They are friendlier than the previous owners and treat all the customers equally. The food is good and reasonably price. However, I've noticed lately, the portions are smaller, and the dumpling and egg rolls are mini size. Geez, even the beloved egg roll is seeing bad times in this economy.

All the employees have an attitude and seem angry all the time. Especially the lady. Jeez. Food is okay.

This place is horrible & this is my second time ordering from them for delivery where they make a mistake . First time I ordered boneless spare rib tibs, they made it with bones . Second time , they sent me boneless spare rib times with NO bbq sauce when I stated I wanted bbq sauce how the boneless spare ribs is usually made. I called immediately after to complain and to have it remade and sent to me & they just wanted to send a side of bbq sauce & stated “it was an error in the system” that’s not my fault that the cashier took my order incorrectly . So now I have to eat something I don’t want because of the company’s mistake ??? Horrible customer service and poor communication skills . Would not recommend .

Terrible experience – I was scammed and received no help I had an awful experience with this place. I placed an order and received something completely different from what I requested. When I called to let them know, they were extremely unhelpful and refused to correct their mistake or offer any kind of solution. It felt like I was scammed — they took my money and gave me food I didn’t order, and then just ignored me. This is unacceptable customer service. I won’t be ordering from here again, and I strongly suggest others think twice before trusting this business. There are plenty of other Chinese restaurants that actually care about their customers.

I could’ve order meat or chicken if I knew that .. I usually paid 5-6$ for a single order of fried plantains..9 is insane.

She needs to learn the meaning behind respect and customer servive . Neeeeeeeevvvvvvveeeeeerrrrrrrr!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! giving them my business again
