I love coming across a cute coffee spot while traveling the country but when it’s a bakery too that’s a plus!! While visiting Santa Clara I decided to give this place a go and it did not disappoint. The quiche was really good and the salted caramel pretzel iced latte was love! While on the West coast I will definitely visit again.
Had a brunch meal on a Saturday. Turkey sandwich baguette was good, we asked they warm up the sandwich and it was great. Iced mocha was on point. Staff was very amicable and checked in with us to ensure service was on par. Plenty of tables outside with a few spaced out inside. Looking forward to their expansion near Great America soon!
Staff is always friendly. The restaurant is always clean and full stocked of all the delicious pastries. The mango lemonade refresher is my go to favorite!
Great coffee and a delicious assortment of baked goods to your hearts liking. Grab a tray and start picking everything your heart desires. Also a great place to work on your laptop. Lots of light.
This place feels abandoned but they are opens and the inside is a world apart from outside look. They have three best coffee and pastries to pair it with. The service wish fast and the cashier is so sweet Must try: their sessional pay milk caramel latte 👌
Such a lovely bakery, and there is also seating and restrooms. The cakes and tarts are very tasty!
A sparkling diamond in the rough. Excellent staff, great coffee & confections. I like it.
Pretty themed open-style European bakery with wifi and restrooms!!! Has beautiful croissants for a little under five dollars or so?
Best birthday / celebration cakes you get in bay area❣️ they taste yummy Tried the blueberry cake ,chocolate cake , chocolic chiffon and tuxedo cake. None let me down and all are the best . Kudos
I recently visited Paris Baguette and enjoyed their selection of pastries and sandwiches. The pastries were fresh and flavorful, and the sandwiches were satisfying. The bakery has a nice atmosphere and friendly service. I’d recommend stopping by if you’re looking for a quick bite or a sweet treat!
Nice place for some quick pastries for breakfast. Got the cheddar twist and the ham & cheese croissant. Food was good, not super expensive, and we could eat it while walking to our next thing.
Pearl, and Essence were holding down the fort. Super friendly and clean. Deserve a raise! Great pastries, and there is an upstairs to get away from the hustle and bustle and enjoy your coffee in peace!
I've been to several PB locations, this is by far my favorite one! The pastries are always fresh, but the service is the main reason why I always come back! I'm always greeted with a smile and can rely on Cira and Jean Maria to make me the best drink! They pay attention to the smallest detail, never rush, and get my order perfect every time! The staff are always friendly and work efficiently. The line moves quickly even during busy times. The store is also super organized and clean. Definitely a 5/5!
Paris baguette has amazing food no matter which one you go to, the King Cream is the way to go! I am writing this review because the staff at this location was absolutely amazing. I went twice during my trip and both times I was super impressed with all the staff. They were all great, but especially Jean Maria, she was just amazing. She is super efficient, nice to everyone (even switching to Spanish easily for a couple who didn’t speak English), and always had a smile on her face. She remembered me from one day to the next which is absolutely insane with how busy this location is. I can’t wait for my next New York trip so I can come back.
I visited again Paris Baguette and had to try their mini sesame croissant… and wow! 🥐✨ The pastry is incredibly light, perfectly crispy on the outside and soft, buttery on the inside. The sesame adds a subtle toasted flavor that takes this croissant to another level. The store itself is charming, clean, and cozy—perfect for a quick breakfast or a special snack. The staff are friendly and efficient. Without a doubt, this is the best mini sesame croissant I’ve ever had. Highly recommended for anyone who loves a premium bakery experience!
Paris Baguette in NYC is a charming bakery café offering a mix of French-inspired pastries, Korean favorites, and fresh coffee. The space is bright and inviting, perfect for a quick bite or a cozy break. From flaky croissants and fruit tarts to savory sandwiches and cakes, everything is beautifully made and tastes just as good as it looks. A great spot to grab a treat or relax with a pastry and coffee in the middle of the city.
Love visiting this place. This is the one located on Seventh Avenue nearby Madison Square Garden and Penn Station. I came in the morning around 10 am where all the cake were prepared freshly and in complete selection. Reasonable price on cake. The Soft Cream Cake was heavenly delish and not too sweet, just perfect for my taste bud where I dislike anything very sweet. It was very crowded during morning hours on Saturday. There are plenty of tables and chairs to sit. Coffee and teas are also offered. Great Matcha Latte as well. Pastries selections are great and plentiful. Reasonable prices on pastries.
The place was clean and the employees were nice. It has a second floor to sit and enjoy people watching on the street below as you eat your pastry. They offer a variety of pastries and coffee options to suit most tastes. The restrooms require a code, so they were extremely clean and kept. It was nice that the employees visited the second floor to tiddy up and to see if all tasted well.
I’ve been a fan of Paris Baguette for a while, and I’ve visited multiple branches around the Bay Area. However, my experience at the Santa Clara location left much to be desired. While their pastries and baked goods are typically known for being fresh and delicious, this particular branch seems to fall short in that regard. On my recent visit, the selection on the shelves seemed to have been sitting there for far too long. Some of the items looked like they had been out for days, maybe even a week, without being refreshed. Compared to other Paris Baguette locations, where the baked goods are often warm, flaky, and clearly made fresh that day, this store felt like a stark contrast. It’s disappointing because the quality control and freshness are usually what make Paris Baguette stand out from other chains. If you’re in the mood for fresh pastries, I’d recommend heading to one of their other branches in the Bay Area instead, where the standards seem to be much higher. Here’s hoping this location steps it up, as it has the potential to offer the same quality as its sister stores.
I had the pleasure of visiting Paris Baguette on my birthday, after a satisfying meal of Biryani. I was on the lookout for some eggless dessert options and was thrilled to find three options at Paris Baguette. The first one I tried was the Chocolate Croissant which was lovely, gooey and had the perfect texture of a croissant. The only thing that could have been better was that the chocolate log inside could have been spread out more evenly to give a better taste profile. Nevertheless, it was quite good. Next, I tried the Custard Donut, which was fluffy to the touch and had a delightful sweet custard flavor. It was coated with powdered sugar and cinnamon, which added to its taste. I also noticed that there were coffee options available, but I didn't try any as I was not hungry. However, I will definitely be going back to try the coffee and explore more options. The seating at Paris Baguette was comfortable and well-lit, making it a great place to sit and read a book or work on my laptop.
Very clean spacious shop with yummy pastries! Plenty of seating indoors! Pastries: all the breads / croissants and cakes are phenomenal. However when you get any of the pastries with an entire sausage inside it and go home and heat it up, it’s difficult to toast the sausage and keep the pastry at a good temperature as well. The chai tea latte here is on the sweet side.
Something new to me. An Apple croissant The top crust is layered with a hardened sprinkled within the cinnamon sweet glaze. A fine puff of lightly powdered sugar. A couple dried crunchy slices of of which a look of Washington state apple slices.Upon closely looking a ‘smidge ‘of pure cinnamon on top. Inside the cavity indicted an apple paste flavor which was sweet . A soft but moist texture inside gave it a unexpected pleasant contrast of moist and crunchy croissant. My take ..it was interesting to try, if you like to try everything. As always, I had time during Covid times to post. As always, post wherever you end up .
Desserts were good except the heavenly cheesecake which was a bit dry for my taste. Tray area for picking up items was dirty. Table in the first floor near the window area was also dirty and flies were there. Quite the unpleasant atmosphere. P.s.Sorry for the half eaten pics but we were quite hungry 😋
So many varieties of pastries that all looked pretty delicious! Their baguette sandwiches are yummy and good value for money. One of the few cafes that open at 6am which is great. I got in around 7am and they were almost fully stocked. Would definitely go back to try more delicious food and treats. Tried their chocolate bretzel which looks very sweet but it actually isn't. Coffee danish was good but a bit dry.
Very standard coffee and pastry chain. Big fan of their blueberry cake and some donuts. The coffee is pretty mid but has good value. The interiors and atmosphere is pretty dull to be honest. I would rather go to a Starbucks if I had to go to any coffee.
The pastries all look delicious and the cakes look like heaven. However, they don't taste quite as good as they look. I'll probably be back but I wasn't very impressed. The premade sandwich was okay and the coffee wasn't very good. It's worth checking out at least once to see if you like it but I wouldn't go out of my way.
Good pastries but get there early because towards the end of the day there is limited selection. They do have salads and sandwiches with hot and cold beverages. Good place to get cakes if this the convenient location for you. There are other locations spread out through the Bay Area.
Very mediocre food, selection pretty slim, and wasn't very welcoming for a first time experience. Pastries were cold, hard, and stale. Even after having the sandwich warmed up its taste was still packing. Not really worth going out of the way for.
I think people at work and food establishments around. They have any to realize that everyone is not a tourist and most people work around there. I placed an order 1020 took my time walking in there just so that everything will be ready. I got there at 10:58 nothing was done. It was not a busy day. There were about three people in the store. My sandwich was not made, and my drink was done wrong multiple times. Please just be courteous of people that are placing the online orders like I stated above not everyone is a tourist most people work around there on weekends as well. I’m disappointed in this experience. Below is how my croissant came out after I waited 30 minutes.
I purchased a blueberry chiffon cake for Father’s Day and was really looking forward to it. However, I was disappointed to find that the cake had slid to one side inside the box by the time I opened it. I was extremely careful while carrying it home on the train—I didn’t drop it or handle it roughly—so I believe this was due to careless packaging at the store. Unfortunately, since I needed the cake for today’s celebration, I didn’t have the option to return to the store and request a replacement. I had to accept the cake in its damaged condition, which was frustrating given the occasion. I’d recommend that anyone buying a cake from here double-check how it’s packaged before leaving the store to avoid the same issue. A little extra care in packaging would go a long way.
Wow very misleading. This location doesn’t exist. I came by hoping to get some egg tarts and saw every store in this shopping area except Paris Baguette. It’s truly irresponsible to keep up a Google Maps location with opening hours if it’s not even there. I really hope they take this listing down because it’s a total waste of your time.
I had an incredibly disappointing experience with the Paris Baguette location in Campbell. I placed a catering order nearly two days in advance, totaling close to $400 with tax and tip. This order was meant to thank my coworkers, who had generously gathered funds to support me during my father’s funeral. It was important to me, and the store completely dropped the ball. On the day of delivery, I first got a call from the delivery driver saying the store didn’t even have my order. When I called the store myself, they admitted they missed it. They later said they would still deliver, but the order arrived late and was completely wrong. I ordered 72 pieces of pastries and received only 36. Their explanation was that the “price was equivalent,” which is unacceptable when you’re ordering by quantity for a group. I’m a classroom teacher and shouldn’t have had to spend my workday making multiple stressful calls to fix their mistake. I asked for partial compensation for the inconvenience and the error, but they refused, offering only an apology and saying there was nothing more they could do. This experience wasted my time and money and completely ruined what was meant to be a heartfelt gesture of thanks. I’ve never had such a terrible catering experience. If I could give zero or negative stars, I would. Never ordering from here again.
I love Paris for its pastries, but the service today was terrible. I ordered a chai latte and a vanilla latte. I sat down to enjoy them, but I realized the coffee didn't have vanilla as I had ordered. I went back to the counter and they treated me aggressively and rudely, and then they charged me an extra dollar for adding half an ounce of vanilla syrup...
UPDATE: The reply/concern from the owner seems to be simply a face saving ploy. I have emailed twice now and allowed ample time for a response, but have heard nothing. I’m fine when a business makes a mistake and I genuinely appreciate an apology, but it’s infuriating when communication is inauthentic. If you want to discuss the issue and take the time to ask me to email you, please respond. I will update this further if I actually hear anything. **** I DoorDashed an egg salad sandwich which my husband had been craving since surgery. And I ordered a sourdough turkey sandwich. What arrived looked similar to what I ordered (so not really the doordasher’s fault) but wasn’t at all correct. DoorDash refused a refund… and it was late at night, so we ended up throwing it all out. If we liked the things they sent, maybe it would have been fine, but neither of us like tuna salad and the egg sandwich was sad looking and soggy.
