I went here to eat for my friend’s birthday a few days ago. Absolutely incredible service and food! 🧿 everything on the menu captured our attention that it took a minute to choose!! Our waiter was friendly. Everything my friend and I selected left us absolutely pleased, satisfied and extremely impressed!!! My friend and I BOTH ordered and LOVVEED the Lobster Raviolis!! 🦞 highly recommend and would never hesitate to come back here!!! ⭐️not to mention, great place for photo ops as well!!! The staircase>>> the dimly light setting makes it perfect!😀‼️

I have been coming here for years. Every dish is fantastic and the atmosphere is always fun and enjoyable. It's a great spot to go to with a group of friends or family, and it is one of my go-to restaurants to take people to when they're visiting the city. My favorite dishes are the Lobster Ravioli and the Lobster Spaghetti, but truly anything you get will be tasty and filling. I have probably had every item on the menu at this point, and I have never been disappointed in the food, service (the staff is great!), drinks, or vibe. They're also great for large gatherings and events, which they do in their beautiful upstairs section and is also available for standard dining when the bottom level is full.

Kiu Siu

This is my favorite restaurant for Mediterranean cuisine. The food is consistently good and the service attentive and friendly. In my most recent visit, my family and I went there for a late lunch. We were seated nearby the open air area at the front of the dining room. We ordered their sushi quality grilled octopus, the meatballs, the spinach pie, the beat salad and the grilled branzino. Except for the spinach pies which came out a bit too oily this time, the other dishes were cooked to perfection.

Table bread was nice and crispy. Beat salad with a side of shrimp was very good. Salmon was tasty slightly undercooked but still very good. Today was a perfect weather day with a window table seat. Excellent service.

Lovely ambience, would be great for a small party. Food and drinks are amazing. We tried many of the appetizers, cocktails, and mains, and all were top notch. The baklava was to die for. Worth a visit.

The lamb chops! Need I say more? They were cooked to perfection. I highly recommend getting them medium rare. Starting off with a nice spread and warm pita bread will set the tone right. Finally the staff at Anassa were very welcoming and attentive.

Had a wonderful lunch here for restaurant week. Great menu to choose from and carefully crafted cocktails. I love the bread and humus they serve is superb. The salmon tartare and lobster ravioli were great. Food is fresh, delicious and truly amazing! Service is 10/10 especially bartender Snezana is so sweet, nice and professional. I’ve come here many times and will continue to come with friends and family for great memories. Highly recommend. Truly a gem in NYC!

A beautiful rustic Greek restaurant with a huge bar and dining area. Food was delicious and service was excellent! They also offer prix-fixe menu for lunch. Will definitely be back!

this restaurant is really good. It is slightly more expensive than other places, but it has a really nice ambience atmosphere. I would highly recommend this place for a date. Really nice Greek food, and the Seabass is excellent. The ravioli is also delicious but very filling. The steak was good and so was the salmon. the it's hard when it's like that, but it was really nice to see you feel like it might be calamari was delicious and the service was also great. Will return!

The cutest lunch spot right in the smack of midtown. I had a glass of wine with Octopus and baklava which was divine. Took a little while to serve me and no they weren't packed, but the service turned out very well. I would definitely go back for dinner.

Nice atmosphere, pleasant staff. Great food. Table had 3 spread dish and cheese dish as appetizers. Bass and salmon main course. Cheese cake is so light. A bit pricey. Two can easily spend $100 + Will go back when in area again.

I was craving for Mediterranean/Greek food for a long time. Finally got a chance to taste such wonderful dishes, I am more than excited to come back again! It was during the Summer Restaurant Week, so the house was very busy and active. And yet, the service was consistently good (very slightly pushy due to the limit of the time and tables). I would not mind to go back regardless.

Stopped into Anassa Taverna for dinner and it was a nice neighborhood spot for Greek fare. I had the octopus and the branzino, and both were very good—fresh, well-cooked, and flavorful. Some of the other dishes on the menu felt a bit overpriced for what they were, but overall it was a solid dinner. Nothing mind-blowing, but I’d come back if I was in the area and craving Greek.

Beet salad was outstanding, octopus appetizer was good too. The lamb kebab lamb was decent but a little too oily. Overall a decent dining experience, good atmosphere.
