One of the best chipotles I can say. Delivery is always quick from here and they never messed up an orders
If you're in the area, this is a great Chipotle to go to! Parking can be rough, Street only. There are some parking lots further north and south on Lankershim, but tend to be pricey. And who pays for parking in the valley anyway?! LOL. If you get off the red line at the Lankershim station, it's a quick walk to Chipotle. So if you're a tourist from out of town, visiting, and need a good spot to go to for lunch, THIS is a great and affordable choice. It's good food fast, not fast food. If that makes sense. The meats are fresh, meaning if you order chicken burrito, you'll see actual pieces of chicken breast in your burrito. And ordering is a piece of cake. Basically figure out if you want tacos, burrito, a salad, or a bowl. Then choose your meat. Then basically choose brown or white rice, then the salsa, cheese, pico de gallo, corn. Pretty straightforward. Everything is made right in front of you. After you pay, you then bring your food to a table, and enjoy!
It's Chipotle so if course the food is good. The location is pretty nice as well l, though parking its something of a challenge. All that said, I will visit again.
This is always good because I love their food a little slow and need customer service pep ups but other than that I have no other complaints.
Since my first visit, this restaurant shows the customer that they truly are the boss and will do anything to get their returned business. I love that.
I just wanted to say that the staff was super friendly and cheerful and they made my dining experience a true pleasure. Also Mike at the register made sure my order was perfect.

Chipotle in general has become one of my favorite fast food restaurants, because of the healthy nature of offerings on their menu, and because it is Mexican-inspired food. This particular Chipotle is probably the smallest that I have ever been in, but that did not in any way take away from the things that I love about this restaurant. In fact, I loved the drink choices that were here, as they had some delicious natural lemonades which I have not seen at other stores. The location of this place is ideal for me, since it is within easy walking distance from North Hollywood Station which I utilize quite a lot when I'm in LA. The crew here was friendly and efficient as I would expect. I'm fairly certain that I will be back here again. It's great food at a reasonable price, especially for expensive LA.
The North Hollywood employees were super friendly & the cashier helped me with any questions I had. While others in that area are refusing to open their restrooms, this restaurant didn't give me any trouble which was good because I had started a low glucose crash.
10/10 best chipotle I been to in all of San Fernando and LA county, super friendly staff. They greeted me the second I walked in the person making my burrito was number one in customer service, super clean atmosphere as well, usually it’s hard to find napkins and forks but this chipotle was fully stocked! I might just consider moving to north Hollywood
Erica & Natalia are amazing. They were probably the nicest staff that I have encountered since I come here so often. I live across the street and maybe it’s just timing but it’s late night and these staff members were smooth. No complaints to my annoying requests and made it happen. Thank yall!
Everyone’s here are friendly, the manager is seriously committed to give the best for customer, no joking around with him if you working here and if you are minute late he make you to sign a warning , I’m telling you he’s so nice too and the rest of the workers are cool i don’t know all the names but Erick, Jessica Jennifer and the rest are cool and I don’t know who choose the music but who ever it is knows how to put the needle on the record Good vibes here Thanks Marvin From NOHO

Jess is the best!!! Someone give this girl a raise. She can handle a huge line with ease, accuracy, and a smile. She makes a meeeeeeann burrito. She has the best attitude and not to mention the prettiest makeup to match the best smile! It's a joy going and getting a burrito from her and I will be back to see her again.
It’s not the nicest chipotle but def the tastiest, we scarfed our food down in record time and took note how fresh it was. The carne asada is unreal!

Not a big fan but the staff and the manner they treat is very polite I got a burrito with red salsa very spicy btw besides that the bowls are delicious and highly recommended.
From a delivery driver I can say that this place typically always has a food ready but I don't like that they don't have it ready in the takeout bin where they usually will put meal so a delivery driver can come pick it up and go instead we have to act like we're going to cut the whole line or at least people think we're cutting line just to ask them for food that's weighted by them behind the counter whenever they can approach it and not anybody can approach it it has to be the staff member that's allowed to get to carry out which is ridiculous I guess they're all designated spots they have to be at but I guess it could be because there could be thievery which I doubt because it's in a nice silver lake and I've seen places in downtown that have to go meals on that rack so I'm not going to give it a perfect score but it's not bad I don't usually see long lines here despite the Starbucks and the habit Burger being there by it seems to actually be pretty quick and well staffed versus understaffed
The food is good service is usually really fast. All the employees I have encountered are very friendly. The only complaint I have is there's not much parking out front for any of the places along that street. But I am told there is a parking facility and back and they'll validate for like 1 hour.
It's Chipotle. This location is good. Parking can be annoying, but if you order ahead, you can generally park in the passenger loading spot, grab your food and go. I tried the smoked brisket this time, which was pretty tasty.
My experience was great. I got to eat! The employees were hospitable and doing their jobs. I would like to give this location a 5th star, not because "I like Chipotle", but because it'd be encouraging to see the employees enjoy their job in unity :D They were not robotic but they weren't boring as well I'm asking for more interaction so those 5 to 7 minutes of getting my food are even more awesome! This Chipotle location is decent compared to some others in the SF valley, and it's great that they're open late. The staff is always friendly and the overall cleanliness is good. I'd recommend ordering your food at the counter vs mobile ordering, as it's never ready by the expected time - the few times I've ordered in advance, I'd arrive and have to wait while customers walking in were served. Takes away from the convenience of ordering ahead.
The service was great, there were protocols to follow up just as it should be accordingly to this pandemic, personal was polite and helpful, if I didn't give them the 5 stars it because the tortilla chips were a little bit too sour, other than that everything was fine
Not that good. I normally love Chipotle but I didn't eat half my bowl. It just didn't taste right.
For the second time, my order was missing the salsa part of my "Chips and Salsa". Won't keep me from eating there, but I can't help if I feel shorted when paying for something I didn't receive.
It is decent for a Mexican Subway type food. This particular location plays its music so loud that it is difficult for people to hear. Actually got my drink for free because the gal didn't hear me order it.
Nothing special to report about this particular location. The staff is friendly, and the food is like...well, chipotle. I am from the east coast so i found this location to be a bit smaller in area to what we see in Connecticut, but i guess in the LA area it would be an okay size. One thing to keep in mind is that this place does not have it's own parking. Its street parking with only Sunday being free parking, so you might factor that in as well. Its also close to the metro station of North Hollywood.
Nice staff. Barbacoa and corn salsa is a yummy combo! The chips were super stale and weren't even crunchy. I brought them home and toasted them in the oven. That fixed it and they were delicious. I had a very large piece of un-ripe avocado in my guac. I had a large piece of fat in my barbacoa. The two chunks made up about 5 bites of food that were inedible. The container spilled out of the Togo bag on the way home. Some got on the seat of my car, the bag was soggy and had a hole.
My expectations weren't even THAT high, & it was still a sub-par experience compared to my usual location. Cold, piddly portions, not very fresh (lookswise & tastewise), slow despite not being busy, & not very friendly service. They were out of multiple meats, & the ones still available were running low & dried out. 🤦♀️ (& no, it was not 2 minutes before close lol, but you'd sure think that it was by their selection & service! Closing time was at least 2 hours out.) Literally the opposite of everything I'd expect from Chipotle.
The service is average. No one was rude. Everyone was professional and they got the job done. But no one stands out as loving their job or happy to be there. They go through the motions and aren't particularly friendly and outgoing. I got my food, basically.
For a very pricey meal, you would expect at least the bare minimum. But no, constantly gets the orders wrong, and the meat is full of fat chunks. And then on top of it they'll skimp you on the meat. How are you charging 2.50 for a scoop of guac when you can get a whole avocado at the store for a dollar. Gentrification at its worst.
The first helper was great and took the time to explain the meats and when he added meat he fully drained it. The second helper rapidly tossed wet ingredients such as beans and pico degallo without draining them. My burrito ended up being totally messy and the liquid drained all over the table since I had just the foil and paper to eat with. The burrito tasted great and it was a horrible eating experience that could have been easily avoided by training and draining.
It makes me so sad that this is the Chipotle closest to me. Their food is consistently off recipe. I’ve gotten whole avacados in my guac many times. When I order for pick up/ delivery I get really sad meals or straight up the wrong order. It got so bad I pulled a Karen and talked to the manager who told me to talk to corporate?? I had to insist she try and fix the fact they gave me the wrong order and I wasted my lunch hour and then she comped my entree.
I go there from time to time and this location is okay. But ordering online wasn’t a good experience. I got an order through Uber Eats and it was barely half normal portion both for me and my girl. Pretty disappointed since I was pretty hungry, haha.
I was ordering them I notice the portion the there was literally only rice in the middle all the edges were empty so I asked for more he berly put any I asked for double chicken and the dude gives me normal chicken look I’m paying for the food and don’t mind being charge extra really disappointing cause I was still hungry afterwards.
I love going here usually cuz the food is good and workers are always nice but this experience late night was bad. Although the workers were once again very kind and talkative, the rice was super crunchy and the food was overall not good :(
I come here with a specific budget and ended up paying $15 more than normal because someone new communicated incorrectly. Accidents happen. But instead of it being corrected at the register, they just handed me a large drink cup as an “oops”. At that point it would have been embarrassing to just hand the food back because I couldn’t afford it. So I swiped anyway. Bummed that no effort was made to correct the price point. When I went to find a spot to sit an employee presumably on break was sleeping in one of the booths with his leg extended so that it blocked anyone else from sitting in the booth. Just not a great experience today.
I love Chipotle. But this is the dirtiest and run down location I've ever been to. Pieces of trash and food on and under every table. I've even seen tree leaves inside. Cooking surfaces looked dirty. Food was ok. Fajitas were a bit burnt and carne asada was more like roast beef. Pretty much no parking available either so I walked half a block. An odd ball Chipotle location.
The employees need to slow down in making the food & usually there’s only 1 person on the line. I’m getting tired of the service here. I’d opt for another location at this point.
The people who work here are terrible at their jobs. I’ve been to many Chipotles that are so fast, I’m basically in and out within 5 minutes. Here, it takes 5 minutes just for someone to get started on my order! Many workers are walking around, oblivious to the long line of hungry customers. I also think the quality of the food here is not up to par with other locations. Saw someone else mention a whole avocado in their bowl, the same thing happened to me as well. The lady helping me barely put any meat on my bowl today. Awful place.

I ate their food and had a stomachache in 20 minutes after and pretty bad diarrhea, I think their chicken has bad quality, I heard this particular had problems with their chicken 3 years ago because of salmonella! I just found proofs online. Try to avoid it

Lazy employees walking around doing nothing. They can’t even put out the pickup orders. They act like you are rude for asking about your food when the app says it’s ready.
Just got a chicken burrito from this location. The entire staff was new and untrained, didn’t know how to fold the burrito, everything falling apart, shorts staffed, 3 people in line but waiting for 15 min , and terrible customer service employees blaming that’s their first day and no management on the floor. Really bad experience
Parking is so bad. Street parking will be full, you will have to park at the lot behind it, and they will validate for 30 minutes only. The validation may or may not work you may have to pay $3 anyway or call the parking attendant to let you out ( which is what I had to do). Never coming back to this one.
DON'T GO TO THIS CHIPOLTE, there were a ton of bones in my burrito last night, also not a single person spoke to me when I was picking up my food including the manager who looked at me and walked away when I tried to ask her where my food was. 0/10 worst experience
Falsified online information (as dining room closed when it was open) to gain more customers, I put in a to go order to show up to a sign that said the dining room was open. There were no people dining, just food all over the counters and floors, a giant line of people. Update the website to let customers know they are at biological risk please, Chipotle really went downhill, now the company wants to kill people with Covid lol. 😂
I was asked to leave and kicked out at 9:20 p.m on May 11, by a tall Caucasian kid because I had my little dog in my hand. I am done with Chipotle. Nobody should be denied food and kicked out for holding a dog.
I never have a good experience here, either the food is burned, or they mess up online orders, or they just ignore you and talk to each other while you stand at the counter.
Do NOT order Extra Protein for delivery or pickup, they just put in the regular amount of protein and charge you an extra $4.50 for it. It was maybe 3-4 pieces more of chicken than the person who got regular amount.
This rate is only for this particular Chipotle. Place was stuffy and food seemed to have been sitting out for quite awhile. The counter people seemed to purposely not get the order correctly. Hopefully this isn't how its always run here but I am not willing to chance a second try. 😝

Cannot believe it, the staff are super rude! I've been waiting for my order for 25 minutes , they just ignored me and when asked the guy just yelled at me, he told me that I can cancel it or whatever I like to do, and just keep ignoring me, just wow!
This location really needs to update its hours. Just left there, 9:35 and the doors are closed. You clearly don’t close at 10. Just say 9:30 so people know. I’m writing this review at 9:45, already came home. Place was closed. The employee inside was nice enough to gesture CLOSED. Hours are wrong. Closes at 9:30 or earlier. Another customer after me was disappointed. Please update your hours.
The lunch employees are so lazy and slow I gone three times during lunch and they don’t have chicken employee takes her sweet time with slow steps to go to back and check
Paid $16 for a simple Bowl, now that's fine had I gotten the fresh ingredients promised but something was off, when I opened the bag something about the sour cream smelled off, I work nearby and since I love Chipotle I excitedly said that I'm going to get some today as well and then my coworker said he got chipotle yesterday and it was not delicious as well. I asked if it was from the same location and he said yes. We serve fresh hot food all day... it's easy to say when something is off with food . no disrespect to any of the workers there because they were kind and awesome ladies this was a couple of days ago comma but something is not up to par with the food and I'm not sure what it was. And the problem wasn't exactly the sour cream I can't pinpoint what it was. The both of us were nauseated at separate instances buying the same food on different days so my suspicion is 100% confirmed because I was pretty sure something was off with the food before talking to my buddy.
I do not advise trying to order online from the NoHo Chipotle. You will be unable to add order notes, you will not be able to change your order.....and don't try to call this place. You will be greeted with an automated message telling you that no one in the restaurant can assist. So, if you need to fix your order, or talk to a manager, you're out of luck. I was eventually connected to a customer service center, upon which I was told that there was no way to reach the NoHo Chipotle. This is insane. All I wanted to do was ask for an extra dressing. I won't spend my money at restaurants where customers are cut off from getting help with orders.
Not at all pleased with the customer service I received at this location. I came in and ordered my item (burrito) then requested if they would cut it in half. Mind you, I have never had a problem getting this done when requesting it at other Chipotles. However I was told that they do not do that at this location. When asked why I was told, "Because of Covid." So you're telling me that all the employees handling food during current Covid circumstances can be mask-less, hairnet- less for the gentlemen with longer then ear length hair, put the ingredients within the burrito and lastly use his gloved hands to wrap my burrito and that be deemed "cover safe;" but using a knife to cut that same burrito is NOT covid safe. How is that possible? Would love to get that answered. I have both customer service and guest relation experience and the first rule to proper customer service is that the customer is always right and to leave them with a pleasant experience. I also have a food handlers certification. With the knowledge I have when it comes to handling food, in NO way does cutting food with a clean knife result to covid outbreaks or spreads. Unless they're dirty knives there should be no issue accommodating such a simple request. If you don't want to cut something thats one thing; but using "the covid" line is an insult to the customer intelligence and a bad outward look on a food based business.
Worst Chipotle I’ve EVER been to. Usually they’re clean and friendly and the food is fresh and hot but not this one.The food was old and cold. & to top it off the employees were half asleep, not friendly at all. If I could give them 0 stars I would!
Don’t order online. Your food will be missing half of the items you ordered and they don’t pay any attention to the details, they instead do the opposite. Ask for extra rice ? You’ll get half portion of rice. Side of salsa? Nah, let’s put it right in the bowl and make everything nice and cold. Half steak and half chicken? Here is 4 pieces of steak and little bit of chicken. Check your order too, once you get home you’ll be missing guac, salsa, or anything else you asked for on the side. Train your employees ffs.
There’s a 50% chance they’ll get your order wrong. I live nearby so I come here somewhat frequently and half the time they’ll swap out one ingredient for another or just have something missing completely. Recently ordered a veggie burrito through the app and they forgot the quac (which is the main ingredient for a veggie meal!) but added lettuce instead. If you’re out of an ingredient for the night then call the customer or something don’t just try to be sly, if that’s the case.
Was trying to wash my hands before ordering and they were pressing about me ordering first before letting me use the restroom. Also being well aware that those aren't Chipotles bathroom policies. Just decided not to eat there instead.
Disgusting I ordered for takeout not to long ago tonight and found a hair on my chicken. I ordered a burrito bowl so nasty they have no phone to call from and the store is closing soon I live to far out to make it in time to go back . Never again
This is literally the worst Chipotle location I’ve ever been to as far as food quality and taste. The brown rice is ALWAYS hard. The black beans are drier than a desert. The chicken is ALWAYS burnt. Just look at the grill itself and you can see they have no idea how to grill properly and burn everything. They give the smallest portion sizes as well and the service is extremely slow.
Worst chipotle I’ve been to by far: ordered through the mobile app and waited 20 minutes for my food to come out. When I unwrapped my burrito it immediately started to drip and completely fell about. I didn’t even want to eat it anymore. Highly would not recommend this location.

My online order was supposed to be ready at 8:00 PM. I arrived at the store at 7:55 and my order was finally ready at 8:20 with one guy in the back making all of the online orders and 5 guys standing around doing nothing in the FOH doing NOTHING but saying it’s not their job to make online orders. This location needs new management. It SUCKS and if I could get my tip back I would. The workers actually told us NOT to come back after we complained about the wait. We assured them we WOULDN’T. I don’t ever leave reviews, but this place deserves a bad one.
Man this was disappointing tonight. Ordered a burrito bowl and the rice was under cooked which I really hate. But I don’t like to waste food so continued to eat until I found mushy and yet crunchy bite of undercooked rice that just killed the rest of my appetite. I know restaurants will try to keep up with demand and maybe rush making things like rice….. but that was too disgusting. Please do better. I know when all is done well, it’s great. But tonight was a big miss ☹️ also ordered chips and guac but found no chips in the bag. No napkins no utensils…..
It’s always an issue with this particular location, not every employee there is bad but this particular location needs to be revamped for sure, there’s no sense of urgency, anytime I go in person it takes about 3-5 minutes before I’m greeted or acknowledged by someone, the cleanliness of the store is in shambles! my to go order was released to the wrong driver, and when asked if they can resolve the issue they said take it up with corporate, as a culinary industry member myself this is unacceptable, you have people there that don’t want to be there and it shows, please fix this or this location isn’t going to be there for long…
Slow, slow, slow. The 5 out of 5 times I’ve been there it seems that none of the people working there actually want to work. I’ve stood in line with 2-3 people in front of me for 10+ minutes waiting for somebody to actually serve customers. Very inefficient. Very slow.
I come here all the time but this was my last visit here because of the staff . Very bad experience. Very rude staff and you only get half of the portion with full amount you pay , if you ask them to put little bit more , they look at each other like you are an alien. I was shocked when they charged me double because I asked to add little more chicken 😳. And on top of that the big guy kick the homeless lady out because she wanted to fill her water cup 😲.
Everyone seemed drunk or on drugs. They were completely out of both beans, meaning they did not even prepare for service. Their other ingredients were low quality. The staff was very disrespectful and was unconcerned with their lack of preparedness. They also refused to accommodate customer requests, and when someone asked to get theirborder at a discount because the beans wete nit available, the staff said it was impossible, and an unreasonable request. This was extremely uncalled for, and the entire staff should be restructured. Staff were spilling items, and even one of the members dropped a complete soda on the floor and then closed off an area to clean it. This was a complete display of disarray.
Honestly the worst chipotle I have ever been to. The food tasted off, so we did not finish our bowls. The workers seemed to really care less that they had customers. They talk over each other while you’re trying to order. The place was not clean at all. If you have to drive an extra 10 minutes to a different location, I highly recommend that you do! I wanted to use a restroom and eat here but the guy-cashier said that I should buy something first. I said that I will buy just let me use restroom because I really wanted. He said no. That’s a strange policy I’ve never heard anywhere and also all Chipotle’s where I ate never asked me for pay first. I do not recommend to eat here because it was disrespectful.

I ordered online two burritos extra rice with the works and a side large chips and a large guacamole. They didn’t have any guacamole, fajitas, very little to no cheese and chips that I could pretty much unpack and need to fry myself. So lost myself pretty much eight bucks. I’ve worked their so I know what it takes to make the stuff and to have the ability to save it as well. All in all never again.
For a busy location there’s always an issue with food not being fresh. I Stopped ordering online over all because items were always forgotten. -People that work there are rude. -There’s never salad dressing made and when theres salad dressing made…. it’s all oil and not the original recipe??? -Fountain drinks don’t work and when you mention one isn’t working they say sorry choose something else instead of fixing the problem. Idk what happened to this location but it went to trash over the last two years. Needs better management considering this store should be thriving from the location alone.
The service was rude. Ordered online for it to be picked up at a certain time and when it wasn’t ready I waited 10 more minutes with hardly anyone in the store. When i first walked in, the lady in the bag yelled with an attitude that they were still working on online orders simply by just asking my name. I understand what it’s like to work in food service but when asked about where my order was and how long it was gonna take I was presented with the rudest attitude ever by the girl in the front. For a store that wasn’t busy at all due to the rain, you could do a lot better.
Edit: Chipotle responded to this review, I talked to an AI on their website that solved absolutely nothing. Now, the real review: You know what’s amazing? I actually gave you guys a second chance. I removed a low-scoring review because I felt bad. I don’t feel bad anymore. This is third delivery order where I ordered dip (guacamole, queso) and received no chips. I literally can’t eat my food. The staff is rude and doesn’t care, the orders are never correct. They should close this location. My favorite part? Read the reviews online. All of them say “my delivery order was wrong” or “the staff is rude and doesn’t care” - rather than actually fix any of these issues that reviewers have made plain over literal years, this location seems to have petitioned the delivery sites it operates on to lie and say “this place is highly rated”. Most of the positive reviews look fake. It reads. Don’t order from here. Don’t take my word for it, read the reviews. The real ones.
I’m not sure what it is about this particular location, but they have nearly always screwed up my orders whether that be pick up or delivery even after stopping my orders for long periods of time and all the years that I have regrettably given this place a chance. I try to avoid this location when I can but ordered for delivery today because it’s the closest one to me and I needed a quick lunch. I do not eat meat, and I do not eat dairy. Countless times, there have been pieces of meat and cheese in my burritos that I typically notice before I eat, but today there was cheese mixed in with my burrito and I am extremely sick because of it. If you have dietary restrictions and/or food allergies, and care about your safety and well-being, avoid this location because they do not care enough to avoid things like this, and do not care about their customers getting sick. I will never visit this location or order from this location again.
Beware. This chipotle is one of the worst managed locations I ever visit. And it’s extremely unfortunate because it’s the only one in my neighborhood. But 9/10 times you come here they are out of crucial ingredients (white rice, chicken, guacamole, chips) and even when they have all ingredients, the consistency in quality is NON existent. The white rice will not have any cilantro or lime. OR they will have the rice as it should be made but then you get home and start to eat and it will be undercooked and tastes like plastic. The mild salsa looks days old sometimes. The chicken is like they threw the entire chicken in a blender then just cooked it. Full of tendons more than actual breast meat. Chewy and flavorless. I understand that sometimes when people come in later you would be running low on ingredients for the day but being completely out? If you say you’re open till 11 you should have everything in stock up until at least 10:30-10:45. otherwise why am I paying for full price for my meal when you don’t even have every ingredient on your menu? This location could have a line out the door if their quality control and ordering was improved so they had consistent quality throughout their entire business hours because the location is so ideal and central. So for now I would only come here if there is nothing else open and you don’t feel like cooking. and even then…good luck. 07/21/25 went in again around 8:30. and what do you know? out of chicken AGAIN.
Workers seem confused when customers are there. They don’t greet you they just ask coldly what you want. Cashier was incredibly rude and seemed annoyed that I even needed to be rung up. The chips were so stale they were inedible. I’ve never had a chip that was bland, crispy, and chewy. Clearly from two days before. Well, one chip had enough salt on it to salt the sea. A LOT of cross contamination on the line. The line was dirty. Food was cold. I’ve spent 10 years in food service and I know that some days can get rough but you have to be smart and kind enough to not take it out on your customers. Management should also be in charge of making sure food is up to standard.
This is literally the worst chipotle store and is operated and run by a bunch of cheats. Every time you order in store and are watching them handle your order it is fine but as soon as its online orders through postmates or uber eats their orders are terrible. They charge you for double chicken or double meat and always send out the order with 2-3 measly pieces of meat. Don’t understand how after the PR nightmare chipotle has had this store can continue to operate and cheat customers. No one is expecting heaping piles of meat on a chipotle order but the employee’s can atleast follow the nutrition guidelines posted on their own store and website to fulfill the order. I have had to have uber eats and postmates cancel and refund my order like 3-4 times as unfortunately this is the only chipotle that comes up in our neighborhood. Terrible place and definitely would not recommend. Have sent pictures of past orders to Chipotle corporate as well.
I just really don't understand. I come in at 6pm at they say it's a 20 min wait on chicken?!? It takes literally that to grill chicken or less. That means no one put chicken on the grill when it was low or getting low or even cared! Sour cream all over the line, blending into corn. It's really sad when I see 5-6 people on the line. 0 smiling or enthusiasm about the poor service. If you're reading this, conduct a team meeting asap! Or hire ppl who are at least passionate about cuisine!
I went and got a burrito the tortillas wasn't heated enough and they don't even tell you that the guacamole has an extra charge of 3dlls they just charge you , not recommended it for that money you can a better option anywhere else...

This cold seriously make some sick, like myself, and is incredibly irresponsible. Every time I go, it dirty, there’s two people working and the line is past the door. Avoid this place at all cost.

They came up to my car windows and tried to talk to me, which made me feel very uncomfortable and unsafe. When I got my food, I found a full bay leaf in it. I understand that bay leaves are used in cooking, but it was shocking to find it whole in my meal. On top of that, the food was extremely salty and almost inedible. Between the uncomfortable experience outside the restaurant and the poor food quality, I don’t plan on returning. This location needs better security and attention to detail.
Servers made us feel like we were bothering them while trying to choose our food. The restaurant wasn't busy only seen 2 people sitting down and eating so should have been no reason for the rudeness. Being as slow as it was there should have been no reason for the filthiness of the restaurant tables/chairs/floors were filthy. Will not be bringing my family to this location again!

Don’t waste your time or Money - Bowl drowning in red chilli - did not get a regular portion of Al pastor chicken - I see 5 pieces - did not het the extra Al pastor chicken I paid $5.65 plus tax & tip for !!!’

I ordered 2 kids menu online and it was so light when I got the bag. They forgot to put 1 ingredient 2 tortillas 1 Fruit 1 Drink to each food. Also the portions are very very little. This is the worst Chipotle I have ever been in my life. Do not waste your money on this branch.
This is hands down the worst chipotle ever. I have lived in a few different states and this experience was by far the worst. They have me 1/3 of what I ordered. I will never go here again. Don’t waste your time and or money. I don’t how humans could give this to another human.
