Absolutely loved this kabab place! The food was fresh, flavorful, and perfectly cooked. The kababs were juicy, tender, and packed with authentic spices that tasted amazing in every bite. I had the ghost Chilli kebab, shrimp kabab, bel puri and fries. The portions were generous, and everything from the sides to the sauces complemented the meal so well. The staff was friendly, the service was quick, and the atmosphere was clean and welcoming. Definitely one of the best spots for kababs — I’ll be coming back again for sure! Highly recommend!
The employees are very attentive and very helpful. I had the ghost peper chicken over rice and the masla fries. The ghost pepper spice level was a nice burn that wasn't over powering. I personally like hotsauce but hot sauce has a kick that makes me caugh, this was manageable. The mango drink was not too sweet and smooth, highly recommend. The masala fries were amazing alone but ask them to add the white sauce and green sauce, 10 times better.
Kebabshiq is hands down serving some of the best kebabs in NYC. Everything was incredibly fresh, flavorful, and perfectly seasoned. The meat was tender and juicy, cooked just right, and you can really taste the quality in every bite. Portions were generous, service was great, and the flavors were authentic and satisfying without being overwhelming. If you’re a kebab lover or just looking for a seriously good meal, this spot is a must-try. I’ll definitely be back!
Got takeout from Kebabishq and had a great experience overall. Service was quick and the staff were friendly. Tried the chicken seekh kebab with paratha, the chicken was freshly made to order, perfectly cooked, well seasoned, and literally melted in the mouth. The flavors were well balanced and very satisfying. One small downside: the lettuce in the paratha didn’t really make sense and took away from the experience. Just chicken, onion, and sauces would’ve been perfect. The portion was filling, the store was clean, though seating is limited. Looking forward to coming back and trying other kebabs!
I went to Kebabishq so cozy and cute. This place is a totally game changer for quick grab and go. The service is really fast , everything was freshly made and the delicious paneer, lamb, soya Chaap kebab is a very popular and also you are getting the high quality food with a reasonable price with fast service. Perfect 👌🏻 💯 highly recommend ✅🤗
Ordered the Lamb Seekh Kebab rice bowl. It was nice, slightly spicy and salty, very soft yet not overcooked rice, overlaid with meat and vegetables. Tasted great. The portion was so-so, but it was not too-little. Price was about $15 after taxes. Not too expensive by Manhattan standards.
I really liked the food I think the portions for the kebab meat can be a bit more but the value for quality is unmatched. Really delicious and rich flavors. Lamb was juicy and tender and the fries were cooked perfectly and crispy with great seasoning
This place is LEGIT. The serve ridiculously tasty skewers, I had both the chicken ones which were amazing but the lamb one was even better. Super nice owners too, well priced and place is clean and inviting. Highly recommend
A fantastic lunch spot! Very reasonably priced and good portions for the price. A satisfying size meal. Highly recommend the roll (comes in a super buttery, flakey paratha). Chicken was a bit spicy even though it wasn’t listed, but it was manageable. The lamb and shrimp were also amazing. The mango lassi was also incredible. Amazing spiced flavor- really a standout from a lot of mango lassi in the area that is really a mango smoothie.
Such a great new find in the neighborhood. Food is delicious and the meat feels so fresh. Love the ambiance and the service. The dahi puri tasted like home. Will definitely be back!
Lamb and Shrimp kebab were outstanding. Nice and spicy. Would not want to venture near ghost chili unless you are courageous. Oatmeal chai was delicious and the Mango Lassi is nice and thick.
Fantastic snack food! The Dahi Puri and Masala chai were delicious! Not too sweet either. Well balanced spices 😍

Lovely cozy place! The Kebab was right spicy and the Masala Chai with Osmania biscuit was a great (nostalgic Hyderabad) touch!

Really tasty lamb skewer over salad and rice, just the right amount of food. Ate in and waited 20+ min so will order ahead next time.
Smaller spot but friendly cashier. I got the lamb kebab rice bowl. Overall different taste than I'm used to but I really liked it. More tangy and green chutney focused and the rice is unique. The portion looks smaller but it's definitely filling after eating the whole thing. Would go back
📍 kebabishq is a late night eats indian spot specializing in indian street food 😋 this was my first time ever trying something like this an im excited to come again !! we got lamb skewers over rice which was slightly spicy but the rice and sauces lessened the spice 🐑 🍚 the chaat puri was slightly sweet with a creamy texture which i loved 🥰 the chicken skewers on a roll was delicious 😭😭😭 it reminded me of a burrito and roti. the chicken was so tender and moist 🐓 don’t sleep on the mango lassi, that hits 🥭
Kebabishq is an excellent spot for genuinely delicious kebabs that come impressively close to what you’d find in North India. The flavors immediately stand out and honestly caught me by surprise. While they are cooked on a stone grill rather than over coal, the kebabs still deliver that familiar char and smoky depth you’d expect from traditional coal fired cooking. A couple of things worth noting. The rice to kebab ratio is a bit off, with much more rice than kebab on the plate. The ghost chili kebab is also milder than expected unless you specifically ask them to make it spicy. I also tried the lamb seekh kebab roll, which was excellent and held up remarkably well even two hours after it was made. Everything is cooked to order, so freshness is clearly a priority. The atmosphere is very much quick service and feels closer to a fast food joint than a sit down restaurant, so don’t come expecting ambience. That said, if you love kebabs and bold, authentic flavor, this place is absolutely worth a visit and highly recommended.

We had initially ordered through DoorDash but they didn’t assign any dashers. My husband and I got in the car quickly to pick up before they closed - we got there right at closing and the staff were so sweet. They were waiting for someone to pick up our order and they felt so bad, they gave us complimentary drinks. Food was great when we ate it at home - so flavorful! 10/10 would recommend
Food was delectible, juicy succulent chicken kebabs. Authentic flavors and not over powering. Food is healthy and cooked fresh. Affordable prices for location & price. Quality & quantity justify price point. We got the chicken malai roll and rice bowl. Cozy, welcoming vibe. Service impeccable. Support your MUSLIM OWNED BUSINESSES. ITS HALAL!!!
I have been exploring New York food for a while and i stepped in this place with no expectations but for anyone who misses Indian food, hear me out. The kebabs are very juicy and the chutneys with it go really well. This place has everything to feed your soul. I also tried the dahi puri and bhel puri, for someone who is from bombay and takes their chaat seriously, both were very very good. Also the staff is really prompt and quick with service so no issues there.
Chicken Seekh Kebab is delicious! Moist, tender, juicy, and flavorful. You need to get it in a paratha roll. They go together well. There’s sauce in the paratha roll, so no need to get extra sauce (which I got but was not necessary). Only thing that would hold me on going back is the price. The paratha roll and the kebab is $15. While it’s delicious it felt overpriced, especially since it’s possible to get a similar roll at the Pakistani Kati roll place 2 blocks away on 1st Avenue for just $6. Also got Chicken Malai Kebab which was ok. It was mild and not as good as the seekh kebab. Didn’t get anything with it and regretted it as it’s just a few tiny pieces. We were super hungry after we opened it at home and realized how small the portion was. To get such a small portion for $10 wasn’t worth it. I would love to get the seekh kebab often because of how fantastic it is, but will have to pace it out because of the price.
Good food. Fair pricing. Worth trying if you are in the neighborhood. Wait for food is 15-20 mins.

My experience at KebabishQ was unfortunately below expectations, and I left feeling like the food could use serious improvement. I ordered the beef kebab, which sounded promising, but it arrived wrapped in an overly oily paratha that made the entire meal feel heavy and messy. The filling itself was very minimal, with only lettuce and onion added, giving it almost no flavor or texture beyond the greasiness of the wrap. It lacked the freshness and balance you would hope for in a kebab. I also tried their loaded fries, which were described as a generous and flavorful option. Instead, the portion was disappointing. There were only a few fries at the bottom, topped with about four small pieces of chicken, and once again covered with a large amount of lettuce and onion. It felt more like a salad with fries hidden underneath rather than anything “loaded.” The mango lassi was the one item that was acceptable—it had a decent flavor, but it wasn’t enough to make up for the rest of the meal. Overall, KebabishQ has potential with its menu ideas, but the execution needs major improvement in portion sizes, freshness, and overall quality.
