Cool story with this review! I pulled into the drive thru at 9pm and waited behind a car of women who took a while to order, but longer to actually get their food. Turns out they were trying to pass a counterfeit c note, but the manager apologized for the long wait by saying my order was on the house. They lost a star because they ran out of popcorn chicken, but hey... Free food! Forgiven. Welcome to North hollywood.

Great for what it is. Sometimes a little dirty, like crumbs everywhere but what do you expect. Small inside seating area. Can get packed pretty quickly during lunch and dinner time. No bathrooms here.

KFC has some great dishes. The problem is the consistency. I love the Pot pies when they have meat in them. I love the hot chicken wings and the potato wedges when they are not dried out and overcooked like they were this last time I ordered I got all the way home and my food was rock hard. I called and they said they would replace the food when I come in to pick it up. I guess it was almost 9 o’clock so my fault.

I was hungry this afternoon and although the price at $14.79 for a two-piece combo...no drink, was a bit pricey, but the chicken was excellent and very satisfying. God bless, KFC.

Pretty good. 2nd time, satisfied with their meal. Happy to sit and eat their meal.

Staff is not helpful. They saw me standing there and never once Greeted me I had an order that I can see sitting there but they rather just stand and pretend they can't see you. I would have came back but not with that service.

I did drive thru, ordered 2 12 packs of nuggets and chicken tenders. I specifically asked for dips and got none, not even ketchup for the fries.

Came here around 8pm and ordered chicken tenders, sandwich, and a kid's meal. Tried to get 2 orders of the tenders but they didn't have enough tenders. The nuggets in the kid's meal were so hard, I thought my son chipped his tooth. Had to throw it away. They made me sit off to the side for several minutes before they came out, wrong kid's drink. Lady seemed annoyed and went back in after taking back the drink. Checked the bag and they had forgotten the sandwich. Let her know it was missing and she looked at me like she didn't believe me which is when I realized I hadn't even gotten a receipt. She rudely, "aight" me and went back inside. Brought me out the sandwich is took off before I could say anything.

Was told my order would be ready in 5-10 mins. Unfortunately they took 35- 40 mins. The food was decent, just wish I didn't have to wait so long for it.

Messed up my order once. No apology. My replacement meal was quite sad. Got the order right, but maybe out of spite, purposefully, my order was thrown together with no effort. And I get terrible service every time I go.

Went inside to place my order ... literally stood at the counter for 5 minutes with no acknowledgement.... there were two workers standing there with their backs towards the register . Finally one of the workers took my order, had to wait. Then when I walked out and Had I realized they had a B grade on the window . Will not be coming here. They need some serious work with their customer service at this location .

Probably the worse KFC on earth! The staff and their customer service is terrible. They constantly get orders wrong and when you try to contact them at the store, no one picks up the phone.

I used to love Kentucky Fried Breasts and Wings, so I bought lots of them. THE WORST I'VE EVER HAD!!!! And because they weren't good the last times I've gotten them, I really had a taste for the old chicken they made years ago. I'LL NEVER BUY KENTUCKY FRIED AGAIN!!! I HATE KFC!!! NEVER AGAIN!!!

This place is horrible!! The tables and restroom is filthy. The cashier likes to call customers MFR and they don't do refills. Find any other KFC to eat at just not this one and save your money.

The attitude of the drive thru window cashier was horrible. I ordered the hot wings ,they were old an tasted like old oil . I use to work for kfc as a district manager an gm. So this upsets me that the quality an hospitality are no longer priorities as well as there oil program is not implemented here.

Stood in line for 20 minutes. Not a single person acknowledged me. There was a customer before me. His order was incorrect. He asked for large sides but got small side instead. They took 8 minutes just to replace the sides. After that the cashier went to to the back. She didn't say "hello, I'll be right with you" nothing. It's like I wasn't even there. I will never go back there again. I lost 20 min of my lunch and life.

I wish I could rate this place 0 stars we went through the drive thru and ordered a 3 piece meal and just a famous bowl (no combo) we asked the lady if she can put the gravy on the side she said yes we also asked for Mac and cheese as one of our sides. We go to the front window and get told our total is 27$ like What!! At most it should’ve been 20$ so I check the receipt and see that they charged my bowl as a combo I was fine with it I let it slide. After we get our food we ask for Ranch and get told “No ranch and sauces is only for tenders” I’m like ok whatever we get home our famous bowl has a LOT of gravy on it not on the side. The side we ordered was mash potatoes no Mac and cheese to be found. They gave us no forks at all eathier. NEVER COMING BACK HERE AGAIN!!!!!

I came here at 6pm Friday. I was 6 in line and they have had no food ready. One type of chicken was 15 min wait, another one-30 min. 7 people were waiting while those 3 girls slowly were getting food ready. What kind of fast food restaurant is that? I would not recommend to go there.

Incredibly slow & rude customer service. We were literally the only people ordering drive thru, there were no customers inside the dining room but we're still told the wait would be 10 minutes for our order. Had to repeat our order multiple times and still had to repeat it at the window where the cashier, Jessica, in a rude tone said it would actually take 20 minutes like it was an inconvenience to them to prepare our order extra crispy. Why would they offer something if they weren't going to do it in a timely manor? After waiting 24minutes our order was brought to us, but incomplete. Had to wait again, an extra 4 minutes for the rest of our order and drink. Not once did we receive any sort of apology for the ridiculous wait and service. July 19th. 3:36pm.

Came in here to get 3 famous bowls. Let me tell you it was a complete disappointment, bowls had a small amount of mash potatoes, an extremely small amount of cheese and the corn was kind of hard. Chicken in all the bowls was squishy.

The girl taking my order had a bad attitude. I believe her name is Erika. She was facetiming and arguing with someone on the phone. She was on the register gave me wrong change. When I asked her she ignored me and asked the person she was facetiming on the phone "stupid costumer crying about change". Bad experience and bad costumer service. Would not recommend this location to anyone. Staff needs professional training.

Talking about BAD service I happened to stop by here to get some Chicken at 7:15pm and this is what I get. Can I have a number 3 it has 3 pieces of chicken 1 side order and a drink.... we don't have chicken breast at this time and it will take 1 hour and 45 minutes to make it. REALLY ALL YOU SALE IS CHICKEN unless they have hamburgers, Pizza or Chinese food.. KFC should hire people that is willing to work

Worst thing about ordering from here was the other undercooked chicken. Yes, still bloody and since I didn't want to drive back half hour so I tossed it. At least the mash and cold slaw was good.

For my most recent trip, I did not receive the applesauce, dipping sauce or stickers for my kids meal. I wanted to order some apple pie bites and was told they didn't have any ready. ( excuse me, aren't you standing in the same room where they get made? And..you get paid to make them) Employees are always talking to each other while they ring you up, never focused on you, they have attitudes if you try to ask a question and are generally not friendly or helpful. Drive down laurel canyon, south for about 5 minutes to that KFC location, you'll be better off!

The service was terrible. The girl who served me was very rude. When she handed me my order, she just put it on the table and didn't ask if I needed any sauce. She just turned away and didn't let me wait for more than two minutes until another cashier came to find out what else I needed. But honestly, you don't go there to ask for free stuff; you go there to buy things, and they still provide bad customer service.

0 line had long wait. No chicken wings unless an extra 20 mins added. Unknowable employee on basic menu info. Avoid if possible.
