Decent food if you're in a hurry but way too expensive per pound. The other day I got one of their smaller containers of a small scoop of mashed potatoes and some slices of beef. I wasn't really hungry, but I have to take my meds with a meal. Combined, it was about the equivalent of a saucer, if that. The small container wasn't full at all. $15.00!!! If I'm going to pay that kind of money, I want a full-on meal. But I will say their food is good, especially their soups.

Was a busy place. Have a good breakfast menu and looks like the same for lunch. They also have smoothies and juice. Good selection of coffees as well.

Poke is quite good here, nice balance of rice and fish, even though this is not a poke shop. It has a combination of eastern and western style dishes here, and a collection of take out sushi boxes that you can pick up and go. I guess that is how they ended up selling poke (?), still quite popular, you can see always some people ordering poke, just not as crowded as other poke shops, which is good.

I ordered the Omelette Croissant and coffee to stay. The croissant was one of those insipid mushy affairs in plastic bags that bodegas sell: not good! The omelette inside was good. The coffee was strong and hot, which I like. The workers are nice. Stop it with the fake croissants!

I like pretty much of the food here, particularly the grilled or teriyaki slamon in the hot salad bar. The udon is also good. However, the ventilation is so so bad that everytime I leave this place the smell sticks to my hair and clothes and it's really stinky.

I went there and got egg and cheese sandwiche I wanted ketchup and the lady at the chasier told me it's on the other side , I check and it was only hot sauce in there, I told them there is no ketchup, and than she gave me 2 small ketchup bags , I went to eat it and I hear them laughing and talking in Spanish but I didn't care. After I finished my meal, I wanted to buy chocolate went to the cashier again and than this guy said in Spanish "oh this guy again, he won't leave us alone" I have to mention that this guy didn't serve me didn't make my sandwiche and wasn't taking my order, so I didn't even gave him a hard time by asking for ketchup, it's just sad to see people who think they are smart using their own *secret language* and think nobody who isn't spanish can understand a basic words in Spanish , not cool. hope he will learn not to do it again

I came in for something quick to eat. I asked for only salmon, the worker told me and wrote down the price on the container "$6.95." It was a very small piece. I already knew I was paying more than I was getting. I left but didnt realize until after that this place charged me $20. That's messed up. 👎

I would give them zero stars if I could. Avoid this place as there are better and cleaner options in the area. I can understand half full salads trying to make a buck on small portions and since I work near by, I kept going hoping it would be different every time. What's the definition of insanity? Doing something over and over and expecting a different result. Today was the straw that broke the camels back. At 11:45 am Global Kithchen had yet to fully staff the registers. A huge line was forming. Thankfully a manager stepped in to ring up customers and help with size of the line. I ordered a simple salad that I always order, with one protein. The salad maker may have made a mistake and drawn a line on the top of the bowl indicating an extra charge for 75 cents for a second protein. This is crazy because I had one protein and one less vegetable then allowed. The price of the salad is always the same, 8.11 for a small chicken Caesar or 8.66 for a pick your own salad with one protein. Today the manager who was "Helping" rang me up and charged me 9.47. I asked him why and he said because of the mark on the top of the salad, he had to charge an extra 75 cents. I asked him if he was the manager. He said yes. I said great. There are plenty of other salad options in the neighborhood. I come here too often and its always the same price. Can you please check and make a change. He explained to me that since there was a mark he had to charge the extra 75 cents. I explained to him that I asked him to check to which he again explained that with the mark, I had gotten two proteins and he didn't need to check. At that point I told him that if he charged me the extra 75 cents without checking I would never come here again. He said there was nothing he could do. I don't agree with him. He had a choice, to listen to regular customer and check, or decide not to listen and charge 9.47. That manager may have decided that he didn't need my business. But I am sure he underestimated the negative google review he was about to receive. Again, go somewhere else that values your business, gives you a fair portion, and for a fair price.
