Had the massive King club.its was good very good. Clean and well designed dinning area.

Great sandwiches and soups. Never had a bad meal here. Always tastes great with fresh ingredients.

I love McAlisters! My go to is the fully loaded veggie Nachos. Yes you can substitute the beef for veggie. I love the turkey sandwiches and potato salad. We tried the carrot cake today and it was magnificent. It taste like the carrot cake at the cheesecake factory but just smaller. The customer service is always super!!

Please support this deli (Tamarac, Commercial location). It's been a while that I've had a Fresh, Tasty quality sandwich and Salad. Today was my first visit and won't be the last. When I arrived the inside is very clean , friendly staff and I must add patient with me because there was so many great selections. I was impressed that the Store Manager Andy came to the front counter welcomed me and help me decide, explained in detail options. Reminded me of old days customer service. Tonight I had the Club wrap with a side of broccoli and my Husband the Savannah Salad. My wheat club turkey wrap was fresh, tasty and oh so scrumptious 😁. The broccoli I wish I had gotten a large was freshly steamed, not microwave rubbery. My Husband salad was Krispy throughout and we love the mixed greens cranberries,etc... Food was great. Service was friendly and we got our food about 2-3 minutes after ordering. Kinda pricey for lunch (about $15 per person) but the high quality of the food makes it worth it.

It’s always a pleasure walking into this establishment. I’m always greeted with a smile and the utmost professionalism. The menu is sure to satisfy the hungriest appetites without breaking the bank.

Polite and friendly service. The veggie spud was delicious. This place just opened this week so you could expect a few glitches but all was good with our visit.

Best lunch spot around, fair prices, better than Panera! the food taste good, and you can tell it’s kept well. Place deserves more business than it gets but I’m alright with it being my pocket stop for good eats.

New to the area and decided to give this place a try. Food was really good and the STAFF...incredibly nice and hard workers. Even when the restaurant had no customers to attend to at the register...they kept busy cleaning and refilling supplies...constantly moving not just standing around playing on their phones. I tried their jalapeño turkey crunch sandwich and I chose the cucumber/tomato salad as my side. Sandwich was warm and so good and the salad was refreshing. I'm looking forward to coming back to try something else off the menu. Thank you Lynn and Alexandra for being so kind and to the employees in the back in the kitchen...thank you for making sure my dinner was nice and hot and well put together.

My wife and I were looking on Google for a new place to try for lunch today. What an excellent choice for our lunch! We both enjoyed our “Choose 2” meals. They gave us plenty of choices online and it was simple to order. We recommend a bowl of chili soup on the side. The chili was very tasty and had plenty of meat. We will definitely be back for more! I haven’t been to a McAlister’s Deli since I lived in Virginia. The Sunrise McAlister’s definitely reminded me on how great the food is! Everything I ordered came out great and the flavor was amazing. The staff was friendly . I recommend you to try them.

Tried out the McAlister's in Sunrise today. Order was taken quickly by a friendly cashier. He served our drinks and said he would bring our order to the table. In a short time, lunch was served. Nice size sandwiches, sides and a pickle each. We enjoyed our meal and got free refills on our drinks. Restaurant was clean and well kept. Good deli, we will try again in the future :)

Had the club sandwich and it was superb. It came with a potato salad which is one of the best I've had. Love the look and feel of this place too. Will be back!

This is my 3rd time ordering from here and every time is AMAZING! Their food is so fresh, the portions are huge. Their Savannah Chopped Salad is perfect - the sherry dressing and raspberry dressing both go perfectly with it!

From the minute we walked in the door we recieved a warm welcome by Phyllis who was very polite and respectful. The restaurant was super clean. The salads were so fresh and huge! Had to take half home lol We usually order online but were passing by and decided to pop in. So glad we did! Coming back soon for sure!

I had to ask for the names of the cashiers and food chefs because they were so wonderful. It was a truly wonderful experience here. Thanks to Becca Revel, Tiffany Jaida, and Anissa, who had the patience of saints. We couldn’t decide what to order, so they tried everything and recommended it. They were absolutely right. This is how service should be done. I did both done in and take out.

This place has plenty of indoor tables for dining and is open until 9pm. They serve delicious sandwiches, salads, soups and desserts. The staff was wonderful, smiling faces at the counter and in the kitchen. Great food and a friendly atmosphere.

Pleasantly surprised! Service was some of the nicest and thorough! Food was good. Sandwiches came out neat and good sized. This restaurant was extremely clean and the staff took pride in its appearance. For a quick bite its a no brainer if they are competing with jersey mikes and Jimmy johns i would give McAlisters the A+

My order #150034 09/01 1:20pm. I arrived too early for pickup and greeted the cashier and gave him the pickup order name to check on the pickup and understood that it wasn't quite ready as I found out that my wife had just submitted the order. I told him no worries at all, and I did not mind waiting one bit. After about 20 min, I walk back in and wait for the young man to take the in-line orders without interrupting. Once the line cleared, I went back up front and politely gave the order name as I thought he might remember me from not that long ago and I was greeted with confusion so I repeated by saying "Oh I'm picking up for..." So he proceeds as if finding clarity and says "Yes, we speak in complete sentences". It was absolutely insulting and uncalled for. I couldn't understand what else I would be stating a name for and also heard the dialogue continue with the following customer "if we would just talk...". Why all of that? I like McAlister's, but if I have to order from someone like that, I'll go to another one.

I come often, and enjoy the pick 2. I have concerns about the potential of fraud. I called to place an order. After providing my credit card number and I expiration date they asked for the CVV. A MOTO merchant should never ask for the CVV. McAlister's may need to either investigate the issue, or ask their credit card processor to change their setup. For card not present sale you can ask for a zip code, but giving someone all your credit card data including CVV over the phone is like handing over your debit card and giving them your PIN. It is wrong, and very concerning. The telephone order process needs to be improved to eliminate the likelihood of cardholder information getting compromised.

These reviews have to be botted because there’s absolutely no way people enjoy this place. My boyfriend and I went a few days ago and the woman taking orders was so rude and the food was just awful… not to mention the amount of slices on the sandwich was just shameless.. 0/10, will not be coming back here again…EVER

Went in for an iced tea. No cashier so the manager comes to ring me out. I ask for the tea and he tells me I should be using the app to order ahead. I tell him I'm aware of the app but that they charge a fee to use it and I'm not paying an extra fee to use the app, that's silly. He responds, you know what silly, the price of gas I'm paying. And proceeds to go on a rant about the pride of gas, the minimum wage increases in California and how everything is going up in price. Dude, I'm just here for an iced tea, not your inflation rant. I'm well aware of inflation, you're charging $3 for iced tea and $15 for a sandwich. He gives me the tea and then a straw saying "it's free straw Tuesday". At this point the cashier walks in, I assume late. He begins to berate her for having to do her job and that he's running the front and back. I get it, late employees are frustrating. But what you don't do is berate employees in front of customers, you coach them in private 1 on 1. What an awful display of toxic management. I feel bad about the employees and customers who have to interact with him. I have over 20 years of management experience...he wouldn't last a month in my business. He's a toxic employee.

I requested onions and jalapeños on the side and was charged by Matt, the manager, even though there is no fee for these veggies. I didn’t ask for anything extra, just the standard toppings to be placed on the side. They didn’t need to use any extra containers; they could have simply placed them in the bag with the pickle. Since these items are supposed to be included, he yelled at the cashier that nothing is free and to find a way to charge it, she ended up ringing it in as a side of dressing. Luckily I was not picking up the order or I would just requested a full refund and left. This is our first bad experience at this location but there are too many options to have to deal with rude, condescending managers that lie and overcharge. The Plantation location has better service. Dan the manager is amazing and even though it’s slightly further from my house, I will never go back to the Commercial location. I have never had a service issue at any McAlister’s I’ve visited in the past. This was unnecessary and disappointing.
