BRU Burger Bar - Noblesville

I normally get the burgers when I come here because they are seriously good. Today I opted for the hot chicken. It is good, with a nice level of heat, but I found it to be lacking jus ya touch in the flavor department. I will probably hop back on the burger train next time through. All in all this place never disappoints with the quality of food, drinks, and service. Great addition to the food offerings Noblesville has to offer.

I clean the carpets here and finally decided to come in and try it out, the menu was a bit pricey at first, but upon receiving, the size of the burger and variety of different ingredients quickly made up for that! The taste was absolutely delicious and is by far one of the best i’ve ever had. Our server was very friendly and helpful and the managers were the most polite kind you can have. The entire vibe of the place was warming, clean, and updated. Will definitely be coming back again! Thank you for the great first experience!!

I'm upset. Why didn't anyone tell me the Stilon Bleu Cheese was so good?!? Ok, I have a new favorite salad. The Gorgon Berry Pecan exceeded expectations! Thank you, Courtney for suggesting the hot chicken on the salad. The combination of sweet and heat was perfect! Why not try just the Nashville Hot Chicken Sandwich alone? Good choice.

Service here was great! Food was very good and flavorful. If a burger is over $10 it should be a special burger and BRU Burger didn't disappoint. They have a variety of dipping options. We enjoyed the cheese, spicy mustard, sweet BBQ, and the spicy pepper sauses. Mac & Cheese was offered to us as a side by our waitress, it was not on our menu. Mac & Cheese was rather plain, a surprise seeing how everything else was full of flavor. Makes me think it is from a child's menu that we never saw. Whole experience was great from the hostess to paying the check. I strongly recommend everyone to check out BRU Burger.

Update: changing my stars from two to five stars now. The manager Staci reached out to me this morning and wanted to get my feed back about my last experience at their restaurant. I explained what happened and she just wanted to make things right. Staci asked me could we come back to visit the restaurant today. I said yes later this evening and I told her the time we will be arriving. She took my order and said it will be fresh and hot when you arrive. Everything is on us. Just like she said earlier, our food was hot and delicious! Thank you Staci for going over and beyond in handling our previous experience with an over the top experience. You Rock Staci!👍We will be back and all the food was GREAT. The vegan burger was delicious! But I had to wait for almost an hour to get my food after placing curbside order stated pickup in 25 min. On top of that my food was made incorrectly and it was not hot food. So I took it back and the host said she will replace all of it. The manager would not come out to greet me or say sorry after all of this. Unprofessional for sure and excuses by host for kitchen mistake. Before leaving out the door some kid said I will take care of your bill and handed me a copy. I said thanks! After we got done eating our food I looked down at the receipt they had charged me double on my receipt like $56.50 for two byo vegan burgers. I didn't even complain about it since they said they would take care of the bill.

Fantastic. They do a great job here. I've been passing by this place almost every day, and I kept saying I wanted to go there. The building by its self is already incredible, It draws you in. Finally, I got to try it. I was not let down, the staff 5/5, the food 5/5, the building 5/5, and the experiencence 5/5

We were probably the last customers of the day. The service was great, food was outstanding. It was my first time there, but it's my son's favorite. Great choice son!

Food was worth the dollars, burgers Great, onion rings speechless, and belive or not the nachos app was a .eal for two!! Great job, first visit can't wait to return.

I have been to BRU burger two times now and the food is always amazing! Super delicious burgers and sandwiches. Their fries and homemade ketchup are also wonderful—and I’m not usually a fries and ketchup woman! Both times, our service has been ok. Servers have been nice, but not super attentive. We’ve had to wave them down. One of our servers smelled strongly of cigarette smoke, which for me, personally, is not the nicest smell when I’m eating dinner. All in all, I will be coming back for the food!

Had my friend visiting from Vegas and we went out to eat lunch here with our families and really enjoyed the food and drinks were amazing. Our waitress was very attentive to filling up our drinks and making sure everyone’s meals were correct.

Bru burger is amazing. If you can visit when Haleigh is working, you'll experience the best customer service ever. She's amazing!

We went at happy hour, so we essentially paid almost half for everything except the burger. We ordered wings, which were pretty phenomenal, nachos, which were BIG and yummy, a burger, which was decent, fries with beer cheese, which were very good, and a small chili which was akin to Cincinnati chili. Kids' meals are affordable. Good draft selection. I very much appreciated that the food didn't come out 2 minutes after we ordered. Obviously cooked fresh to order. $4 blue moons at happy hour. Service with a smile. We were impressed. Best food we've had out in a while.

We stopped at this Bru location right before Thanksgiving and had Aryelle as our server—she was great! She had such positive energy and was friendly and polite throughout our visit. There was a longer-than-usual wait for our burgers due to a kitchen issue, but Aryelle handled it wonderfully and even comped us a free dessert for the inconvenience, which was totally unexpected and very appreciated. (Who could say no to a free fudge sundae? 😉) Overall, great service and a nice experience despite the delay.

Had the bourbon burger and my husband had the black and blue burger. Both were superb!! Also, we split the Cobb salad, small. And it fed both of us quite nicely. The food here is top notch.

First time visiting here and my wife was ecstatic about how great her burger tasted. Mine was very good too. Great service from Kate H who was very friendly and welcoming. Lots of sauce on the burgers so bring a wet wipe or two, but that’s a good thing. Nice napkins, made from toweling. Very upscale and appreciated.

We had a large group- over 30 people. Our servers were so great! Friendly, quick service and the food was delicious. The Valencia salad was amazing and the bruburger was so good. Definitely will be back!

We were there for lunch. We ordered two different burger sandwiches each with fries, and Nashville chicken tenders on the side. Both burgers were good. I usually like my burger heavily seasoned so their's were a little under-seasoned but the quality of the meat was good. The Nashville chicken was really tasty - crispy on the outside and soft in the inside. A couple of pieces tasted like they were overcooked, they were slightly burnt, but the rest were great. What I didn't like? I didn't like the fries at all, that's one. Two, the service could improve as well. The food took forever to arrive, the waitress passed by us multiple times but didn't offer a drink refill. She also took 2 empty plates from the table without saying a word which felt a little weird to us, especially that we were still eating! She just approached our table, reached out, took the plates and left without saying anything. Overall a decent experience, and I wouldn't mind going back, but it's not a place that sticks to one's memory.

Great location and atmosphere. Sat at the bar, and server was super friendly and attentive. Ordered the bourbon burger and slaw. Burger was cooked well and tasted good. A little less flavor than I hoped but solid. Slaw was a good balance of sweet and savory. Was a bit difficult to find parking during lunch.

My first time there and will not be my last! Alex gave us great service and of course the food was just phenomenal! Update: went tonight and the food was really good, but the service was lacking a bit. Waited about 10 minutes to have somebody come to our table and then got the bare minimum service. A bit disappointing. Had to remove a star. Update: Great experience from start to finish! Made reservations for their Veterans Day dinner. Alex was a great server and the food was phenomenal! The service is spectacular. The bread pudding is DELICIOUS (I ate that before I took a picture it was that good). The Memphis BBQ sandwich is very good. The burger wasn't bad. The onion rings were very good. Paris was a fantastic server and the managers were very attentive without being intrusive. Over all I would come back

Excellent selection of burgers with every kind of cheese you can imagine; atmosphere was relaxing and our server was top-notch...p definitely recommend it and I'll be going back soon.

I’ve been to the Bru Burger downtown and have always enjoyed their food. This location did not disappoint as the food is still great quality, except the fries were a bit crunchy and almost seemed like they had been sitting out for a while. The service was exceptional which is what really separates them from the downtown location. We had our dog with us and the host greeted us outside as he saw us coming up and brought a water bowl for our dog our right away. It was a great experience and I’m sure the fries will be better next time.

Not bad, Bacon on burgers was cooked days before, slaw was lacking, Diverse selection of burgers that were fine.

Our food was excellent! We enjoyed pretzels and burgers. Everything was delicious and our server was great & took wonderful care of us. The restaurant was very clean & well light. We were there for an early lunch time. And the staff was very attentive and friendly. And I would happily dine here again. Looking forward to the next visit.

Nice place, Jordan the bartender was awesome. He was friendly, knowledgeable and provided great service. He helped us get set up with the rewards program before we left. Good staff, good food, nice place. We will be back in the future.

We came for burgers and sadly they no longer carry the provençal burger which is why I come. We made a comment to the manager Colin and he was dismissive and didn't care. I ordered something else and the burger was undercooked and the cheese was still cold. Definitely not what I was hoping for. The cocktails were great and everything else was good. Luckily the server was amazing. Aryelee was such a pleasure.

Bru has been my go to for burgers over the last 9 years. Unfortunately my son and I went to Bru this evening to discover that our absolute favorite of all time burger - the Stilton Blue Cheese Burger was no longer on the menu. Please add it back please! The food is still good, but this is a big let down for both of us.

After hearing the constant hype around Bru Burger Bar, I felt obligated to go and see whether it would live up to the reputation. Long story short, the food was decent, but absolutely overpriced. The Noblesville Location is right across the river from downtown in a business parking lot - there is ample parking there. We made a reservation on Friday evening, however the place wasn't packed when we got there. The inside of the restaurant is pretty nice, and screams fast-casual-gentrification, which should have foreshadowed what the prices here would be. The food here was by no means bad, but incredibly overpriced for what you are getting. The burger here is not life-changing, it will not solve all of life's problems, and there are much better options that are cheaper. As far as overall taste ranking, i'd put it near Five Guys level (so not a bad burger at all) but at more than twice the price. I ordered the Double Bacon Burger, which set me back $15, and this didn't even include fries which were an extra upcharge of $2. The burger is very aesthetically pleasing (and again, the taste was fine), but look at my (mostly) empty plate and ask yourself if you'd be satisfied paying $15 for this. Overall, the experience was decent here, but nothing to write home about. It's probably worth going once, and not going back again.

The bread pudding tasted good, but was not served hot. It was maybe warm at best. I ordered this as my meal so I assume they put it together first while the made everyone else's meal.

I was excited to try bru burger for the first time as well as experiencing the vegan impossible burger for the first time. I really wanted to like this place. The restaurant itself looks nice and the wait staff are great. The fries don’t have that crunch that I love. Very unimpressed and I don’t believe they were seasoned at all which might’ve made up a little for being so soft. As for the impossible burger it was way too thin of a burger for my liking. I don’t want a huge half pound patty but it was hard to get the flavor and texture with it being pressed so small and being left dry. It was almost crumbly or flaky. I can’t imagine returning as my partner’s non vegan burger was also underwhelming :( we prefer bjs brewhouse!

Pricey for what you get. Quality OK burger was over cooked. Lack of flavor in meat barely any cheese. Onion rings good but greasy. Service was slow. Glad we got to try it.

Our server was amazing.. very kind, attentive, and welcoming. The food was not good at all. The fries were cold, slaw was flavorless, and my burger had hard bone/cartilage fragments. Very poor quality. Atmosphere was clean and well maintained. Honestly, go to the one on Mass Ave… I’ve never had an issue there with food quality.

Food was good, but wait staff needs to back off with the cutesy stuff. Waiter told my daughter to smile more. If I wanted low-rent kitschy bs, I'd go to Applebee's. Also, they used to serve local beers but now they just serve the same single distributor swill as everyone else. Not really a good reason to come here anymore.

Burger patty was unseasoned. Slaw was completely devoid of flavor and very dry. Fries had barely any salt. Services was the only good part.

I've eaten here probably four times and I've been disappointed every time. I just ordered a bison burger cooked medium which was way undercooked. The last time my burger was overcooked and dry. This isn't the best place for burgers locally.

My wife and I finally gave up on this place tonight!! Ordered my burger well done and got it raw inside. I couldn't believe how I ate half of it before realizing it. I took pics of it to provide to the County Health Dept. We told the waitress we're never coming back! I don't recommend this place, I hope it closes and a descent restaurant comes in!!

We ordered 2 specialty burgers, fries, onion rings and kids brownies online. Drove 20 minutes to pick it up.. got home ( 20 minute drive home ) and only the brownies were in the bag 😔 I called the store and was told there was nothing they could do because when I ordered it on their website I ordered it thru doordash pickup?? (that was the optioned showed ). I said I would drive back up to get it again and that it would take about 20 minutes. When we got back to the restaurant it was ready... but everything was cold! We thought they would have remade the order.....NOPE! Awful customer service for an order over $50 for 2 burgers. They couldn't give a refund but could have done SOMETHING! 😠

I used to love this place but the new menu is terrible. They took off a sandwich that I know is a favorite of a lot of folks, not just myself. And the option to build your own is gone as well. Very disappointed... We left before ordering.

Terrible service on Thurs 3/13 evening. Saw server basically when he took our order and brought food. No refills and nothing else. After we were done eating took around 20-30 minutes to get check and our server sent someone else to do that. We generally always leave a respectable tip but purposefully didn’t leave a tip this time. So our bill was $31 and someone (not me!) added 20% tip. So I go in and talk to manager on 3/20 and ask to see the receipt and he says they don’t keep them as it’s all on hand held and electronic. I sure hope they get to the bottom of it and address how this happened. While the manager did apologize, I didn’t get a great feeling much sincerity there. While not expecting something for free…what did he do..gave me a credit for the extra $6 that was charged to my card. Wonder how often this happens at this place? Waste of my time for $6 but I hope whoever owns this place reviews, appropriately addresses and holds people accountable so it’s not happening to others.

My wife told me that long ago we had the nachos and they were terrible I couldn’t remember it and I said let’s them a second chance cause we love nachos. Oh my word, same as the first time there was no meat, I mean no meat, my wife said there had to be no more than a tablespoon of meat and no cheese sauce they were the worst I’ve ever had it was a bowl of chips and it’s my favorite food we go to a lot of places to have it. I recommend if you like nachos to go to grindstone thousand times better. To be fair the rest of the family enjoyed their food the hamburgers and the chicken Tenders were awesome.
