If you haven't tried Japanese wide flat udon, this is the place for you. The sets are of high value including the udon and assortment of tempuras. I highly recommend the cold dipping udon because you can taste the original flavor/texture of the udon and the complexity of the dipping sauce (even the yuzu fragrance). The hot soup udon doesn't do that as much. But mind you: dishes here center around carbs so if you are looking for more meat/protein heavy for, this place might not be for you.
This was so yummy! And value for money! I liked the cold udon yuzu noodle situation a lot. The chicken soup was also good. Very fast service! They only seat full parties. At 7:15 on a Sunday, we (2 ppl) waited for like 10 mins. But by 8pm, there was a massive line
Probably some of the best udon in NYC I’ve ever had. Very simple menu, but in this case less is more because anything you order will be done so well. I ordered the hot chicken udon which came with the most delicious piece of tempura bacon. Service is incredible and extremely fast. Not many seats so either get there early or be prepared for a short wait. Would suggest going alone or just in a group of 2.
A bit pricey imo for the signature set, but was overall delicious and surprisingly filling. I’ve never had this style of udon, so I can’t attest to the authenticity (even though there’s bacon tempura lol) The workers there were very sweet and helpful. Went for lunch on a weekday and it was pretty much empty.
The vegan dipping udon is SO GOOD! The flavor is incredible. So nice to have a vegan option and it is also amazing. Second time here and will be coming back again.
I got the signature set and it was delicious!! Recommend to eat it quickly or the udon will stick. Shrimp and Japanese potato tempura was my favorite. I thought the bacon was a bit too salty. You order through the QR code by seat (and tip) so it’s super seamless and quick! Warning: there is no restroom here!!
Efficient spot for very good udon. Love the tempura prawn and bacon, as well as the other accompaniments. It’s a unique experience and you can order on your phone while you’re in there. Worth a visit
This udon spot specializes in udon dipping, and even if you’re not familiar with the style, there’s no need to feel intimidated—they explain everything clearly and walk you through the dish. I had their signature set. The udon was chewy and bouncy, just the right texture. The tempura was fresh and crisp, a solid contrast to the noodles. Next time, I’ll probably swap out the tempura bacon, as it was a bit salty for my taste. It’s also a perfect place for solo diners. Even though ordering and paying is done online, the staff were attentive and helpful throughout the meal.
I really enjoyed this style of udon as I've never tried it before. The noodles have a wonderful chew to them, and the dipping sauce in the signature set is delightfully fragrant. I was pleasantly surprised by the bacon tempura, which wasn't too greasy. The other tempura were very good as well. The service was friendly and quick once we were seated, but we did have to wait a little over 45 min on line. It was a nice night to chat on line though!
They do udon or soba in soup or tsukemen style served with tempura and that's it...and they do it REALLY WELL. Delicious. The tempura is light and delicate..a riff is tempura bacon, which was good but the veggie tempura pieces were even better. I got the tsukemen style with very wide (around 1.5") flat noodles, great chew and bounce, a little tough to pick up, lol. The dipping broth is well balanced and flavorful. This is a tiny place, counter seating only. Great for solo dining or with 1 other person.
I got the Himokawa dipping udon set with tempura and it was so good! The noodles were perfectly cooked and chewy and the tempura were not greasy with a thin coating. The sauce that they gave to dip the udon was my favourite part. Loved the slight hint of yuzu! Near the end, the udon at the bottom were really difficult to separate so that’s the only thing that bothered me. We came at around 7:00pm on a Sunday and were lucky enough to get seated almost right away with around a 5 minute wait. They close a little early on Sunday at 8pm, so keep that in mind when visiting.
This place is very popular, and on weekends at lunchtime you’ll likely need to wait for a table unless you arrive right when it opens. That said, the wait usually isn’t too long. Their specialty is a variety of udon and cold noodle dishes—the noodles are springy and unique, and the toppings are well-seasoned without overwhelming the natural flavor of the noodles. The way the dishes are enjoyed also feels distinctive, making it a spot well worth visiting.
We wanted to try this place for a minute. Walked in and looked at the menu and it was refreshing to see unique items. We got the scallion slice and nonnas sandwich. Both items were delicious. I've Never thought about putting scallions on pizza. The nonnas sandwich was flavorful and it was a big portion size.
We got Krave It delivered through Uber Eats. Lunch specials are available during the week through Uber. It came quickly and no issues with the order. Lots of interesting and delicious menu items with not typical combinations. We had the HC Knights sandwich. It has grilled chicken, homemade pesto, roasted red peppers and fresh mozzarella. Awesome combination especially when it’s warm. We also got the White Truffle with Chicken Pizza. Lots of flavor and the crust stayed straight, it didn’t droop. Will definitely order again. Interested in the vodka sauce with chicken cutlet next time.
Absolutely incredible! Their specialty slices are on a whole other level — you can truly taste the quality. My son loves it here! The staff is friendly, the service is quick. Definitely a go-to spot and one of the best pizzerias around! Highly recommend! 🍕💯
Very good food. The chico suave had that nice Spanish seasoning without being overly spicy or overbearing, the avocado and jalapeño ranch made it a nice smooth and creamy spiced flavor. The French fries were perfectly crisp and crunchy. The Chipotle mayo sauce was pretty good, the root bear bbq was a sweet smokey flavor good but only for a small taste.
Longtime favorite for over a decade going back to my childhood. Incredible fusion restaurant, epitome of the Queens culinary experience. Crazy pizza combos. No regular pie, fusion pies only. Not the best slice on Bell Boulevard (that goes to V.I. Pizza), but the topped ones are great.
This restaurant offers a creative menu with unique pizzas and sandwiches that stand out. I ordered the mac and cheese pizza, which was absolutely delicious and my personal favorite. The atmosphere is casual and inviting, with plenty of seating available for dining in. The staff is incredibly friendly and makes the experience even better. If you’re looking for a place with fun and tasty food, this is definitely worth a visit!

This place is amazing. My fiancé and I made a spontaneous day trip into New York from Philly because a YouTuber that we love said such great things about the pizza. Sometimes internet fad foods are just that, but this place is the real deal. The Biggie Mac and chicken and waffle pizzas are both incredible. We also got a fried Oreo pizza and a grilled cheese pizza and they were both top notch as well. Paul and Diana were so kind and took great care of us while we were there and even gave us some other slices to take back home for later since we were way too full to eat another bite. We will definitely be back with some friends in the future to try more of the menu! If you’re visiting Queens and looking for something a little different to eat, this place is totally worth checking out!
Krave it is one of the reasons Queens is the best borough for food. It's great pizza and sandwiches by guys that want to bring you the best of New York City. They have amazing food and the really know how to pay attention to detail. Everything I ever ordered always surprised me with flavor.
My boyfriend lives near Bell and said we had to come here one day the food is amazing. He was so right!! It took me so long just to narrow down my choices. We ended up getting the Cheeseburger slice, the Chicken Parmigiana slice, the Mac and Cheese slice, the Loaded Tater Tot slice and the Doritos slice (super spicy but so damn good)!! So many tasty choices I really just wanted like one of everything!! The workers were nice especially the woman that helped us she went over every slice they had available and was super patient with us!! Can’t wait to come back!!
Good place to grab a quick meal, either by yourself or with one other friend (bar-style seating). The udon portion doesn’t look like much, but was surprisingly filling with the tempura. Delicious, though not at Raku quality.
Came here at 5pm on a Friday alone and no wait at all. The menu is simple, focusing on Himokawa udon sets. The tempura here is well made and not overly greasy, pairing well with the dipping sauce. The only drawback was the saltiness of the hot broth - I tried drinking it alone and it was unbearable. Considering this wasn’t the cold dipping noodles, I assumed that this broth would be less concentrated and more clear. Service was great and as a solo diner, I didn’t feel rushed at all. Overall, I would recommend people to visit at least once, but would personally not rush back.
the tempura has a light, thin batter that pairs nicely with the dipping sauce, making it very refreshing. The wide udon noodles have an interesting texture, but the soup base itself is a bit underwhelming.
Overall a decent meal. The cold noodle set with the katsu is a must get. The soup noodle is very salty and mid but that comes with Japanese soup I guess. It’s a bit pricey but decent experience
Visited on a weekend afternoon after hearing about their flat udon noodles served tsukemen-style. The place has a Japanese bar vibe with only counter seating—no tables. Ordering is done by scanning a QR code at your seat, but I found it uncomfortable that you’re asked to tip before your food even arrives. My friend got the hot udon and I had the tsuke cold udon. Both came with six flat noodles and tempura. The food tasted good, but the portion felt small for the price, which was disappointing. The biggest letdown was that there’s no restroom available. It’s worth trying once for the unique noodles, but I probably won’t be back.
Udon noodle was great. But the chicken broth was salty in my taste. I liked the cold fish broth udon better. Their shrimp tempura was salty as well. It was a good shrimp tho. I would've ordered 5 myself if it wasnt salty. There can be a wait so I recommend going in a bit earlier than usual dinner time if going for dinner.
It was a pretty empty place so i didnt wait too long for my order. The mac tastic and the plain pizza i ordered tasted excellent. The cheese burger pizza i was told was pretty good. The fries egg and pizza tasted nice but I dont think the meat was a beef burger but tasted more like pork, which is fine if you like that but kinda wish they would have put it in the description. Over all it was a pretty good place to eat at with a wide selection of pizzas.
the noodles were unique - we tried the signature dipping set and broth set. my favorite was the sweet potato tempura. we waited almost an hour on saturday evening.
The udon texture is great—nice and chewy but not overly so. Tempura is also solid, especially the bacon one. It’s my first time trying bacon tempura and it was surprisingly good. The dipping udon broth is flavorful, and with all the extra seasonings, you can switch up the taste, which is fun. But the hot soup version was way too salty for me. That said, the set costs around $22–23 and only comes with six noodles… I mean, seriously? I’m not even exaggerating—it was literally six noodles.
Much of the food in this place is seasoned to appeal to an Indo-Pakistan taste though borrowing some mexican taste such as jalapeno, habanero, cilantro along with curry staples such as coriander & circumin. Their prices for sandwiches are a little more than usual but acceptable, prices for non alcoholic beverages are high, and for pizzas some border on insane but of course they have some of the most unusual pizzas youll find anywhere. We ordered a sandwich called Truffle Eleven, a sandwich called Queen Eggplant, and disco fries. The Truffle Eleven is supposed to be sliced steak, chopped smoked bacon with mozzarella on garlic bread with Truffle mayonaise. I got roast beef with bacon bits mozzarella and mayonnaise the sandwich was good size, tasted ok with a hint of garlic & mayonaise but very greasy $10 - it also came with a small portion of coleslaw that was too spicy for my taste. The Queen eggplant is grilled eggplant in vodka sauce, roasted red peppers, ricotta & smoked mozzarella. We opted for no peppers, the sandwich was a decent size, no discernable vodka flavor, kind of mushy with peel still on $9.50 probably wouldnt order this again and it also came with small portion of previously mentioned spicey slaw. The disco fries are their variant the french canadian poutain, which consist of fries covered in brown gravy and cheese (mozzarella) in this case. They were advertised as smothered in gravy while actually had very little gravy but a good amount of mozzarella on top. They tasted pretty good, portion was medium sized - $6.50 A 16oz sprite + 12oz coke - $5 Total out the door after tax $34.55 Ambience - dive, this is not a place you would bring someone for a date or celebration, more likely grab and go. The staff are friendly and dont bite plus you can feel comfortable eating there and wouldnt be pestered.
I don’t know if this place is known for their sandwiches. They sell a lot of sandwiches and pizza. I purchased an 8” kids cheese pizza, philly bomber sandwich, dozo sandwich, munchie madness sandwich, and fort totten tots. I would say the best thing out of everything I ordered was the tots. Can’t go wrong with melted mozzarella cheese topped with chipotle mayo. All three sandwiches were quite disappointing to me. The Philly cheesesteak must have had a pickled pepper of some sort, which wasn’t listed in their ingredients for the sandwich. Both sandwiches that contained the chicken was dry. The munchie madness was supposed to come with gravy but I didn’t see that on the side nor was my sandwich drenched in it. The dozo sandwich at least had sauce and was a little more tolerable. The cheese pizza was mediocre as well. The price matched the size of the sandwich, which was quite big in my opinion. The service is great. The guys are very nice. I would probably come back and try the pizzas the next time.
I never ever in my life imagined that any plain pizza can be this bad! Oh my god...the sauce and cheese were avg. And the base was completely burnt!!! (Not the original NY style burnt)fully burnt base and that was sooooo chewy and bitter..I couldn't even scrape the black part.. Also i called and did a complaint , but they didn't do anything for it, WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!
I order food on Uber Eats they give us a burnt pizza we couldn’t even eat the pizza it was so hard and dry we specifically ordered this pizza for my son who wanted to have a movie night while enjoying this pizza this was so unprofessional they could of made a new one since it was burnt but the decided to sent the burnt pizza worse place ever!!!
The owner who works here gives terrible customer service both at the restaurant and isn't as nice outside either. They blow lights on Bell Blvd and give people the finger. They don't know how to drive and cut people off as if in a big hurry. We are never going to Krave It again! Be careful the owner is a rude person inside and out. Also Update they posted me on their Instagram page and blocked me they’re obsessed with my review and clearly can’t take constructive criticism over their owners destructive behavior endangering the lives of others on the road 😭😭, when I got the food in the past it was very greasy food that doesn’t taste good and is overpriced. You’re better off getting a bang for your buck if you want Wings, Salad, French Fries and Sandwiches at Press 195 on Bell! If you want pizza go to Centre Pizza, Patsy’s Pizza, or Eddie’s Pizza the food is way better and so is the staff. ** I had the same review on Yelp and since I didn’t eat there it got taken down despite me ordering the food out from here for several years.**
