Really good Ox Tail Rice Noodle Soup!

Very good pho spot .. great menu great staff very helpful on helping me choose my items as this was my first time here very impressed .highly recommend this place for a try !

My usual pho restaurant was closed so I had to find a backup. Searched for pho restaurants near me and found this place that I haven't tried before. The pho broth was very tasty and not too salty. We thought the broth and brisket meat was tender and portion very good. We were a bit mixed on the rice noodles. The noodles for 2 of the orders were too soft and broke apart. The noodles lacked some elasticity for those that like their noodles chewy. Price was good for the portion we received. I placed my order online for pickup and received order acceptance confirmation. 10 minutes later I received notice that my order was ready for pickup. Excellent first experience and we will add this place on our list.

I would like to share my experience at this amazing restaurant, the staff is fabulous like no other and if we talk about the food is simply fantastic. The cuisine is authentic and the best thing is the outstanding service. Thank you for places like this. Xoxo

I ate here a few times awhile ago. I come back to have the same pho today and I have to admit the quality is still the same. It's really hit the spot. Fast and friendly service. I will definitely come here to eat again if I'm close by the area. BTW, I'm from San jose.

The first time I came here with my wife was by mistake , we were looking for ihop but they had a huge line so we ended up here and I am so glad that we did . This place is amazing and the people who run it are great . Good fresh food, we love their Banh mi sandwich and chicken broth . Their Dalgona coffee is to die for . This is my favorite Vietnamese restaurant . The folks who run it are happy to see you and they serve with love .

Portions here are generous, so order the small is good enough for Asian appetites. Broth is flavourful and delicious. Service staff are so friendly and attentive. Overall, a wonderful dinner experience.

I've only ever been here for pho tai, maybe a spring roll on an odd day Generally speaking, pretty decent for a pho spot. Good aroma, subtle depth, and always a plus that the beef slices will come out with a bit of pink (if you're into the bite) Shop is clean and service is a out as you'd expect from a pho spot, good enough. Just come in, sit at an empty table, and you're good to go Small thing to note, the menu does not seem to have updated its prices. Large pho tai seems to show it's $13 but the actual price is $14

Pretty decent Vietnamese food in the area. The noodle and rice dishes are good and they portions are on the larger side not leaving you hungry. The pho soup taste good. Not too fatty and not too water down. The star anise doesn't take over the flavor some some restaurants. Overall a good place to eat. Only complaint is that it can be on the pricey side.

The Pho taste good. But you should also try the Diced Beef with either rice or Garlic Noodle. It's one of my favorite. Plenty of parking, the restaurant is small. Staffs are friendly.

Never judge Asian food by the decor. The pho is hearty and delicious. Their Bhan Mi is balanced, light and flavorful - while being a belly full. And the broth is so good that I look forward to burps just so I can taste it again.

I didn't understand what the other opinions said about the noodles being overcooked, maybe it was that one time (I think they had the option to tell the waiter about the problem, and they would have fixed it). We received the noodles just right and I made a mistake when I ordering something for a child of my family and they helped me make the solution very kindly.

Pho was not bad, but not spectacular either. However, I did not taste or feel MSG in their broth like other places. Also, the quantity of meat was decent. I only tried their beef pho on this trip

Staff is friendly enough, Phò wasn't all that great and spicy beef soup wasn't that spicy. Given the ok nature of the experience, I'd recommend checking out somewhere else. There's a plethora of other Vietnamese restaurants in the Union City area.

Disappointing, flavorless, insubstantial grilled pork banh mi. Thinly sliced, gristly pork (only a single layer thick throughout the sandwich!), watery mayonnaise, and no peppers or pate (which was not specified on the pick-up menu but might be obvious on the dine-in menu). The banh mi baguette itself didn't seem freshly baked. It was too large but also too airy and insubstantial; kind of like a bad grocery store hoagie. If you're going here for bún or pho, it's pretty good (that's why I'm leaving 3 stars instead of 1). If you'd like a traditional, substantial, or flavorful banh mi, you'd be much better off at Rice and Spoon down the street.

The taste of msg is very evident, big serving which is just right because of the price. Service is fast but not so friendly lady server. The smell of the table is foul smelling, and the utensils needs deeper cleaning. The lady from kitchen is nicer. The food is average.

It was pretty good however, my noodles were still in the brick form so it took a while for it to get soft, of course I dont return food so I waited as it cooled down. But other than that food was good and taste of soup was good. Not much space for wheel chair, decor is nice, and decent prices

This is a review based on their BBH only. I've been fiending for Bun Bo Hue. So much so that my cousin, whom I wanted to lunch with since he just spent a half day helping me learn how to bleed the brake fluid for my car, takes me to this place which he believes is a decent Pho restaurant and I, having never been here, decide to go for BBH before I even try the Pho. That's... wrong. Sort of. House special should go first, but you gotta feed that craving! This will be a quick one. I ordered the BBH and my cousin did the same. Before the waitress walked away, I asked her to make it spicy. When the bowls were delivered, along with the standard condiments we dug in. It was too hot for my cousin who does not have the heat tolerance I had and he powers through, sweating it out like the trooper he is and I realize, the waitress may have spiced up both our bowls. For me, I could taste the heat but it was mild and had little effect on me outwardly. Now the soup. For BBH, it was on the weak side of flavor and character. Maybe a 2 or 3 out of 10 by my taste buds. In some ways, this may not be fair so I caution you about taking this as a complete blast to this place. I grew up on mom's, like most of us do, and use that as a measuring stick. This one just didn't measure up. I even advised my cousin to add all the shrimp paste they provide on the side if he wants more kick, but that made little difference. It was not bad, but it was less than notable. I may have to come back and try the Pho some time as I understand it is supposed to be decent. The 2 star is just for the BBH, The rest of the menu could be better but I will revise as needed if I come back and try other things. Don't discount this place just because my rating is not better. And... I guess the review was not as fast as I thought it would be.

Food is mediocre. Staff seems lifeless. Manager is as rude as they come. Short and simple , won’t be coming back. Gonna head over to Stevenson and try different pho spots out.

DO NOT GO HERE! worst costumer service! do not give business to a place and a rude “owner“ who sits on a high horse and does not care about you as a costumer.I waited over 35 minutes on a plate while everyone else who I was with had their food. When they brought it out, it was with no apology and instead the “owner” was mad I sent the food back. The waitress didn’t smile once, go home and rethink your job choice if you’re not happy. I’ve been here many times before but never again! Don’t waste your money or time.
