For a long time we kept saying we needed to try this restaurant and never did until this visit...we were so glad we did...great food, great portions and a good price for the amount of food received on one plate. This was 2+ meals for me after having some of an appetizer. It was even better (the leftovers) the second time around for lunch the next day! Will definitely be back!

Food is always point when I eat there. I get my usual and customer service is quick and servers are polite.

Food was good, tasty. Took a chance had steamed asparagus very delicious tender. I enjoyed my meal. I was surprised the food was of good quality. This was my first time here as I'm not a meat eater, so I had the grilled shrimp over rice 👍🏽. This will go on my list of places to eat when I don't want to cook or go to with my friends for a meal. Our server was very attentive and nice. He was busy but always pleasant.

Very good Longhorn location. The food is great, staff is nice and helpful. The parking is big enough and waiting line in the evening is not big (we waited not more than 10 minutes). The interior is great as usual.

It does tend to be a little loud, but not quite as loud as Texas Roadhouse. The food is really good and they also serve a wonderful, warm bread-and-butter combination while you're waiting. We've been there several times and the waitresses/waiters always seem to be rushing you out the door either that or they forget you're there. It would be nice to see some happy medium. But if you're looking for a nice meal, that's not outrageously priced, LongHorn Steakhouse, it's an excellent choice.

Very delicious food in a clean and friendly environment. This place has that great Mid West charm as well as very friendly staff. My waitress went out of her way to help my grandmother order her meal. The food was delicious, and the price was not that bad, defiantly worth it. I do recommend the strawberry lemonade made with real strawberries. Overall a great place. A solid 5 stars for me. As a bonus the bathrooms were also clean!

Great meal. Our server was super prompt and attentive. He got our order exactly right. I had a flame grilled ribeye, which was a perfect medium rare. The white cheddar stuffed mushrooms were awesome. My wife had a filet and lobster tail, which she loved. Overall, a great night.

Ok..ok..ok...yes it's a "chain" restaurant, but darn it they make a pretty good eatin rare Porterhouse! The sweet potato with cinnamon and butter is delicious too! Even the grilled shrimp was good and not rubbery! All around great experience.

Had a quiet lunch with a friend. Burgers, fries and beverage. Our orders were taken quickly and our meals were served promptly, preceded by the customary small bread loaf with butter. All prepared as requested and no pestering by servers once our food was in front of us. Thanks for a nice lunch!

Awesome steaks and sides. This visit I had the pork chop dish, crispy brussle sprouts and a sweet potatoe. A fine combination washed down with a local IPA from Newburgh NY.

This is the 1st Longhorn Steakhouse that has surpassed my expectations from the time I walked in till I left. The greeters were happy, smiling, and held the doors open for us AND everyone leaving. The waiter was so super friendly and helpful with the menu items.....and the food!!!! OmG...it was AMAZING!!! GREAT JOB ALL AROUND TEAM!!!! Super impressive!!!! Will definitely stop again...you all should write the handbook cuz the Longhorn Steakhouse in my area don't have a clue!!!

Nice steak! The serving is big.

The food was really good. The steaks were cooked perfectly (medium rare). We tried the parmesan spinach dip for the first time, and it was delicious. Entrees were The Longhorn with the signature mac and Outlaw Bone-In Ribeye with sweet potato. The service was great. We went during lunch, so we were seated extremely fast and served the same way. Restrooms. Bar. Booths and tables. Cards and cash accepted.

Great steak, great service... LOLOL funny story...went to bathroom, came back food and table cleaned off and I watched the waitress PANIC as she assumed I was not there to pay for my food. I LET HER PANIC...she should had have more faith and trust in a customer...OLDER Customer driving a Bentley!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I just watched her panic and gave her a great tip for her performance!

Was there for a double birthday celebration(sort of) and Makayla was nothing less than spectacular in her service. We’ve come to this longhorn several times now and it always hits the spot. The portions are huge and well worth the price. The steak is always tender and cooked to perfection. I had a great experience at this restaurant. It was quite busy and we did have to wait about 20 minutes, but it was well worth the wait. I had the flows fillet with Parmesan cheese crust and it tasted wonderful. The salad was really good and fresh as well. We also had the New York strip, which was cooked perfectly just the way we had asked for. The fries were really good and the ranch dressing was very tasty. The staff was friendly and the restaurant was extremely well taken care of. I was surprised how fast or order came , considering how busy it was at the time we came.

Came in as a single - if I wanted a table/booth it was a 25 minute wait but I chose immediate seating at the bar! Host had a smile, friendly, great first impression!! Bartender/Server was right on top of things with beverage (Iced Tea) followed by my order!I chose the Steak & Shrimp combo w/ Ceasar salad (served w/ a loaf of fresh warm dark bread) and Crispy Brussel Sprouts for my veggie (shrimp served on a fluffy rice pilaf)! Cooks were at the top of their game on every item - everything was 5-Star!! Apologies, I misplaced the receipt and don't have the name of the female bartender for 5/23 @ ~7:30 but she was friendly, knowledgeable, smiling, and, most importantly, kept the tea topped off! I did tell the server to convey thanks to the cooks for the excellent food prep!!

Not bad. Good for family

We stopped into this restaurant for dinner as we were stuck in miles of traffic and needed a break. First we appreciated the option to join the waitlist while on the road. The food was wonderful and our server, Trinity, was excellent. We all felt the whole restaurant and especially the bathrooms (woodwork) could use a good deep cleaning. Random women standing in line in the bathroom struck up a conversation on how much dust was on each stall door. An easy fix.

I enjoyed the super tender Porterhouse steak, salad, roasted Brussels sprouts and creamed spinach...so good, the bread is warm and delicious, served with light whipped butter. Our server was very friendly and efficient. We went about 5:30 and were told there would be a half hour wait. We actually did wait half an hour, but that was fine. It started to get pretty crowded after that! We had a very enjoyable dining experience overall.

Decent job on the steak. Everything needed salt, but it was OK. The broccoli was definitely an afterthought. Like they steamed it and that's it. No seasoning at all. They did a good job searing the steak but I don't think they put salt on it at all. Not too bad though for under $30 bucks with tip. And the bread was not warm at all. It had good flavor but the butter just stuck to it and didn't melt because it was room temperature.

The steak and pepper salad with steak is delicious but I DO NOT recommend the not char broiled nor steak house quality burger. The wings are very tasty. The brussel sprouts were very good.

Stopped by for dinner and had a solid experience. The location is very convenient, right on NY-300, making it a great spot to grab a bite after shopping nearby. The atmosphere is exactly what you’d expect from a classic steakhouse: cozy, lots of wood accents, dim lighting, and a nice Western vibe. The service was excellent; our server was polite and attentive, getting our food out quickly even though the dining room was nearly full. The steaks were cooked to the exact temperature we requested. I’m giving it 4 stars instead of 5 only because it gets quite loud during peak hours, and there can be a bit of a wait for a table. Overall, it’s a great place for a quality meal at a fair price.

Took family out to eat really early to miss crowd and avoid the covid crowd. food good service was good but glad came early didn't look like very many servers.

Update: June 29th. Dinner for 2. My Flo's Filet was not medium, but rather Xtra well done. The chopped sirloin was dry and chunky meat. They replaced my mignon, but it had chunks of fat, like a rib eye and was a very thin cut. Very unsettling and dissatisfied. Our waitress and manager were very accommodating. Our Hostess brought us to a table right next to a large birthday gathering. I asked for another table as it was much too loud and noisy. We had a nice booth in the back corner. Our Waiter, Shaq, was a delight. He explained options on how the shrimp could be prepared and that they could cook the corn on the cob with no spices to my 91 y/o mother. The Flo's Filet was a perfect medium. Salads are large and full of vegetables. The Makers Mark Old Fashion was not too sweet, as I had asked for. And the chocolate mousse with ice cream was plenty big for the three of us. We all enjoyed our evening dinner. Shaq, Thank You!

My friend and I come here often. The food is always delicious, and was tonight. However, I felt a need to put a review because our service was so bad. Casey C was the waitress. She did not check on us at all, ask how our food was, refill our drinks, or take plates away, even though we stacked them at the end of the table. When she did finally come by, she refilled our drinks in the same cup and still didn’t take the plates. So I ordered a lunch 7 pepper sirloin salad plate & was given this. seems to be short some steak.

I ordered a medium ribeye and get an extra well-done. When I called they put me on hold for 10 minutes no answer. I call again and the manager refused to speak to me. This place is terrible! Save your money and go to Billy joes at the very least you'll get you steak cooked correctly. Terrible manager terrible service.

Service was terrible! My family and I had to leave, they sat us down and had us waiting 15-20 minutes with no waiter to even take our drink order or even greet us. We watched two families have their order taken and we asked someone kindly to take our order and still never got attended. Which led us to walking out. I expect a response back from Longhorn for their poor service.

Didn’t come over once, had no personality, and talked so low I couldn’t even hear her name otherwise, I would mention it. Food was horrible. Parmesan fries were bland and clumped together. 3 of the chicken wings had full feathers on them. Ordered pork chops that were extremely undercooked. However the manager was very apologetic and didn't charge for the soda, salad I had.

My husband and I came to celebrate and grabbed dinner. We arrived at 7:20pm and were told there was a wait. Almost 40 min later we were seated. Our server has visited us two through our whole visit to drop off drinks and and get our food order. The food came 40 min later, cold old and soggy. We didn’t complain, we didn’t ask to take anything back, just would have hoped to have at least our food fresh.
