Omg love this place! They follow special instructions, deliver quickly, take cards, GrubHub and other delivery apps, have family specials...etc.
Best Chinese food east of Lexington in East Harlem. Better than Teng Dragon down the block in freshness, portion size and price. They’re friendly and polite. Can’t believe I slept on this place for so long.
Best wonton soup and workers always cool
I’ve ordered delivery countless times, food is always solid, I’ve never experience a mistake with my food or something missing. Some of these reviews sound racist … but anyway good is solid. Delivery guy is nice too.
You get a big portion even if you just order small. Very good price and food was tasty. Lots of shrimps in my noodles. You have to wait a bit though because they fry your dish after taking your order. The staff was totally friendly.
Omg my bestfriend lives in the area and ordered one day and after that I won't eat nowhere else. You know how when we get chicken and broccoli the chicken is gooey not in this place everything is white meat n perfect. The only thing is the dried wonton are over cooked every time other than that it's amazing and a must try...
Consistent and my go to Chinese food spot in the neighborhood. I’ve been ordering for years.
Amazing sesame chicken, plates are always packed out, as quick as they can while making sure they cook your food right
I have been getting food from this restaurant for about 8-10 years, and there are many positive attributes about this establishment. The flavor of their food beats the other Chinese restaurants nearby and never have a gotten sick from it, NEVER, unlike another restaurant on first ave and 116th Street. Even when they were hit with a C grade from the health department, I still went loyally with the understanding that this could have just been paperwork that was missing or maybe even a one time minor issue. Again, I did not get sick. They have always delivered food promptly and there has literally never been a time where me or my family's orders were missing items or messed up (which is kinda strange but still incredible and very impressive). So, like many Chinese take out restaurants, there isn't too much seating, which is kind of a bummer. It probably makes it easier for them to clean, but it would be nice to have more seating options. Other than that, I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a healthy and affordable meal with pleasant and prompt service!

My family and I always order here my most favorite General Tso’s chicken!

They deliver via bike. The food is solid takeout and the prices are very good. You get a free soda with a certain purchase price I liked that.

We are visitors from out of state. Wing Wah is pretty good chinese food. More suited to someone on a budget, who can't afford better food, I think. I liked the Lo Mien Noodles but my wife's General Tso's wasn't that good. We shared it and it was way too crunchy. The restaurant inside has a very dirty appearance and it only has 1 place to sit. The only reason we stopped here was to support this place, because we saw the video of the manager getting bullied. His name is "Lin Jie Chen". He was bullied by a teenager in a viral video while delivering food. Just look it up online.... My wife understands chinese and she thought the staff were a little rude. They were telling eachother "this customer is annoying". and they also said "I didn't like that customer" in chinese. She said they were bashing customers in their native language. I think thats kind of ironic they would do that, considering their manager got bullied in that viral video. It also makes me wonder if they didn't say something to anger those kids and provoke them. It doesn't show everything in the video. I am not saying they did, but after my wife heard them talking about customers like they did, she was a little upset. They were saying some very mean things. "LinJie Chen" also annoyed us and kept talking to us and asking my wife how she speaks mandarin chinese. She told him she studied mandarin and still does. He replied "I thought americans couldn't speak mandarin". Uhh.. OK. I hesitate to give them an average rating. They are more like... in the 2 star range. Not very good. Rude staff.

Terrible customer service and the food gave me a case of food poisoning. When I went back to tell them about what happened to me I was accused of lying. I will NEVER GO THERE AGAIN!!!!
First off there minimum for credit card use was $13.00 ... the delivery person was rude and had no patience ... on top off that was food was horrible ...like the chicken was saggy , and big , shrimp was mushy and sauce was thick . My broccoli was so hard I just threw it away Never again !!!
The absolute worst customer service experience ever! If I could leave zero stars I would! When I called to say that I had accidentally put in the wrong address on grub hub, the man on the other end of the phone called me retarded, and then proceeded to yell at me.
I ordered food which was a large pork fried rice scallions only, large pork lo me in no vegetables, bbq ribs and honey wings got charged almost 26 dollars and was never sent the rice I call back after the delivery person leaves and am told I need to pay 7 dollars for rice I already paid for. Worst restaurant ever and terrible customer service never order from them period.
hard rice, flavorless bbq spare ribs, everything somewhat inedible. walking into restaurant is kind of a jump scare
