arthur and had an amazing experience! The restaurant was spotless—clean dining area, immaculate facilities, and a welcoming atmosphere. The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive, making sure everything was perfect. The food was delicious, with fresh ingredients and generous portions. Whether you're craving a classic burrito or something new, they deliver on taste and quality. Highly recommend Burrito Factory for great food, a clean environment, and outstanding service. Will definitely be back
The Burrito Factory in Port Arthur, TX, is a hidden gem that every burrito lover needs to experience. I ordered the Grande Factory Burrito, and it blew me away. This burrito wasn't just big; it was colossal, easily the size of my arm. It was packed with flavorful ingredients, perfectly balanced in every bite. It's rare that something actually fills me up, but this burrito did the job and then some. What really impressed me, though, was the speed and quality of the service. I went through the drive-through, and even with such a large order, the staff was quick and efficient. I was in and out in no time, and the food was hot and fresh. The Burrito Factory is definitely doing something right, and I can’t wait to come back and explore more of their menu. If you’re in Port Arthur and looking for a satisfying, hearty meal, this is the place to go!
Bring your appetite!! This restaurant serves you more than you'll be able to sit down and enjoy..thanks to friendly staff ,there are always Togo packaging to carry your bites home for later! Fish tacos on point!
Most definitely recommend this spot. All the food we got as a family was so good. No line for dine in. Didnt wait long to get our order. They even have Mexican bottle coke. Oh and they have a salsa bar with carrots curtidos. We will come back for sure. The one thing I can request is they upgrade their napkins. Lol. I went through like 10 of them. Love how the salsa bar has many options. Glad they had salsa macha.
The menu looks delicious and a good variety. I got the kid's meal carne asada since I wasn't too hungry but wanted to try the protein. It was delicious and fresh. It came with a drink and sides of beans and rice. The rice and taco had cheese added to them. They have me 2 packets of salsa and I honestly wasn't expecting them to be so good! The horchata was great too. All of this was under $9. I'm looking forward to trying out the other items for sure. I went through the drive thru but from what I could see, the inside looked beautiful.
I grew up in (PCRC) People's Corrupt Republic of California, and would go to a place called the burrito factory a lot. I happened to see this on Google maps and figured I'd give it a try. To my absolute delight, it was like going to the CA restaurant again. I doubt it's the same place, unless the owner made it into a franchise, but I loved it. I will definitely go out of my way to come here again.
First time trying this place… I got the California surfin burrito. It was delicious! The burritos are huge. Well worth the money. We’ll be back!

Love this place. They are local, the food is great, and the portions are large. We stop by a couple times a month
Well my go to place for my favorite burritos, highly recommend their veggie and adobado burritos. Ingredients look and taste fresh. Cant go wrong with any of their other items. Give them a try.
Way better than some of the popular mexican restaurants. We had the shrimp taco, shredded beef hard taco, shredded beef toast tostada, and a chicken factory bowl. Everything was delicious. Ever•y•thing! 10/10
The Burrito Factory in Port Arthur is VERYYYYYYY GOOD. I had the asada fries. Do not let the styrofoam plate fool you. The large order is more than enough for 2. The asada was seasoned to perfection. I was very impressed and will definitely be back. Customer service was also spot on. Thank you Burrito Factory—take a bow….

It's only taken 40 years to finally get the good ole southwest tacos shredded beef tacos 🌮 😋 the Burritos are super good. If you order the Factory Burritos you probably won't be able to eat it all.
Great service and fantastic food. The prices are good, affordable. Portions nice. Oh and if you're really hungry, go for the big ol' burrito they offer. It's well worth the price. The staff is very nice, friendly. Also a nice place to take out of town friends.
The guacamole was simply smashed avocado. They have no queso which is like a sin against Texas, and the birria tacos were average, usually everywhere I’ve had them it comes with cheese on them, you had to add them. Chips are not fresh tasting either. I usually like to give good reviews, this is more of a Mexican McDonald’s vibe , maybe Wendys.

So when this place first opened it was amazing! The ingredients were top notch and the portions were huge! Now that its been open awhile its still good dont get me wrong but the ingredients have definetly changed. The sausage i got in a breakfast burrito was literally like the frozen walmart breakfast sausage. Portions are still huge dont get me wrong but not as big as the were when they opened. Its still good but just not GREAT as it once was.

Drove 30 minutes here to try as it recommended to us. I ordered the California surfing burrito, got home and realized there was no shrimp or avocado in it. Salsa and horchata were good but definitely won’t be coming back again 😂

Was the worst food ever. First the total was 80.00. Had I got this food off the dollar menu at Taco Bell I wouldn’t have been so disappointed but for that much, this was trash. My meat was dehydrated it was so over cooked, the taco shells were chewy and broken and tasted like old oil. They didn’t put anything but lettuce and cheese on my tostado and it was suppose to be ground beef. Then when we were checking out the lady asked if we wanted to add chips and salsa for 4.00. I said sure. They charged me 4.49 for the chips and 2.99 for the salsa that was way too hot and no one could eat. We all literally threw our food in the trash. I love supporting local, but this is not right. Then I tried to call and get my order refunded or remade and no one would answer the phone.

The burrito had ingredients you could tell had been in the warmer a bit too long. Dry steak, gross veggies, and nasty condiments. Didn't even finish the $20 burrito. Just stop at a food truck or Chipotle.
It’s been great the other few times I’ve gone. But tonight they decided to not seal my food properly and it spilled all in the bag. Called and at first they didn’t want to remake my spilled food at all, saying once it leaves the store they aren’t responsible. I guess it is on my part as well, I trusted them to seal my food as it should be. When I got there they remade the chicken bowl instead of what was spilt in the bag which was carne asada. Will not be going back. No accountability and when they decided to they do it wrong and still didn’t care. If I could give negative starts I would. Mind you I’m not asking my entire order to be remade, just what was spilt all in the bag.
I got the $20 “grande burrito”. Nearly every bite had a gristley piece of meat that I had to spit out. I figured the high price would come with high quality. Not the case. The best part was the lime. Will not return. 😢 Gas station would’ve been better choice.
