Always a great visit here everyone is very nice. But just a heads up. Google shows they open at 6 on Saturdays. They don’t open until 8.
Finally can't back to Baker's because they brought back their shredded beef! Did not disappoint!! BOMB!!
I ordered delivery and they forgot some of my order. Manager was really rude and told me to come back. Even though I ordered delivery. That was their fault and there was no accountability what so ever. Worst experience. She should be able to provide good customer service. What type of service is that? manager is a no-go! Incident happened on January 26 @10pm as you can see .. ** owner called several days later & addressed the problem, was super helpful & understanding. Received refund **
This store is good but the drive thru printer needs to be fixed. Haven't been able to redeem my points because the QR code is extremely faded and won't register on the app.
The food was whatever. I didn't feel full, though I ordered a whole meal deal. I asked one of the employees for bathroom code. She tells me the code in Spanish. As if I told her that's all I speak.lol Luckily for her I did know what she meant. I do feel that she should have been able to speak English. Other than that, it was clean.
Very disappointed, ordered a chorizo and egg burrito close to 5 bucks. I received a egg burrito with very little chorizo in it. It was a flat burrito with mostly tortilla then anything else.
I moved from inland empire years ago, but haven't forgotten my food places. I hadn't been to Bakers in years. My taste was between McDonald's and Bakers. I started thinking about the meat burritos and soft taco's I used to get on the weekends stop from going out to local club. I choose Bakers, and was very disappointed. My 2 soft tacos ($4.98) The meat had no flavor, was cold by all the lettuce and tomato thrown on it. They both had very little cheese. I also ordered some tots,($2.69), and a coffee ($2.55). The drive to and from is about 1 minute. I made sure my order was right, but I didn't check the temperature until I got home. The tacos.. , lettuce, tomato fell out of the tortilla, the Tots were semi cold and hard. The young lady working the window, I noticed she was the cook and cashier. I was little turned off by her long painted nails, I don't have anything against nails, I put acrylics on every now and then, but hers were unusually long and painted. To be handling money , food, condiments, etc. and putting them in my food bag.!!
This particular restaurant always messes up the meals! We work hard for our money and nothing is free so when I pay extra for something I expect to recieve it! This has happened several times already… and of course when you call to speak to someone about the issue they NEVER pick up the phone!
Alejandro, the manager, he said, has no customer service. Just totally ignored us. After he said he would help us with the kiosk.No customer service at all.I will not ever go back there to that Baker's and there's other coworker was hey big instagator they're immature , saying things that I did not say or do

I don't like the changes happening to Bakers .why our they trying to be like everyone else adding chicken tenders 😒 and now they change the family menu .what else?
I used to LOVE Bakers. Now • You pay 3-4 times as much • you get ⅓ as much. Litte cheese on the burritos, almost no meat, bearly any sauce. And after paying $40 for 3 Mama meals they changed the awesome fries they used to have. Now they got those gross ones with mashed potatoe on the outside. I can't believe this is the same company I used to love as a kid. Huge burritos (with lots of meat and cheese and sauce), & fries ( real ). We took it all back. And still charged us for half of it. We ate like 4 FF Before realizing that they had been changed. Really, this is ridiculous.
Rude. I actually left. Didn't even bother to get the order. Id give this place a negative 0.
This particular location I visit regularly however everytime I ask for well done fries they always say they forgot n fix it this time an older woman was working the window and gave me attitude told me to pull to the front when my chili cheese fries and small fries came out they where so burnt I couldn’t even stab it with my fork this is sad because I am a regular bakers customer I go to all the locations in the inland empire but this specific one on waterman and highland I will NOT be spending my money there anymore!!!
We encountered Nadia D in the drive thru and her level of customer service was highly unprofessional. She was so rude from the very beginning. Then, when we engaged with her at the window she was very unfriendly. Interacting with people is not her strong suit! We even thanked her and she had no response. Overall was a horrible experience to encounter someone with such an unwarranted attitude. We will not be returning to this location!
They say to use the front door because the side door is locked. THE FRONT DOOR IS LOCKED TOO! Luckily, someone inside opened the door (not a worker) they were only serving one burger per person and one burger per car... I don't know why. And everyone was mad I should have walked out. The food was warm, not hot. Didn't give any napkins or straws when they gave anyone their food it was in bags no trays, and this was for everyone, not just me that dine in. So as I was leaving, I wanted a refill, and she got it but proceded to slam it down when she gave it back, spilling some in the process. Woah, lady! I don't know who set this whole team off or who the shift leader is, but I'm never eating here again. I'm sure they don't care. I'm not even mad I'm just shocked. P.S. place is dirty parking lot is worn down careful when you step.
