good customer service! fresh tea
Great service and comfy!
Nice drinks with excellent customer service!
Good flavor a bit busy sometimes
I love the floral series 😻 its my go to every time
The cashier here is so nice! Great and quick service!
How can I put my words… Best tea & boba place! Very authentic flavor from Taiwan.
This is a great spot for bubble tea. Always great service when I go there and the bubble tea is good.
One of the best options to try bubble tea near Times Square, casual place to stay or take out.
service is fast and the cashier is very friendly :)
This place has provided consistently good quality bubble tea & good service
Great bubble tea spot. Lots of options, always fresh!
So good classic milk black tea. Sweeter side how I like it
Nice and quick staff. Welcomed me into the shop.
Awesome bubble tea! My favourite is the vanilla milk tea.
Great place to get boba!!
Love the black tea with with red beans and milk foam.
Best bubble tea I've ever tried
I use to go to this place regularly and the only reason I go less frequently now is because I am afraid I might become diabetic with all the sweetness! I've tried most of their bubble teas and loved them!
Bubble Tea = major heart eyes. This franchise for bubble tea is a great treat. I love the flavors. I vow to return in the summertime to try the whole menu.
They have a very nice selection of teas especially bubble teas which are my favorite. You can add many kinds of jellies, nata de coco, tapioca bobas, even bean crumble to milk, fruit and several other varieties of teas. I would recommend the Lady Gaga bubble tea as a must try but the milk tea with red beans and tapioca also deserves an honorable mention.
Staff are welcoming and efficient! Been here a couple more times definitely one of the better locations in the city ! Shoutout to the two counter staff !
Their mango green tea with tapioca and coconut jelly keeps me running during hot spring and fall days when going to classes (it is conveniently located right across the street from Baruch college) and during gloomy winter days. The place is very clean, although tiny, so get ready to wait in a long line during lunch time, as all students are rushing into that place.
best boba i’ve ever had. located near another boba place i use to drink at however the prices here are much more reasonable and quick to prepare.
Great bubble tea. The staff is very kind and helpful.
It’s good I like the bubble tea. Will definitely come back
I haven't tried a great deal of bubble tea places. But this is my favorite so far.
Amazing drinks, large variety, great customer service, 15% off with New York student ID, and ingredients always taste fresh.
I love coming here for bubble tea before class! To me getting the treat is like pacifying myself that I have to go to school AFTER I come from work. I also love their tapioca balls, and it is always freshly made. You can adjust amount of ice and sugar here, so if you want it less sweet with less ice, just ask them!
Im a frequent customer of this bubble tea branch but I haven’t post a review for them. I went to a different Coco branch today and had a terrible experience. Made me really appreciate the attentiveness and friendliness from this branch. Thank you so much for your service 🫡.
Great spot for a drink on a hot day. Workers were very helpful. Would visit again for sure
Green tea with milk and boba is the best at CoCo! This is the real deal, Taiwanese bubble tea in NYC. They are super fast with taking drink orders and making the drinks, a plus since it can get really busy fast in the summer months. This place trumps Saint Alp's Tea as Saint Alp's quality has gone way down in the past few years. CoCo takes the win.
My Ex loves CoCo. She goes there every chance she gets in the Philippines
Coco fresh tea & juice never fails to impress with their consistent quality and delicious beverages. Whether it's their refreshing teas or flavorful juices, every sip is a delight. Highly recommend for anyone craving a tasty treat!
Nice service, really good boba. Coco drinks are fresh, tasty, and perfectly sweet. The pearls are always just right, and the service is super friendly. A must-try
Get three drinks from Coco. It was good and gave me some refresh. Staff was good and drinks was also good!
This is by far my favorite Bubble Tea place. Everything is delicious!! Photo: Matcha Latte w/ Tapioca

really nice staff, specifically the latina girl with bangs and glasses! she really made us feel really welcomed and gave us some jelly to try :D
Amazed at the quality of ingredients this bubble tea spot has to offer! They use freshly squeezed fruits (lemon/grapefruit) for their fruit teas which really make a huge difference in the flavor versus getting something with a flavored syrup! The lovely cashier Ana helped me with the questions I had about certain items in the menu. 10/10 would come here again 😊🧋
Genuinely the highlight of a three day Midtown vacation. We stayed at the hotel across the street and ended up spending more at CoCo than any other restaurant in the city because every single trip outside ended with a cheeky boba tea on the way back. Good drinks, incredibly friendly staff, couldn't have asked for anything better
Great service! The staff were very friendly shout out to Edgar and Ana for giving me awesome recommendations! Will definitely be coming back to this location. The drinks were amazing.
Really good Taro milk tea. Better than the average boba place! Kinda pricey though ($6 for medium). The fruit teas are decent too. I recommend grapefruit if you like sour notes and mango if you want from raw sweetness.
I visited the Coco tea outlet for the first time today. I tried the taro cold bubble tea with the request of less ice. I am a big fan of bubble tea and hence the large order :) I got a large glass of taro bubble tea at the price of 5.50$. Sorry I forgot to take a picture... I was too busy sipping the tea haha... About the service..I wish the staff was more engaging and shared more information for those who are trying it for the first time.. but maybe they assume everyone knows about bubble tea :). Now about the tea - it was perfect. Bubbles were perfectly made - the black chewy boba were added in perfect proportion to the tea. The flavour of taro was also perfect. I like how they seal the tea to avoid spillage. I recommend this place and would visit there again.
A bubble tea cafe needs to excel in its bubble teas, and nothing else on the menu really matters. For this, Coco Fresh Tea and Juice can do no wrong, because their bubble tea tapioca pearls are fresh and the tea is appropriately sweet. The staff is cheery and friendly, the atmosphere is sufficiently brunch level, and the bathrooms are clean. I ask for nothing more when I want a good bubble tea.
Service is quick and friendly. They make it easy to adjust how sweet your drink is. A great after work pick-me-up if you don't want caffeine or alcohol. Limited seating, but usually you want bubble tea to go anyway.

Nice little place. Only downside is the lack of sitting space.
Best bubble tea I ever had
Good bubble tea. No seating tho
Best for bubble tea than fresh juices.
Good place to get a drink after didi dumplings!
Quick and tasty....great treat to beat the heat!
Love the service! The bubble tea was great! However, it can be very expensive.
Ok clean location, $7.5 for a large bubble tea. No almond milk, oat only.
Bubbles weren't ready around 11am on a Sunday, but if I had half an hour to wait, they would've been.
nice small shop with alot of different types of bubble tea
Mostly Baruch College crowd. Good bubble tea options.
Flexible sugar and ice. Fresh drinks, a bit overpriced but hey, it’s NYC!
I am an avid fan of Bubble Tea. You can't sit down at this place, but they're drinks are pretty good and reasonably priced as well. They have drinks with a variety of mixed jellys and yakult (yogurt drink).
Coco is always good, never had a bad quality drink. However, service at this location today was a little all over the place. It is first day of memorial day weekend tho
Drinks are good and the prices are on par with the competition. Only downside is there's very little seating area and no tables. Definitely a grab and go shop.
My favorite Coco location! Right next to Baruch for all you students. Coffee milk tea is my fave. Be aware- no seating.
I love the kiosk for ordering. However, the user interface needs some work. It's difficult to figure out how to add more than one item to your drink
I was at the one in Flushing but there's no listing for it! After a huge hot pot meal I saw this place and immediately made myself make room for some bubble tea. I got the 3 ladies or 2 guys or whatever it was called (it had grass jelly in it). SO GOOD! And not too heavy or sweet either. Love this stuff.
It's a nice little place in midtown to get some boba. It's pretty small and gets busy on hot days around lunch time; so keep that in mind in case you're expecting to be in and out. The taro milk tea seems to be a popular one, though the
It's a nice bubble tea, but they have strange rules about not making some drinks warmer (for cold New York winters). So I'm trying to avoid it in winter. And I'm not sure they actually do it any less sweet when ordering 30% sugar.
Reasonably flavorful bubble tea at reasonable prices. There is definitely more variety to be found in Chinatown if you are craving some unusual flavors, but they do the standards well enough here if you can't be bothered to travel.
I like this place! It has the option to choose your sugar level in your bubble tea -regular, 50%, 30% (and I think 0% as well). There aren’t too many varieties of bubble tea at this shop that I’m used to seeing in other places. But I have no complaints. This is a solid place to get bubble tea. Prices are reasonable and service is fairly quick.
The service is good and the drink is good. 15% discount for Baruch students who shows their school ID. On weekends, they're understaffed. Also their coco app barcode scan machine doesnt work.
Delicious bubble teas. This place was my first introduction to bubble tea so many years ago. Still delicious. Fresh and fast service. And you can customize the ice and sugar levels.

All right place I guess have not been there in a few month's
Not my type of bubble tea. It was okay
Meh, I've had better. Customer service was not very nice either.
tastes have changed after they hired new staffs
The drinks are made quickly and the staff is professional. I'm mostly just happy to see more bubble tea places pop up north of China Town. Not the best you'll ever have, but not bad by any stretch of the imagination.
Soo happy there's a bubble tea place in midtown NYC! Lots of different drinks and you can control the sweetness. The bubbles and grass jelly are good and the tea quality is alright.
Over-priced bubble teas, I went here after reading some raving reviews but was disappointed. Even with the no ice option, the bubble tea was watered down, had very mind flavor and baobab bubbles were doughy in consistency.
I can't remember what I got but it was good. It's number 3 on best place to get bubble tea. I've been to a several places.
their customer service attitude is really really bad and pissed me off. I've only been there less than 5 times and they have messed up my order twice. The first time I ordered milk tea with pudding and I was very sure I told them I want pudding, they forgot to add pudding in it - no "sorry", just asked me to pay 50 cents more. The second time was just yesterday. I ordered a drink called 2 ladies (which contains two kinds of pudding), they made a regular bubble tea. When I told them it's not what i ordered, they insisted they heard "bubble tea" and the girl who made a replacement for me looked very unwilling to do it. So I explained to her again that I did speak clearly "2 ladies" when I ordered, it was the cashier who got me wrong. Then she said "all of us hear you say bubble tea, how could we be wrong", only the cashier heard me ordering, the other two were told by the cashier, they were all on the same team obviously. I got very upset and asked to see their manager, they told me there was no manager. The guy worked there even went inside to take a few minutes looking at their camera record...but found nothing. Then I took their business card, they told me "don't even try to call the number, it will be us who answer the phone! our main location is in Taiwan, you can call Taiwan to complain!" I tried to calm down and said "this is already a second time happened, you guys should do better next time", the cashier got mad at me and said "You dont have to come here next time". When I asked for a sincere apology, the guy said "I'm sorry, is that Okay?" they were not sorry at all! What a horrible experience and will never ever come back again!
Coco tea-not the fastest spot, but busy with the students. Still great pudding and bubbles.

Bubbles were not fresh and were sticking together.
They ran out of boba and didn’t tell me. The tea was still good tho
Watered down drinks. Staff was friendly but not that familiar with their drinks to give recommendations.
Very slow, only one person working here and it's all done by hand I mean she shakes it by hand so some times i taste the powder texture in the drink. It's not as good as Kungfu tea but not any cheaper.
Boba hard and not fresh. Sometimes the milk tea overflow and is all over the outside of the cup. They never wipe it and give it to me. Mad sticky. Think their grass jelly is expired. After finishing the drink, got a stomachache and feel like throwing up

I come here all the time for a drink and this girl constantly messes up my order. It’s understandable if it’s once but it’s more than once.
Got the lava pearl and it had to be one of the worst tasting drinks I’ve ever tried.
TERRIBLE SERVICE!!!! I would give a zero if I can. This is the worst service ever that I ever had. My friend asked for double pudding milk tea, but they made a milk tea with grass jelly for my friend. Of course we needed to ask for exchange. Then those 2 dudes started giving bad attitude and gossiping my friend with Cantonese. First, wrong order Second, worst attitude We are so MAD with their service!
Says to open at 10 but the lights are not even on at 10:10
There was a bug in my drink. Be careful it looked like a beetle To
There is a bug in my drink? THERE IS A BUG IN MY DRINK! Good luck if you're going here. But it's my first and last time.

One male employee that wears a scally cap yelled very loudly at me after I unknowingly entered the store right before closing and ordered a drink. He could have refused to take my order and I would've left however he decided to make a rude comment as I left the store and his coworker laughed along with him. I made sure none of my friends returned to this location because a customer should never be treated that way.
