If have the app you can see when you get special deals thru the app and start to enjoy their offer drinks deal. Its "Free". Friendly atmosphere, staff and always helpful if need to load your card or any questions you have. Love going here. "FREE" drink or food items on your birthday too. What a way to celebrate
I just want to say their manager Ray is the most professional and kind human being! Every time he makes my coffee it’s perfect! He always has the biggest smile and treats all his customers with respect. Seeing him in the morning makes my day! The store is clean and I never have to wait a long time to get my coffee! Thank you Ray for being such an amazing manager, we customers appreciate you!
Really busy place for such a small location. Not much parking outside. There is a driver thru so there's a lot of coffee going on and out of that place. Place was nice and clean, stay was friendly and quick. What more can you ask for. It's closer to my work so I'll be by a lot. Will update if the snacks are any good.
Drink was lighter then The picture which jus looked like lemonade so I went inside and asked Mia if she can add some more dragon fruit and she did and it looked like the picture she was very nice and didn’t have an attitude about it and all the workers were very friendly and kindly told me to have a nice day
This is a really convenient Starbucks. Super easy to hop off the 80 and then jump right back on the freeway to get to work. They always make my drink exactly how I like it, no matter who's working behind the counter. My only complaint about this location is that they move really slow. Even during non rush hour times, it can take 10-15 minutes to get my drink.
I visit the Starbucks fairly often, and the drinks are consistently solid. The team is friendly and tries to move the line quickly, but the drive-thru microphone definitely needs attention. It cuts out or distorts orders, which leads to mistakes and delays. Overall an okay spot, but fixing that audio issue would make the experience much smoother.
This location is very inconsistent on their coffee/lattes. Came here a few times and order white mochas(classic right) every time it tasted different, sometimes just like warm milk, some over shot of espresso, sometimes like water. I’m not sure if they have their machines dialed in or what but not very consistent in comparison to other Starbucks. Also no sleeves on hot cups or napkins when order food, they don’t offer any.
Today I decided to treat myself to starbucks. I while I was running errands with my newborn, I stop to this starbucks. My order was a Venti size PEACH green tea lemonade easy on the ice. However, I recieved a Treinta, green iced tea, no liquid cane sugar, stevia with extra water from someone else's 2 of 4 order. The associate was polite and friendly, but I guess they are so busy just like me probably didn't double check. I ended up throwing the drink away. I admit that even though I was busy I should have checked too.
The drive through worker at this starbucks was so unbelievably rude to me about using a gift card and made me cry. She swiped the gift card on the reader the wrong direction and then rudely told me it declined. When I told her I had more than enough available on the balance (I had just checked right before going) she scoffed and refused to try swiping it again. I am a former starbucks employee, so I know how the readers work as well as the level of customer service a barista should have which this employee more than lacked. I did not catch the name of the worker but she was an older caucasian woman who seemed to be either a manager or shift lead. Starbucks please prioritize teaching your employees better customer service because this interaction was ridiculous.
I come here all the time and this place is progressively getting worse. I sat in the lobby for multiple minutes as the person told me to wait. Five minutes later totally forgot about me so I walked out and then they told me that they were waiting on me even though they told me to waitwhat garbage do better just for the record. Kim was my server or the one that always ignores customers. I guess I’ll just start using a different store. The sad thing is is this is what happened to the last Starbucks that is right down the street they just stopped caring about the customers and it’s absolutely obvious what a shame I waited a week to come back after I talked to the manager about everything now the manager avoid eye contact and so does all the employees no meet and greet just a very uncomfortable environment. If they make a mistake there will be absolutely zero accountability good luck Starbucks do better.
Long story short, BUY first, THEN use the restroom. Otherwise you will be shit on your self, no matter how nicely you ask them.
I also agree with the statement about policy and bathroom usage. I had a bad experience at this location. It took them 10 minutes to serve my croissant. Other customers behind me received there order first and when asked she gave a attitude
I usually have great experiences at Starbucks, but this visit was disappointing. After going through the drive-through and buying a latte and food, I came inside to use the restroom. When I asked for the code, the barista asked if I’d purchased anything, adding that it is company policy that customers purchase something first, which felt unnecessary and rude since I was holding my cup AND I’m very pregnant-adding to the insensitivity. 👎 The restroom was also in a dirty, soiled condition. Then I asked her “whats the company policy for keeping the bathrooms clean” you cant be using company policy for one thing and not another, what hypocrisy. Cleanliness and customer courtesy needs to be addressed as this isn’t the standard I expect from Starbucks of all places
I came in and was about to order me some food and coffee. But I had to use the bathroom really bad. I had my work uniform on. The company i work for delivers packages to them you would have thought the fact that I was wearing my FedEx uniform a week known establishment's uniform on, they would at least been a little nicer in their responses. I came in no one grated me they so we talking amongst themselves and in the back I had to sound out for their attention. Finally a young lady came up. I was so close to peeing on my self I said can I please use the bathroom. She said no you gotta order something first I told u can't hold it. She said I can't let you use our bathroom unless you but something. So I asked for a manager then she gave me code. That situation changed my mind to ordering for me and my friend. I went to a different Starbucks to get what I wanted to buy. Unbelievable, they would have had over 50 bucks in sales but her attitude and the way she told be I had to buy something to use the bathroom. Made be walk out. I tell you customer service has lost it's way
So I just wanna start off by saying I am a PARTNER. The amount of disrespect was insane from the woman on DTO/window on 7/15 @1pm. She gave so much attitude and made my boyfriend and I feel so uncomfortable. Lady if you’re having a bad day, go to bar don’t take it out on your customers. 0/10 probably never coming back.
I ordered the Double Bacon sandwich and this is what I was given at the window. I am highly disappointed that I did not receive what I ordered. This was my first time at this location and I was completely dissatisfied. I was also not given a receipt. And the employee kept my gift card and did not return it.
