Went here for dinner with my daughter. We decided on the Raman soup. I had spicy miso with shrimp and my daughter had miso with pork and tofu. Unfortunately right now most in dining is shut off but they did have a booth and some chairs. Pleasant gentleman at the counter was helpful and polite. When we got the soup the liquid was separate from the protein and vegetables. We poured the wonderful smelling broth over the noodles and went to town. Very flavorful dish! All fresh ingredients and good depth to the broth. I want to try the poke bowl next time. Great food check them out!

Amazing bubble tea around Niagara Falls. Use to get their bubble tea at the Sheridan location and now they are closed to me. Haven’t had their ramen but they look so good. Will definitely get them next time. Ordered their signature Taichi milk tea with tapioca which was amazing. Overall, a great place for some refreshers.

Visited on May 12 (Sunday), 2025. Ordered Tonkotsu Ramen and a cup of Thai Milk Tea. Both were great! The staff was friendly - they will take your order at the counter and the rest of the process is more like self-serve. Good place to have some food and take a rest before your next round of shopping at the outlet!

Not a real Japanese ramen but taste is fine (choose pork but not beef 😑) They serve it as take-out even you are dine-in. It’s my first choice if compare to food court or other fast food restaurants near Buffalo boarder. Price not cheap but ok. Restaurant is clean.

Had an amazing experience with health choices and full of flavor poke bowl. Fresh veggies raw salmon and spicy tuna , several type of sauce on the side just wonderful. The staff was friendly and polite as well !!

Adorable interior! Was super excited to try this place upon a strong recommendation from a relative. My boyfriend and I both ordered the passionfruit tea—it could’ve been better, i’ve had excellent passionfruit tea in the past and it wasn’t really comparable in my opinion. Next the ramen—I got miso with pork and my boyfriend got the spicy miso with pork. It was just okay, the pork was not the best, nor was the broccoli. In total, our meal was around $40. Not bad.

The drinks were had very processed flavours. Not worth the money they charge.

I'm from out of town, this TaiChi Bubble tea runs slightly different from what I'm used to. When I attempted to order at the counter the staff member was very condescending and short with me when I tried to order the fashion that I'm used to.

So we decided to stop by and try it for the fact it’s ramen and we commonly don’t go near a area that has any. We ordered and drove home (50mins one way) since we were in the area, got home and had a terrible terrible experience. The salmon was old tasting (like it sat for a long time), it was not de-boned, and the kale had the stems in the burrito also. The Ramen I had was nothing as the pictures have advised, the shrimp was rather disappointing. Lastly the bubble tea was extremely underwhelming….if you want better quality I can name places way easier then this, one counting a supermarket. Overall will never go back and very disappointed.

Don’t you expect to have a good service at this place. We came and told that we wanted to eat inside. However, we were NOT served the food as it had to be. There were no plates or cutlery or water. Instead, the lady from the counter just gave us the paper bag with our order as if we wanted to eat out. The food was good. But we wanted to feel cozy and comfortable for $30 we paid for 2 ramens. Never will we come back to that place where the stuff is neglected to the clients’ words.
