Awful, place shows no sign of improvement. Ordered just a classic pepperoni pizza and breadsticks. App said it would be ready in 15-20 min. Arrived at the store to only be told it would be an additional 50 mins to an hour because there a busy location and if I wanted to I could drive to another pizza shop because I’ll likely get my pizza quicker. Mind you there was one other person in the store and no one putting pizzas in the oven.

I'm a senior citizen having a hard time sometimes... ordering online. The place was empty. Nobody waiting. No pre-made pizza ready to go as other people may call it. I ask if I order a pizza if I could get the free bread sticks Tuesday perks. He said only online orders. I asked if he could help me or show me how to place the order. He smiled and said he didn't know. I stood there for 10-15 minutes... trying to place the order. During that time I could hear laughter coming from the back area where they make pizza. The worst part of all was not the laughter... They were cracking jokes about me. I also was hungry and now I am not. This is not drama! It is very sad a pure disappointment, disrespect and Little Caesars should not have people like this working for them. It doesn't matter who You are or the kind of work you do... Do it with passion and have compassion for those that may not be that savvy. There will be a day that we all get old or we need help from someone else.

Horrible service and wait time. We ordered 2 pepperoni, 1 cheese and a cheesy bread. We received all cheese. She recooked the pizzas with pepperoni and none of the pizzas had seasoning. Also, she gave us a flat bread pizza instead of the traditional cheese. She offered to give money back or take it, but not to remake is correctly. Very dissatisfied with the whole experience.

Mom's beware, my 16 yr old ordered and paid by phone, got an order number and an ETA. Goes to pick up and they don't have it and they give him the run around. He gives them his phone to prove the transaction is legit and still nothing. The grown man, not kid at the counter says he can't give him a pizza. Not until I, his mom go in there one hour later do they give him a pizza in like 5 minutes. Giving one star because I have to so I can leave a review. The service gets a big fat zero! Never going back because the very least my kid should have gotten an apology from that grown as man child.

I bought online and through the app, and after waiting two hours I received nothing. I called to cancel the service and they told me they would refund my money, but after a month no one has returned a penny. I feel scammed by them.

I’m sorry but they make it seem like they’d rather die than make you a pizza. Worst attitude you could imagine when you try to order in person. & our food was sitting there ready for 20 minutes before they gave it to us…

Awful, first time in like 5 years and the employee had such an attitude to make an order! God forbid I ask someone to do the job they’re at! Food was ready quickly but I was standing there for an extra 20 min and I had to call the employees attention for her to roll her eyes at the idea of me getting her attention,for our food to have been sitting there the whole time! You gotta get better at communicating!!

Waited 2 hours to end up with an uncooked pizza and uncooked wings. Absolutely ridiculous. The delivery driver told me he was so pissed because apparently the one worker in the store spoke no English and acted like he had no idea about my order. Never ordering from here again.

Pizza was basically raw. Cheese hardly melted. Crust practically bland dough virtually uncooked. Avoid if you love your family.

I always order crazy bread extra light with extra butter and cheese to avoid having cold hard a55 bread sticks. What did I get when I opened my bag? These hard a55 cold a55 dry a55 fetch sticks. Yup, I tossed them to the dogs and in the canal for the fish. I wasn't driving back to replace them, I'll just never go here again. You either sit in your car or in prison intake waiting for your food just to get trash! Luckily the pizza was for kids because that I would have came back because this trash was supposed to be light sauce and extra cheese. This store is a disgrace to Detroit, all current and former lil ceas employees. Whoever the GM is for this area needs to clean house or close this location.

I’ve been eating from Little Caesars for the past 20 years and I never never experience anything like happen yesterday August 5, 2025. I ordered my pizza so like I normally do online at 7:19 PM it says the pizza would be done by 7:49 PM When I got there I had to wait an hour on top of that when I got the pizza it was Was halfway cook. I also ordered some crazy breads, which were also halfway cooked service was horrible waiting. Period was about an hour and 45 minutes and couldn’t eat the food. They had one poor kid working alone trying to serve 20 customers waiting for their pizza. I don’t blame the kid they were shorthanded staff!! and you have one guy making the pizza. This will be my last time ever going back to any Little Caesars. I do not recommend this place. I give 3 stars because of the effort, the poor kid that was behind the counter. D.G

My pizza was cold, it was not HOT & READY why would you make an advertisement saying OUR PIZZA IS HOT AND READY when it was COLD & READY... a few days ago I was getting my pizza and went home. My sister checked up on the pizza and said oh why is my pizza cold and hard. I was like wdym and then our dad came in. Said oh ok let's call these people. And we called them and said we are coming back for a repaired pizza and then came back our pizza was fresh this time hot and baked. Then we came home eat the pizza and then was like ok you know what. The pizza is good this time. Now I am going to switch to Domino's pizza now. And I am already ordering a pizza from them trust me they might do better then Little Ceasers at all.. come on man.. wasted $9.94 on you guys so many times over 8 years now. now it's over. Bye bye..

The worst experience of my life, and I even threw up from disgust. I ordered a pizza in my wife's name, Jaqueline Taborda, and we realized the pizza had human hair in it. I contacted the store, but they hung up on me and never responded to my messages. It was disgusting.

I had the worst experiance ever! Most importantly i feel bad for the employees to have to work in such stressful enveriorment and with NO AC! They have a small portable AC but it does nothing. It feels as hot as the ovens. We are now heading in to sumergible with the most honestidad days to come. It is cruel to have your employees working in such poor conditions. More over we waited for an hr plus for our pizza and 2 out of 3 pizzas were cold. Unacceptable. I don't recommand this location at ALL!

I’ve been a loyal little Cesar’s customer for the past 12 years. But today they have lost a customer. This same exact “deep dish” pizza happened about 2 months ago and it happened again today. I would prefer they told me they don’t know how to make it, or don’t have the ingredients. Honestly this was just bread and cheese… absolutely disgusting, nasty and just disrespectful for taking my money

Totally nasty!!! Yesterday we bought 1 pepperoni pizza and after ate a couple of slices we found out that there was a cockroach in the dough🤢🤢. That was on April 28th in Sunrise, Florida location around 9pm. Last time I order in any of your location.

Wanted half cheese n roni n extra sauce. I think they just threw on pepperoni on a hot n ready n reheated it! it was dry burnt and broke apart look old. It came out quick, less then 10min. Didnt have extra sauce like I requested .
