This is the friendliest Starbucks I’ve ever gone to, the baristas are lovely and always in good spirits. My coffee is always made to perfection & I love the friendly faces in the morning!
I absolutely love this Starbucks! The staff is always super nice and attentive. Even during rush hours, they’re impressively fast — you can really tell they work great as a team. The energy is positive and organized, which makes such a difference when it’s busy. My favorite drink is the cold brew with milk and chocolate foam — they make it perfectly every time. And the sausage & cheese sandwich is my go-to… always fresh and delicious. Definitely one of my favorite spots! ☕️
I go to many many many Starbucks. This Starbucks is the BEST one I've ever been to. Love how the staff work so organized and friendly .They make sure your drink is done properly and love the little message on the cup. Atmosphere is really unbelievable. I'm not the type to leave reviews for anything, but had to for this Starbucks. I pass many Starbucks close to my house just to go to this one. 5 stars !!
I stopped by to see a friend and wanted to surprise them with coffee. I chose Starbucks for a quick coffee and ended up having such a delightful experience. The cashier Micole offered thoughtful recommendations and even guided me through an impromptu coffee tasting, which was a pleasant surprise. The team was warm, welcoming, and genuinely engaging. I’ll definitely make it a point to return the next time I’m in town.
Had a great experience at this Starbucks. The store was clean and the baristas were so nice. Happened to meet the manger Beth, what a lovely person. An asset to the company for sure! Thanks for a great coffee too.
Managment and team took the time to perfect our drinks and experience and also taught us some amazing facts about coffee and even cashews. I’ve been to many Starbucks and coffee shops, but it’s rare when you have such a unique experience in the positive direction.
I have been in many many Starbucks in many states and this New Hyde Park Starbucks is the most engaged Starbucks I have been in . They know their customers by name , they are all super friendly and it’s obvious it starts with the store manager who pretty much greeted everyone that walked in her lobby . Store was clean , organized and cases were full. Great Job to that store !!

The team here is amazing they know me so well they even get my drink ready before I even get to the cashier. That's how amazing they are!!! ❤️❤️❤️❤️
The atmosphere of the place is very homey type of environment. The staff members are very friendly. Every time I order my drinks the barrista always makes it perfect. I love how they write lovely notes on the cup, makes me want to come back every time day and night. I can actually say who ever run this establishment should be awarded by his and her performance running the place. I just love this store. 👍💜
The staff was amazing they were very respectful as soon as i came in the store I was greeted by the manager whom of which asked if I wanted to try one of their drink specials I responded with no thank you just a grande caramel ribbon crunch. And a Chai latte for my wife. The bathrooms were cleaned and had a wet floor sign indicating that it was recently mopped,the toilet paper was restocked and the same with the paper towels.
This was the best customer service that I’ve had at Starbucks in a while! My barista was very patient and attentive. She asked me specific questions about what I wanted with my coffee which was the first time!

The baristas here are very nice and welcoming compared to other starbucks I've visited where everyone working seems to be solemn and in deep gloom. Here, the baristas appear to actually like their jobs and their coworkers. The girl making my drink was helpful and attentive. The cafe is small and the seats are few, however.
Did a to-go order. It was ready and the staff greeted immediately. Haven't been at the location in some time but it was a quick and pleasant stop and go.
Stopped in for a quick coffee today around 8 am and unfortunately watched a barista wearing a bun pick her nose and then scratch and dig in her butt with no hand washing afterward. Completely killed my appetite.
I ordered a Matcha latte with light ice and receive more than half cup full of ice. My Matcha drink is missing. I just got robbed. Definitely not happy with my service today. The only positive is they had a nice playlist and Customer service was friendly.
This Starbucks location is pretty good, and drinks are made quickly. Tonight I placed a mobile order as I usually do, and I ordered a shaken espresso with cold foam. My drink could not have been sitting in the counter for more than two minutes when I got inside. I see that the “cold foam” isn’t anything more than a couple of bubbles, which is a clear indicator it’s incorrect. It’s a $6 drink so I politely ask the barista if my drink could be fixed or remade, because the cold foam, the thing that costs extra to add to a drink, looks nonexistent. (I was not rude, I didn’t tell her to her face that the foam was nonexistent, I simply said it was flat, and that’s not how it usually looks.) She immediately seems annoyed that I bring issue with the drink, insisting on going back and forth with me, with a passive aggressive, valley girl style tone, and condescension in the way she’s speaking to me. She starts out saying “it’s right there” referring to the foam (meanwhile, it’s not. There’s a couple of bubbles). She says she could add it, I agree and say “yes, because I *just* ordered it” and while smiling and laughing says “yeah, and I just made it!” and harshly dumps out the entire contents of the cup in the sink in front of me from a height. Just extremely passive aggressive and irritated that I dare point out that the drink doesn’t look right and I want it fixed. I paid for something that’s clearly not there, so please, do not try to act like it’s right in my face when the thing I paid for is barely visible or existent. I’ve never had an interaction with a barista be anything other than pleasant. The attitude was definitely misdirected, and I did not appreciate the patronizing laughing and smiling to guise her palpable annoyance at me.
I Have been to many Starbuck with a Great atmosphere. This Store Managers seems to have a Toxic one. Everyone has a serious face worse than if you were in the Military. I'm Sure that's not what Starbucks stands for!
as an avid Starbucks consumer this has been the WORST Starbucks I’ve been to. The black lady was so rude. She refused to give me the code to the restroom even though the other bathroom (without a code) was in use. I tried to get her name to report it to corporate but she hid it. The Asian lady who took my order got my order wrong. There was only one employee who was nice and tried to fix my order. I’m going to boycott them for a while and try other cafes cause this is ridiculous.
The black lady at this Starbucks has a disgusting attitude. I believe her name is Maria. It appears that she doesn’t want to work in customer service/do her job. My order was made wrong and I told her that it was missing something. She looked at me and went back to what she was doing. A male employee heard what was going on and had to step in and fix my order. This girl needs a serious attitude check. Her behavior is unacceptable.
Terrible customer service at this location. Sleeves are not put on hot drinks? The staff acts as if it is a huge inconvenience to them to do it. I would like to note this particular Starbucks location is also probably the dirtiest I have come across and the most unappealing. I always try to avoid this location as much as possible because you never know what you are going to get.
Customer service is non-existent at this location. The employees don’t acknowledge or make eye contact with anyone standing at the pick up area, even if their lives depended on it. They’re more interested in the meaningless banter amongst themselves.
I went to pick up my order It took so long want I ask for a refund the lady was with attitude. THE PONIT TO ORDERING AHEAD OF TIME it should ready when you arrive and not take 25 min
Slowest Starbucks ever. They need to hire more people. Doesn’t matter if you order your drink 10 mins before on the app, or in store. It takes at least 15 minutes for them to prep the order. They need to do better
Bad store, the manager has a really bad attitude. I ordered a cold brew with vanilla and vanilla cold foam. I asked if they charge for extra pumps for syrups and was told that they do charge and I had said that it was fine and asked if I could get more pumps. Then, she asked more pumps of what with an attitude. First of all, which other syrups other than vanilla did I get? As a manager, why is your customer service so bad? Getting frustrated over syrups? I’m sure a customer asking for 2 more pumps is the least of your problem. Learn have to have better customer service.
