Oh my what a gem! We were visiting the area and needed a hearty breakfast that didn't break the bank and wow did they deliver! Two of us had the mixed eggs, one with sausage subbed out for more bacon, rye toast on one, sourdough for the other. Both were amazing. The pancakes, bacon and eggs were great with a side of fruit and whipped cream, and another combo of pancakes, bacon and home fries (subbed out in place of eggs) were just right. Add a juice and 2 coffees all for $56. Don't miss this cafe when you're here!

Do not miss going here for breakfast! We were visiting Niagara and just happened to find this precious gem. The chicken and waffles is probably the best I've had. That chicken was absolutely amazing. This quaint family run business is a must visit.

I recently visited Hyde Park Cafe near Niagara Falls, New York, and it was truly amazing. As a black-owned establishment, the vibes were immaculate and the atmosphere was welcoming. I indulged in their breakfast burrito with turkey sausage, which was delicious, and their pancakes topped with strawberries and whipped cream were a hit as well. The staff was incredibly friendly, adding to the overall positive experience. With so many tempting items on the menu, I can't wait to visit again. Street parking is available, and they may also have a side lot for parking convenience. Supporting black-owned businesses like Hyde Park Cafe is always a pleasure.

Went to this restaurant with family on solar eclipse day 4/8/24. I must tell you after long time we had THE BEST brunch ever. Chef Ty knows how to satisfied his customers by cooking some yummy food. They were short staffed but it’s ok. The food was so incredibly delicious it outweighs the short staff. We ordered Cajun shrimp with cheese grits, scrambled eggs, French toast, waffles, becon, mixed eggs, sausages. It was super delicious and soul satisfying. I specifically loved the cajun shrimp and cheese grits. I can eat that all day long. It was perfectly seasoned. Just the way I wanted. Compliments to Chef Ty. We will definitely go back if we are in town again. Thank you so much.

The food was delicious, seasoned well, and nice and crispy. I had the haddock with grits, eggs, and toast. I gave 3 stars for atmosphere because there wasn’t any parking available so we parked on the street around the corner. The service was a 3 because of a few reasons. The sign upon entry says: Do not seat yourself, and another that says: Please wait to be seated but the waitress says “Sit anywhere you want”. She wasn’t rude or anything, just not warm and/or personable. She was also the only person I saw serving everyone that was in the restaurant. If you’re looking for good food without the welcoming feeling, this is your spot.

Hyde Park Café is a family-owned spot that’s clearly beloved in the neighborhood and has been around for 12+ years. The menu is extensive, and you’ll find everything from soul food dinners to diner-style breakfasts. The staff worked hard under pressure, and the community energy is real. That said, service was slow on my visit (lots of delivery traffic and tables waiting to be cleared), and the food didn’t quite land for me (I was hoping for The Four Way in Memphis, but no such luck). I’d love to see them streamline the menu and tighten execution—because I want a place like this to succeed.

I've been there 4 times. The good has been pretty good. The last time I was there though the food was practically inedible. Idk what happened that day but I will not go back

This is the 4th time we have ordered breakfast on sunday. 2 times our meal was corrected made. My breakfast was eggs meat home fries and toast. 2 times now it was delivered without the home fries. So today I called asked to speak to the manager and was told its her father and he is at a tournament. I was asked if I could come and pick up the home fries. I said we door dashed because we couldn't pick it up. I explained on the menu it says home fries. She said we'll when it prints it doesn't say home fries. And she can't delivery them I have to complain to door dash.. No offer of refund no apology. No place to post my picture or I would have. VERY DISAPPOINTED WILL NOT ORDER AGAIN

I went there a little after 2pm (it wasn't even 2:30pm yet) on sunday and they close at 3pm. Three women were there standing and I asked if we could place an order to go. They said no because everything was off already. I was very sad because we had drove 20 minutes there 20 minutes back for nothing. I tried to order online before I left on all 3 ways but (my favorite) mixed eggs was not an option on any of them. My heart was broken. They were very nice and it always my favorite spot. But if you got hours posted at least post on Facebook you closing early. And please add mixed eggs on any of the online order options. If it was on there I could have placed my order way earlier. Left heart broken.

Cajun shrimp and grits for $15 Dollars. You tell me if you would spend that amount ?? We wanted scrambled eggs mixed in the cheese. We go here all the time, NOT ANYMORE ! They have good grits, but its a hit or miss. It seems like they gave my partner left over eggs. These containers gotta go too LOL!!! Change up your containers! And for the price you got the food should add up to the amount you spend.

The moment we walked in it was unclear where the waiter wanted us to be seated. Waiter was a lil rude and did not pay attention to details about the order. Food was ok but the place kinda smells like dirty dish water was used on our table
