Sea Salt Greek Restaurant delivered an outstanding meal from start to finish. The lamb kababs were perfectly cooked—tender, juicy, and full of flavor—while the octopus was expertly prepared with that ideal balance of char and tenderness that’s so hard to get right. The Greek chips were addictive: crispy on the outside, fluffy on the inside, and seasoned just right. Everything tasted fresh, thoughtful, and true to Greek tradition. A fantastic dining experience that I’d happily repeat.

Simply amazing, food, drinks and service were top notch. The cozy feel inside the restaurant just improved the experience. The staff was welcoming and very easy going. Drinks as part of bottomless brunch went above and beyond. I loved it and highly recommend the restaurant to anyone willing to have delicious Mediterranean food.

Jeff was such a sweetheart. We had a time constraint and he accommodated us very well and his service was impeccable. He even came over to our table to converse. Such a good wonderful person. Very passionate and enthusiastic. Will be coming back for sure.

Food is excellent. Mezze trio fantastic but hummus not creamy enough. Chicken kabab high quality. Hummus crispy and delicious. Crab cake is phenomenal. Shepherds salad was fresh and amazing but had way too much onion compared to other ingredients. The waiters were excellent.

Our waiter Ozzy was a delight! He took the time to explain the dishes and offered recommendations. We had the spanakopita, mousaka and branzino - all excellent! Our cocktails were superb as well. My favorite was the fig bourbon old fashioned.

If you’re looking for authentic Mediterranean food in NYC, Sea Salt is a must-visit. Everything tastes incredibly fresh and thoughtfully prepared you can tell the recipes come straight from the heart (and probably someone’s Greek grandmother!). The grilled octopus was tender and flavorful, the whole branzino perfectly cooked, and the spanakopita had that perfect golden crisp. Their house-made dips and spreads are another highlight simple, fresh, and delicious. The atmosphere feels warm and welcoming, like you’ve stepped into a little taverna by the sea, and the service is just as inviting. Great happy hour deals, too! Perfect for brunch, lunch, or dinner definitely one of my new favorite Mediterranean spots in the city.

We’re visiting New York for a 10-day trip from Korea, and this was by far the best pasta I’ve ever had. The seafood preparation and the depth of flavor in the sauce were truly exceptional. I’m so grateful to have enjoyed such an amazing meal.

Such a great lunch, atmosphere was great, service was excellent. Unlike other places where servers keep coming by and rushing you by taking your plates, this place was a breath of fresh air. We really enjoyed our lunch here, and can’t wait to come back.

I think the restaurant has a great ambiance and atmosphere, however, we didn’t get anything to the table except water. At any Mediterranean restaurant in the city, in the worst case, you’d get some bread and butter. In addition, we ordered sea food pasta and scallion dish each of which costs around $50 and we were not even close to being full. Im sorry but if I am spending $50 for a single dish, i better should feel full.
