Absolutely amazing. From the moment I walked in, the staff, manager, ambiance and SMELL were fantastic! I didn’t plan to get fries with my chicken sandwich, but I saw another customer eating it and couldn’t pass. I was blown away by every single thing I tasted - even the sauces (lime honey mustard and zesty white bbq). I am amazed at how delicious everything was and I’m excited to go back!

I had of their House Hits, the Jackson Heights Heat chicken tenders and paired it with a Harlem Hot sauce. I took my first bite and chicken tore away no resistance at all; it was perfectly juice and spicy in a way that makes my mouth water for more. It’s located in the smallest location but you can’t miss how much the vibrant red and white make it stand out on the street!

Came here for the first time to try the tendies and our order was taken by the nicest person, Mary, who was so helpful with our order and gave us exceptional costumer service. Shout out to you Mary.

Tender crush is amazing. Chicken tenders have a perfect crisp on the outside. The Harlem hot are amazing with a must try whipped blue cheese. Also, if you’re looking for something on the healthier side, the grill chicken tenders with lemon and spices on top is amazing perfect juiciness to the grilled chicken. The Thai queens tenders are something that just can’t get anywhere else! Some sweetness, with little hot spic which is perfectly balanced overall. Highly recommend for anyone that’s a chicken tender lover.

My first time visiting this restaurant and it was such a good experience ! The atmosphere gave me an old school vibe and the food was great. Everyone’s customer service was top tier. My waitress was Kenia and she was very attentive and ensured that my experience was nothing short of great. Kenia was able multitask, serving multiple tables and customers while ensuring that I hadn’t felt forgotten. My order consisted of the seasoned Williamsburg waffle fries, the Old School NY Crush chicken sandwich, the 32nd street BBQ Tenders, and the Watermelon Ginger Margarita and everything was well prepared and the chef did their thing ! The food came out so good. The chicken is crispy and the various sauces allow room for so much flavor for whatever you may be feeling that day. My personal favorite is the “White BBQ Sauce” and the “Korean BBQ”. When I’m feeling spicy I’ll go for the “Bird pepper”. The location is in a great spot as well, in the calmer sides of NYC and right next door you have Black Tap which is another great establishment for some chill time at the bar and good food as well. I would visit here time and time again !

Best chicken sandwich I’ve ever had in my entire life… seriously I’m ruined. The tenders are also absolutely life changing. They are crispy and not dry at all. They also don’t have any of the weird gristly bits normally found in tenders. When in New York, come here!

We had a fantastic meal at this gem yesterday! It is small with only 2 tables, basic menu but great choice of different dipping sauces. The food was delicious and the service was excellent. We will definitely be back!

Really great food! We thoroughly enjoyed our entire experience dining at Tender Crush and it was exactly what we needed. A quick, inexpensive, easy & delicious bite while running around. It was cold out and we decided to dine in and even that was better than average for a fast casual restaurant! We loved our hot crush sandwich, chicken tenders, fries, honey mustard and dill ranch sauce. Looking forward to returning and trying more of the menu.

The bbq dry rub on the original tenders was really good and the house rub on top of the Thai queen seasoning was also a good combo. I did try the kimchi dry rub on the Thai queen as well but couldn’t taste the flavor as much as with the other dry rubs. We opted for the seasoned fries which paired well with the bird pepper sauce. This place has the ability to blow up just like Black Tap did and I would come back for sure! The staff was super friendly and the place is spotless. I’d also recommend getting the vanilla custard for dessert, it’s extremely fresh and there’s a great amount of options for toppings. We tried the confetti cake and black and white cookie.

Talked to a man named prestige who help me gauge spice levels and what I should get based of my presences. got the Nashville hot and the Korean bbq with fries . needless to say this food was incredible , and the service was the same if not better. Tried the Hot Crush chicken sandwich and it was good. I found the sandwich to be small so I'd only go for lunch. Ordered plain fries as well and they weren't great but the side Korean sauce saved them. I'd go again if I'm in the area but it isn't a "can't skip" place for me.

The food was very good! The chicken was tender and crisp and the waffle fries were so crunchy and delicious.

Overall I had a good experience. The Chinatown broccolini was the highlight for me — fresh, healthy ingredients with a nice kick, definitely something I’d come back for. The tenders themselves were hot and moist, made with prime cuts of chicken breast. I would have appreciated a bit more seasoning in the batter, but I can see how that might be intentional to let the sauces shine and appeal to different palates. I didn’t love the truffle mac and cheese — I personally prefer a sharper cheddar and egg-based style — but the portion sizes overall were satisfying. The staff was very friendly and polite, and the atmosphere is warm and inviting for a casual bite. Ordering at the kiosk was convenient, though I do wish there was a bathroom on-site. Not fully convinced about the value for price given a couple of these factors, but I’d still return, especially for that broccolini.

I went to TC with my family that was visiting from the UK. It was a small spot with 2 tables and some bar stools. I saw an IG post that included Ja Rule eating the I SCREAM Tenders and we wanted to try it. When we got there, I saw a wide array of food options. The chicken tenders were DELICIOUS and fresh!! My cousins got a chicken sandwich and they loved it. The fries were hot and fresh. The I SCREAM Tenders was also very delicious. Although my tender needed to be replaced, I would absolutely go back for more! Manager/Owner was very nice and attentive. Cashier was ehh. She kept awkwardly adjusting her bra while taking our cash paying order. Not enough to deter a repeat trip. It’s more of a teachable moment on what NOT to do in front of customers.

Saw this place on Instagram and wanted to give it a try. We waited about 20 minutes or so for our food which we didn’t mind. I ordered the Hot Crush Sandwich with a side of buttermilk dill and the Truffle Mac and Cheese while my partner ordered the Harlem Hot Tenders. Wish they had more non alcoholic drink options like lemonades or something. My order was great but my partner’s was underwhelming on the other hand. The tenders were very skinny and not juicy like the reel we had seen, we guessed that they had cut the tenders in half or something of that sort. Staff was nice but overall an okay experience.

Taste: good flavor, good crunchy batter Value: not great, $12 for 3 very skinny small tenders is not worth it. It’s like a kid’s meal. Verdict: SKIP

I’m not gonna lie. The chicken was fried impeccably. However they didn’t put enough sauce. I ordered the fries plain and I want to ketchup, my Server was amazing and adorable. He was able to get me catch up however I guess he was the manager a heavyset. Hispanic gentleman was really condescending when I gave them my comments about things and it was like I’m the customer. I’m spending my money. You should at least be receptive to what I’m saying, instead of being condescending an arrogant. I’ll never come back there again.

Ordered two 3 Crispy Tenders for takeout but found out I only got 4 tenders after getting home :(. I'd check the box before leaving if you're doing takeout. The Tribeca cheese sauce and Harlem hot sauce were quite good

Raising Canes is better. We ordered this at the JFK airport and got a stomach ache. They also messed up our order. The chicken tasted unseasoned. The breading was juicy and coming off but overall it left a lot to be desired. The sauces could mask the lack of quality in their chicken. They could get better frying oil and up their quality. Their whole branding caught our eyes but we will not be back.

Fries looked good but were COLD and flavorless!! Chicken fingers also had no flavor… the whipped blue cheese was tasy

Drink machine wasn't working and this restaurant was untidy . I will not return here.

⭐ I was deceived by all the good reviews 😒. I ordered for delivery 🚚, but it got here pretty quickly so I wouldn’t blame delivery on this at all since the food was still hot 🔥. The chicken was not crispy at all ❌🍗. The bun was soggy 🥺🍞. Even when you ask for no mayo 🚫, they still put this sauce that looks like tartar sauce all over your chicken 🤢. It was just not good. Restaurants selling chicken sandwiches need to realize they are competing with, at the very least, Chick-fil-A 🐔🥤. If I prefer a Chick-fil-A sandwich over yours… something ain’t right 🚨. I had to force myself to finish the meal 😬🍽️ because at that point the only justification for paying that price 💸 was that I’d at least feel full… now I’m paying the price of regret and nausea 🤮💔. I wish you the best ✨
