“I drove almost 30 minutes to visit this Jack in the Box in Newark on February 18 at 2:23 in the morning because the map showed it was open 24 hours. However, when I arrived, the store was dark and completely closed. It was very disappointing to make the trip only to find out they were not open as advertised. If they are no longer operating 24 hours, they should update their hours on the map to avoid misleading customers. Accurate information is important, especially for those who rely on it when making plans. I hope they fix this issue to prevent further inconvenience for others.”

Ordered a Munchie Meal with fries and no-ice drink. Got ice in my drink and three cents of fries. This place was gotten worse with time, what a shame.

Don’t accept orders at this restaurant they will let you sit in the drive-through tell you the order is ready and then when you get to the window, it is not and they waste your time and there is nothing you can do about it. Bad restaurant with bad management never go do not order they will not give you your food and they will just waste your time and your money

I went through the drive thru around 10:40 pm and I ordered a shake a coke and I saw the worker assemble the cup holder but then gave me the shake and the coke without the cup holder and I asked the worker for a cup holder for the drinks so I can carry the drinks and I know the worker heard what I asked him because he looked at me and that’s all that he did and just looked at me before walking away. After he gave me my food I asked for ranch and all he did was just looked at me again without saying anything. I didn’t see that he put ranch in the bag before he gave me the bag but he could of been courteous and said “I put them in the bag already” but no he didn’t say a word other just stare. What kind of customer service is this to just stare and not say a word and ignore requests from customers. I’m never coming back to this Jack in the box again. Other jack in the box’s doesn’t ignore customers requests and actually talks back instead of just staring.

Seriously Jack n The Box? With the numerous negative reviews and the constant apologies you still cant get your s#$%t together? Food was cold and on top of all that I ordered a sourdough jack and they did not even toast the bread. This is the third time I have come to this facility and ordered a sandwich/burger that is supposed to be toasted yet is not as per the description of the item with the food coming out cold, stail, or undercooked. I have always enjoyed Jack n the Box but this facility as destroyed any temptation and future service I will have with this organization. Get your s@$t together. It shouldn't be hard to make a simple order correct.

I asked for ketchup ONLY on ALL my burgers!! All of them had mayo and mustard! 3 burgers made wrong! I paid for an eggroll, that I didn't get... the medium meal I paid for, got small fries... this location REGULARLY messes up my order! I will go to other farther one from now on... thus us ridiculous!

I am so dissatisfied with my order, this should be cheese burger.. the person who taking order is not good worker, his personality shows impolitely and not checking right order… VERY SATISFIED CUSTOMER!!!!!

Went here didn’t bother to open my basket of chicken and as I opened I see hair inside my food. Totally disgusting employees already rude and could’ve been done purposely. Never will I go here again. Instead of losing a lot of customers just hire a new batch of team that will take pride in their work

So I went thru drive thru picture of the food all over the wall everything has different prices I pay for a deluxe combo I get a regular chicken sandwich over all owner should have a training crew for the whole place really really bad experience I been a customer on these jacking the boxes for years I seen all kind of issues thru the years but for the first time ever I give you guys a review hope everything change here

Fine during the day but really bad at night. Comment above was a month or so before and I received a reply from Jack In The Box. Went agin last night for convenience, but the reply from Jack in the box has not changed anything. I guess I will have to just cut them out. The photo is not very burnt bun from the burger I ordered. Not only was the bun burnt but the chicken was go cold the cheese didn’t melt. I really hope they get it together.

Poor customer service! After I ordered, the person who took my order went behind the shelf and was on her cell. I just stood there thinking she was going to come back to give me my receipt. She never did so I grabbed it and my cup. Also, 4 tables were dirty and the restroom was nasty! They were not too busy to clean, I was the only customer inside! I'm glad I don't live in this area or eat @ fast food places often.
