You’re at an airport people, you don’t think Starbucks reheats your food in a toaster oven too? Get over yourself, it wasn’t the best sandwich I’ve ever had but im at an airport not a gourmet restaurant.

Service is not good, coffee is ok. It's pretty easy to order on the kiosks. Although, there is no marked line or sign. Servers have an attitude.

Pretty good hot cappuccino with whole milk for a 1-star place. I’d rate the coffee at 3.

Trash they need to hire a coffee expert seriously.
Ordered a small chai tea latte paid 9.08 +tax if you’re camera works watch it pls. It was 9:20am and I had to wait 25 mins, asked the lady but she gave me attitude twice. She laughed and said wait. All the customers passed by me and finally she decided to give me my order. Maybe she didn’t like my face but she really ruined my mood. I will never pass by this food place again!!

Self scan is useless, the employees have to tell you how to use it. Sausage patty is half the size of the bagel. Little cheap spreadable cheese. Go somewhere else.
I waited over 5min for literally the worst espresso I've ever had. This stuff tasted like battery acid
Waited 20 min for my order to come after I’d paid. Received the drinks eventually but no one had put my ultimate grilled cheese sandwich in the toaster. The loudest lady (tallest head covering to go with the shouting) told me I’d just have to wait. No apology just aggression. So I waited yet another 5 min, finally received it but had to demand the cookie ordered with it, as basically they are completely useless at customer care. This is supposed to be fast food at the airport. People have flights to catch. I feel sorry for the owners as there’s no management going on here and none of the servers seem to know who is doing each order so some are avoided, others half done and the loud lady is shouting at everyone including customers. Avoid this place if you can until they train or replace the staff. Food and coffee are good.

I did not want a bagel. I wanted sausage, egg, and cheese on a croissant and they said we don’t do that. I walked up to the counter and all three of them were in a conversation. Didn’t even acknowledge me. Didn’t say hello. Didn’t say welcome. These people should not be working here and should not be the face of this business at the airport. No above and beyond. So I settled for a chai latte. Didn’t ask me if I wanted medium large discharged me. Somebody just walked up to the register and they tell everyone go to the kiosk go over to the kiosk.
Absolutely dreadful. +45 min wait for two coffees and one bagel. When i asked which order the worker was on, she responded that she "only works off names". I had to request a refund as flight was boarding and had no idea when i might receive my order. I received the same lazy attitude the worker had while attempting to fill orders. No care, no urgency, no consideration, no manners. When the manager arrived, it became clear why this worker's attitude was acceptable there. Pathetic.
Terrible experience — this place feels like a total scam. I came early in the morning and ordered a sandwich and coffee. The order took forever, and after a long wait, it was clear it wasn’t going to be fulfilled. A staff member asked for my order number and said they would issue a refund. However, over five days later, I still haven’t received it. I ended up having to dispute the charge with my credit card company to get my money back. Save yourself the trouble and avoid this place.
On June 8th, I ordered a cup of coffee and a croissant. The receipt printer in the store was broken, so I didn’t receive a receipt. The staff seemed unable to coordinate with each other, didn’t know which customers arrived first, and couldn’t figure out which items belonged to which orders. The whole situation was a mess. On top of that, the staff were rude and impatient. One of them even said, “Too many orders, I give up.” Their attitude was terrible, and they clearly couldn’t handle the situation. I ended up waiting 40 minutes for my order due to their poor organization and lack of crisis management. When I went to write this review, I noticed someone had complained about the exact same issue two weeks ago—yet nothing has changed. It’s clear they have no intention of improving. A restaurant that doesn’t care shouldn’t stay in business. Don’t waste your time here. Thanks.
One star review is not low enough. This place was a terrible tragedy. The line was enormous. You order off of an iPad and half the people ordering don’t speak English. So they are very confused and the line barely budges. I ordered a hot coffee no room and I get room. I ask to have it filled up and I get the most bombastic eye roll from my server. I then ask for a refill on my $7 coffee and he tells me “no we don’t do refills here…” my wife’s mocha was terrible as well. This terminal (7) in general is just awful. Maybe I’m salty all the lounges are in terminal 4 and 1… idk this place just feels trashy.
30 minute wait time. In a rush? Do NOT order from here. We waited 20minutes for a muffin, a bagel with cream cheese (just a packet of cream cheese you throw in the bag), and 2 PRE-MADE sandwiches you heat up (that were cold in the center. Then 10 more minutes for our drinks -- hot chai, cappuccino, iced latte. 10 minutes might seem reasonable, but it was 30minutes from the time we ordered. $70 order (sandwiches alone were $15 a piece) The staff have 0 sense of urgency, calling out orders and waiting until someone picked it up before beginning the next one. They were out of the muffin we wanted, so we asked for a refund (& soon after asked to just sub for another bagel) and they tried telling us to come back in 20minutes! We said no, we board in 20minutes, so the staff ran around instead looking for the muffin... We would have been better off grabbing something cold.
JFK service in general is terrible. it’s true what others write, not enough employees and modern equipment for them. But also the Condor in check counter… totally unmotivated and slow employees. We ordered 2 burger meals for over 40 dollars to have the last USA experience and what do you get: a bag and then we released that all tables were so dirty that we cleaned one by ourselves. Bad rooms are more worse/dirty than the most worse bad rooms on a plane.
So sad google review doesn’t have a negative star rating system, as 1.3 star for this place is still too good of a rating. A complete disaster! If you don’t want to wait for over 20 mins for an iced latte that costs nearly 10 dollars than avoid this place at all costs!!! ( and the saddest part is that I didn’t even get my 10 dollar drink after 20 mins waiting cuz my flight is having the final boarding call)
Horrible Customer Service, employee was very rude. Waited 40 min for a bagel, had to get a muffin instead employee was rude just because I asked to get something else instead because it was taking so long. Gets worse she ignored me I had to call her 5 times. If you are working with people have some carisma.
Disgusting coffee! I didn't try any of the food, but it didn't look appetizing either. Eat before coming to the airport!
They have a cash register but refuse to use it. There are three people currently behind the desk - two workers standing there directing people to use the kiosk and clearly not wanting the trouble of operating the dormant cash register!? Doesn’t make business sense to me. Why not sell your product to people face to face instead of having those same people direct you to an annoying terminal that most of us haven’t used before. Simple business 101… too bad.. off to the next place for coffee.
This is the only “coffee shop” in JFK Terminal 7, so I see how the problems started—no competition and thus no motivation to improve. There is a cashier register but was not operating, all customers must order on the kiosk—not an issue for me, but I saw some customers got turned away because they didn’t want to/know how to use the kiosk. I ordered an oak latte and waited for 20 minutes until all customers before and after me were gone. After being asked multiple times, they realized that they lost my order in the queue and had to ask for my receipt to see what I have ordered—so keep your receipt, or your $8 small latte would have no proof of its existence. Atmosphere is nice, which tricked me. Good was as expected. But the organization and service—zero star if I could. I don’t fly Terminal 7 often, but mental note—I will never return to this Irving Farm coffee again.

They call themselves coffee roasters, but won't make an Americano even when it is on their menu. Don't offer something you are unwilling to make. I spent $15 on a bacon, egg, and cheese bagel that I didn't really want without a coffee. I watched other people struggle with the self ordering kiosk, and they were given one-word answers or blown off by the employees. I can see why they have ratings in the 1s.
