This location is always clean. The staff rotates, so I don't always get a friendly face or service. The food is quickly made so no long wait time. It's never crowded so there's always seating.

White Castle is consistent. Food was as expected. Burgers were piping hot and fresh. The service was ok at best but the experience was off. We couldn't use the bathroom. I paid for an item and then was told they didn't have it so instead they just gave me something else. 😂🤷‍♀️. I asked for a cup for ice and was told no...even though I paid for a half gallon of punch. No ketchup or condiments of any kind included. It wasn't busy but just seemed like no one wanted to be there...which, I get it but...come on, man.

Been waiting to go here for years after seeing Harold & Kumar get the Munchie (or go to White Castle as it's known in the States). Staff are courteous and restaurant was clean. Sliders (mini burgers) are awesome and prices are fair. Only thing to watch is the restaurant is not in the best location (Harlem) so I would advise going during the day time unless you Uber/Taxi there and back as we did. Area did seem ok but we were advised it's better to Uber back even though we got the subway there.

Food is good but the staff are pretty rude

. It always smells like the bathroom when you walk inside. Today I waited 13 minutes in line to order my food and still never got a chance to order. It was 3 ppl there. Two people cooking and one person on the register. The girl that was on the register, got off of the register and started help make food. I was a little confused because they already had two people back there. You see that you have people waiting online to order instead of saying hello, give me a second. You just walk off the line and start helping the two employees in the back make orders when they should have that under control because it’s two of them. I just walked out.!

Almost. My onions were hard/raw. Refill those awful soda machines. I tried 3 different drinks & they were all water. Bathroom toilet had feces on seat.

The food was hot the staff put it together as they should. But the customer service via the front desk taking orders was absolutely dreadful. Im sure they are losing money on that alone. Regarding the area, its new york what can you expect. Bathrooms were cleaned and locked buzz in access only.

Always enjoy going to White Castle whenever I'm in a nostalgic mood. Growing up in the Bronx, my friends and I could enjoy burgers, fries and a coke whenever we weren't in the mood for a slice. This location in East Harlem is old school. The food is what you would expect at a White Castle and the service is good.

they use paper straws. for there shakes. I had to wait for the shake to melt to use it. and then was mush and couldnt drink it any way wound up throwing it out. give me a break with this.

Horrible waited at the drive through window for 50 min waiting for food. The line behind me was long and inside aswell. They are incredibly understaffed for the work load they’re getting. N not for to the employees nor customers .

Don’t bother with the drive thru. Not sure how many people work here at any given time but I only saw two and the second person appeared toward the end of my 20 min wait. The fries were warm. The burgers were room temperature. Two inside orders were taken and made before mine as well. No apologies for the wait time either. The place is garbage as is the service. Sadly, I’d expect nothing less.

Lazy employees. Very slow workers. Unprofessional managers.. this White Castle director’s should fixe this problem earlier.. every time that I came there even if I’m alone with the 4th workers they really slow. Many customers told me that’s its same with them. Some people order but use to cancel them orders cause of the exaggerated waiting time.. Many complaints about this whites Castel... I never see a so slower fast food in my life... I feel sorry for white Castel big boss.. I’m sorry for this review but things need to change.. thanks
