There are so many Korean restaurants in NYC’s Koreatown and sometimes it’s hard to choose which to go. I learned of Anytime Kitchen on social media so I figured I’ll try them out. Good thing we did but we were thoroughly impressed. The portions were generous and each dish had its unique, bold, and rich flavors. An absolute delight! The overall vibe was super cool and chill. A great place for a date or a casual hang out spot with your friends and family.

My absolute favorite restaurant in ALL of New York City. I’ve visited NYC twice, and both times I had to come back—this place has become my go-to. I’m vegetarian and they have plenty of amazing options; my top picks were the Popcorn Tofu and the Vegan Meat BBQ. The first time we found it, we actually hesitated to go in. It’s a bit hidden—you have to go up a dark staircase, and we weren’t sure if it would be worth it… but honestly, it was the best decision ever. I’m so glad we gave it a chance. The vibe inside is super cozy, and the staff is always kind and welcoming. I’d come back a thousand times. I already miss it so much! 🥹

This place surprised me. The food is really good. The slushy banana and lychee drinks worth it. The pouches worth it. We got the whote peach, lychee, and blue aloe. So fun. Would definitely be back. Cute decor insode and nice staff. Awesome place to grab some delicious Korean food! This restaurant has a fun atmosphere- a good place for a date or night out with friends. They have deals/specials so look out for that on the menu depending on when you go. Everything we ordered was yummy. The food came out quick. Also, you get a discount for paying with cash which saved us some money on the bill. Would definitely come back again.

Great atmosphere and delicious food. This place is perfect for large group to hang out and they have amazing soju cocktails. We highly recommend the corn cheese, tteokbokki and pork kalbi bbq. The staff were friendly and attentive.

Came here after a long workday and it was exactly what I needed. The food came out quickly and everything was delicious. I just wish the portion sizes were a bit larger, but overall it was a great experience. I’d definitely recommend this place and would come back again!

My friend and I got a "buy two get one for free" set. The portion is more than enough for us. We also both liked that all three dishes are hot: two served with a little stove underneath with the third one on a hot iron plate. The bench is a bit high relatively to the table, which could be uncomfortable for some people.

food was pretty nice, got the popcorn chicken, chicken katsu, and bulgolgi cupbop lunch special. super crispy katsu and i loved the sauce on the popcorn chicken. the bulgolgi was a little on the dry side and the rice came with an extremely unnecessary amount of mayonnaise. it was overall alright, getting over the fact that the rice was so filling due to so much mayo. if there was half the amount they put on there i would give this place a 5.

Anytime Kitchen seriously has all the Korean comfort food vibes. The fish cake skewers were so good & savory, the pork soup dumplings totally hit the spot, and the kimchi cold noodles were so refreshing and well portioned. Definitely a go-to when those cravings hit!

Food: Ordered chives pancake, tteokbokko, and fishcakes with rice wine and cocktail. Recommend the pancake and fish cakes but not the tteokbokko we ordered. Pancake is full of flavor and relatively healthier. Fish cask is soft and warm. The tteokbokko is kinda plain and nothing impressive. Service: waiters are nice. Food came out a bit slow, which is okay given it's Friday night. Vibe: went there Friday night and it's very busy. Highly recommend making reservations. The seating we got is on the side at the food stand style table. It's kinda narrow and tight.

Nice eatery, upstairs from the street..easy to miss. Food was very nice and tasty, freshly made, nice selection of dishes to choose from to cover all options and staff were lovely. Hotpot was very well managed, they present it to you cold and then the cook it in front of you and come back and keep an eye on it.

On the third floor. Fun spot and the food is decent! Perfect for big groups and we had no wait.

Came here to have Thursday dinner with my daughter’s bestie and boyfriend, and celebrating a few October bdays. The restaurant is up some skinny stairs to the 2nd floor. It was somewhat crowded for a Korean restaurant. No parking but easier to get by train. We reserved a tale for 8 in the back but being in the back, service was always missed by the staff. We had a selected amount of dishes but none that was outstanding to me. I did like their wings, their pork belly bbq and pork Kalbi but everything else was ok. We did the buy 2, get 1 free deal. We did buy how many bottles of soju grape. Also the lychee cocktail was good. I thought the prices were a little steep for the portion we received but this place is not really for the food but drinking, I think as most tables had more drinks the food so we did the same. Hehehe. We had a good time none the less. Can’t seem to think we would come back though because the service was lacking at times.

Stopped by this establishment over the weekend in the evening when we were craving some Korean food. The restaurant is tucked away upstairs from street level and easy to overlook, but signage outside can help you locate it. Upon entry, the atmosphere was inviting with the room dimly lit and cozy. The service itself throughout our meal was fine. We ordered the Truffle Jjajang Ramyun ($18.95), Kimchi Jjigae ($30.95), Street Combo with Katsu ($23.95), Pork Galbi BBQ ($27.95), and a White Peach Cocktail ($17). Everything except the cocktail is pictured below. For a group of six, our bill came to around $150 before tips. Despite the dishes tasting decent, the small portions and steep prices left nothing to write home about. This seems more like a spot to enjoy a drink and a light bite rather than a full dining experience. It’s also worth noting that you get 10% off if you pay with cash. There was a spinning wheel by the reception area, although it appears there's a fee to play. If ambiance and getting a light bite is your priority, this spot could be worth a visit.
