We’ve visited here many times when coming to NYC. We both had a burger and lobster combo. Service here is always good and the food is fantastic. Reservations are needed almost always. Brunch here is also a very good option.

Burger & Lobster Bryant Park – The Surf & Turf Dream Team! If happiness had a flavor, it would taste exactly like the lobster roll at Burger & Lobster Bryant Park. And if great service had a name, it would definitely be Malachi. From the moment we sat down, Malachi made us feel like VIPs at a seafood gala. He was equal parts friendly, hilarious, and telepathic — somehow knew when our fries were running low before we did. The lobster was buttery perfection, the burger was juicy enough to cause happy tears, and the cocktails were smoother than my pickup lines (which says a lot). By the end of the night, we were convinced Malachi might secretly be the CEO in disguise — no one else could manage a dining room and a table full of lobster shells with that much charm and grace. 10/10 would let Malachi choose my order again. Someone give this man a cape — he’s the real hero of Bryant Park. 🦞🍔💫

Amazing experience! The burger, lobster roll, and lobster bisque were all delicious and everything tasted super fresh and flavorful. The staff were very friendly and the service was great. Nice atmosphere and good vibes all around. We’ll definitely be coming back!

My wife and I really enjoyed eating here. Our food was delicious and both of our servers were great! Our drinks were on point too. Back to the food. My burger and lobster combo was10/10 I normally don’t eat lobster but my waitress suggested getting grilled and steamed and it was great. My wife enjoyed her lobster roll but wished she went with the warm instead of cold option. We will back and will tell our friends and fam to come by.

One of our favorite restaurants to go when visiting New York. The combination is epic for your taste buds. And we haven’t found a better lobster roll than this one. Perfectly toasted and filled to the brim with lumps of lobster. You will not be disappointed going to this establishment.

First time here and I loved it! Food and drinks were amazing. Adam recommended we try the lobster Mac & Cheese and it was delicious. Daniel made incredible drinks at the bar, and even accommodated me by making me a delicious mock-tail! Lester provided great service all throughout the night. Come check this place out!

🍔 Burger and Lobster 🦞 is one of our all time NYC favorites! If I was on death row the Beast burger would be in my top five contenders to be my last meal! It’s that good! Had a great experience tonight with Daniel at the Bar, and it’s not the first time we have dined with Daniel, he always does an excellent job! Over the years we have also sat with Maddie in the dining room and also bar and have had excellent experiences. The food is amazing and service is also excellent, would highly recommend!

March of 2024 was when my boyfriend and I visited. We arrived on a Thursday and unsure of what time we'd actually get settled we didn't make any dinner plans. After settling down in our hotel we saw Burger & Lobster from our window and we were able to get last minute reservations for 2. The vibes of this place was perfect. It was moody but not too dark with a modern industrial look that we both loved. We sat at the bar for a few mins to grab drinks before heading to our table. My boyfriend had the Japanese Smoked Old Fashioned, which he really enjoyed, and I enjoyed my bubbly cocktail though I don't see anything familiar on the current menu. As an appetizer, we got the wagyu steak bites which neither of us were super sure about but we really wanted to try. My boyfriend wasn't the biggest fan of the texture but I really enjoyed them and thought they were delicious. For our main dishes, we both got burgers fries and we split a side of mac & cheese. Everything was delicious and very well cooked! We both really enjoyed our food. My boyfriend, a self-proclaimed mac & cheese connoisseur, devoured the mac and stated it was one of the best he's had! Next time we're in the area I think we'd both enjoy coming back and trying more of the menu.

The Burger & Lobster restaurant is an amazing casual dining chain restaurant that offers guests delicious and well made burgers, whole lobsters, lobster rolls and other side dishes. It was first established in London, England and has expanded to various countries around the world. In August of 2025, I brought and treated my wife and myself for dinner at the Burger & Lobster Bryant Park, located in Midtown Manhattan, right near Bryant Park. We very much enjoyed our dining experience!!! The restaurant’s staff were very kind and welcoming and quickly provided us with a comfortable dining table. Both my wife and I were impressed with the restaurant’s cozy and intimate features, and we definitely enjoyed viewing it’s soaring ceiling and beautiful and distinct artwork. Its elegant and spacious setting, dim lighting, along with the playing of contemporary music helped produce a very casual and relaxed dining atmosphere. Our server, Marjorie was very friendly and professional and always checked in on us to make sure that we were having a great time. She along with an additional hostess, made sure that our orders were properly noted, provided a great overview on the menu options, and perfectly addressed our menu inquiries. We thank Marjorie and her colleague for their exceptional service and great hospitality!!! Last, but certainly not least, both my wife and I absolutely loved our meals. We ordered and enjoyed the “Chili Garlic Shrimp” appetizer and the “Burger & Lobster Combo For 2” which consists of a whole lobster, original burger, fries and salad. We found everything to be well cooked, superbly seasoned and delightfully delicious!!! If you are fan of burgers and lobster entrees along with receiving great service, then you should definitely visit and dine at the Burger & Lobster Bryant Park!!!

The combo for two $86 is the best deal you could get in NYC. When I saw it on the menu i assumed it was 1 salad and fries to share, when our food i saw we both got our own sides i was estatic! The burger was absolutely delicious it had a tangy taste with the pickles and their seed bun really added a nice flavor. The lobster roll bun was buttery and warm, and the lobster dipped in the garlic butter sauce melts in your mouth. Our server Jasmine was very kind and welcoming and wasn’t overbearing with her service. Lastly the ambiance here was beautiful the restaurant decor is gorgeous and perfect for date night. 10/10 would recommend this restaurant for locals and tourists

Fresh and tasty food, and friendly and funny staff. Burger and Lobster is a staple that one can always trust, whether in NYC or London, or anywhere else it’s always a go to. Got the combo sharing option (1 burger, 1 roll, 1 lobster for 2 people; + salad and fries per person), was a great portion size and tasted great. For what you get and taste it’s reasonable value for money, not an everyday, but one for a special occasion.

Location - great if you enjoy walking up to dinner and going through an alley filled with people smoking weed. Restaurant itself: Once in the restaurant, the elevator does not work so it is not ada accessible and one would need to walk up to two flights of stairs to reach an empty and sad looking restaurant that once was. Here’s the thing too - you never want to order any lobster dish from a restaurant that isn’t busy. So, It’s a toss up between what was worse. The service or the food. We had to deal with Lester who clearly didn’t want to be there, didn’t fix our issues, and was just going back and forth aimlessly since there was hardly anyone else to attend to. The concept seems good - burgers and lobsters but when you are paying over $40 for one and both are made poorly with ingredients that don’t taste fresh then it becomes a terrible concept. If Burger & Lobster changes their staff and replace them with people who actually want to be there as well as make better food that is worth even half the price, then it would make for a far better dining experience.
