Yesterday, I stopped by Super Tase for a quick lunch. It’s small, and there were about 10 people in line in front of me when I arrived. The line moved quickly and a table was open after I ordered. Sichuan style dumplings and the Burning Noodles with pork. Both items were hot, fresh and delicious. $17 and it was enough for 2 people. I added extra chili oil to both, since I like it hot.

Absolute perfection. I wouldn’t change a thing about this place maybe with the exception of more flexibility for vegetarian noodle dishes. But even so. Hand pulled noodles were delicious - ordered no meat. The dumplings are great. The shallot oil noodles are more mild in flavor if you don’t want anything crazy. Soy sauce eggs were nice too but cold not hot. Come here!!

Incredible food and great value. We got the boiled dumplings, the hand-pulled noodles with soy bean paste, the noodles with the shallot oil with chicken, sesame noodles and lurou fan (rice with pork). All of them are amazing, my favorite was definitely the shallot oil noodles, super flavorful with incredible fragrance. Service was quite fast, we arrived there was no seating, but the tables cleared up quite quickly. There was a minimum for card payment. No frills just good food. Definitely will come back.

Apparently this place is TikTok famous. We had stumbled on this place because it was one of the only places open later in Chinatown with great reviews. Super Taste definitely exceeded expectations. The prices are pretty standard for a bowl of noodles, but they tasted super good and traditional. You have to mix them up your self, but my partner and I really enjoyed our meals. The noodles were the perfect consistency, and the spice level was also great. The second time my partner and I visited NY we wanted to come here again. It was that good! There is limited seating and it was pretty difficult to move around because people were walking through the aisle for takeout. Highly recommend!

Great food! I ordered the shoyu tamago (soy sauce egg) and the hot sesame noodles and it came out so fast. Easy to get and somehow found a table. It’s a cute little spot that’s worth the trip

This place rocks! We stopped in for a quick lunch and were pleased with our noodles and crunchy pepper flakes and our pork dumplings! Beware of the diet coke it was frozen and fluffy.

The food was delicious, but the vibe could use some work. The restaurant was full, but it was so quiet I was afraid to talk. 😂 they could use some music or something. We got an order of pork soup dumplings, #1, and a #6. All were delicious. I had enough food that I brought some of my soup hope. Another great recommendation from the infatuation.

Excellent dumplings, hot fresh edamame! Chili oil has some heat but not too spicy, really nice. I had the pork and chive dumplings, highly recommend. $12 minimum on credit cards knocked a star and very narrow restaurant. Once you order, there is nowhere to stand to wait. Extremely crammed. Should be grab and go only.

FYI: $12 credit card min + no bathrooms! This spot is a hole in the wall that gets super packed. You order + pay at the counter then wait for a table to open up. I'd def rec their dumplings, as that's what they're known for. Their dry noodles are good too. Their soup noodles are just ok, nothing special. They gave ample beef, which was nice and their noodles are nice and chewy. While it's good, there are def a lot of other Chinatown spots that taste just the same, so don't fret if you get discouraged by how busy it is. Unfortunately, this spot got super gentrified : (

Crazy busy and the chefs were working very hard!! Got the 10 for $5 dumplings, great price. The flavour was really good. Tossing the dumplings in the chili oil and the vinegar is a good idea.

Stopped for veggie dumplings and honestly wish I hadn’t. They weren’t bad… but it’s made up of corn, shiitake mushrooms, egg, carrot and a hint of glass noodles. ($6.50) That is a VERY American take on veggie dumplings. I was hoping for something more traditional (cabbage) and this was not it. If that stuffing sounds good to you, you’ll be happy.

Chicken dumplings were amazing!! Delicious, moist and full of flavor. Veggie dumplings a bit too dry and Taiwanese pork rice was very good! Deft will be back soon

The dumplings weren’t as great as everyone says, the chicken dumplings were definitely too dry, even with sauce or soy sauce, they still felt off. However, their beef noodles were amazing - rich, flavorful with plenty of veggies, making it a standout dish. The place itself has a real Chinatown vibe, which adds to the experience. It’s a very tiny spot with only a few tables, so seating can be tricky, but overall, worth a visit for the noodles!

Saw all the great reviews and heard it was cheap and tasty, so I gave it a shot. Weirdly, not a single Asian customer there, which made me curious. After trying it, I kinda got why. It’s not bad, but nothing special either. The flavors were just okay, and the texture of the dumplings and noodles were thick. Broth wasn’t bad. It’s a mix between counter service and sit-down service—you order at the counter, but they bring the food to your table. Everything comes in to-go containers, yet you’re still expected to leave a tip. The restaurant and the tables, sauces were really dirty. Everything was sticky. Considering the service, food, and cleanliness, the price wasn’t even that cheap. The noodle dishes were priced at $10.95 and $12.95, which didn’t feel like a great value considering the overall experience.
