My weakness here are the spicy chicken sandwiches and their oreo cookie shakes. Specially cause you can get your shakes large haha. Other places don't give a choice

Amazing location right down the street from the beach lots of things to do and good shopping center.

Your order is always put together fresh very friendly crew that Cares about it's customers and they go out of their way to make their visit a worthwhile and pleasant one almost never do have to ask for a straw or napkins they always remember to supply for you with your to go orders.

Get the app, where 2 tacos are still 99 cents lol! They're pretty good about making it when you order ahead from the parking lot and then say you're there to pick it up at the drive through.

On the corner of famous PCH and Balboa this is a local low cost option for fast food. There are other specific local choices. But if you're hungry and looking for a bargain Jack in the Box can handle you. Restrooms strictly for customers. Refills on drinks. Outside seating if you like.

Best chicken tenders I've ever had from any fast food restaurant! 😋😋😋 I'm not sure if the improved the recipe but shockingly delicious and a generous portion size! They were plump and tender the chicken was real white meat. I've been eating the "Chicken breast pieces" (old name) for at least 30 years and have never had them like this. They used to be thin and kind of cheap. Not from this location! 😋😋😋

Great location! It’s at the intersection right before you go into Balboa. The staff is nice and they work very quickly! When I pulled in I saw a long line I thought “oh great let’s see how long I sit here”. To my pleasant surprise I was already ordering within 5 minutes and the cars getting orders were moving quickly. The dining area was really cool 52 degrees, I visited this location a few times, first time I thought the ac was broken, but the other times it was the same,I don't know why they don't turned on the heating, the place is very uncomfortable to dine in, please turn on the heater to 68 degrees at least.

This is still fast food however I tip my hat to them for having a really good iced coffee that really tastes like coffee. If your short on change, money or patience to wait in line for that coveted fancy coffee frink that yes is Fab...I highly suggest you go thru their drive thru, pay fraction of the fancy-schmancy stuff and ask for a large Original Ice Coffee. Yum yum! And their breakfast foods aren't bad either if you think the goodies that are sold with a green mermaid paper sleeve are better I would say No. For Pete's sake they micro or air heat\cook them. Ugh! Chewy, tuff yuck. At least your getting a fresh cooked egg whatever type breakfast sandwich here & if your going to eat fast food try to get something that has the closest or most amount of "real" in it. Fast Service, at night. Right now it seems many of the staple fast food places no longer place any value on service. I've waited as long as 15 minutes to make it to the window.

It’s a little bit alarming how many homeless people are surrounding this particular restaurant. It seems like something could be done to assist the homeless population so that they don’t tend to congregate around the building. The food is average it filled the needs of my son. I’m not sure that I would go back and less we were close to the beach again.

We were in the area and needed to get a quick dinner. Restaurant was clean. Food was good. Employees were friendly. We will stop again if in the area.

Friendly staff but unfortunately the restaurant was quite dirty inside. Toilet was also not very clean despite needing a code to enter it. Food was pretty good though.

This establishment is starting to fail its customers by driving up thier prices, but their "Late Night Munchy Meals" are still worth it. Otherwise you might want to take a small jar of Vaseline with you next time you go to Jack In The Box because someone is going to be getting screwed, and it won't be them... just sayin.

Soda machine was not working nor did they have fries for the combos 😒 (no viable signs stating this issue) Unfortunately we were not told until after we had waited and we were already ordering our food. Ended up getting a salad drank a water that i had in my car !

If there weren't so many homeless people roaming around it would be a lot better. Bathrooms are always dirty. The outside of the building is dirty. The inside is dirty... Food is good though. That is not an issue.

We got short served, we had to remind the server we were missing a food item, it turned out the staff was still holding it and forgot to hand it to us, we had to ask her if we needed to wait. But she gave it to us as soon as she reminded herself she still had it in her hands.

Food came out Luke warm. Restroom entrance closed off for cleaning. Lady tells me after waiting 5 minutes, it will be 5 minutes more. Why not close 1 bathroom at a time, or make sure it's clean prior to unlocking entrance.

If you like fast-food garbage ,than yes why not think it's b******* how every time you go to the drive-thru when you want to a shake there was tell you that you're cleaning it that's sheer laziness on their part

Even tho it was in Newport beach, I stopped there to get a drink and use the restroom. Said restroom was filthy, smelled..had graffiti etched all over the sink..papers on the floor. I live in la Habra, and we have better restrooms than that.

Went yo pick up a Free Jumbo Jack after the Dodgers game with 10 strikeouts and Managememt and personnel were unaware and food quality and taste of drink was not right. Hope this becomes a Dutch Brothers soon.

the only areas in Newport Beach with 24-hour dining, using the drive-thru, have an excellent selection of fried foods including spicy chicken strips which were a little too hot for me as well as milkshakes including mocha and chocolate peanut butter. try the new sandwiches that use grilled cheese for an ooey gooey treat that cant be beat.

I don't know if they were just having an off day or what? My food was terrible. Ordered a fajita pita, and it was falling apart. Like they couldn't get it into the pita, so they just shoved all the ingredients into a bag. Quality of food has gone down a lot.

Typical jack in the box with high efficiency in making the order wrong. Chicken nuggets come out as chicken burger and curly fries become loaded fries and iced coffee is always the wrong flavor. If you wish to have the perfect Jack in the box experience if messed up orders then this is a flagship store for that.

Just went through the drive through at 1130 pm during a weekday. Nobody answered after trying to get service. Then went to the drive through window. Some older lady looked at me but refused to attend. Had to drive off. Poor costumer service.
