Extremely small business, even for New York standards. Went around 10pm and it was crowded. Food was still good.

Had an issue with a staff members attitude. However we visited the following day to report this and the manager on duty Jayson restored our faith in the restaurant

This is take out only place which means there's no place to sit. I didn't notice that before getting there but it was clearly noted on Google. It was a bummer that it also meant they have no bathroom either since we planned to order something and also needed a bathroom which is hard to come by in the area without having to order something. The place is tiny so it gets a bit crowded when it's busy. I went on a Friday evening and half the place was full of people waiting. My order did take a long time, over 20 minutes. But it seemed their system went down for a bit and they were having trouble which put them further behind. But the staff was friendly and clearly trying their best to catch up. Some of the customers were very rude and the staff kept their cool while rushing around to complete their orders. I really want to acknowledge that. It was obviously not an easy moment and it took a lot of strength not to respond with rudeness right back at them, even as a bystander. Once things got to manageable level a staff member called out to ask if any orders were still missing (mine was) and immediately checked in. I could see someone already packing it and a few moments later another friendly staff member handed it over and everything was correct. So yes the order took some extra time but the staff was friendly and working hard to remedy the situation.

The burger was quite good, as were the loaded bacon fries. The portion size could've been bigger on the burger though.

In my opinion, breakfast food at Wendy's is at most mid.

I'm not a vegetarian, but I had people with me who are, and there were no options other than just fries, so we had to leave with nothing. You would think that's a basic option to have a vegetarian option on the menu in 2023, but it is what it is I guess. It's just a pick-up point kind of place anyway, not for dining in.

This place is quite a thing!! A big spill hazard by the fountain machine, self-ordering machines not handing out reciepts nor QR codes, making it weird to fetch your order, and employees not giving you your full order until you ask for it (I had to ask for my drinks and they had to double check if it was right). Coming to taste, it's really not worth the price, even being near Times Square.

Also I’m allergic to several mayonnaises, so when I received my PLAIN baconator, I was met with a burger with no bacon and only ketchup, and mayo. Thankfully I didn’t bite into it without looking. I’ve tried calling several times and have not received word back from this location. Will never visit again, and would not recommend at all. I don’t blame Benjamin, as much as I blame the kitchen staff.

Completely understaffed. Orders take way long.

It's 10/12 10:52PM Now today is the 2nd time i pass by and they are close but when you look at the time they supposed to close today says at 1:00AM so why are they close at this time yesterday was the same thing i got there before 12:Am and they were close and the schedule on the Google Maps say different, i Love Wendy's so i can't afford to do be doing a 25-30-min walk to this location saying ya are "Open for Business" but when people show up Wendy's Front door is Locked, Fix ya Google Maps Timing stop lieing about being Open Late Night and be closing very early

This place is quite a thing!! No quality control (single patty rather than double) or sense of urgency from client facing cashier (made me wait 10 min before sleepily taking my burger to the back and came back to say the grilled says there’s 2 patties. I had to open my burger to show the single patty before she would give me a new one). Gave Wendy a chance after many years. No plans to come back.

Mobile ordered, saw staff putting my chili in the bag then let it sit on counter. To be polite I waited, they did some walk in orders. Had to point out my mobile order was probably sitting there. Fine got the order but missed my bus because I thought 10 minutes was enough for one chili. Got on the next bus a few minutes later ok no big loss at least I can enjoy this chili. Opened bag, hmm no spoon. A carefree staff, low stars deserved.
