So I know it says five starts. But I mean it. I had gone to Buffalo Wild Wings a week prior to my first visit here today and BWW is okay but this place was amazing. Both me and my dad left here wanting more while taking some extras home because our stomachs were stuffed. The chicken by its self was not dry at all, it was moist. And the sauces were all amazing in their own way. On the garlic parmesan you could taste both the garlic and the parmesan together and independantly. The Korean Q was also amazing. It was spicy from the sriracha but left a great taste in my mouth without overpowering spice. Me and my dad will definitely be coming back again to try more of the flavors.

I go here all the time. Always satisfied and happy. See you guys soon lol But uhh.. why do you guys need to see i.d when I order my food? As if I'm a thief and the first thing I'ma do with someone else's card is get a combo for 10 bucks.. seriously people

I had ordered through Doordash, and had to call Wingstop to get a second ranch dressing on my online order. Claira took my call, and she immediately said she would be giving me a second side ranch dressing for FREE. Thank you Claira. Keep up the great customer service! My wife got me fries from here during lunch time since she went next door to Quiznos. The plaza where this place is in isn't that big and it's also not a safe area. There was a homeless person who looked mentally unstable and was carrying an empty glass bottle in the parking lot. So I would recommend if you want to come here, come when there daylight or come with someone. I got the large French fries and I saw the total, I was kind of shock because it's a little more here than the one near my house. So I looked on the wingstop app and this location is about a dollar more than the wingstop near my house so that was a downer. The fries took a while to come out because they were working on I guess online orders so remember to always order ahead.

Ordering extra crispy (wings or fries) isn't really crispy (reason for 4 stars only).

Constant flavors. Can't go wrong for a lunch break. Best to order ahead tho

Place was packed with staff. I was the only person inside waiting for food. 20 minutes went by, I asked when it would be ready the guy said "coming right up" ten minutes later my name was called and he apologized and said there was confusion with my order. Waited 30 minutes for my small boneless meal and it was weak on the sauce. Most likely will not be back.

Staff was okay, but the wings was lacking seasoning they had no flavor. Maybe hire a chef to show the cooks how to prepare and season wings. I ordered 8 lemon pepper no flavor, 8 Hawaiian no flavor. Wow! Get it together in this cold weather! Give me some wings with flavor.

Employee told me the date on the bottom is the date it got made from the factory. He’s also mentioned that the expiration date is only listed on the actual cardboard box. Not sure the employee ( manager )knew what he was talking about. Hope no one gets sick.

Which I entered in the system but there must have been an error. I called the store I kid you not 1-2 min after placing my order to do modifications..... the gentlemen who answered put me on hold and then another gentlemen answered. I first asked him for his name which HE refused to give me his name he said, " why do you need that for ?" Excuse me but that's not how you conduct business. I like to know who I'm speaking to. Secondly I tell him I want to make modifications to my order then he tells me my order is ready. How is my order ready after 2 min placing it? Does that mean my food would've been cold because online it said 20 minutes ? Right.... Then the guy I'm speaking to says " I can't control the wait time online" ... I'm sorry but I used to be a shift leader at wingstop about 5 years ago and yes you can. I know what game they were playing with me. Truthfully they were just lazy. My food would've been cold. I was okay with paying extra. No issue. When I arrived at the store my order was not even ready which means the gentlemen lied.... No way to conduct business. Then another young lady comes to ask me for my name and she immediately says " okay your order is canceled" ??? I'm baffled at this point because no is trying to help. Anyways then there's another young little girl who started laughing and acting unprofessional. All we wanted was to get wings. This is actually sad because this was my favorite location out of all the ones in valley. Here's a picture of the girl laughing . Also you the owner should drug test these kids because it seemed like they were high of marijuana ON THE JOB there eyes were very red.

It is the baddest place in the San Fernando Valley. The wings are not seasoned well, they taste like nothing, they have no flavor.

This location was dead, found out why.. Small dry wings, barely sauced, think jerky. Chicken should be juicy and cooked, not dry and chewy. Sauce should cover a wing, not be spooned on to a few. Came here because of wait times at Sepulveda location,they do it right. Very disappointing experience. This location could use some training or supervision.

I go there every once in a while to get the cajun wings, I like to order'em wet for extra flavor. In more than one occasion I had get'em as dry as a rock, barely any sauce on them. Today it happened again, not only that, they were undercooked. Cooks should get a better training a coaching on what they doing

We ordered wings for Superbowl Sunday and when we showed up to pick up, thew were so backed up that we were going to miss the game. They promised us a refund so we left without our food. I'm still waiting on my refund three months after the game and every time I call, they tell me a manager is going to call me to refund our $50.

We order food On February 8th at 4:30 PM, we placed an order for food delivery. The estimated delivery time was 5:49 PM. However, we waited until 7:30 PM without receiving any food. We contacted the Uber driver, who informed us that the estimated delivery time had been extended by another two hours. My question is why the staff was still accepting new orders despite the delay in food delivery. We had to cancel our order and place it elsewhere.
