The owners are so sweet! I was chit chatting with them, and they were informing me about all their drinks. The boba is the best part about their drinks, made fresh and perfectly sweet. They gave me a drink for free to try since I haven’t had their franchise. I would say the mango milk is a tad bit too sweet but overall their customer service was phenomenal. Their brown sugar boba was light and refreshing. Just because of their customer service, I’ll be coming back! I can see so much potential! They have some specials going on, so check them out! So happy to see a bubble tea store open up in the neighborhood.

This is the only place that always gets my boba teas right eveytimee!! From the customer service, the food, drinks and the overall atmosphere is top tier!! SO Glad they're here now. Their strawberry fruit tea is a new one that I haven't seen at the other locations. I've been going to Yaaas Tea since I was introduced to them in Huntington, usually only being able to go to the Hauppauge location since it's by the highway if I was going out east. So happy to see them on the western side of the island near Queens and Nassau

There is a girl who is the best! She gave us the banana pudding which was so delicious and she made the taro bubble tea so fabulously. Best taro I have had!

I'm so psyched this place opened up right down the block from me because their fresh boba is *chef's kiss* magnificent. They also have an insanely good treat called a croiffle which is not to be missed. I wish I could give bonus points for the awesome packaging. New favorite.

So far, this is the best bubble tea chain I've discovered on Long Island by a landslide. I was thoroughly impressed by how fresh and natural the beverages tasted. You can definitely differentiate the quality here. Outstanding customer service as well. Shout out to Gilberto who helped me on my visit. Incredibly kind and super helpful in explaining the different options and giving me some backstory about the brand. Due to his warm hospitality coupled with a great product, I will definitely be back and recommend to others.

Loveeeee this place. Super amazing service and the portion size is worth the price. I def recommend the iced matcha oat milk tea. The drinks are really good and there’s so much variety. Despite the smaller location, it’s still super convenient!

Not sure why one of the reviewers said the tapioca was mushy and gave it one star. It's supposed to be soft and mushy, that's fresh quality as opposed to hardened tapioca. Obviously not a frequent bubble tea drinker. Definitely one of the best bubble tea places around this area, up there with Flushing bubble tea places.

Friendly service with quality drinks! The bubbles are fresh and apparently made every hour. They were soft and sweet. I got a Brulee boba drink with salted cream. The drink was heavenly. Not too sweet and the espresso shot really elevated the drink. Guys! They have a buy one get one free promo that you should use before it's gone! I would definitely come back to this place and try other drinks.

Short : overall 8.5/10 the place was clean, the worker was attentive and the pearls are HEAVENLY but the tea is mediocre. Location: there is a small parking lot that can fit 30 cars. The store is kept clean. The tea itself was pretty good got the two flavors 1. Taro: sweet and nutty I enjoyed this drink pretty well but I’ve had better. 2: dark chocolate milk tea : the chocolate and the milk tea did not work as well together. Individually the ingredients were tasty. This was just my preference I’d highly recommend you try this spot at least once if you’re nearby because the pearls are worth going for

They gave me the drink with less ice since they said they couldn’t give me without ice. In the end, it was still a good drink — I’m just used to other bubble tea locations where you can adjust the amount of ice.

Haven’t tried this franchise of boba yet, but excited to have a legit boba spot in the area. Has your classic flavors like taro, brown sugar. Workers were patient especially to people who have never had. No sit down seating, only a spot if you’re waiting for your order. They have tablet kiosks to order or you can order with someone. Looks like I came during their soft opening, so grace is to be given with a new spot. They offer milk and milk alternatives (ex. Oat milk) as well as cute little cakes like strawberry, Oreo brownie, blueberry. I ordered their brown sugar bobo with less cream. Pretty good. The boba for me personally had more chew than I like but still good bubbles. I also got the Oreo brownie cake which was a decadent bite, on the sweeter end - with light layers of chocolate and chocolate cream and topped with brownie and wafer balls. And major plus is it comes in such a cute little container to reuse. I’d be back to try other cake flavors. A convenient spot to hit a boba craving

Great bubble tea spot! The boba here is so fresh, soft and chewy. Perfect texture! We ordered the strawberry matcha, brown sugar, and taro. The matcha flavor though was pretty weak, it looked like a pre-made matcha drink. I would also reduce the sugar levels more. Portions were great, I didn’t expect such a large size cup- but I’m not complaining. 😉 Service was good, the guy was friendly and helpful.

Ordered pickup on uber eats then drove home 20 mins to realize that this place didn’t give straws for 4 bubble teas. You would think that a bubble tea spot of all places would be mindful enough to include straws. They seal their pickup packages so there’s no way of knowing if straws are included or not during pickup. Now all 4 bubble teas are ruined and uber won’t even refund me because the straws are considered “extra”. Never again.

The beverages are now watery and lack flavor and the boba is no longer soft and chewy. Instead, it has a slippery exterior with a tough interior similar to the cheap tapioca pearls bought in the supermarket. I initially assumed this was an off day, but after returning a week later and experiencing the same issues it seems to be a consistent problem. The previous staff prepared the drinks much better. For now, I’ll have to stop purchasing because the drinks are no longer worth it.
