Delicious falafel bowl and fried chicken sandwich with lemon aioli. The chicken was crispy and the aioli was great. The French fries were some of the best I’ve had. The falafel was also crunchy and had great seasoning. Cool interior of the place with a ceiling mirror and friendly staff too.
Went to Sonnyboy for some indoor dining Saturday morning. I ordered the avocado smash and was amazed. It’s an over engineered avocado toast but tasted great. Probably more of a fork and knife situation but i’m ok with that. I’ve been here a few times now and getting a table can be challenging later in the evening. It’s worth the wait for the Australian food and vibes.
The quality of the food and the speed of which it comes out is top notch. Such an inviting place to hang for brunch. Inside is busy and bright, patio/street seating is perfect for a nice summer day. Highly recommend!!
Your money buys real quality, not just promises. You won't believe the serving size for what you pay. Staff are cordial and solution-focused. I found the inside design surprisingly well-done. Finding this spot makes me glad!
This place is SO good! Would highly recommend. You know when you go on vacation and you find the most incredible food place, but then you get sad because you realize that you might not get to have it for a really long time? That’s going to be Sonnyboy for me. I can’t wait to come back! I got their avocado toast and my husband got their breakfast burrito and both were amazing! I did get their matcha too and would probably pass on that next time though.
The waitstaff makes you feel like a welcome guest, not just a customer. They communicate through flavor rather than promises. My reaction was stunned silence. The workers provided timely attention with polite and accommodating attitudes. A genuinely exceptional experience.
Had an absolutely awesome dinner here - we had originally had a reservation for 6 people on a Saturday night, but last minute changed to 7 and they were very accommodating. AMAZING drinks and a really great happy hour price. I was sooo pleasantly surprised to see cocktails on the happy hour menu for $12, which is something I haven't seen in LES in years. The best part of the meal was our server Marcus. He was kind, personable, and all around just fun to be around. He was the best part of the night! Menu has lots of variety (vegan crab cake was delish). Would def recommend.
This restaurant has a super relaxing atmosphere indoors and out. On the roadway on Rivington Street, they allow tables and chairs ‘Parisian Style’ on the actual pavement in the middle of the street. Cordoned off by way of ropes. A jazz ensemble was playing upon arriving with really excellent music listening from the sidewalk. Once inside, we are greeted by one of its proprietors from Australia—a good looking strapping Aussie! The interior spaciousness is it’s bar side seating and tables and chairs lining the walls. Seating approximately up to 45-people if fully packed. But, they [the company joining me] had arrived early ahead of me before the busier dining hours (by 6pm). The menu is similar to a Tapas Bar, like in Spain or Portugal. Orders are small to large plates for sharing basically. With the general entrees also proportional to single entrees. Overall the tastiness is a collage between Tex-Mex, and almost French fare. Yet most would simply say it’s generally American. The choices were also not extremely difficult—Caesar Salads, Southern-Style Fried Chicken Tenders, Bruschetta, et cetera plus a fairer selection on their inventive "in-house cocktails" and imported beer, and selective Australian wines. The cocktails were interesting. Except will pack a powerful punch later—beyond the bar, yet, a lot spicier. (Like a Mojito-Doritos.). And not as sweet as some places usually go. Otherwise afterwards, there was still this felt hunger for more solid food. So by the return home ordered roast duck from a nearby Thai restaurant. All in all it’s wonderful to see meeting people meeting up with their friends too. A perfect amicable sociable ambiance for just that and getting together with others amid friends and family. Recommended definitely. But insofar as the menu items, okay. Not really super fantastic if you wanted to eat something else more substantial. It’s not exactly a steakhouse or an all-you-you-can-eat establishment. But the Happy Hour time zone was fun.
Tiny restaurant, be prepared for a wait! But good Australian inspired breakfast. My husband and I ordered the hot cake and their harissa folded eggs, good size portion for both to share some of each. Hot cake, moist and fluffy, not too sweet with a large dollop of butter. Harissa egg came with Brussels sprouts, pickled tomatoes, mushrooms on sour dough bread with a side of avocado, topped with basil, which gave it a great mixture of flavors. Friendly staff & quick service.
We went for a quick lunch and chose Sonny Boy after a recommendation to try the burger. Following the advice, we ordered the burger and a chicken sandwich. Both exceeded our expectations! Despite their modest appearance, the flavors were truly outstanding, complemented by very soft bread and interesting sauces. While I wouldn’t make a special trip just to visit this spot, if you find yourself nearby and are in the mood for a good burger, definitely give it a try. I’m already considering a return visit to sample the fig & burrata toast.
We had brunch... outside... in January... in NYC... luckily Sonnyboy had heated outdoor seating. I had a Chai latte which in addition to being delicious was the perfect accompaniment to a very chilly day. I've eaten a lot of avocado toast but the tanginess of the flavor and the overall taste was really memorable. The service is also very friendly and efficient. It was a perfect weekend brunch!
I went there because a friend recommended it to me and it was up to the expectations. I had the "brunch roll" and the "burrata and fig toast" and both were incredible. The freshness of the ingredients could be felt in every bite and they had a kick in its flavor that was another thing. The place is quite nice and the service was excellent, very eager to suggest dishes. Ask for the special menu.
+ Fresh and delicious Aussie food. My harissa folded egg was creamy and the side salad was refreshing! Overall a very satisfying and healthy brunch! How can I not loving it!? + Genuinely friendly staff and fast service! + Great vibes with hip-hop music playing in the background Will I come back? Yes!
OMG what an experience! We had dinner after work on a random Tuesday and it was an amazing experience! We ordered a wide range of the appetizers, all great and my favorite was the sourdough burrata & fig bread. Then ordered chicken Parmesan, the fish of the day, and other entrees. Finally, desserts: banana bread (Awesome) and the basque cheesecake (even MORE awesome!). Highly recommended!!! The wine and whisky were fire.
The perfect little brunch place! Whether you are in the mood for something salty or sweet or both! Harrisa folded eggs were delicious not over cooked and the peach burrata is a summer special. The crunch of the sour dough paired with sweet peach and slightly salty burrata was perfect.
Make a ressie if u can. The sandwich I got was banging. It was the sausage and folded egg joint. The fennel sausage was amazing. My wife got the breakfast burrito and she liked it as well. The potatoes inside was a good ratio to the rest of the burrito. Good coffee too. Over all good experience.
From the owners of Banter NYC (one of my favorite Australian coffeeshop in nyc), sonnyboy is a wonderful place for dinner and drinks and if you’re vegan and gluten free you’ll have so great options here. I took the falafel bowl (vegan/ gf) which was amazing and then I got the cauliflower (vegan / gf) which tasted so good that I almost ordered another one. My friend got the gf fish tacos and gf crispy chicken and said she loved it.
Went in for a late dinner. Food is amazing, cocktails feel intentional and inspired. We walked in as a party of two but larger parties had to wait for a table (understandable for a Friday night).
Best brunch I've had in a hot minute! We arrived and there was a wait, but it was easy to put our name on the list and putter around the neighborhood for an hour until our seats were ready. The harissa folded egg was just the ticket (I need to figure out how to recreate that!) and my partner *still* won't stop talking about his sandwich. Highly recommend!
Wow. The CHAI is so good. It is spiced like no other chai I have had in NYC. We also had a mocktail spritz. Perfectly flavored drinks. Gluten free fries, ricotta pancake and banana bread. The woman helping us was awesome. Great service. Loved our ricotta pancake, and I had the sourdough with ricotta and fig. They do have a bathroom and outdoor seating.
Great brunch near the Soho area! The Burrata + fig toast is pretty decent. The hot honey on the dish makes it sweet as a great dessert. Also ordered a scrambled egg as a side, and it was pretty good as well! The draft cold brew is OK, but not as surprising as the food itself. A recommended Australian brunch in the area!
I got the beef burger with bacon and it was genuinely the best burger i've had in ages. The staff here were all super friendly and helpful as well. When we arrived they made an effort to shuffle round a couple of tables and chairs to make room for our group of 3. The beers were also v good
This past Friday, I hosted a birthday dinner at Sonnyboy for a group of 12 and it ended up being the best place I could have chosen for a large party. I had emailed Jatin, the restaurant owner, in advance to organize the large party and he arranged 4 tables next to each other to accommodate the group. That was perfect because we were close enough to all talk, but not trapped at a long table without any ability to get out. Beyond the table, Jatin was incredibly responsive and helpful before the event and was so nice while we were there, making sure we were well taken care of the whole time. Plus he made this paan drink that was absolutely incredible. The service there was excellent in general and everyone was really sweet. As for the food, we ordered all of the small plates to share before people moved on to entrées, and there genuinely wasn’t a miss. The Kung Pao cauliflower was my personal favorite. It was crispy, saucy, and that cravable sweet and sour flavor that you get from manchurian. Loved it. The tingly fried chicken lived up to its name: ultra-crispy, juicy, and layered with flavor from the Szechuan pepper, mustard green mayo, and lime that made it feel really bright. I also really loved the shrimp dish and the shishito peppers. I’m gluten free and felt very well taken care of. There were lots of options and the servers and kitchen were really clear with me in terms of cross contamination. Meanwhile, the rest of the group, who are very much not gluten free, could not stop talking about the burrata and fig toast, the marinara meatballs, and several other dishes they ordered. We all left full and happy. I would recommend this to anyone whether you're just getting some friends together or having a larger party. Already thinking about going back here next year. I added some photos, but we were having so much fun that these are a little blurry haha!
My best friend and I hosted our joint birthday party at Sonnyboy this past December and could not have had a better experience! After another bar cancelled on us last minute, we had to scramble to find another place, and it ended up being a blessing in disguise because our Sonnyboy party was everything we hoped for and more. Jatin and his staff went above and beyond in every way — we felt not just accommodated, but truly cared for. They even let us rename drinks on the menu to fit the theme of the party (their idea, not ours!) and printed custom menus for us, which were a HUGE hit. The service was excellent throughout the night and everyone had an amazing time. If I could give Sonnyboy 6 stars, I would! Thank you again for everything, Jatin! 🤍
DELICIOUS! The food was absolutely amazing. The coffee - not so much :( but that was just me (and my European taste I guess) because my partner liked it. We missed our reservation so we sat at the bar, the waiter forgot a side dish we ordered and honestly we regretted ordering it either way so it was completely fine, he also forgot to give us utensils which again was fine as it didn’t take long for him to give them to us. Because of this, we were given a discount even though we really didn’t mind the two minor inconveniences and were happy with the food anyway. 10/10 would recommend :)
It’s not really a secret but Sonnyboy has a top 5 pancake in NYC. But like I said this is far from a hidden gem people know about this place and they normally have to wait to get in. I suggest taking a “sick day” from work on a Wednesday or Thursday and treat yourself. I also had the shakshuka which was great as well. The shoe string fries with the Sonnyboy seasoning are addictive. Lastly you can find a pretty good matcha latte and ice vanilla latte.
I’m hesitant to write this review because I love this spot SO MUCH I don’t want to risk not getting a seat 😂 That said, their food is out of this world. Coffee is delicious, wait staff is kind. It’s a triple threat in an unsuspecting location. Highly recommend. I typically go for a breakfast hotcake. But it’s really all good.
I went for brunch at Sonnyboy and it was an amazing experience. The service was fast and excellent, and everything came out perfectly. I tried the hotcakes and the breakfast burrito—both were fantastic. The hotcakes were incredibly fluffy, with just the right amount of sweetness, and the breakfast burrito was flavorful and satisfying. Definitely a spot I’d love to come back to!
Believe the rumours - this place is excellent. From the food to the background music, from the staff to the interiors, my experience was top-notch. I'll dream about the harissa folded eggs and the matcha latte was flawless. Also with their carefully crafted ambiance I guarantee you'll feel like the main character of a very stylish movie.
Since I was unable to accomplish my morning appointment and had an afternoon appointment in the area, I was looking for a place where I could sit down and eat and handle some paperwork. I found Sonnyboy, which looked like it had some meat. This is important for me because I'm in on a high protein, high fat diet, with very few carbs. It's very hard to find a restaurant that serves something that I can eat. It was still fairly early, so I got breakfast. I ordered a salmon eggs benedict but requested that, instead of the English muffin, it be served on avocado, which was already coming with it anyway. I then ordered scrambled eggs on the side. It wasn't too long before I got my first dish, the salmon eggs benedict. It was absolutely delicious. The smoked salmon was fresh, the avocado was without a blemish, the poached eggs - once you cut them - were exactly what they needed to be for an eggs benedict, pouring out onto what they are served on, and the hollandaise sauce was flavorful to the point where I didn't need to add any salt to my dish. The only thing that I took issue with was that the Hollandaise sauce was cold. Now, this is intended to prevent the sauce from going bad, but it is always best to serve hollandaise sauce at warm or room temperature. That being said, reheating the sauce can become problematic if you can't sit there and watch it consistently. Because the hollandaise felt like it had just come out of the refrigerator, it made the egg feel cold. That did not stop me from getting down on my plate. The eggs benedict came with a side salad, which was also very good. It was a rather large dish overall, but not too much. A well-rounded meal. Once I finished the poached eggs, I still had some avocado and salmon left over, so I took the scrambled eggs and transferred them to the plate. The scrambled eggs were well cooked, slightly wet like I like them, and fluffy. The texture was exactly what I would expect for scrambled eggs. I did need to add salt for the scrambled eggs, but that's personal taste. Most restaurants will go light on the salt because you can always add salt, but you can't take it away. I ordered a cup of coffee. I typically like it light and sweet, but since I don't do sugar or dairy, I asked for oatmilk and some type of alternative sugar. They carry stevia, which, while containing erythritol, still gave me the sweetness I was looking for. Overall, I definitely recommend Sonnyboy. The owner (or manager) was attentive, accommodating, present, and ensured that all of the guests in the restaurant were properly taken care of. It's an intimate restaurant with mirrored ceilings, seating just under 25 people, quiet, and out of the way, just enough where there were customers, but it wasn't overrun. It's definitely a place I'd like to eat again whenever I'm in the area.
Found this hidden gem by recommendation. Highly recommend the fig and sourdough bread. Amazing! The apple and walnut salad was pretty good too. The falafel bowl was decent (if you’re a fan of olives). The chicken was finger lickin’ good. Nice date spot. Highly recommend reservations due to size.
Came in for a quick bite before meeting a friend somewhere else. This is a small restaurant with great decor and a wonderful dish the “Tingly Chicken”. It is SPICY so eaters beware but with a lime and chipotle mayo it tones down the spice without diminishing it. The chicken was perfectly breaded and crisp. It was delicious! The service was quick and the waitress/hostess was very sweet. The table in front of me order a load of food that i wished i ordered so I’ll be back for a full dinner or brunch meal! This place also has happy hour from 5pm to 7pm✨
The food is absolutely delicious. Went for brunch on a Saturday and the wait time was about 2 hours. I don’t know if I would wait 2 hours again but the staff really makes you feel welcomed and they’re all very attentive and nice. I suggest getting there before noon if you don’t want to wait for that long on a weekend to get a table. The ricotta hot cake was the star of the brunch, sooooo yummy, it melts in your mouth. Prices are very reasonable, highly recommend.
Walked in for brunch (the wait was about 2 hours). The food was absolutely fantastic — the ricotta hotcake is the winner but the shakshuka was also tasty. While the food was awesome, our table was next to the open sidewalk cellar door, which was where they put their trash, so it smelled like trash (more than the usual NYC trash smell). Something was also dripping on my friend the entire time we were eating. Gross! So I would probably try to get a table inside in the future.
I went to this place with my friends on a Saturday morning for brunch. I tried the Ricotta Hotcake and a mimosa. I have to say that I never had mimosas in these kind of glasses and couldn’t taste the sparkling wine in there. The Ricotta Hotcake saved the day. I do agree with the uncomfortable and shaky seating. The staff was rather pleasant
Good dishes bad service. Probably they don’t care about reputation from anyone who is not their friends or friends’ friends. Unfortunately, cause of their attitude I never visit there again. In my opinion, the drink and original cocktail is just usual level, they need study more about original cocktail recipes and soft drinks for enhancing their good food.
Perfect little happy hour place. Love the summer setup with the closed off street. My husband and I have some great wine (happy hour 5-7) and shared the Shishito peppers and little gem salad. Both were substantial enough to feel like a lite meal. Service was chill but attentive and friendly. Full menu looks great. Definitely gonna be a hot summer spot on the LES. Will try for brunch one weekend as well!
One of the best breakfast burritos in the city. They use to have avocado in the salsa that comes with it, which made it perhaps THE best. Sadly, they've made a change to remove that so it's not quite as good anymore. Seems to also have a little less texture/crunch now. Hope they can turn it back around! Most dishes are good. I've enjoyed the avocado toast and the hotcake, which is like a cross between French toast and pancake with a perfect amount of fruit and syrup. I do recommend sharing!
Fun little spot in LES that we found ourselves at for happy hour. Great wine list for a sunny afternoon with plenty of spots outside to soak up the weather. Food is good for nibbles (had shishito peppers and gem lettuce salad) or something more substantial. Def has the Aussie influence. Staff are cool. Will definitely be back to hang.
Awesome happy hour cocktails, delicious food & wonderful waiters. This place has a great vibe and won’t break the bank like some other places around! We enjoyed several of the happy hour cocktails, the water-Malone, negroni, aperol spritz and the t-shirt weather. The aperol and negroni was meh but the other 2 cocktails we’re insanely delicious. The beet humus dip was INCREDIBLE! Easily one of the best dips I’ve had in a long time. I really liked they served it with carrots only, we were all tempted to ask for bread but wanted to be hungry for the entrees. Entrees, we got the parmy and a burger. Both were super delicious and very filling. All pretty well priced! I’ll definitely be returning!
Don’t miss the ricotta hotcake! Recommend you make reservations to avoid a long wait. Edit: came back for try other dishes. The burger was just ok. Nice sesame bun and good cheese but the beef was mediocre. Basque cheesecake was anything but. It should have an edible, silky and slightly burnt top but this was charred and so thick that it separated from the actual cheesecake. Come for the hotcake. Skip the cheesecake. Service was efficient and super friendly both times.
Get the ricotta hot cake (not too sweet, some balanced tartness) and the fig toast (just complex enough with the hot honey), but skip the brunch roll (boring). 1. RICOTTA HOTCAKE (berry compote, mascarpone, lemon zest, maple syrup) $16 2. BURRATA + FIG TOAST (thyme, hot honey, sea salt, sourdough) $16 3. BRUNCH ROLL (pork + fennel sausage, folded eggs, cheddar, spicy mayo, brioche bun) $14 4. T-SHIRT WEATHER (four pillars navy gin, dolin dry, cucumber, lime, absinthe) $16
Cozy Australian brunch and wine bar. The burrata and fig sourdough toast is def worth it - chewy and light with a crispy crust. The hotcake is a little bland on its own; I asked for the maple syrup on the side. The harissa eggs were good but on the thinner and slightly oily side. The flat white is strong and smooth. The seatings are very close together and the service is average.
All around good and acceptable. Big disappointment in the wait. We had an 11:30 reservation for 6 people and were seated at 12:10. Food was pretty good. Service was alright. The whipped ricotta hotcakes were stunning! I liked the breakfast burrito a lot. Overall, delicious. Inside it was extremely cold!!
First of all, the pancake is great. And it’s randomly gluten free!!! Such a win. It had lots of syrup, delicious berries on top. A little chewy and very soft. It’s great. However… a) it was so so cold inside!! The cold from outside just leaked through the walls and I was freezing. b) we had an 11:30am reservation and weren’t seated until 12:15pm.
We reached Sonnyboy an hour before our reservation, it was packed, in what was the coldest snowiest day in the city! But there wasn't a table available. We came back an hour later and were seated in 10 mins. The only reason to not give them 5 stars is it was super chilly inside. In freezing cold weather, you expect it to be warm inside. It wasn't just us, everyone was wearing their jackets, coats & beanies. The restaurant is super tiny with an open kitchen & cafe. Food - We got machiato & capuccino. It was special. Burrata Fig toast - sounds pretty simple, was delicious. I would get an add on since this isn't enough for breakfast/brunch. Ricotta hot cake - this was simply delicious, the cake was soft, well cooked, topped with mixed berry compote which was cold and a soft buttery cream and a syrup. It worked very well all together, wasn't too sweet and filling for one serving. I would come back here but maybe during the summer!
enjoyed a lovely sunday brunch here! arrived at 12, got seated in around 20-30 mins. my personal favorite was the ricotta hotcake – was super fluffy and perfect sweetness. matcha was absolutely terrible though…. literally just tasted like milk😭💔 but other than that a delicious, cozy brunch spot
Vibey brunch in a cozy cafe with hip ambiance and upbeat background tunes. The music is groovy; I almost want to snap my fingers as I sip my coffee. Some plants sugarcoat the space: the intention is there, but some need more watering. The drip coffee is a dark roast: drinkable and smooth, served in sleek black ceramic ware. Good but not the primary goal of the place: food is. The harissa eggs had the right spice and salad mix (brilliant with the blueberries). Cappuccino could use more foam! Shakshuka could use more herbs and a thicker veggie base. Hanging out here feels like a vibe, and I’m sure it’s worthy coming back at night. AJ, our greeter and server, was great! Drip coffee score: 3.75/5. Everything else score: 4.25/5. Overall score: 4/5.
The food was great but the service was awful. When we first sat down our table was wet. We got our food and it took like 10 mins to get someone’s attention to bring us cutlery! We never saw our waitress again and she never came to check on us. Which would have been helpful since the coffee we ordered wasn’t coming even after we received our food. Finally we got her attention and I don’t think she originally punched in the order at all. Again when we were ready to pay the bill, no waitress around and took us so long to get someone else’s attention. Often times I saw our waitress standing by the bar and the restaurant is so small I almost feel like it was intentional. Although the food was good I wouldn’t return on the service alone.
The place is something between Dudley's and Good Thanks - the menu - seems like - was composed by taking a few items from both and not giving them justice. It is limited too. The hot cake was a single disk of a pancake, very deep brown on the outside but seemed under on the inside... the frying oil infused rim had to be avoided. Food tasted okay. Place seems to be overpriced for what they serve and how much of it they serve (Starbucks-style breakfast sandwich for $11). The service is fast but uninterested, not happy to be there. The table we were sat at was dirty. I did notice them barely wiping the tables before setting them up. Not worth the trip, but if you're in the neighborhood - why not.
small brunch place around chinatown. I came with friends for brunch and nothing stood out. the fig burrata toast didn’t have flavor and no flavor profiles stood out. the hot cakes were a bit dense but the raspberry jam was nice to cut the sweetness. the breakfast burrito was good with the salsa verde but could’ve used another kick from some hot sauce. lastly we got shoe string fries which were more like regular fries. the servers were nice and the atmosphere is cute
took a friend there for brunch and our indoor table was FULL of flies all around like all over our food. Makes me think the place is so unhygienic and smelled off. Food and service was ok but like couldn’t enjoy it at all
The food was good but the service was bad. the girl kept going on her phone, didnt check on us once. and when we asked her for napkins she forgot about it and then we had to ask someone else after not seeing it for 10 mins. we still tipped 20% but it is just disappointing as we love the food but every time we come here the service is horrible and rude.
I thoroughly enjoyed the Ricotta pancakes and the burrito. They were delicate, fluffy, the right amount of syrup. The food was terrific and the ambience was on par with the food. However, I think it might have been an off day, but the service was horrible. It took 15 minutes before our server, which may have been the host too, to take our order. He did not check in with us, fill our waters, and forgot two extra requests we had ordered. It was not busy, which made me confused. We had to get another server to get us the check. Again, the food was fantastic and well made. I would go back, but I think the service was just off that day.
I arrived at the restaurant around 10:10. There were two empty tables (one for four and one two-seater), but the server told me to sit at the bar, saying there were no tables available. I asked if I could sit at a table, and she repeated that there were none. I thought maybe they were reserved, so I let it go. After I ordered, two female servers helped me at different times — one with short hair wearing a grey cropped jacket, and one with long hair. When my food arrived, neither of them checked in to ask how my meal was or if I was okay; they were either on their phones or attending to other tables. When I ordered the shakshuka, I asked the short-haired girl to add sausage, but she forgot. Halfway through my meal, I mentioned it to the long-haired girl, and she just said, “Oh, she didn’t put that in. If you want, we can make it for you now.” Not a single word of apology. By 11:15, an hour later, more and more tables became available — up to five empty ones. As I was leaving, there were still three two-person tables open. Only then did a gentleman from the kitchen finally ask me how everything was. (Thank you) When I paid, the short-haired girl only asked, “Do you want a bag? We don’t take Apple Pay,” leaving the bag on the table. Not a word about my meal, and as I left, no one said “thank you” or acknowledged me in any way. I’m honestly shocked — how can the service be this bad? The food may have been good, but the complete lack of care ruined the experience. I’ve worked in customer service for 12 years, and I can immediately tell when staff don’t care about their customers. I don’t mind if someone is on their phone, but your attitude, tone, and body language clearly showed that you didn’t care at all. It’s deeply disappointing. I hope your security cameras captured how unprofessional and inattentive your staff was. I will not be returning.
