We LOVE this restaurant and so do our two little kids. We eat in, we take out, it's all great. The staff are so incredibly nice and thoughtful and the food is amazing - consistently. We eat here at least once a week.

I have to eat here at least twice a week or I get withdrawals. it is the only place that consistently and reliably makes amazing chicken breast when you're on a time crunch. My only critique is that they are only in UWS and UES. The staff is so kind, and the place is both great for dining(huge tables , lots of natural light) in or quick pickup.

The shawarma chicken was moist and mouthwatering! The green salad was fresh.Portions are generous and staff are friendly. I would eat here again. I am ordering the lamb chop next time.

I worked in the area for years and always bypassed this NYC HIDDEN GEM because of the name! I’m a pescatarian so “Chicken” scared me off! Thankfully my coworker brought me here and I was pleasantly surprised! They have plenty of seafood and vegetarian options and the food is delicious! Everything was fresh and great portions! Surprinsingly good! We were freezing cold walking from thr AMNH, and we wanted something to kill the hunger. Amazing service, very warm atmosphere super chill, affordable prices and the quality: excellent!! They gave us a free lemonade!

What a delicious treat! I had the half chicken with coleslaw and it was a huge portion! The chicken was tender and tasty! The coleslaw was just about perfect! I really enjoyed my dinner!

Chicken is very tender and flavorful. Price is reasonable and portion very big. We had 3 people and only order one chicken with 2 sides. It was totally enough. Also, it is fast-food style. So u dont need to pay tips which is def a plus nowadays, especially in NYC. Jusr remember to clean after yourself.

Great take out spot and large seating area indoors and outdoors. Staff is super friendly and attentive. Food is delicious. Chicken wings are my favorite with their blue cheese! Their mac n cheese and french fries are yummy too! Definitely recommend for quick luch to go or dine in.

A decent delivery option in the area. I got chicken wings and ribs with sauce and both were really flavorful and well cooked, but I did wish that both were bigger. I prefer the chicken to the pork though

A fast, casual eatery - order at the counter and take a seat indoors or outdoors. We ordered from their specials menu. My chicken breast combo came with grilled chicken filet, over rice and beans with avocado. My son's chicken sandwich and fries had 2 filets, veggie toppings on the side. At least chicken wasn't fried. Satisfied with our meals. $12-13 each. Drinks bought separately.

When I lived in the city, I would go here often. I drove by today, and I just had to stop. The restaurant is clean, bright, and relatively good seating. For what you pay you, get a ton of food for the price. Very selective menu with so much to choose from. Outdoor parking is not ideal, so I recommend being in the neighborhood or ordering ahead and picking it up yourself. Overall, great place because you get a lot of food for the price you pay

The good: *Some of the best rotisserie chicken you'll get anywhere. Tender, moist, well-seasoned and very flavorful *Generous portions at reasonable prices The bad: *They run out of things. In multiple visits, several sides and sauces were gone (so maybe go early?) *The fries could definitely be better *The place has all the warmth and atmosphere of a bus station. Great choice for a picnic in the park on a nice day, or takeout and enjoy it at home.

Absolutely unacceptable experience and shockingly poor service. I clearly ordered one item and was given something completely different. When I politely asked for it to be corrected, the staff flat-out refused to replace it — despite the mistake being entirely theirs. To make matters worse, one of the employees walked by and spilled food, and no replacement was offered. No real apology, no attempt to fix the situation, and zero accountability. I was there with two children, and the entire experience was stressful, unpleasant, and deeply disappointing. This level of disregard for customers — especially families — is unacceptable. I will never return to this place and would strongly advise others to avoid it. If you care about basic service, respect, and professionalism, look elsewhere.
