As far as fast food restaurants go, I like taco Bell. It's definitely not the healthiest option but sometimes you just want to pack away a bunch of calories and call it a day. They remodeled this Taco Bell a few years ago and it's a lot better and roomier than it was. Cleaner looking too.
I was out earlier this evening, Monday, November 28th about 7:45 p.m. so the guys at the window, You know who you are!! I wanted to compliment you because I got my order all mixed up and I didn't know what I wanted and you guys were so nice to me. I just thought you guys are sweet and sincere. Probably one of the highest quality food I’ve gotten at a Taco Bell. It was made how you would expect to get the food. Filling and really good. And made hot as well. Crazy to think we have such low expectations of fast food but this one was exactly what was needed after a long day
I don't eat here but frequently pick up for Uber Eats deliveries. They've added a late night walk up window to pick up which was the greatest idea every and the drive thru can back up onto 347 late night and you used to have to wait in the drive thru for 30 minutes for an order that was probably ready 45 minutes earlier. Thumbs up to whoever thought of the late night walk up window for delivery drivers. Hope this is implemented at other stores.
It was fresh and was really good. Glad I stopped to eat here. Tables & floor were clean and didn't have to wait long for the food to be prepared
Haven't had a bad experience at this location. Some awkward moments with the Artificial voice to take orders and try to register my check-in number. I don't even bother with checking in because of those issues.
Good value food for a quick bite. Correct order 95% of the time. The drive thru is often very long. Ordering inside requires you to use the kiosk as no associate is likely to acknowledge your presence. This has improved slightly as of late but still very typical of most Taco Bells.
It was late at night and the drive-through was crowded but it went really fast. My food was super fresh, hot and delicious. I was very pleased my order was prepared just the way I had asked. Who knew you could get a decent meal at 2:30 in the morning? Apparently everybody else did.
Embarrassingly enough, I was given a senior discount without asking. Very nice, but now I feel old (66) TY Taco Bell. Food was awesome. Luxe Box Supreme. YUM !!

We had a really great experience tonight with the woman who was behind the counter making the food and helping at the front. She was very nice, attentive and multitasking. We mobile ordered the food ahead to sit down and sometimes the kids order could be crazy with addition's and subtractions of things, but she got it done correctly and with a smile on her face. I haven't seen her at this location ever but she was wearing a hat with her hair bun outside the back of the hat (light brown or reddish color hair). The owner should be happy to have an employee of this caliber. It was 1/5/26 at 5:53pm! We will always be back here because it's local but can only hope to have the same service as today. The tables were clean and the place didn't look messy. The Nachos were excellent even after removing some of the items! Thank you again!

Went to Taco Bell on my lunch break cuz there wasn't a lot of fast food eateries around. I'm glad I went there. The service was really quick. The food was hot like it should be. I hit the spots so I can go right back to work.
Yes, it's fast food but you get to choose how good or bad you want to be. You can't beat their $5 value box promotions. Their $1 menu has a surprising variety of items. Easy to assemble a filling and enjoyable meal within any budget. Who said the $5 lunch is a thing of the past?
Good but counter person got order wrong. I received more then what I ordered. Not necessarily a bad thing but it would have been if it was the other way around. Also felt like the counter person was trying to rush our order when there was no line behind us.
I'm not a huge fan, but my wife and son are addicted. This location is better than most as far as speed and order accuracy. I also appreciate that the people on drive through will help you order what you want creatively even if it's not exactly on the menu any more.
Great Taco Bell overall! Food is very good and service is generally good. However, we went through drive through last night (Saturday) and the line didn't move for around 10-15 minutes so we left. Another person in drive through said the restaurant said only a couple people were working and they were short staffed. Understood that Saturday night isn't a desired night for people to work but still should have been a better experience. Will return again for sure but not so sure about Saturday nights, at least for now.
Like this taco bell because of short drive from home, very busy though. Try to get there before 7:00 pm. Line not too long around 5:00-6:00 week days. Also they have a shift change around this time. Food good. Breakfast not bad. Surprised not busy at all during breakfast hours and weekends. Give it at try. Decent breakfast, good prices
Standard issue taco bell. My order was correct and fresh. The new automated drive thru assistant is a bit loud.
Food is always hot and fresh because there is always so many people there the service sucks they give you an automated AI thing at the drive-thru which is absolutely absurd and annoying but just ask for a human being to talk to and they give you one but then they get an attitude because you know they have to do their job! This is getting crazy!
The workers here move extremely slow. I’ve been to many Taco Bell’s and this is by far the slowest. No matter how few people are there they have no urgency to compete the orders in a timely fashion. The store can be empty and it will still take them 10 min to make your order
I frown upon ordering by Touch Screen but doit reluctantly. Their App is terrible. Never works right. I was a loyal customer and not returning.
The line was short, however the guy who took my order was extremely slow & kept screwing my order up. There isn't a screen that you can see here to check your if your order is right or not. At some point about 5 minutes into giving my order & him still messing the order up... I just left the drive through without my order.
They always forget one item from a big family mobile pickup order. It's just a matter of whose they forget. It's never worth going back for the $3 or $3 item but I guess that's their intention.
The problem with the self automated screen is it’s not accurate and they will give you inaccurate items. Like for example I asked for fire sauce to the system and they gave me salsa . Either fix your automated system or put a real person on there
Night drive-thru doesn't know the difference between a hard shell taco and a hard shell taco supreme...double check your orders.
No option but to use kiosk which last visit restarted while I was about to complete my order. Plus it seems to take longer when ordering inside versus the drive thru. Taco Bell is losing that personal service with kiosk only ordering.
Used to love it here but there seems to be a switch in how the fast food restaurant is running, it is extremely slow and the employees are rude. No one helps you at the counter and if they do they are rude. Also always forget the drinks with your order. Online orders are never prepared and the quality in food has decreased. This Taco Bell is taking a turn for the worst. It’s sad to see it go.
Order included two steak tacos. Tacos had mix of steak and chop meat, mostly chop meat. This has happened several times before. I understand that the store will occasionally run out of ingredients however the store should inform the customer that it is making a substitution of a less expensive chop meat for steak giving the customer a choice of refusing the change.
Food is good when they get it right, 90% of my food thru orders are wrong, it's hard to check your order when everything is wrapped, so you trust it, then get home and surprise its not right whether it's missing food or wrong item. There's got to be a better way on there checking. It's not a one off situation but more a consistent issue.
The workers here are good, but there are not enough of them. Either hire more people or stop calling this fast food
Always a problem here kiosks where you order your own food we're not working again Beverage machines did not have labels on the buttons so you didn't know what beverages were linked to which buttons There is no quality control with the food the little tiny bag of chips for $3 is hit and miss and often very bland You can buy a pound of these chips for $3 at a grocery store. The nesconset location had a similar issue with zero air conditioning and no beverage machines and the kiosks were also broken there Not looking very good for Taco Bell these days
This is really not a good Taco Bell. It is dirty: the floors are sticky, the drink lids are spilled everywhere and the drink counter is wet and none of the tables were wiped down. We used to come to this location before we moved and it has not gotten any better since they remodeled. They got our order wrong too. I think they need new management.
I never have left a bad review anywhere before but this place deserves it. I live down the street so I come here sometimes and literally every single time the order is wrong. Everytime, I keep giving them another shot but they continue to completely mess the order up. Pretty simple stuff
One of the worst Taco Bells I have ever been to. Four out of my last five visits have resulted with errors in my order. Items are almost always forgotten with online orders. I've stopped using the drive through just so I'm already in the restaurant when I learn my order is wrong. Don't go here unless you want to be scammed.
I just left Taco Bell after placing a Mobil order and waiting for a half hour I finally was able to speak to someone who worked there and explain I’m still waiting for the order they told me the order must have been taken they will have to remake the order...another 20 minutes goes by I finally I got my order... there was a girl working there with gothic make up and eye makeup like a clown that was throwing and slamming peoples orders on the counter not calling out order numbers not saying the names on the orders or anything just slamming them on the counter she was very rude and I had to speak to the manager. When I got home with my food the food was crushed and the side of cheese was leaking in the bag. Horrible customer service!
Looks like they’ve either had a bunch of new hires or management is not doing their job well. Me and some coworkers have been going here and over the past 2 months the service has really gone down. I also occasionally do food delivery on the weekends. There’s always missing straws, utensils, or sauces from my orders, and my coworkers complain the same. One time I was doing a food delivery pick up from here, I was given the food but not the drinks, and I had to tell them what drinks they were. Advice to this Taco Bell, please double check everything in the order before giving it to your customers.
Ridiculous! Please train your staff!! The cashier had no clue how to locate what we wanted on his screen. He suggested we use the kiosk. The line was 4 people deep and I really don't like to touch those unclean screens. All the manager could do was apologize. Needless to say I left without any food 😞
If you're over the age of 50 don't bother ordering here, screens only. Long wait times and incorrect orders make this Taco Bell One of the worst I visited. Unless you have no other options, drive to another one.
Went to the drive thru and didnt get any response from the speaker. Then drove to the drive thru window and the lady cashier said she didnt have her headset on so couldn't take my order. Couldn't believe the response. Ended up going inside to use the kiosk to order food. Didnt understand why I had to take all these extra steps to get food and why I couldn't put my order in at the drive thru. Terrible Service
Every single order I have ever made has been wrong for one reason or another. I have yet to receive a single drink with any delivery I have ever made through Grubhub.
HORRIBLE!! took 40 MINUTES!! on drive thru with 4 cars in front of me! This taco bell is run by high school kids who have no idea what they are doing, how to handle multiple food orders at once, and they lack proper customer service! Definitely NEVER COMING HERE AGAIN!!
Absolutely horrible. Came to eat at 3:15 with a friend, there’s no one at the register and the staff ignores you while you’re standing there. Finally some one comes to the front with an attitude cause she was pulled from the drive thru and doesn’t know how the credit card machine works. In the end, no lunch for me. They need better management, perhaps a new staff.
Please for the love of god get rid of the AI drive thru assistant.
I walked in and was rushed to the machine to make my own order instead of the manager taking it for me. Then another gentleman walks in and starts trying to verbally make his order to the manager and is rushed to the one working machine (that I was currently using) and told to wait. After I was done I let the genetleman use the machine. The gentleman clearly needed help. I waited for the manager to help the gentleman— he never did so I helped him even though it was lowkey annoying. I’m just mad bc the manager did not help the guy. And food was mid.
Not happy today. One car in drive thru and it took so long, that I parked my car and I came inside to order. It then was another 7 minutes. Time is not friendly with commuting traffic. What started off as ample time, turned into a rush and stressful drive because of my decision to stop and get three tacos and a drink. Let's work on doing better.
*****OWNER NEEDS TO SEE THIS!!!***** This place needs another health inspection and new management. On top of that, every night that Ive gone to the drive through it takes forever, and they never seem to have the mobile orders. After waiting over 15 minutes for two tacos (3 people there, including us), we were handed a bag that clearly was not our food. We said this before looking in the bag, but the employee(s) insisted it was ours. My husband checked the bag and it was not our food (shocker). The employee then said "oh, well Imma need that back! Haha" and took the food to hand to someone else... This is during Covid. She then goes back to eating with her mask off while handling peoples food and drinks. As we stare at her through the window, she gets annoyed and comes to basically say sorry, what do you want? To which we again reminded her that it was 2 spicy potato tacos (two mobile orders which we placed before arriving), to which, she says, "I know!". She abruptly shuts the window and goes to the counter where all mobile orders are kept. She proceeds to pick one up, brings it to the drive though window, and says here. Then, she shuts the window before we can say anything. As we stare at her while she eats the same burrito that another coworker randomly handed her, it dawns on her that she has to hand us both mobile orders. She finally grabs the last mobile order and hands it to us saying "Have a nice night." During this whole exchange, the manager appeared and disappeared multiple times. Not only did they not pay attention to us when we wanted to ask them for help (ignored us), but she didnt say a word about any of the health violations occurring. (There were more than I mentioned, but Ive worked in customer service for a long time, so I get letting *some* stuff fly) The girl was trying to be polite, Id like to believe. My husband thinks she helped us last time and was nice (but again more than very disorganized.) However, I dont know about you, but I dont want any strangers touching my food before I get it, let alone employees without gloves on (and ones that are eating without a mask on in the middle of the work area in front of customers). Employees should take their breaks to eat, or at least avoid eating in front of the customer while working with food. Everything voiced here points to a lack of proper management. Their presence didnt fix a thing so why are they there being paid? I would assume to do their job, but thats clearly wrong. Ps. This is one of my first bad taco bell reviews ever.
Service is ALWAYS slow and no one seems to know what is going on no matter the day of the week or time of day. Even placing an order ahead of time you can stand here for over an hour waiting for it to be ready. Avoid coming here on the weekend it literally is never worth it and you will just waste time standing around or sitting in a line that stretches on to the highway.
Absolutely ridiculous that they don’t answer their phone — I am picking up a GrubHub order and they have closed their lobby at 10pm, so I have to wait in the drive thru, where the line is curved around the entire building. I am on the clock and will likely be waiting here for 30+ minutes. Completely unacceptable that there is no way to reach them/no way for food delivery drivers to pick up orders efficiently. I am on the clock and do not have the time and/or money for this.
This Taco Bell is no good. Used to be great. Lately not so. I don’t know why I bother trying to customize anything from here. You pay for it but they don’t bother doing it. I certainly am done going there. Quality of food is a joke. I am kind of surprised how gross it is. I’ve been going there for years. Going on 3-4 times over the last two months that I’m told they are closed even after being able to place an order on the app. One night I had to wait in a 30 minute line for the drive thru only to be told at the speaker they are doing door dash orders only. I understand with COVID staffing could be an issue but tonight multiple people were inside closing a half hour before the scheduled closing time and not a single car was in the drive thru.
Dirty on the inside. Run down. Hand written signs posted on the walls that state service is slow due to lack of staff. They were fully staffed and over 30 minutes on my order. Signs also giving excuses for running out of food. Lazy people. They look like they are a bunch of angry activists.
Idk what it is, but this location messes up my order like half the time. I ordered a black bean chalupa last night 9/17/23 and it had ground beef instead. The receipt even said BB Chalupa so they did hear me correctly...VERY annoying bc I don't eat animal products...
I ordered Burritos and they did give them to me but their staff sucks. They literally would laugh at everyone’s name. They called my name and started laughing and when I went up they started laughing even more. So the burritos aside but this is one of the worst Taco Bell experiences I’ve had. Recommend going to another one.
Hi, My order number #970312 restaurant # 005469. This is 3rd time that my order has beef in it, my order was Veggie Build Your Own Cravings Box, twice there was beef in crunch wrap, and once in bean burrito, This is so disappointment the way how employee make orders, I am vegetarian all this time i have to throw my food.
Today, June 20th, 2022 at 6:20pm. We ordered 4 crunchy wraps. 2 of them came wrong. I went to the counter and asked to the cashier to change my order. We waited 20 minutes, and came back to the cashier, the haven’t issued my order. I asked for the manager Danielle she said that there is more Tack Bell around here that we can buy our food there. Then Shana the person who was making the food was really rude and throwing the food on the bags. I felt disrespected and the manager couldn’t be more helpless.
Tonight, I went to the drive thru thinking all is ok. I pull away, check my bag and I thought they shorted me my tacos. I now pull in and go inside to find out they gave me the wrong order. I leave after the sticker on the bag was the right order and a quick look like it was correct. What I did not see was the receipt in my bag was someone else's, and under the napkins, were my tacos - one practically falling out of the wrapper and the second totally out, the shell broken and the ingredients all at the bottom of my bag. Tried to call them and they never answered the phone. Very disappointing they got this wrong in so many ways, and they weren't even busy.
Update: 5 stars to 1, got in line at 12:40. Waited 15 minutes to get up to the window for them to tell me they were actually closing at 12:55, which would have been fine if I hadn't gotten there 15 minutes ago. Either change your posted hours or tell people in line that if the orders ahead of me take to long you can't help me. Absolutely embarrassing to arrive while the location is open and then sit in a drive through for that long just to be turned away.
Sluggish slowest Taco Bell everyone was getting food out order the delivery guys were waiting food food the whole 40 mins I was there and after I left. I would be annoyed if I had to wait that long for 3 items and the lady is telling him the orders are not in order. SMH
Used to go here all the time, drove the extra five minutes to get better quality/than the other taco Bell, not anymore. Been here 2 times this week, been shorted out of 15$ worth of food, I know I should check the food blah blah, but if you're gonna make it the customers responsibility to see if the order is filled that's just not right. Last time I go to this taco bell or any taco Bell at all, much better quality food out there for the same money.
Avoid this Taco Bell whenever possible. Consistently long wait times (35+ min), and consistently messes up orders. Drive thru will ignore you for a while before even taking your order. This might be the worst Taco Bell in the entire county.
Literally never coming back here ever again and going out of my way to another Taco Bell from now on. Every time I come here they mess up my order and this time it was “the power is out.” I had done a mobile order, however their staff are extremely incompetent and act like the Taco Bell app does not exist and when I asked about a refund he said he could not do anything. There goes my hard earned money, never to be seen again. What a joke of an establishment.
i witnessed my friend sit in line for 45 minutes because a person ahead of them was passed out in their call and at 3:57 i got to the screen and they said”we are closed” when they close at 4 and tried not taking their order but then his guardian begged and they took it. this is ridiculous
Updated review: AI order taker at the drive-thru is uncanny and uncomfortable, it doesn't work right. I'd rather have a human or if you're replacing human staff with robots give us a touch screen like the one that already replaced the indoor registers.
Natashia or whatever her name is, is always beyond rude and gives TWO sauce packets for 4 menu items?? Idk if the sauce comes out of the employees paychecks but she sure always acts like it. She’s got nothing but snide remarks too claiming she gave sauce packets when we clearly mentioned we needed more because there’s more items in the bag. Someone needs to teach this thing sensitivity training. Not even a human being. Treats customers like complete garbage. The nerve of holding up a line for 30 mins and then not giving sauce packets is WILD. Should fire this thing or make her clean the bathrooms because she does not know how to interact with human beings.
The absolute worst Taco Bell on planet earth. Managed to mess up my order two times in a row, and had to drive all the way back at midnight. First time they gave me someone else's order. Second time, they didn't have my two tacos in the bag. The nacho fries are always gross, and even tho they always ask you at the speaker what kind of sauce you want, it is NEVER, and I mean NEVER, actually in the bag. Time to find a different location.
There has now been two occasions that my order gets lost. The first time I was inside the store, and my friends and I waited an hour and a half for our food, when everyone else who ordered after us had already received theirs. There was ONE guy who helped us and he said he’d only been there for a week. This time I ordered on doordash at about 11:15 pm, it is now 12:45 and I’m pretty sure once again, my order has been lost. Not only has my order been lost but it has now been two different dashers who have had to deal with this.

When I come to order my food , there is no reason I should be placing the order into the system myself.. I come to order the food there should be someone there taking my order!!!!!! Horrible service are you going to get workers to take orders again please, and I won’t be back until you do!! The tables weren’t even cleaned!! Who’s working ???? I can sum this Taco bell up in one word - Nope. Never again. Last order from this restaurant ended with me driving my son to Stony Brook hospital where he was diagnosed with food poisoning. I have never seen anyone get so violently ill in just a few hours. Aside from this last visit, the wait on the drive thru is typically very long and lengthy. Orders are typically missing items or mixed up. Staff is not friendly and appear as though it is just a job and take no real ownership of their responsibility or perhaps just do not care. However, prices are still cheaper than other fast food competitors.
The customer service is absolutely disgusting and it’s a an embarrassment to tacobells on long island the night shift staff closes up to an a hour an and half early claiming they only can do food service orders like door dash,Uber eats ect and then about 45 mins til close they stop accepting all orders including online and if you try to place and order they ignore you and avoid the the drive windows entirely it’s ridiculous and the staff should be addressed probably

They don’t know how to make change if their computer doesn’t work and they get the order wrong every time!!!!! What is wrong with this picture if someone can’t make change and get an order right and you don’t figure it out until you get home!!! It took two adults to try to figure out the change of a simple order. and they still got it wrong and I have to go back. And when you call to let them know, they don’t pick up the phone
The worst place I have ever been in my life! nobody wants to even take your order on the inside they don't even talk to you they just point to the kiosk! I had to help a disabled gentleman that could not do the kiosk on his own nobody that worked there wanted to help!! even through the drive-thru there's a robot now taking your order. The inside is absolutely disgusting they never get your order correct ever! I usually do not put negative reviews but second time in a row it happened...for an order worth 40 dollars received 0 hot sauce packets. Like how do you eat taco without hot sauce?
Line is always backed up because the staff takes one order at the drive thru at a time and holds up the line. Hoping people just leave. I work locally and see this happening all the time. Meanwhile workers are just hanging out. Terribly run taco bell. Nasty workers and most times orders are wrong. Not many options late night.

The food quality is fine its like every other taco bell. However you will need to bring a pillow and blanket because you can get a full nights sleep before you get your food from the drive thru. So order ahead right? Just as slow even when the app says the food is ready.

on this cold brisk night at 11:00 PM I was taking a ride to my local Taco Bell to enjoy. Enjoy some nice cooked food. we drove through with excitement to chow down on our Taco Bell but we were greeted with such disrespect by the cashier. they hung their head out the window and complained about how we came across the turn of the drive-through. I didn’t think I was doing anything wrong. They slammed the window in our face and basically threw our food at us with the change. I always have pleasant experiences at this Taco Bell. It’s such a shame that the cashier ruins my experience tonight.

The wait on the drive thru is about 35 mins and you can’t even get out of the line. Do not waste your time and get on the line at this place if you do not have an hour to waste. I literally went there for 2 tacos and wasted a whole hour.
My partner and I placed an order at this store for drive-through pick up around 12:30am on 8/21/25. I forgot we were in our ambulance that is not allowed to go through drive-throughs because of our hight.. Tried explaining that to the Manager but he proceeded to lock the dining doors. Our food was already made so why couldn’t I just go in and pick it up? Horrible how they treat first responders.
I never leave reviews but this was an awful experience. I placed a mobile order to pickup and had to wait 45 minutes at the restaurant. I would have left it I wasn’t already charged. I spoke to 2 different employees 4 different times and all they said was it was coming soon, well it didn’t. I understand it can get busy at night but no one should ever have to wait that long for fast food. I only ordered 6 individual items, not like it was a lot to make. There were other people there a long time too so not like it was just me. Avoid this place at all costs you could make tacos by the time you get your food here.
this place was terrible. had somewhere to be so i thought i can grab a quick taco to eat waited an hour for my food, then asked and they “forgot” to make my order. then got the order and it was wrong and put 2 peices of meat in my taco with nothing else. went up to the counter and asked for a change that toke even longer to fix my taco. before i left i asked if i can a side of the cinnamon twists for $1.00 because of the inconvenience i had and they woman said she can’t give me because she didn’t mess up my order. so we argued and she gave me coupons for my next visit to get a free taco as soon as i get home i see she gave me expired coupons. DO NOT and i repeat DONT NOT recommend this place at all.
Newsflash!!! 7-11 finally overtakes Taco Bell for better Taco! Wow, the greasy meat and soggy floppy cracked shells was too much to deal with after waiting on the always long drive thru line. Always missing an item, 90% of the time I go. This location needs to close down until ready to operate as a functional business. Ugghhhh. I love Taco Bell but this was the last straw. I'm crying as I wrote this post. Like seeing an old friend you know is dying.
You want the worst Taco Bell quality with the longest wait? This is the place to come to! Half the quesadilla didn’t have chicken in it. Frozen drink was served without ice and just syrup instead. Chalupa turned out to be a “hidden item” on the menu, the new “inside out messy chalupa” Came back again! My mistake! While the drive thru took 45 min. The order turned out completely wrong. Probably didn’t help that the person taken the orders at 11:10pm was contributing to the delay and distracting because she what appeared to be joking and flirting with the passengers of one of the vehicles. Smh. Take the time to drive to another Taco Bell! See picture. Looks like there is a lettuce and cheese shortage at this location!
