Outdoor area is beautiful and the staff are wonderful. We were hotel guests so they always made sure to find us a table. Drinks good with a nice variety of spirits and the food was surprisingly tasty for a bar menu. Closed on Sunday and Monday and last entry on the other nights is quite early at 1030 but at least that means hotel guests are disturbed by the noise.

We stopped in a couple nights; lovely bar. Great drinks and service. It was just nice just relaxing, looking up at the skyscrapers at night. Will be back.

Good rooftop bar with nice drinks and an okay view. Located at the rooftop of Knickerbocker Hotel by Times Square, St Cloud is reasonably priced. Don’t expect too much from the view at this rooftop as it is on a funny angle.

Very nice rooftop lounge/bar. Right there in Times Square. Not a big selection of food or sushi although there is a sushi bar there. Great for afterwork drinks or a date. It's located on top of the Knickerbocker hotel. Couldn't find it easily.

This place is overrated. The views are not as good as we thought and the layout is a weird 'C' shape. All the sections at the edge that would have the better view of Times Square, are all blocked off and supposedly reserved. Drink prices are on the high side as expected, with beers starting in the the $11 range and cocktails/scotches in the $20-30 range.

Nice place with great views if you can get a spot on the corner, but it does get busy and group bookings can mean that those last minute visitors may not have the view you see in the photos.

I came here with a group the other day. Food and drinks were good and there was a nice atmosphere, but when the bill came they gave a non itemized receipt that did not disclose that there was an auto gratuity on it. I added a tip to the final amount and signed. I asked for an itemized receipt and that’s only when I was able to figure out that they charged me for auto gratuity and didn’t even let me know or explain the policy when we arrived. That felt rude to me especially as we would have left a tip regardless. I didn’t appreciate that aspect of our experience.

The view is mesmerizing! Lights are really cute and also romantic. It is a nice place to share with family and friends. Music is not really loud so you can have a nice conversation.

Went for a drink with coworkers since this rooftop is right in front of our office. You need a reservation to sit at a table but we were able to just stand at the bar. The outdoor space is a bit small and narrow. The drinks are pricey as expected for a rooftop bar. We got a couple of beers, old fashioned and espresso martinis. They tasted fine. The views aren’t that great since it’s just facing taller buildings.

The inside of the restaurant is so beautiful but the rooftop is really worth checking out. The view is really amazing. The service here was great as well and the host and waitress were both great. But we came here to try the martini since it was invented here. And we tried different ones and they all were pretty bad. None of them tasted good and we had a dry martini, dirty Martina and espresso Martini. So I hope they have other drinks that are good but if they invented the martini here they didn’t do very well afterwards.

Nice views. Intimate. You see the ball from New Years Eve. It felt nice to see it for once without a crowd. Drinks are pricey, but worth the views and vibe. It's spacious, and wraps around. They also have a smoking section. They have music, no dj, but house/techno.. it feels good in the evening. Perfect for a date night or after work spot

Nice place in the Knickerbocker Hotel. No meaningful beer selection and the mixed drinks are watered down. The service is good and the food came out quickly.

Way Overpriced. The waitress took our order 3 times because she kept forgetting our order, brought out the wrong drinks, charged us for the wrong drinks, and misplaced our credit card(later found). The view was decent but not worth the overpriced food cost. Definitely better options for rooftop bars in the city.

Booked it to enjoy a family rooftop escape with friends; unfortunately heavy rain prohibited spending the evening outside, hence we were relocated inside; service was very poor, with long waiting; …

Canceled our reservation for a party of 8, 3 hours before scheduled, due to being overbooked! Thank you for destroying our evening!

Staff was 1/5 view was 5/5 service was 0/10. We came before they closed and were treated like we walked in 10 minutes after closing. Unfortunate

What’s the point of a rooftop bar if you can’t even use it? Also, what’s the point of a Resy if it’s not respected? Poor service. As a women who was going out said as we were coming in, “Don’t waste your time.”

Worst service. Arrived at 915 and was told the kitchen would close at 950. Server took some time to get to the table but we quickly placed our orders for drinks and food. Drinks came but not the food. Server was nowhere to be found. We finally tracked her down and she said the food was delivered to the wrong table and the kitchen was already closed. They comped our drinks but it left a pretty bad taste in our mouths. We definitely will not be back. Ever. PS. Didn’t tell the staff because we didn’t want to make them feel badly, but it was also our 10th wedding anniversary. So there’s that.
