The dunking donut chain here work fast and the servers are friendly. The place is clean and spacious. That's all I ask for when I go to a place to get coffee or breakfast in NYC. A clean location with friendly and fast service.
I always go to the next door Dunkin to get coffee and the people attending are the best! They always know what I want and are very nice and friendly 😊
I believe this may be my favorite bakery/cafes in all of Queens. It certainly is the most beautiful and classy. I had a little more time to browse around because the young lady that was helping me told me a fresh batch of chocolate croissants would be out shortly. As I looked around she apologized for me having to wait, but I was happy to have to time to explore. She gave me a sample of the chocolate and cream croissant as well as a nutella filled cookie to help me pass the time. I picked up some various pastries - the chocolate tart, the raspberry tart and vanilla mille-feuille to bring to my family. Besides the items being beautiful, the packaging was down right elegant - gorgeous boxes and bag. It will make an impression if you bring anything from here on an occasion - I know mine did. My family couldn't stop raving about it or decide what they liked best. The raspberry tart edged out the others for me. Greek owned, with classically trained French culinary experience is a powerful combination. Get here now and experience it yourself!
Faisan, shahed, hemel is wonderful 💯 they Always make my ice coffee perfect 💗 if you want good coffee and good service have them make your coffee trust me u won't regret it .. THANK YOU FOR YOUR SERVICE YOU GUYS Y'ALL THE BEST 😘🌸💕
The food here is absolutely delicious, and my favorite breakfast is the plain bagel with eggs, cheese, and jalapeños. They offer a nice variety of bagels and cream cheeses, and I love that you can customize everything just the way you like it. The coffee is rich and flavorful, the café is always clean and cozy, and the staff are so welcoming and kind. I always enjoy stopping by and would definitely recommend it for a quick, tasty bite! ☕🥯💛
as an outsider from nyc, i’ve heard and seen a lot of noise about utopia bagels. needless to say it was worth checking out everytime i’ve visited and will miss them. I ordered a scallion cream cheese on plain and sausage egg on egg everything and both were satisfying, fresh, and brought warmth to another cold day.
Excellent experience at Utopia midtown. In this occasion I take the famous worth it. (Spoiler, was worth it at all) Excellent service from the cashier Cristina and really appreciate the support from the barista Milena who made and excellent cappuccino. In general all the staff was friendly and the environment feel too New Yorker!!! Very good option for vegans.
Had this bagel one week ago and I’m still dreaming about it. This is the Honey Bee + Smoked Salmon. I landed in NY at 2pm and rushed over to have this at 3pm and was not disappointed. Thankfully it was somewhat an odd hour so there wasn’t much of a line (but other reviews seem to say that there is a loooong line at peak hour/lunch hour), so be sure to plan your time well if you want to avoid the queue. Piping hot and fluffy garlic bagel with generous fillings of cold cuts + cheese. I could not ask for a better way to begin my NYC trip. Lovely staff who are warm and welcoming made the whole experience so wonderful! I’ll be sure to visit again the next time I’m headed to NYC 🩷
The bagels were PHENOMENAL. The cream cheese was AMAZING. I couldn’t recommend this place enough. Not only could Utopia’s bagels stand up to every other bagel joint in Manhattan (and yes we tried all of the other heavy-hitters), I think they were better. Not only is the quality top notch, but the lines were MUCH MORE reasonable as well.
My partner and I were in New York for a week and we ate our breakfast here everyday and were never let down. Christina B was amazing and so kind, she was always so happy to see me when I ordered (Devin). The bagels were always warm and soft with a little crisp on top, just how we like it, definitely recommend the everything bagel. We will definitely be back!
My favorite bagel shop in the city to get them steaming hot right out the oven. In fact, the only place I can consistently come in and get a ripping hot bagel every time. Wide selection of bagels and spreads. Haven’t tried any of the other breakfast stuff, sandwiches or sandwich salads, so I can’t speak to those. Incredible value, consistent quality. Chewy and crunchy. Truly, the perfect bagel. Not a lot of seating, always packed in the morning. Great view of the bagel oven though.
Delicious bagel, but for the purists, not really a bagel. Not as chewy as a bagel should be. Absolutely delicious though! Like a perfectly crunchy on the outside, soft and bready on the inside sandwich morsel. Highly recommended as a food item to eat, but kind of hard to call it a bagel, other than based on its shape. Ess-a-bagel makes a more traditional bagel, but neither are necessarily tastier than the other and both are absolutely delicious in their own way.
Best bagels in New York. I'm from the south and they get 100 stars from. I often get my favorite, egg bagels, and my son gets cinnamon raisins or blueberry. We don't bother with buying store-bought bagels anymore. The only downside is that they close at 4 and aren't open on Sundays. I have a sad face every time that I think about it 😫 I just want my decaf and bagels 🥯 There is one guy who's family, he drags his feet but they stay on him 🤣 there was a new guy recently, a white guy I've never seen before at the register and he gave me a look that said he didn't want to serve me. The young lady at the register always takes my order anyway. The family that owns it is amazing people. I don't think there is ever a time when they are not busy. I'm on a bread fast, but I will not fast from Utopia Bagels; it's just not going to happen. Thank you all for the great bagels and customer service. The bagels are huge and delicious. The coffee is perfect.
Nice place to stop in anytime for a sandwich, donut , coffee hot or iced. Staff very friendly. Working restroom . Plenty of seating, wifi and the AC is blasting. They even sell baskin Robbins ice cream. Nice spot to relax for a bit
Very nice staff. The employees were friendly and quick with preparing my order. I'll visit more often.
No French rolls at this location and no Chicken Tuna sandwich. This place is kosher. Place seems clean with an open layout. Great place to meet someone for a quick coffee and talk. Cashier is the same person preparing / touching your food with the same plastic gloves. This Dunkin' Donuts location is prime and all prices are a bit more expensive than other stores. I've been here during the week around 4 - 5 PM and Saturday around 5 - 6 PM and it's always empty or with very few people (1 to 3). The bagel options are also very limited. 3 stars in my opinion.
This location is kind of "tired" looking. It's OK at best and a mediocre Dunkin location. You can definitely find better coffee and bagels in the neighborhood. They open at 6:00 am, which almost nobody else does, so it has that going for them.
Not helpful staff. The app doesn't support ordering single packets of condiments for hashbrowns, and yet they won't give a packet despite having those condiments because it's an 'add-on' for sandwiches. They don't know their own systems and I had to go without my normal condiments other stores provide as a result. They gave a bunch of attitude about it.
Tried Utopia Bagels in NYC after hearing quite a bit about it, but honestly it didn’t leave much of an impression. I had an everything bagel with cream cheese and salmon — it was fine, but nothing that really stood out compared to other spots in the city. Service was okay and the place was busy, but the overall experience felt pretty average. Not bad, just not something I’d go out of my way for again. Decent enough if you’re nearby, but fairly forgettable.
I found this place through Google reviews, and with so many people raving about it, I decided to make the walk from my hotel to give it a try. When I arrived around 7:10 AM, the restaurant was completely empty, which surprised me. I ordered a bagel extra dark, and I have to give credit to the staff member who double-checked the toast level with me. The first one came out burnt, but instead of just serving it, they caught it and remade it — definitely appreciated that level of care. Unfortunately, the bagel itself didn’t live up to the hype. The texture was decent and the salt level was spot on, but the cream cheese was a major letdown. It was so thin and soft that it felt more like frosting. Every bite squeezed it out of the bagel, dripping onto the wrapper and making it a messy experience — I went through six napkins just trying to keep up. Overall, I’m glad I tried it, but I left a bit disappointed. Big points for the friendly staff and their attention to detail, but the bagel itself fell short of expectations.
Dirty. AC off even though it’s a hot NY day. Loud and overbearing radio. Avoid
I’ve been going to the Dunkin’ on 34th and Lexington for the past six years, almost five days a week, and today I left feeling really disappointed. Earlier this week I noticed a few new faces, but as the days went by, every familiar staff member was gone. I was told that the entire team quit, and it honestly made me sad. The last group of employees was always so friendly and welcoming, they made the place feel comfortable. It means a lot when you walk in and the staff knows your usual order without you having to explain it, and now I have to repeat everything to new people who still end up getting it wrong, which leaves me waiting all over again. I also heard before that Dunkin’ doesn’t promote the long-time workers, and instead brings in new people to be managers and supervisors. It’s disappointing to see good employees leave and lose that sense of connection. You know what’s crazy! I have the utopia bagel place right next to my building, I literally opened one door and walk through the other and I chose to support Dunkin, now I’m sad to see the staff go. 🥹
So I’m not sure of what’s going on with this Dunkin location, one day they are closed the next day they are opened with different staff I walked in this morning no one was wearing gloves using their bare hands on everything! So I just walked out!!
I ordered through the app as it said closes soon (8pm) but it seems that store was already closed at 7:25 and I got charged for my order. :/
This place is kosher and doenst serve any meat. Don't put up ads and waste my time waiting for your long ass line if you don't serve what you are advertising
This has happened TWICE now so I HAD to post this review. This store sells stale items. A few months ago I purchased a bagel from here and it turned out to be a bagel you would get from the coffee stands on the street, it CLEARLY wasn't a Dunkin bagel...another time I purchased 10 munchkins and when I opened th bag at work there were 7 not 10...then today I purchased a blueberry muffin and when I got to my desk and began eating it, it was dry and hard, like it had been there at least 2 days. I recommend everyone CHECK their purchase before leaving the store and request fresh items before paying
Only 2 workers on a busy weekday morning. Waited for over 30 minutes after ordering a simple coffee and never got it. A million other people standing there waiting. I walked out. Miserable experience. Never again.
⭐ 1-Star Review ⭐ Dunkin’ Donuts — Never Again I went to this Dunkin’ with my boyfriend, and honestly… worst experience ever. I get that it was a training day for the staff, but the wait time was ridiculous. We were standing there forever just to place an order — nobody seemed to know what to do, and the manager who was training them definitely wasn’t helping. And speaking of the manager… while we were waiting, she kept eyeing my boyfriend and giving him these weird, lingering looks like she was interested in him. Super unprofessional and honestly just uncomfortable. Then when we finally did get our food? My bacon was completely burned — like dark, crunchy, inedible. Meanwhile my boyfriend’s order came out perfect. At that point, I was just over it. Safe to say I won’t be coming back here. I’d rather make my own food at home than deal with this mess again. 👎🍩🥓
I ordered a bagel with cream cheese and a coffee. The bagel was stale and there was just a light covering on 1 side of the bagel with cream cheese. An attendant was sweeping up the dirty floor on top of the customers. I only enjoyed the coffee. The bagel went to the garbage. You pay more and get less.
I’m very confused by this location. I placed an order on the app the night before for pick up in the morning. But when I arrived, I was treated as though I wasn’t in my right mind as the workers tried to tell me how I messed up in multiple ways. Even after looking at my order on the app, which showed the time and location for pick up (granted I was early, but I would have waited), they still tried to tell me how I was wrong. The best part was being told I didn’t hit the right button to submit the order, and yet somehow I was able to utilize the cancel order function. I’m just hoping I hit it before being charged. I definitely don’t need this kind of nonsense before the start of the day. If they are not interested in customer service or selling their product, then why do it? The thing that is truly confusing, I went around the block to another Dunkin and ordered what I needed for my meeting and they were happy to help.
It seems like every time I got here they are always rushing which causes them to mess up orders. The amount of times I have ordered in person or even online they somehow seem to mess up my order every single time. I’ve never had a correct order without me having to say anything. Just today I was in a rush for work and they messed up my order and I got charged for something they didn’t even add. It’s getting ridiculous
