Food is always delicious. My kids took me to celebrate my birthday. Service was great except we didn't get our appetizer of toasted ravioli which I've never tried before. The staff was super friendly. I highly recommend.

I cant believe I didn’t go to this restaurant for so many years! Went here for my husband’s birthday and they definitely made it real special. The food and service is 11/10.. I loved the chicken and Gnocci soup – so hot and creamy with bits of chicken..  The salad was fresh and flavorsome .. they gave bread which was soft and garlicy but not too much on the face… these were all unlimited.. for main course we had the chicken fettucine pasta & grilled chicken Margherita – both were amazing and too good..lotsa main course options in the menu too. I told them its my husband’s birthday and they gave us a piece of cake complimentary .. we got to chocolate brownie lasagna – omg it was to die for !! very tasty – we brought it home and finished the rest as there was too much food! The place has ample parking and seating capacity. Definitely Good interiors! Service is top notch - The staffs are very welcoming and friendly. Our server (unfortunately I forgot her name) was too sweet, kind and very knowledgeable. Highly recommend this place. It was such a memorable dining experience. Keep up the fantastic work!

We had lunch here and took some food to go. My wife had tortellini with meat sauce and salad and I had baked tortellini with Alfredo and chicken and gnocchi soup. Everything was very good especially my tortellini. We also took home 3 entrees from the $5.00 menu. The value you get here is hard to beat and we always have leftovers. The service was excellent as well. It's probably a good thing we don't live near one. We had lunch here again now that the pandemic is done and again it was very good. My wife had the lasagna and I had the Tour of Italy and all was very good. The service was excellent too.

Olive Garden is my all-time favorite! Love from Canada! We drove 2 hours just to have Oliver garden ! The Chicken Gnocchi Soup is rich and comforting, and the Fettuccine Alfredo is always creamy and delicious. Their Tiramisu is the perfect light, sweet ending to any meal. Great service, cozy atmosphere, and those unlimited breadsticks never disappoint. Highly recommend!

I really loved the welcoming staff and the waitresses. They were very kind and sweet. Appetizers were good - try the calamari and the Shrimp frito misto - they tasted really good. Perfect dine in place. Went for a lunch the wait time was 10 mins ample parking space. Service was excellent and were happy to suggest from menu. Will sure visit again.

Had a great time. Food was good and service was excellent. All of the hostesses, servers and staff that we interacted with were friendly and courteous. The restaurant was full but service did not suffer. Food came out fast and orders were accurate. Breadsticks are amazing.

If you are in Buffalo, Niagara falls area, best place to eat Italian cuisines. 10 min drive from Niagara falls area. Best food, quantity and quality both excellent. Fresh bread, tasty soups. Staff is very friendly and supportive.

There are plenty of seating options for a family of any size. Food is great and so is here service. I went there to place a 'to go' order. My order was taken properly and relayed back to me. There were no hurry as there were others waiting in the line. Grill chicken Margherita and chicken scampi were delicious. However, I didn't like the Calamari. It's totally ZERO compared to the taste/quality we saw with other items. There are no issue with parking. I would love to go back.

Being from Canada I see why Americans love Olive Garden, it’s not authentic Italian by any means but, it’s pretty tasty, big portions and the staff are great. Food is on the salty side but it’s a fun experience and I will definitely be going back! Been on multiple occasions never a let down, just go on an empty stomach! Don’t go expecting to be amazed and you’ll be satisfied!

I love their salad it was so amazing. I had to have seconds. LOL I had to limit myself on the bread sticks, which was also great but I wanted to enjoy my main dish. The salmon was cooked perfectly and the spaghetti was great as well. While I loved everything, next time I'll just ask vegetables as my side dish.

Haven't been to an Olive Garden in years and decided to do lunch. We were told it was 1 hour and 45 min wait but we were able to get in before that thankfully. Service was good and food was good, everyone enjoyed their meals (minestrone, salad, eggplant parm,chicken parm and spaghetti and meatballs and breadsticks) Got a free piece of chocolate cake for my birthday which was delicious. It was a great visit.

There was a short wait, because it was very busy. It suprisingly moved very quickly. The staff was outstanding, very attentive, very friendly and all around wonderful!! Our waitress Ari was as sweet as pie! The food was amazing as well. Everyone worked like a well oiled machine!! So nice to see and enjoy a place like this!

First time here from Canada and we were very excited. Super easy to get a table on a Friday afternoon. Our waitress was really kind and able to explain the menu for us. Super neat that you get a salad/bread sticks with any entree. The Alfredo shrimp was absolutely delicious and a great portion size. Sayur was our host and she gave us excellent service with her upbeat and bubbly personality. We enjoyed the braised beef tortellini she recommended for my wife and truly enjoyed all the dishes we had. My first time in olive garden and loved the experience. Unlimited bread sticks and salad were my favourite part, and I've never eaten a better salad in a restaurant before. Main dishes were delicious as well, some of them were a bit bland but still enjoyable. And our waitress was extremely helpful and nice:))

Our server last night, Austin, was super attentive to our needs, and continually checked up on us to see if there anything else he could provide. coming from over the border, olive garden is always a favourite for me and my friends! this has to hands down be the BEST experience we’ve had. we’ve been here several times now with lovely servers every time. connie truly took the cake though! she was so funny, attentive, generous, and accommodating to our orders! she made our dining experience so much better than ever. we usually know what we’re getting into when going here but they continue to surprise us with the amazing service! it’s worth going over the border alone for such a kind waitress! will be looking forward to having her serve us again in the future.

Olive garden sounded like a nice choice coming from Canada and it was right beside all the shopping areas. The parking though is difficult to find and the wait times can get very long. The service isn't the best but not the worst, very kind but slow service. The food wasnt overpriced nor underpriced. The Alfredo was ok but it felt a bit dry. The restaurant is usually pretty busy and I don't reccomend coming on weekends especially with large groups.

Olive Garden disappeared from Ontario a long time ago, but I still have great memories. Like most things, they're different today than you remember them as a kid. The food was good, not great. The service was great and the atmosphere was just fine. Bottomless breadsticks and salad. Endless buckets of iced tea and lemonade, and an entrée portion sized to choke a horse. It was great to be back.

I've come here a few times and I've always had a positive experience. Staff are friendly, and quick to help. The food is always good. I think there may have been one time where the portions seemed kind of small but it's ok given the unlimited salad or soup you can order. I love salad; it's always so good and fresh. The garlic bread is also great as well. The angel hair shrimp pasta was flavourful, and very light -- I really enjoyed this meal. For a good, quick lunch that isn't too expensive, Olive Garden is a great choice. It's family-friendly, there's a lot of seating, and again, the customer service at this location is always great.

Very busy location, had to wait for 40 mins for a table for two. This was always a favorite restaurant growing up but food this time around was bland. Had the shrimp chicken carbonara which sounds very yummy but unfortunately bland and had to season it myself quite a bit. Portions are a good size. Our server was good and attentive despite it being very busy. Overall good experience but hopefully food taste better next time.

Haven't been to an olive garden in quite a few years. Had bad experiences and poor quality food and didn't return until friends from out of town visited and they really wanted to go. The breadsticks were kinda undercooked and over seasoned. The salad was crisp and tasty. Everyone in the party said the food was good. It was our first time visiting Olive Garden and the experience was pleasant. We ordered margaritas, classic lasagna, and grilled chicken margarita bowl. The meal included free breadsticks and a giant bowl of house salad. The server was kind and friendly. The wait time was around 25 mins. Overall, a great place to try!

First timer at an Olive Garden. As a Canadian hearing about this restaurant all the time, we felt obliged to try it out. Not sure if it’s usually this busy (probably due to Labour Day) but it took 1.5 hours to get seated. Wasn’t the greatest first impression due to this… But upon being seated, the waitress was extremely friendly, and made good small talk. This made up for the gruesome waiting times. The portions were huge. We were pretty much full after finishing the soups that were included with the entrees. Breadsticks were an unexpected but very nice touch. Light, buttered and fluffy making it the perfect companion for the soup. The pasta… absolutely amazing. Huge portions again, seasoned well and thick & creamy. The only bummer was that we’ve expected to have the infamous cheese grating at our table, but the waitress grated the cheese prior to serving our pastas.

Busy place. Didn't have to wait long to be seated. Warm and friendly environment. Food was ok, a bit on the savoury side for my taste. The broccoli that accompanied the entree was not fresh & tough to cut through. The soup/ salad / bread sticks options that comes unlimited with the entree is a plus.

It’s my second time to dine here. Always a lot of people waiting to get in. The food quality is so so, not too bad, not the greatest. Entrees come with all you can eat soup or salad. Once you have selected, you cannot change it later on. This is kinda odd to me. I have a family of four. Two ordered soup and the rest ordered salad. The soup people asked for salad but the waiter told us they could only order soup. So the two salad people ordered more salad and it was ok to share with the soup gang. They should really let this go. Make it simple. This place is very noisy when it’s full house.

For mains, I ordered the Chicken Tortellini Alfredo — it was rich and delicious, though a bit on the salty side, but still super enjoyable overall. My wife had the 5 Cheese Ziti, and our buddy stuck with his go-to Tour of Italy, both of which were awesome. To top it off, our server Saphire was fantastic — super friendly, patient, and rolled with all my tomfoolery, haha. Such a fun first experience — loved this place!

They charge $2.99 without any heads-up when your kid plays on the tablet they keep at the table. I honestly thought it was just there to keep kids entertained, but turns out there’s a charge for it 🤔🤔🤦🏽‍♂️. The food was really good, though — just what I expected! Good portion sizes, tasty dishes, and a nice variety on the menu. Definitely make a reservation if you’re going on weekends or during busy hours — the place gets packed fast. Overall, solid experience… just didn’t love the surprise tablet fee.

Good for a casual family dinner Nice place overall. We waited about 15 minutes for a table, which is pretty standard. The menu has good variety, and the service was friendly and efficient. Nothing over-the-top fancy, but it’s a solid spot for a regular family night out. The portions are generous — definitely big enough to share. The margarita was a bit too sweet for my taste, but the shrimp assortment and chicken breast completely surprised us! I’ve honestly never tasted such a fresh and creative take on something as simple as chicken breast. Worth coming back just for that!

Always a great place to eat. But I've noticed they have gone to serving hot plates, I ordered "tour of Italy" and it was not fresh it was pre-made and you can clearly taste that's its not freshly made. I get they are busy and want to be more efficient on speed and get customers in and out but sacrificing quality of food is in my opinion a bad choice so 3 stars for food. But it's still a good place to eat and who doesn't love those bread sticks.

We dropped by The Olive Garden for a quick dinner. It was our anniversary and we were in town. It was a Friday evening and the restaurant was not overly packed. We were seated right away which was a bonus and offered a choice of booth or table. The host was very friendly as was our waiter. We got our drinks very quickly as well. The atmosphere was warm and inviting and very mellow as diners ate and staff bustled about. We opted to skip appetizers as the salad and breadsticks would have been enough. The salad was absolutely delicious. The produce was fresh, crisp, ice cold. The way a salad should be enjoyed. The dressing was a lot but not enough to render the veggies "water" logged. The breadsticks were underwhelming, the were warm but tasted stale. They had no character or flavour so we skipped those after two bites. I ordered the chicken and shrimp Carbonara which is a dish I've never ordered before, I'm used to Alfredo. My husband ordered the chicken parm. The portion sizes were substantial which is a plus and needles to say after sharing a bowl of salad 🥗 were were a bit full. We took our meals to go after a few bites. I have to say the menu has changed tremendously since I last visited years ago. I had risotto and herb chicken and that was delicious back then. The menu now is all pasta. All variations on pasta, no rice or potato dishes of any kind. That was a bit disappointing as I'm not the biggest pasta lover and something different would've been great. That being said the food tasted good. My chicken and shrimp Carbonara was a tad oily but you don't really pay attention. I took it home and what a huge difference. There was so much oil. After reheating the dish a day later I spent more time trying to soak up all the oil with paper towel. I gave up after a time because the more I soaked up, the more grease was there everytime you moved the food from one side of the container to the next. This was not the case with the chicken parm. Needless to say I will never order that meal again. Overall it was a good visit. The washrooms were clean, all supplies were filled. The only drawback to our experience (and this may be an American thing as we noted it in other dining rooms) was the excessive yelling between staff in the dining area as your eating. I understand needing to know which sections are clean, dirty, busy etc. But walking around and speaking at the top of your voices as your customers are trying to enjoy their meal takes away from the ambiance and becomes obnoxious after awhile. You visit to eat not listen to the staff back and forth over top of you as you're trying to enjoy your meal and the company you're with.

Food was good. Service could have been a bit better as she had to ask me a few times that I wanted water, and I had to ask for refills. I didn't think it was professional of her to count the cash we gave her at the table before we got up to leave. Ordered chicken gnocchi soup - recommend Cheese rmstuffed ravioli - was ok Monza sticks - recommend Calamari - was ok, but Def put lemon on it because it smelt fishy when it got to the table

Everything was so salty here. The salad dressing was way too salty to eat, had to get a new salad without dressing. Even the mayo can't cover the saltiness of the calamari. And for the first time in my life, I found tomato sauce tasted salty.

Made plans to cross the border to do some shopping and have dinner there for my birthday. We ordered the shrimp appetizer, salmon w/broccoli and pasta dish with chicken. The salmon was a bit on the salty side and my friend mentioned she was disappointed with her dinner cause it didn't taste like real chicken...how she worded "fake chicken" was rubbery. Very disappointing to cross the border and drive all that way.

We visited Olive Garden for nostalgic reasons and got what we expected. We waited for about an hour on the weekend. Our server was nice, but when we asked about the bottomless salad/soup that comes with the entree she misinformed us about being able to get both. The breadsticks were very disappointing, the soups: pasta fagioli and sausage and kale were not bad, the minestrone was too salty, the chicken entree definitely used frozen chicken, the shrimp scampi pasta was okay though shrimp could have been cooked a little longer. We had the fried Italian donuts for dessert which were nice and hot. Overall, it is what it is.

For our main courses, I opted for the Chicken Alfredo, while my boyfriend embarked on the Tour of Italy, a trio of classic Italian dishes. The Chicken Alfredo was a creamy delight, with tender chicken and a generous portion that left me struggling to finish every last bite. Meanwhile, the Tour of Italy offered a sampling of Olive Garden's staples: chicken parmigiana, lasagna classico, and signature fettuccini alfredo. While enjoyable, they failed to leave a lasting impression, lacking the wow factor we had hoped for. Our waitress, however, was a ray of sunshine, offering friendly service and even indulging our request for extra breadsticks to go. We also inquired about purchasing one of their iconic cheese graters, only to learn that they had been temporarily discontinued due to overwhelming demand on social media — a minor disappointment in an otherwise pleasant dining experience. In summary, Olive Garden delivered on its promise of comfort food classics, with warm breadsticks and a hearty Chicken Alfredo stealing the show. While the overall experience was solid, it fell short of extraordinary, earning it a respectable 3 out of 5 stars in our book.

Went there with the family. It was okay, the salad was good and my aunts love the salads. But my chicken was slightly burnt, my shrimp could have used more searing. I was super hungry so I just ate it. We all just thought is was okay, only my food was burnt.

Staff is great! Quick Service. Time for the ownership to address management regarding cleanliness. Floors and kitchen are in a dyer need of a good scrubbing. Dated decor is acceptable, but not the long term grime.

Visited this location on a Saturday evening. It’s been a while since I have eaten at an Olive Garden and wanted to try at this location. All my previous experiences from various other locations across the country were great. This time it was disappointing especially with the service. There was a bit of a wait to get our reserved tables. No one cared about us for about ten minutes from the time we got seated. I had to check with the front desk to get someone to attend to our tables. The waitress came after a few minutes and took our order. We noticed she has dropped a neighbouring table’s order twice and we were a bit worried she would do the same with us but didn’t which was good. Her accent was strange with low volume which became a challenge to understand. I ordered a couple of drinks which any restaurant would get them within the first few minutes right after getting water but before the food. Here, I kept reminding the waitress about my drinks which she eventually brought almost 3/4th way through our dinner which was not a good experience. The drinks tasted so-so and had lots of sugar, tasted like a sugar drink instead of an alcoholic drink. We ordered the usuals breadsticks, soup and salad, Fettuccine Alfredo, Eggplant Parmigiana and Chicken Alfredo, all tasted good and were filling. Hence the 3 stars. Otherwise, would give 1 star. The overall waiting to be served and level of service before and after ordering ruined the experience.

We enjoyed the soup, salad and bread but my chicken pamesan was a disappointment. My parm was overcooked. Tasted like it was recooked. My husband ordered the trio combo and he was also was disappointed. The chicken parm was over cooked and 2 side pasta tasted like they sat around and chef just put pasta sauce on top. This restaurant is similar to East Side Marios in Canada but we feel East Side Marios has better quality food.

Disappointed and let down by our recent visit to Olive Garden. I want to acknowledge the manager who genuinely tried to make things right, as well as our server - your efforts didn't go unnoticed. We arrived excited, having not been here in years as a family, only to be met with subpar service. We waited 15 minutes for a table despite plenty of empty tables, and then another 10-15 minutes for a server to greet us. I had to ask a waiter if we were getting a server - it was embarrassing. The manager's apology and complimentary appetizers were a nice touch, but it wasn't enough to salvage the experience. The breadsticks were a letdown - just garlic salt on top, and we only got one round despite it being unlimited. The seafood pasta I ordered was okay, salad was meh. I truly wish I had better things to say. For $35 CAD, we expected way more. The service was the final nail in the coffin - we'll be taking our business elsewhere when we are in USA. If you're thinking of dining here, be aware that service might be an issue. Again To the manager and our server who tried to make it right thank you for showing what Olive Garden could be To all fellow Canadians think twice about coming here especially with the conversion it may not be worth it for you. Terrible. Microwaveable food, greasy. You can definitely tell the chicken from chicken parmigiana sat under the Heat lamps. Dry and hard. For the amount they charge you’d expect better quality of food. I honestly don’t know how people line up and wait 30-45 minutes for Italian fast food. The cooks couldn’t even microwave the ravioli right, they were burnt. We didn’t send the food back because it would just been reheated and sent back out the same way. Only bright spot of my visit was our waitress. Friendly and great costumer service. She was the bright spot on an otherwise terrible restaurant experience.

Came for never ending pasta bowl deal. Servers were trying their best but service was quite slow. Overall it wasn’t bad but.. I found a hair in my pasta bowl after biting into the pasta and after telling staff, they could care less which was pretty disappointing.

Totally disappointed with Olive Garden. I don't know what I expected but I imagine it's hard to go wrong with pasta, cheese and tomato sauce. We came for lunch on a Saturday and the restaurant was generally empty. Despite this, the service was slow, unless it came to refilling our soup and salad - which I admit, was offered quite frequently. We each ordered an entree - the Chicken Parmigiana ($20.49) and Lasagna ($18.99), and one of us got the unlimited salad while the other got the unlimited soup. For the price I honestly thought the portion would be bigger (picture Cheesecake Factory). Or, it would taste better - but I actually really did not enjoy my lasagna. It just did not sit right. The Chicken Parm was alright but just the chicken part. For the soup and salad, neither were anything special but it helped me wash down my lasagna. At the end, the bill was $60 USD (which included a Sangria). I thought this was quite expensive for the quality of food. Overall OG is just not for me. Not sure if it was the location or if I'm just not built for it!

Midday, a Saturday, 4 in our party, 10min wait for a table. Was very busy. 2 of us had very loose legs on chairs. 1hr 45min wait time between ordering food and receiving food. Waitress was polite but forgot many requests and long waits between attentiveness, very apologetic though. Entrees inc. endless soup, salad, and (salty)breadsticks, so be sure not to fill up before your meals arrive, as we waited a very long time. Inconsistent soup consistencies. Two orders of the same chili looked completely different (assuming their pot wasn't stirred before each serving). Chicken and Shrimp Carbonara entree was not available so the recommended substitute was Shrimp Scampi with added Chicken (no pricing accommodation). When food finally came out, The Shrimp Scampi was still being made and was brought out by a separate wait staff. Asparagus was way undercooked and Shrimp was cold inside. The pasta of the Shrimp Scampi w/Chicken was cold. Both Scampi's were bland to taste, lacked flavor. These meals were neither eaten nor taken home. Eggplant Parmesan was perfectly cooked and delicious albeit very hot. Chicken tender meal was very good. Our initial plan was to add two $6 additional take-home entrees (current deal), but did not want to have to wait any longer. Overheard other wait staff apologizing to their tables for such long waits for food so was not just our table. Manager was VERY polite, accommodating and understanding of our concerns. Thanks to the manager I am giving them 2 stars, else THIS visit would've got 1.

Unfortunately, I think I’m done with Olive Garden. We ordered car side to go last week…. It wasn’t ready on time, which is ok I guess. I went in and waited for it. It was a 2:30pm order, so I wouldn’t imagine this was a busy time compared to the dinner rush, but maybe they were short staffed. The food wasn’t great. It wasn’t warm. There wasn’t a lot of sauce on the manicotti or spaghetti. The best tasting food was the chicken Parmesan— But we ended up getting stomach aches from the meal. The breadsticks were soggy. The salad wasn’t crisp or fresh- just weighed down with onions. Overall, not impressed. :(

Food was FANTASTIC! As to be expected from Olive Garden! Unfortunately SUPER slow service, had my drink sitting on the window for 25 minutes before bringing it after I asked a third time, at least 15 minutes between attentiveness. Brought out the appetizer at the end of our meals-after being asked about it. Unnecessarily messed up bills after spending 15 minutes organizing them, spent much more time than intended (over 2h 30m)

Would give zero stars if that was possible. Do NOT be fooled by the overall 4.3 rating this place has. To start, we were told it was a 25 minute wait but we ended up waiting about 45 minutes. Not only was there hair in the food but multiple cloth napkins had hair and dirty cutlery inside. If we hadn’t already ordered we would’ve left after seeing the 5 sets of cutlery we had to go through before getting a decent enough pair. The server offered plastic cutlery as an alternative… problem solving at its finest rather than having clean sets. Not impressed with the food- bread was stale and the pasta was over sauced. The overall establishment was dirty and the bathrooms were extremely unsanitary. Highly recommend going elsewhere.

My friends and I took a trip to the States to celebrate my friends 25th Birthday this Saturday, and the experience was memorable for all the wrong reasons. We were a group of 6 seated at the back of the bar, by the dish pit stacked high with food and garbage. (That sat for almost an hour before a seperate server removed it) Once our entire group arrived we put in our food and everything went down hill from there. Certain cocktails didnt come for 15 to 20 minutes as they sat at the bar. Not enough plates, were provided for salads, soups, and breadstick and we had to remind the waitress twice about this. My friends who's birthday it was, his water tasted really funny like there was soap, or chemical tast to it. I had to also ask twice just for a new water or for ours to be topped off as we waited over an hour for our mains to come out. Mind you I stood up to use the washroom and got a gander of the restaurant, and it was by no means crazy busy. I think our waitress just lacked the care to check in with our party on multiple occasions and got annoyed by our requests (so many of us have worked in food service as well, and we were trying to be so kind and patient with our waitress) because their was a tremendous lack of service. Our appetizers had been completely forgotten and came last, which no one was interested in eating anymore because we all filled up on breadsticks while we waited so long for our food. Take out entrees seemed like a scam at that point. And. THEN the bill. We got to the restaurant at 4pm and didnt leave until 6:30pm waitress came to ask how the checks were being dispersed and dissapeared for a loooong time. When she finally came back to gave all the checks to my friend sitting closest to the end of the table and asked her to hand them out....? Left IMMEDIATELY without consulting anyone and almost every bill was wrong, over charged or, or had missing items. We waited almost 25 minutes for her to come back, radio silence. When I got up to look for her, I saw her just standing around with the other waitresses on her break? Just kicking it? Not sure but she definitely didnt look very busy or preoccupied whatsoever. However once she saw me she said shed come back right away to get it fixed. But never did? Didnt even ask what was wrong either?? How are you supposed to fix something you never inquired about. Waited I want to say another 10 minutes before we had to call a manager to provide us the service my poor friend deserved for his Birthday. 30 minutes for the bill??? Come on now. Super dissapointing experience. Us Canadians really love going to these chain restaurants as a treat and it really spoiled the day for every and our plans!! Service was so slow and miserable we missed a lot of other shopping we wanted to do while in America. Thankful for the Management and other staff members that swooped in to help.

The floor was wet, the table was dirty. The plates and cutlery were stained, so I asked them to change them. They didn't, they just wiped them and brought them back. Fried prawns were salty, and the salads were ice-cold straight from the fridge.

I visited this restaurant yesterday with my family. The waitress did a great job taking care of us, and everyone's food was great except for mine. I ordered the chicken and shrimp carbonara, which tasted good initially. However, I was really put off by the pool of oil in my dish—it looked like there were 10 teaspoons of oil. If I had eaten the whole thing, I might have gotten sick and possibly faced serious health issues later. I paid my bill and then complained to the waitress, who simply said, "That's just how it is." This response was disappointing because such a dish seems unhealthy and concerning.

Undercooked noodles, melted after meal chocolates. Usually, it's great if they don't drop the ball great food. Last time, I ordered Alfredo and got lasagna. So it's really a gamble coming here. I personally don't think it's worth the wasted $$ and I'm not going to waste another penny.

Our server was excellent and made the evening bareable and I would have given her a 5 but for the total mishap of the kitchen andanagef I am only giving a 1, we don't have an olive garden in Canada so was looking forward to the cheese manicotti. It was written on the board announcing it's arrival back on the menu, so my daughter and I both ordered it. Our server nervously and embarrassed had to come and tell us that it was unavailable as they forgot to take it out of the freezer, and we was there something else that we would like. We order an alternative but very disappointed 😞, at no time did a manager come to our table to apologize just left our server to deal with the issue. Total disappointment wish I had gone to Longhorns I would have left feeling satisfied.

At first it was good salad and Bread sticks and soup but then when our entrees arrived it went downhill our waitress "Grey" We couldn't hear what she was saying could barely hear her at all when she was asking us stuff! My mother's food was overcooked and was chewy my lasagna was overcooked at the bottom heck when we asked for more bread sticks she gave us 2 they are usually supposed to give us 4 per table! Everything else was fine just the worst experience it was just so terrible also having all the workers stair at me as I was having a conversation with my mother just looked weird everything was just weird never going again! Place went downhill after the pandemic! After everything and we left the place to go to Wegmans across the street My Mother felt sick idk if there meat was bad or what but she felt sick! I highly recommend not going here unless it's your last option!🤢
