Was so nice to stop at a place we know and love so close to our hotel. Great food. I was impressed with the soda machine. Great job.
Really good fast food restaurant. Very clean and a large amount of menu selections. The salads are fresh and delicious and a good value. Good burgers, excellent french fries. Custom made sandwiches to order. On a cold day or when you need comfort food, a hot bowl of chili from Wendy's is perfect. I have picked up two large bowls of chili to take home to the family for lunch.
Drive thru service was great. Very fast and friendly. No coffee late St night, but took a Sprite instead.
This was a really nice Wendy's! Very clean! The food was good and the staff friendly! The only drawback is they didn't have a self service bevage machine!
so i don't know how to explain this.... but i went to this location today while i was out (usually go to Porter) and the nuggets at the NFB location are sooooo much better. they're crisp on the outside and taste... well... cooked... inside. when i get the 4 for $4 at the Porter location i feed the nuggets to nature as they're like.... mushy and weird. i don't know if they're not kept in the fryer long enough or stored weird or what.
This place is busy but that just means they are well staffed and you always get fresh food. Even with the amount of customers in the drive through I still got my food quickly. Burger was so juicy and delicious. The drive through worker was very cordial and sounded genuine.
Carrie has made great strides in turning this great corner dining restaurant, and I have no idea what the name of the place could have been that took over. If that's not the best of work ethics and dedication in action, Of course it's a whole team effort...... Wendy's on. 76th Street , Niagara falls Blvd.
In this Wendy's I always get good food and good service. I especially want to thank this young man named Gregory, who is usually at the register and is always so friendly and asks me how am doing today. This makes our day, we rarely get that from Wendy's, most people look sad working there. As a Greek immigrant I appreciate good social skills.
I went to Wendy's to pick up a oder to manager Carrie was very polite to me and other customers. the communication with her employees was great.
Good food for fast food. I love their Apple pecan salad, so good. One has a lot of rewards when using an app such as free frosty for the year. My kiddo loves that. People on transit are nice. Good service.
Stopped here while travelling through town and after visiting the fashion mall. Went through the drive through and found the staff to be very friendly and helpful. We got a single cheeseburger meal and a loaded baked potato and both were made very well - definitely in a way that seemed like they cared about the product they were serving us, not just throwing food in a bag. We like Wendy’s menu and would certainly recommend this location!

I had a sandwich special. It was both cheap and delicious. I keep water in the car and no one really Needs french fries 🍟. Thanks for keeping prices low for many who need this option.
I just wanted to share my experience.yesterday. My Granddaughter, and I stopped there about 4:45.The drive through was extremely long, so we went inside for our food to go. Apparently they were short staffed.Three people working. When I walked in the girl behind the counter said I'll be right with you. If you could please be patient. I said, absolutely no worries take your time as I work in a restaurant. That girl could not have been more polite.She was so sweet to my Granddaughter. I wish I would have got her name. She was so kind and so professional.So I just wanna give a big shout out to her. When my Granddaughter walked out of the building, she said, we should come to this one more often.She was so nice.I want to come back and see her. So thank you.That is not an easy job.And I just want to let you know that you made someone's day.
We came for cross-border shopping and stopped in on Saturday, October 19, at 1 p.m. The lady on front cash was simply lovely. She chatted and was just so kind. I had a great conversation with the manager working. I did not get the lady's name, but she honestly was fantastic. Overall, it was a wonderful experience. Speed isn't everything when it comes to customer service. I will most definitely be back!
Seems they have enough workers and maybe I'm used to nyc style service where its super fast, but there were only 2 other customers and the drive thru was busy...basically waited a while for food, but it was all good. Clean and friendly.
We ordered burgers the sauce was missing from one. The crew member that had been making food had not been wearing a hat. The energy just wasn't there. Lobby needed to be cleaned and only one trash can available as the other was out and the third had been filled to the brim. Lobby had been fairly empty I was not too thrilled about this experience as I was the last hoping to give another chance for better experience.
Stopped for take out. Was disappointed they didn't have one of the drinks featured on the Wendy's website. Thought they might have gotten my order wrong, but I didn't get sick, so guess it was ok. Chicken was tasty and moist. Coffee was fresh even though it was after 9 pm.
Reasonable prices. Fresh ingredients. It'll satisfy your urge for a burger joint but it's not the same old stuff. Just enough difference to feel like it's a change. Plenty of other choices on the menu too. And a nice selection of bargain menu choices as well. Good place to take a family.
Clean indoor dining area. Not crowded and staff provided friendly service. 4 for 4 is officially gone and I am definitely not happy about that. Give us the good deals back Wendy's!
We buy the biggie bags off the specials menu. You get a sandwich, fries, 4 pc nuggets and a drink for $5,$6 or $7 depending on what you want. These are great prices compared to the meal prices on the board which are OMG very expensive! $ 14.99 and up. So check out the biggie bags and add a frosty as a treat since prices are so low. We have 3 in our party and ate for under 20 dollars. If you get a bigger meal it would have been.$50 All fast food could do better for pricing to feed your family but since they raised min wage so high there is no way you can eat out if you have a bigger family of 4 and up or eat here more then once a month. The owner was so kind! I forgot to give my code upfront and gave it at the window, she had already cashed us out so my code shouldn't have worked. She honored it anyways. Fast service as well. Amazing frosty. No complains here!
Food was good. They did mess up on my order. Asked for spicey nuggets but gave me regular nuggets. Got home before I knew and didn't want to stay in line to fix. Love the burgers because they use a whole onion ring on them. Food in usually good from here. Had the peppermint frosty...that was good too.
Woefully understaffed. Management needs to hire more or be on-site. Staff were very good and pleasant and accurate. Food was okay - it’s Wendy’s, not a real restaurant.

Fast food is fast food and it's bad for you. I try not to eat it because I have a heart condition but sometimes I just can't resist. I know the food is loaded with sugar and sodium and so I am one of those annoying people that asks for no salt in my fries (why add more then necessary?) Normally I get an attitude (I get it I worked in fast food) or an acceptable alternative is that they refry the fries to remove most of the salt. At the Niagara Falls location they were polite and actually put fries down for me. Very nice staff and I got everything in my order which shows an attention to detail. Best location I've found.
Visited as an Uber delivery rider (on a bike) at like 6:30am. Lobby was closed, so I was forced to ride through the drive-thru, which I know is a no-no. But I had no other choice. I communicated my knowledge of this to the speaker person, but was still scolded when I got to the window. Then, was informed that they could not fill the order, as they were out of everything in it. I realize this is an issue between Uber and Wendy's, so I gave 3 stars. But, Wendy's could remedy this by placing pickup windows for delivery drivers/riders in a separate location, much like some McDonald's have done. Also, the window person was quite rude, almost combative when informing me of their drive-thru policy. It was an altogether frustrating experience.
Food is good, staff is friendly, but its a major issue to call it "fast food" when it took a legitimate half hour to get through the drive thru when there was only 3 cars ahead of me. On top of it they screwed up the order, but to my benefit because they gave me extra food. Overall good, but wait time is ridiculous. These high school kids are making almost $12/hr and only putting out 3 orders per half hour. On top of it there were no managers in sight, and they were just winging it with 4 people. One on counter, 2 on orders, and one in drive thru.
It seem they focus a lot more on the drive through more than the dine in. On average the wait is like 10 minutes. Its called fast food for a reason. And the wendys app doesnt work to well. I have gotten it scanned 4 times and only once did i recieve rewards points. And some if the employees have attitude towards unhappy customers which is understandable but the wait is super long so i can see why the customers would be annoyed. Although the food is great and everything else is good
Decent quality food, but this has got to be the world's slowest Wendy's restaurant. They must still be catching the chickens for my nuggets and chicken sandwiches. Usual order time from order kiosk to pickup window is between 12 and 15 minutes. Sometimes longer. Rarely shorter.
They didn't get my order right, my grilled chicken sandwich was supposed to have lettuce, mixed greens and tomato on it and they put jalapeños and tomatoes on it instead. The staff were so focused on the person being arrested in the parking lot that they didn't seem interested in remaking the sandwich. So they gave me a tray with the greens and tomatoes for me to put on myself. Not a big deal, just annoying.
Staff was a little slow in preparing the meal even though there restaurant was empty. Ran out of a product and they promised to bring it to me at the table. This never happened and he I had to go up to the cash and remind them to give it to me. Food was fine but nothing special. I'm not sure I would go back anytime soon.
The staff are wonderful, I've never had a bad experience there. I just think this location is understaffed, doesn't matter the time of day or night, busy or not, service takes forever. If you think hitting the drive thru it'd be faster, you're wrong. Food is always hot and I've never had a order come out wrong. I've been loving their Spicy Caesar Salad, the Spicy Chicken Sandwich is amazing and their Go Wraps are very good.
We ordered through the app and had our meal ready when we arrived. The only downfall, we couldn't tell who's drink was who's and we like to get our drinks with no ice. When you order through the app this isn't an option. Would be nice if we could request the drinks that way. Also none of the food was labeled so it was hard to figure out who got what. We also got an order of spicy nuggets when we didn't order them. Luckily we had someone in our party that didn't mind spicy nuggets so we just swapped. Aside from that, food was good and ready when we got there.
Was missing FOOD as usual and never get my specialization correct. Chilli was good though The app is terrible and ⁷ always not working This my favorite thing TO do is order off my App to get my Free stuff.⁷ with ⁸in or fast Food chains or stores. EVEN ODERING something simple there's something Wrong. I Just need the employees to concentrate more on the ⁷ would rather Get my FOOD late and be correct then rushed and have to complain. I am REAL Big on customer service at any establishment where my money is being spent. I hope this Helps with improvements. I'm a foodie Don't eat much but when I Do I like to eat what and How I like it. One last thing WENDY'S Not in my top 5 But I always give them a chance but PLEASE PLEASE MELT THE CHEESE THANKS FOR THE TIME AN OPPORTUNITY TO EVALUATE AND TAKE MY OPIONS SO UNTIL NEXT TIME I'LL BREAK AGAIN FROM EATING OUT.
It took forever to get a to go order and we waited in line 15 minutes approx. Food was hot and good but I think there was only 2 people working since the 3rd worker showed up at 10 am.
Never expect Wendy’s US is so meh 🫤! Very simple and olden cowboy dining area, only spacious with few patrons. Only the 100+ choices of soft drinks amazed me…..,walao! So many flavours in each Coca-Cola, Fanta, Sprite etc….and it’s free flow. So cool, right? The staffs are very friendly but only, they didn’t tell us the good deals until we noticed it by ourselves. So, I ordered my Ghost Pepper Ramch Chicken ( as usual, not spicy but delicious….good selection ) - USD$8.39 and 3 Biggie Bags come with 4 pc nuggets, fries and drink plus selection of sauce for nugget & fries.
Very slow service. Took a long time to get served. The food was average - some of the people enjoyed their food, my burger was pink in the middle and tasted really gross. This location was dirty and slow to get the food.
The staff was pleasant but very busy, therefore our order took longer than usual for a fast-food place. The food was sloppily packaged, understandably so because of their business, however, it is called a fast food restaurant. I would recommend this place during its off peak hours.
The place was terrible. Service was slow, one item was lukewarm, the other cold. The one large cola was watered down and covid dividers didn't exist. I hated it. The warm sandwich tasted off, and I know how it tastes since I work at Wendy's. Don't go here, it sucks.

My local Wendy's in Gillette, WY prides themselves on fast and efficient service... but that is not the case at this franchise location. Service was soooooo slow... my fries were cold by the time I got them home and it is a 60s trip door to door. It took, easily, 20 min. for me to get food that was ordering for only 5 people, and I was the only person in line. So disappointed. There is a reason there was nobody here... because it takes forrrreeevvvveerrrrrrr. The only positive is that they got the order correct... which if they didn't would have yielded less stars. Seriously... go somewhere else.
Wendy's is really dropping the ball. I used to love this place but they keep disappointing. Their fries are always cold, never salted, and their bacon always looks undercooked. Aren't they advertising a guarantee that your fries will always be hot and fresh???? They are definitely lacking on that. I don't live that far, so there's no way they got that cold from the drive home.
Most of our order was cold when we received it. The only hot item was the chicken sandwich which had an off putting texture and was not spicy as ordered.
Not a good experience, my drink order was not made the way I wanted it , had to wait over ten minutes to get a 5 piece chicken tender meal , so the chicken came out hot but the fries were cold, I think girl taking the orders was doing everyone else job, orders, packing food, doing the drinks and bringing out the food as well. She apologized for the wait
Too... effing... SLOW. I could understand if the place was packed, but the dining room was nearly empty, no one was in line (we can see from outside), yet here are 4 cars sitting in the Drive Thru for 20 minutes waiting not for orders to be made, but just for somebody to come to the mic and TAKE an order. And fast-food workers want $15 an hour? Please. They should start paying customers for waiting so long.
Slowest wendys ever. Worst customer service in town. Everyone has a bad attitude at this location. Had to complain to a manager multiple times about different employees because they can never get the order right or they forget sauces. Staff member wasn't wearing gloves as she was putting new fry and nugget holders in the warming area. She had her bare hands inside of the cardboard fry holders, when she put fries into the cardboard holders, fries touched her hands and she didn't care.
Poor service. Had to wait 15 mins to be served as their staff on the tills chose to take breaks at the same time and there was no one to take orders. Drive through staff were multi tasking to try and balance things out
Can you pull up please? Absolutely nobody else in the drive thru behind me. Then makes the cook come outside in the rain to hand off the food. Quality service...
The drinks were not filled to the top. The fries were not crisp. They were flimsy, almost not completely done, and just not good. The chicken nuggets were soft and not good. The chocolate frosty was icy, not smooth like a normal frosty, and it wasn't filled to the top, either. Overall, one of the more disappointing Wendy's restaurants we have visited.
Slow service, bathroom filthy. Employee outside should be cleaning but talking on his phone. The frying area was dirty with grease on the hood warmer you can write your name on it. Customer spill her drink and one put a wet floor sign by it. No one cleaned by the time we left. The only good thing was that the time we got our food it was nice and hot.
We stopped at Wendy's for what we thought would be a predictable experience, but it definitely wasn't. The restaurant was understaffed and the cashier at the till asked (her manager?) whether she gets a break...in front of a line of at least 6 customers waiting to have their orders taken. There were no napkins - people were having to use paper towels that they got from the bathroom. The tables hadn't been wiped, the floors were dirty, only one of the ketchup dispensers actually had ketchup in it. Had I not already ordered and paid before I realized all of this, I would not have stayed. I won't be going back to this location.
Slowest location ever. I placed a mobile order and after waiting in the drive thru for 7 full minutes with no one even talking through the box. I went inside and the girl at the counter was so unbearably slow, she got every single order messed up and then just stood there and did nothing while the people in the back were rushing to get orders out. I spent 45 minutes at this store for a mobile order that should've been ready when I got there. In the whole time span I stood inside she took 3 other customers because she was so slow. She didn't give me half my order and handed me a drink with the lid half falling off and when I asked for the rest of my order, she walked in the back and didn't come back. Someone else had to hand me the rest of my food that was on the counter 4 feet in front of me. Terrible service and even worse employees.
I don’t even know if I would give them one star. It doesn’t fail that every time I go there they forget something and then proceeded to charge you for it. Again I paid for an extra dressing that I did not receive. I promise the only reason I return is for my kids. Terrible. The sad part is they usually aren’t busy the employees are just lazy.
Miserable staff that you could hear complaining inside about the customers orders' behind us for ten minutes before they opened the window to acknowledge us. One customer ordered three or four chicken tender meals at 11pm and one employee told the other that it would be 8 minutes per order to discourage the customer from ordering chicken. Very poor service.
I purchased a Keychain at the end of 2022 that would give you a free jr frosty with any purchase. When I ordered the frosty in 04/ 18/ 23 they changed me for it. When I read my receipt I told them that the frosty should be free and I would like a refund. I was told that they are not allowed to give refunds. When I was told that I got upset and asked for my money back for everything. I was told no. I do not see any refund policy for this posted anywhere. Can a place refuse to give you back your money? If this is how they operate I not want to do business with such a company.
If it were possible to rate zero stars I would. Worst ever visit to this under trained staff ever. A simple order was a 10 minute wait. On top of that my order was handed to another customer, with black dirty greasy hands then attempted to be put in my bag. Asked them to remake the item that was handeled by the other customer. Was made a fresh sandwitch rather quickly and I left the store. Upon returning home they were thrown together very messy and cold by that point. Id rather cook for myself than ever return here.
Ever since 2018 when i worked around this area this specific location has been really slow i love the food here, the burgers are great but the service is so bad and slow. I could order from this Wendy's, go to any other fast food place, say McDonald's for example, order food from them, get my food and eat it, go back to the Wendy's and it still won't be done by the time i get back and by the time i do get my food, there is usually something in the order i have to correct. I'd honestly be better off going to a farther Wendy's at least I'd get the food fast and i could just eat it there spending about the same amount of time if i were to order from this location. It is now 2020 i don't know if they're understaffed or the management just doesn't care but i hope this changes sometime soon because the burgers are fantastic.
One star. The man at the counter was nice. But had some issues. Their scanner wouldnt read my qr code from their app but they manually made it work. Took over 20 minutes to get my food and drinks. Ordered a Frosty-ccino and seen them make it. They used ice , coffee and cream. They did not use actual frosty like they are supposed to. So it was just an iced coffee. Took an Uber home and Was ready to eat but then seen they didn't give me any sauces or napkins. The location wasn't even busy when I was there. Wouldn't recommend this location.
Always slow service during busy time at night. Never have chili. 6/5/2019 Crew member asked why people keep coming here? Uh... Cause they're hungry. And it's your job. Visit total time 15 minutes. 10/22/2020 Manager on duty said that the app doesn't work here for coupons. I pulled up and asked about scanning for rewards, she came by the window screaming that I told him it didn't work. Fix your attitude.
Went through the drive thru last night. They messed up our order!!!! We didn’t get our ketchup and it was only open at the window. We threw our food in the parking lot. NEVER AGAIN! 🤢 🤢🤢🤢🤢🤢🤢🤢🤢
This is by far and consistently the slowest drive thru. If there's more than 1 car in front of you, good luck and get comfortable because you'll be there for awhile. And now that there's breakfast, you would think it'd be quicker in the AM when there isn't a line. But it's still bad. Multiple times I've waited for a few mins to have no one acknowledge the drivethru exists. Or if you are acknowledged, there's a 50/50 chance their card reader is broke or not accepting cash. I'm absolutely done with this location, which sucks as I live around the corner, but the extra 5 mins to go to the other Wendy's has been worth it every time
this is the worst wendy’s ever period. legit 20 min for three combos. just standing around listening to employees and there brithday plans. put chicken tasted like rubber. baconator looked like it was run over by a truck. all our food was cold. this place really should be shut down. management should really be ashamed of them selfs. avoid at all cost.
I know it's Wendy's and I know I order a five buck biggy bag but 3 RAW chicken nuggets I counted 18 French fries that were also under done. I was the only person in line? It's a Wednesday? Definitely prefer the one on portage. I told her I wasn't even in a rush.
While ordering, they seemed confused about the simplest orders and gave us attitude when we had to repeat ourselves. When I showed them my barcode so I could use my coupon and get points, they said their scanner was broken. Not only did the cashier drop my card on the ground when I handed it to her, but she also charged my card twice. It seems like they were completely baffled by the simplest tasks. I love Wendy's and usually have a great experience at most locations, but this one is barely functional.
Slowest Wendy's ever. 25+ minutes for 4 cars ahead of me. Didnt, give me a straw, made my burger incorrectly, and the cherry on top? I park to go inside and the lobby is closed. Don't think I've ever even seen it open. Thanks for ruining my lunch 🙂

Waiting for about 10 minutes inside just to take an order. With 3 people behind me. I can usually wait however I have a walking cast on my foot so standing that long is not nice. One girl was doing everything, taking orders, drinks putting everything on the trays. I saw probably 4 people just walking around with one person tied to their phone. The drive thru person was working like crazy. She is the really the only person I saw do anything at a steady pace. the girl who took the order made a minor mistake on my order. It was fixed. However the chicken was like rubber, couldn't even tear it a part. it was bad. They did change it to a sandwich.the fries were not even cook and cold since they came out first. Went back up to refill drinks. Waiting another 10 minutes for just refills. They also didn't seem to care. The bathroom was very gross. Hardly any toilet paper. Also the tables in the dining room was so disgusting. Look at 4 different tables. All covered in something either on the table or seat. I will not be going back to this location.
Bad experience today. Two cars ahead of me, and I wait ten minutes to pull up to order. Then another three minutes before somebody takes my order, with merely a brush-off apology for the wait. I say I have a Mobile order, but it's apparently not in the system. I verified the address of the restaurant, but the lady still insists there's no order. I drive inside to straighten it out because I had already paid, only to be immediately told I have to wait in line. I just stormed out.
Very slow line and had two workers max. Each order took about 20 minutes per customer. Drive thru girl was really slow at making drinks and the cook was even worse. They would walk around slowly and take their time like they didn't have a line. Like of cars wrapped around the restaurant. This restaurant doesn't fall under fast food.
Always takes so long no matter if you’re the only one in line. Orders get messed up all the time. Orders a burger with no onions no pickles and there were onions no lettuce and no tomato. When I went back to have them fix the order I got attitude from an employee who was busy swearing and yelling at her other employees. This shift manager can not handle the employees and everyone is disrespectful. It’s fast food but this is ridiculous and EVERY single time. Only go there for location convenience.
Terrible. Long wait to place order. Then when we placed order we were using one of the offers from the app. The cashier did not know how to input it on the register so he got the manger who was there at the time. By the time she came, the code on the app had timed out. She stated there was nothing she could do about it. She was not apologetic, just snarky. I explained it was the $2 off coupon, and again she said there nothing she could do. I then brought up that it was poor customer service especially since they were out of the soda we ordered, so we picked another. Oh wait they were out of that one too. Our third choice was one of the lemonades to which there was an up charge. REALLY???? Hopefully you can see my frustration at this point. She did suggest I call the manager in the morning to which I agreed so she started blurting out the phone number. Again, really. Please be courteous & professional and simply write it down. I had to ask her to please write it down for me. ---In all of this the cashier was the one that handled himself appropriately and professionally. I know it's just fast food, however, I worked in fast food from when I was in high school up until college, in downtown Manhattan, extremely busy & by no means did I ever think about being rude. Lots to learn at that Wendy's in Buffalo, NY. They are lacking in several areas and training would be helpful to improve the quality of their customer service.
ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE SERVICE. I’ve been sitting in the drive through in front of the window for 15 minutes staring at the employees laughing and joking around. Nobody has opened the window for almost 15 minutes, nobody said that the food was taking a while, explain what was going on, or so much has said hello. They stare at me through the drive-through window. I ordered a large fry and a salad. Unbelievable. I literally had time to write this entire review and nobody has even open the window yet. $15 an hour...KAY.
I ordered a double stack biggie bag and cheeseburger. I was charged 10.79 and got a cheeseburger and a jr bacon cheeseburger and dont eat pork. Not only that my total should’ve been less for what they gave me if was gonna give the wrong food. I also had waited and still wrong food. Never again
Came to drive up at 11:40 pm with several other cars waiting to be served, they refused to take orders at 11:40 pm when closing time is 12, 20 minutes before they are supposed to close. I watched and counted 14 cars be turned down for drive thru service . I wonder if the manager or district manager is aware of So many dollars being lost and so many dissatisfied customers?
This is my first bad review I've given. Total mismanagement - over 20 minutes in line at a "fast food" restaurant (three people ahead of us) is inexcusable. Must have been short staffed since one girl doing cash and traying but there were lots of employees working.

Worst experience. Placed a mobile order and they were missing one of my sandwiches. Ended up having to drive back to ask for the missing sandwich. Only to be told by who I’m assuming is the manager that they “Know” they made my order and packed it when they didn’t. Was very rude and wasted my time. Ended up making the sandwich and then gave it to me. I also asked for Ketchup and Some Barbecue Sauces only to be given 3 ketchup packets and 1 measly barbecue sauce. Don’t go. Find another place to eat.
Atrocious customer service. Attempted to get breakfast, and was at the window before the app said breakfast time ended, and then was told otherwise. Almost 3.5 months trying to get a refund on this order, given a nonsense response about how Wendy's app, is third party, so they can't directly issue a refund, and then offered meal coupons as an apology in which I never received. So there goes my money. Tl;Dr, don't order Wendy's mobile order unless you're ready to not get any food or your money back. ☠️
Worst experience at store. The guy claiming him as supervisor was so rude. The store timing is until 1 AM. I walked in at 11:45 PM and their doors were locked. They were only taking drive through orders. I walked to the window and the guy was not even opening the window to talk. Finally he opened and just said you need to come by car. I was just asking if he has specific menu item available but he refused to answer. I went back to hotel and came back on car. They didn’t had any menu items(queso fries/Coca cola) available which I was looking for. I talked to him again and asked if he would have answered me earlier then I should have saved my trip but he was so rude and closed his window by just saying “Don’t ever come my store if you have problem”. It was really bad experience at store and I don’t the atore rules being as a tourist but the staff should answer if someone is coming.
Got the ghost pepper ranch sandwich and the 10 piece saucy nuggs. After a wait of 20 minutes, when I finally received my sandwich, I realized that it didn't taste anything like the usual ghost pepper ranch sandwich since it was fried in stale oil. It was past 11 when I visited, so I'm assuming they hadn't changed the oil out z which made the food taste filthy. Would not recommend.
Ordered food my food was cold buns were stale and service was shit when i came back to show them the person helping me was rude like it was my fault looks like im driving more to go to potter rd

Horrible service spent 65$ got home the food was all wrong and it was 9pm. Wanted me to drive back 20 mins to them for a refund and the people working said the morning manager would handle it just to not fix the problem at all
Closed a hour and a half early, they seen me come to the speaker and proceeded to turn off the lights inside acting like nobody was there
Fries and nuggets cold and not fresh at all and made me pull up past the drive thru window for no reason just to give me bad food
Wendy's on Niagara Falls Blvd Niagara Falls NY 12/15/37 at around. 2PM ordered the 4 piece tenders and a baked potato. When I got home there was a large French fry in my order that I did not ask for but was charged for. Due to the weather I did not take it back But I am very unhappy with this and on top of it all they were ice cold. With the price of things I can not afford to pay for things I didn't order and did not ask for.
I used the drive thru said "No onions" on both number 1. One double cheeseburger had three onion rings and the other did not have any. I asked for a Dr. Pepper they were out had to get a Coke instead. I asked for BBQ sauce for my nuggets and didn't receive a single container! I had to go to this location bc Burger King was so busy!!! I should have honestly waited for BK. I'm just sad and mostly disappointed.
Staff neglected to give us all good items from drive thru and associate was very rude on the phone when I called to fix the situation. So far, unresolved.
I first went and walked because I live close and their doors were locked. When I was there I saw a girl standing at the drive through window, got her food and walked up got on her bike next to the place and rode off. I walk home and get on my bike and go back through. They deny me service. How could being on my feet and walking be allowed compared to being on a bike? Me being a young sensitive person I’m annoyed and hungry so yes they caused me to cry. Service was terrible and I wish I would’ve just gone to Burger King next door, would’ve treated me a lot better.
Awful...Oh my Gosh I wanted to try Wendy's breakfast for the first. I was there Monday July 14 2025 8:30 am. Drive Thru The staff was friendly...wasn't sure what I wanted..they helped. Ordred a Egg Bacon Cheese on an English Muffen It was cold and hard as a rock. I was already on the road when I opened it...no time to go back What a shame
Whoever was working tonight did not seem to want customers. At the drive-through, I was told there would be a wait because there was a shift change going on. A few minutes later, he told me to go park because they were still doing a shift change, with no indication of how I would know when to go back. After some time waiting, I canceled my online order and went somewhere else. All the other cars I saw waiting left before I did.
This is the worst Wendy's that we have visited in the many other locations in western N.Y. We usually give a fast food place three chances before I write a poor review. So this was our third bad experience at this certain location. I ordered a Apple cranberry pecan salad. I received a salad with apple and hot chicken, wilting the lettuce. Not one cranberry or pecan. When I ordered this salad several times before, at other locations, the chicken came in a hot package on the side from the salad. When I questioned it, they said that, that wasn't true. Hmmmm Another time, recently, I had a whole chunk of meat on top of the salad, cold, not sliced etc. When I got home it was so rubbery, I couldn't even slice it with a sharp knife. The staff is rude and seem flustered. This store was not crowded and the drive through was empty. Not a good Wendy's to go to.
