Second time here. Very welcoming and professional. The comics have so far been seasoned pros. Food was awesome. Had fish tacos and portobello mushroom tacos. I also had corn poppers which were very good. They serve great cocktails and cold beer as well.

Great time last night! It’s been a while going to a comedy show, but we had a fantastic time. Hilarious comedians. The place was larger than I thought it would be. Food and drinks were good, service was quick and efficient. We’ll bring friends next time.

Great Saturday night show! Each comedian had 10-15 minutes. Cole was hilarious!! Highly recommend. Only tidbit would be to not order the espresso martini because it’s a cold brew drink and very off putting. Other drinks were good though.

I highly recommend checking out this comedy club! It may be small, but it definitely delivers on entertainment. Our Saturday night visit was a blast- the drinks were delicious and the comedians were on point. Now, I'll be honest - the food wasn't anything special, but let's be real, we weren't expecting gourmet cuisine at a basement comedy club. Just stick to ordering drinks to meet the two item per person purchase policy and you'll be good to go. Overall, we had a fantastic time and left with smiles on our faces. Don't miss out on the fun - give this comedy club a try!

Really enjoyed the friendliness of this place, the intimate setting, and the food! Wow, the food was great! It apparently is from the popular restaurant above them, Playa Betty's, and was delicious. Will def try to return to this fun venue on our next trip

Saturday was a good night overall. The lineup had a couple misses, but most of the comedians were really funny. Prices are pretty typical for NYC house wells. Service was great on the first order, and the host with the most was AMAZING. My only complaint: me and the couple next to me both ordered the cheesecake and none of us took more than one bite — it legit tasted like chemicals, like dishwasher residue or something nasty. That said, still a fun little spot overall—enjoy

7/8 back for 6p new talent show. Still good beer and the burrito is still good! 4/9/23 back for 7p new talent show. Good stuff. Good beer on the menu, better than last time i was here. Got the hang10 burrito - good. 2022- A good spot to see comedy. Good food and friendly service. I'll be back

Westside comedy club is great. Only issue was the QR codes didn’t work for submitting orders and payments and the menu changed when upstairs they said you can get any order upstairs downstairs. There’s some internal miscommunication but that’s the worst of it. They get great local comics who were hilarious. Great selection and fair prices. Come down and have a good laugh 😎🎙

The comedy show itself was great. The performers were solid and we definitely had some good laughs. That said, the overall experience left a bad taste. After already paying for tickets and fees, they hit us with a mandatory three drink minimum or else you get charged an extra fee. It felt like a trap and very scammy. The place has a bit of a shady vibe and the bathroom was straight up filthy. If you’re just going for the comedy, it delivers, but the venue itself needs serious improvement and more transparency.

We went to Zarna Garg's comedy show on 12/30/2025 the show itself was ok mostly replay of what's available on her you tube videos but ambiance made the show lively. We bought the tickets on her website and no where it was mentioned that we need to order two items from their Bar menu or food menu. it was a surprise for us and we ended up paying lots of money for poor quality food and water downed drinks . I understand its New York and things are pricey and establishment has right to make their own policy but this has to be disclosed before the tickets are bought and printed on ticket so the consumers can decide if they want go to the show or not in advance

I was there for the late show Saturday. It is really a beautiful club but the comics needed a lot of work. It feels strange to pay a lot of money to watch only newcomers except for one. I hope they do well in the future, but I would have strongly preferred if you had put one new comic for the show instead of four.

We love comedy clubs and have been to some amazing ones all over the US and seen some of the best comedians out there! Whenever we are in town Comedy Clubs are always on the agenda because NYC has some of the best, but I was not impressed with West Side Comedy Club. Gotham or Comedy Cellar offers better comedians and a better atmosphere. Spend your money elsewhere.
