Delicious, freshly made food. I highly recommend the chicken shawarma wrap. You can add in as many toppings as you would like. The chicken kebab bowl is also great. The pita bread is served warm and is very soft. Enjoy it with their hummus.

Love this place and especially this location. Staff working there are always the best. Always super quick and professional. I go pretty much everyday for the tabuli salad. Keep up the great work and don’t change a things !

Best falafel we have had so far. The portion size is worth the price. Best for tourist to grab and go when visiting the NYC. Definitely recommend it.

Great fast food takeout and vegetarian spot! Proteins for veggies are falafel and cauliflower . Everything was very fresh and they have a few locations - but this one was nice and spacious which we liked . Plenty of seating and nice service too!

This location on 85th/Broadway is spacious and clean if you want to eat in while take-out is efficient and cheerful. The food is solid and you can build a nice bowl or salad from the many offerings on display. Their hummus is outstanding as it their roasted cauliflower. My one negative is that the meat protein options can be dry. I have had that experience with the lamb patties and the chicken kebob (especially dry). Maybe they sit too long to keep their juices? The service has been excellent both times I have stopped by and I love how their bags hold the shape of the bowls so well.

My usual falafel place is closed this evening so I wanted to give Naya a chance. Of course, I didn’t have high expectations for a generic chain place like this. It was not bad, but not so good. If you want your falafel to be tasty, it has to be deep fried to order, and as I would expect from a place like this, they have a bunch of falafel balls sitting there, ready-made, and dried out at room temperature. That’s not a good base upon which to build a wrap. I liked that they had a large whole wheat pita wrap, and I was able to get all of the toppings in there, but with dry falafel balls, and a skimpy serving of hummus and tahini, it was not a very enjoyable wrap, and so it didn’t matter that it was three dollars cheaper than my usual place. And so based on that, I would not recommend Naya because you can do better in this neighborhood if you want a falafel sandwich.

I have come back here several times because I like Naya as a chain. However, I can no longer go to this location because every single time the employees are extremely stingy with the food. Not sure who they’re saving the food for if not for the person that just paid for it. This last time I ordered delivery, I literally got scraps of chicken. I recommend re-training employees or rethinking serving size strategies.

Location does not offer cups of water. They only sell bottles of water. Staff never extemely rude when this was explained. Won’t be back. Cava will be happy to get my haul was where they both offer cups of water and are kind.
