This was an awesome McDonald's!! Made our pickup at spot 4 and they were right out no complaints very fast service here.. they have lots of parking right off the road from 4 different directions lots of space handicapped parking accessible and great bathrooms ..Just a great clean fast McDonald's

Food and service is good. But it's always noisy with teenagers swearing and yelling and running around. Hav gone there different times of day and they always seem to be there and management does nothing.

I just wish there was a little more “order” to their two line drive through setup. There always seems to be a lot of chaos and confusion where the two lines merge and I always seem to be behind someone that’s too afraid to stick their nose out and causes a delay.

Never had a major problem at this location and it is the closest to my work so I go here more than any other location. That being said they make use of parking cars from the drive thru in the parking lot and bringing your order out to you later way too much. This wouldn't be enough to lose a star typically but the problem is exacerbated by the tight area and heavy traffic of the parking lot that the designated spots are in. Food is always hot and fresh and the staff are very nice most days.

Drive through was a bit packed while I was only getting 1 item... by the time I got it it was already cold... but overall nice staff

We come to this McDonald’s from a few towns away, beats our hometown Mcdonald’s ANY DAY! Their fries are always fresh and their food is above quality for McDonald’s! We make a special order due to an allergy and sometimes they get it wrong— BUT they are always ready to fix the issue! Special thanks to Krystal at the window and the rest of night-crew (the night manager runs a fine team)! Thank you, you do more for us than you know!

McDonald's is always a great place to go when you're hungry.This particular time,we had an interesting experience. We had placed our orders and were in the process of getting our drinks when a fire alarm went off.The manager came out and said everybody had to go outside. At least it wasn't raining. After a while we filtered back in and went to a table.The manager brought us our food and apologized for the inconvenience.

On 6/22/21 we placed a big order for pick up 6/23/21 for the Merrimac Elementary School Kindergarten Picnic. The staff was amazing!! The Happy meals were separated by class, bagged and labeled. The staff was very courteous , polite and extremely helpful. We definitely will choose this location again for our next kindergarten picnic!! Thank you so much. The kids loved it 💜

Drive through here is definitely faster than some of the franchise locations. They have a double lane for taking your order, and reserved parking spaces for you to wait in if the order isn't ready when you get to the main window. I've never had to wait longer than 5 minutes for someone to bring out my order.

Hate the way McDonald's looks now. Feels like no one is there anymore..Everyone is too busy with the drive through that there arent the pleasant faces anymore..the 1 worker was nice .

The new deco that these franchises makes for easy cleaning but does not have a homey feel. There is ample parking and a double drive thru line for fast service. Inside the restaurant they have 4 self serve kiosks and 2 person registers if it gets busy. The restaurant was also pretty clean.

I ordered breakfast here this morning. When I went inside the place was clean and welcoming. Even though there was a long line on the drive-through, the kitchen theme to be efficiently running with no problems. I had my order taken by Niffa, and she did a great job. She definitely adds positivity to the store with a smile on her face and an easy-going way about her. Her manager should let her know that she’s doing a good job.

Nice, clean and neat however SUPER SLOW to take my order and to bring it to the table. They also messed up the order and gave me someone else's special burger. This was also not during the lunch rush. It was at 3:00. No excuse.

I used to prefer this particular McDonald's for their cleanliness, quick and professional service and hot fries. Today was a disappointment. Inside was unclean and actually pretty chilly and overall a disappointing experience.

Service is slow when busy. They have different people working there a lot it must be were they train? It use to be great and efficient. But now I believe it is just below average.

Food was typical for a McDonald's, however the atmosphere is terrible with a tiny waiting area, no service station with napkins or ketchups. This McDonald's is mostly just meant for drive thru

Went to have dinner. Ordered the sausage egg mc muffin with a hash brown, small fries and coffee which I asked for plenty of half and half. They brought the food to the table which is nice since I don't usually dine in. The girl tells me the hash brown will be out in a minute. No problem but I noticed no milk or a stirrer. It took a while to get the half and half. Had to also ask for the hash brown which never was brought to the table and the fries were cold. I told them and got new hot fries. Everything was resolved by one worker. His name was Ryan. I told him I appreciated everything he did and that I would give him credit for making things right! There was no problem with the food except the muffin was overcooked but still tasted good. I can't say I would rush back to eat there after so much that had to be corrected to make things right.

Long wait, when I order from the kiosk, it takes longer to get the food...this is a common occurrence at multiple locations. I also don't understand why they removed the kids play place. My children loved and looked forward to playing on it, now gone, combined with longer wait times and meal cost higher than before, the lure of going there is disappearing. Wendy's is faster, coffee just as good and cheap, better salads and better kids toys, we are moving away from McDonald's.

Like everyone else is saying the Drive-thru is pretty much trash. You go and order a combo and a double cheeseburger and they make me pull out of drive thru to wait for 5 minutes. Unbelievable and slow. Also my drink was not even filled all the way to the top. Unacceptable

I had forgotten that the Oakdale area McDonald's has people of addiction in the area. I took my granddaughter there to celebrate her last dance class and there was a strong presence of addiction in the place and around the parking lot as well as across the street in 711 parking lot. It's both scary and sad. I won't be visiting there anymore.

Average food but slower than slow. 20 minutes for 2 snack wraps and fries is ridiculous.

Since the major remodel of this location thing now look updated which is a plus. However they forcing you to use the koisk to place your order. My issue is they don't take cash this way and you feel like you are inconveniencing them to pay in cash. Second issue I have is how they deliver the food to you. Like Panera Bread or Chick-fil-A, you get a number and they deliver the food to your table. How ever you still need to get your own drink and ketchup. I did this by placing my number on my table and walking over to the other side of the location only to struggle with the ketchup I small cups, my drink and napkins. Once back to my table, someone took my order number sign but had no food. Had to tell cashier and waited for a new order since they could not find me when the food came out. Very chaotic system. If they bring food to table should be more like Chick-fil-A type system.

So all in all it's a McDonald's and my breakfast sandwich was the same as it usually is except this place still does not have indoor dining. Most other fast food has indoor dining by now. So after going here I found out I could not sit and enjoy my meal oh, they forgot the ketchup and gave no napkins. Bummer. Open the damn dining room.

The employee working at the window handed my family our drinks, and then carried on goofing off with her coworkers. We sat there for almost 10 minutes with a long line forming behind us. It took my dad asking what we were waiting for for her to even say something. And all she did was ask the people in the back what are we waiting for. Finally got the food and it wasn't even hot. Customer service was trash. They didn't care about the customers at all and the communication wasn't there.

Imagine working or being a customer for a company that’s earning is 1.2 billions dollars a year just to be paid bare minimum and being served poor quality food. The fries are forever cold and taste like it been fried in old bitter oil. This is what’s being served.

I ordered 4 double cheeseburgers with Xtra pickles and a 6 piece nugget ! I went through the drive thru.i got home afterwards and opened my nuggets to find a black hair in the box with them .I totally lost my appetite after that ! Never had this issue with them either ! Always good experiences but someone did not wear a hair net while handling food and that's really gross!

One of the worst tasting fries I have ever had. I'm not sure if they don't often replace the oil they use to make the fries, but my god were they disgusting. Please, whatever you do, DO NOT get fries from this place unless you want to be sick for several days.

Their food is low quality, the prices are higher, the wait for service longer. We don't eat there much anymore. A slice of pizza is more nutritious and affordable.

Ordered $399 bundle with double cheeseburger and large diet coke. Should have been $4.99 plus tax. Charged $6.29 & recieved only a single burger. When I called guy pretended he couldn't hear me & hung up.

Messed up my order. Also 2 other customers orders were wrong.they thought by giving me a coupon, it would fix there miss happ. But in reality as a long time customer, and the way I was treated I will never be returning to that McDonald's location. This was the 2nd time in 1 month, that there was a problem with the way I was serviced. The girl was extremely disrespectful, I was amazed to see this from a McDonald's employee. Overall I was extremely disappointed in my visit to my local McDonald's, at the Gate Way Plaza.

I'm us marshal and was heading home and decided to get something to eat, and quarter pounder had onions when told them to leave off and my vanilla shake had long hair in it, I have short hair and live alone, called manager and told me I'm confused about my order and nothing he could do. Will be calling head office and report this and I won't be ever going there again.

This is the most poorly run McDonalds. Food is never ready. The drive through is a total joke. Customers are always instructed to drive to the spaces and wait for your drive through order. Twice now I have had to call the restaurant from the space because they forgot about me. Avoid this place. Nothing fast about this place.

This location is the worst. The line in the lobby is out the door. The drive through is backed up to the street. The employees are all standing around like they don't know what 2 do. No wonder their is an angry mob in the lobby waiting for their food. Save yourself some aggravation and go somewhere else. I'm leaving now because I don't have an hour or two to wait for fast food.

Get on line to order and when i get to the regester the morron says "go to the screens to order" where their is another line. I said are u serious, can i just order here? He acted like i was bothering him by ordering at the register the way its been done forever. Call me old fashioned but id rather order my food from a human. Cause and effect. Wait time thru drive thru is freaking outrageous. It’s supposed to be fast food. Not overnight. Thank god i didn’t need gas. It’s not only 1 time. Every single time I go it’s a wait. Stop BS-ing. I ordered the Fish Filet Meal Combo with a apple pie today thru the drive thru and when i started to eat the sandwich and the bun was toasted too hard, the fries was old, hard and dried out like it been sitting on the side and the apple pie was cold not even warm at all , the only thing that was good was the Sweet tea . Not only have I been super patient knowing that these are tough times mentally and economically for all people. But seeing the service at this McDonald’s facility has been disheartening and absolutely atrocious! Tonight while waiting to put in an order I saw one of the employees throw plastic into the parking lot that was wrapped around his foot. Then ordered my simple double cheeseburger and fries, the order was incomplete. I got chickenNuggets and fries. I called to Xpress my disheartened and unhappiness with my order to only be hung up on by the girl on the phone. Sadly they have more employees working there than most restaurants that are able to get orders out promptly efficiently and with quality! Sadly again this McDonald’s has gone downhill!

This stupid mcdonalds has terrible service. They make me goto the parking spots to wait for my food, as they call it “fast food” now becoming lazy food. They cant even get my order right. I ask for hamburger with nothing on it 7 times and they put cheese on it. FIRE THE WORKERS PLEASE.

This place has got to be the worse McDonalds on the planet. Cold food, poorly trained staff, completely incompetent managers, terrible inventory management. Been there several times, especially for breakfast, they are always out of orange juice, the wait time is way too long, and the food is usually warm at best. The staff is told to operate the registers by management, even though they have had little or no training, and they constantly get the orders wrong. I'm done with this place, there is a Burger king right around the corner, and a diner right across the street, go there, stay away from this mess.

First impression as I walked in: Why are so many customers standing in front of the register area? Second impression: Kiosk won't print receipt. Order will be delivered to our table. Third impression: Dining room is a mess. Most unoccupied tables are dirty. Fourth impression: Cold seating along windows. I guess the full renovation didn't include fixing the heating. I moved. Of course I had to clean a dirty table. Fifth impression: SLOWEST service ever. Sixth impression: STILL NO FOOD. Why so slow? Seventh impression: NO FOOD still. What is wrong here? Eighth impression: Food finally delivered to my table. Of course, they didn't bring beverage cups and ketchup. Ninth impression: It's not me being impatient. Customers leave without ordering because the wait to order at the counter takes long. Tenth impression: Another customer said it took 30 minutes to get his food order finally corrected.

I just ordered a quarter pounder meal large which I never do and I couldn't believe what the fries looked like . They were half full... And I ordered a quarter pounder with no cheese and pickle. It came with the tag on it saying It had no cheese and no pickle but it still had cheese and a pickle on it SMH..... Oh and no napkins or straw in the bag . Never gets order right and forgets items in the order. Now we loose money on our order and no food. People want to get paid more but don't do their jobs. That's what you get when you order from this place.

Don’t bother going inside customer service is horrible. Their main emphasizes is on drive through window and food deliver service I stood at the counter for 5 minutes with nobody acknowledging my existence. Even with a manager dumbing with the cash register right in front of me.

Today’s visit was by far the worst experience I’ve had at any McDonalds ever!! Despite waiting about 20/25 minutes for a deluxe crispy chicken sandwich meal and 20pc McNuggets, I arrived home only to find I had a crispy chicken sandwich with no sauce.....just a dry bun and 2 pickles! The workers including one of the managers (very heavyset guy) were running around seemingly clueless to what they were doing. The woman ahead of me had her order corrected 4 times! I couldn’t believe what I was witnessing and I even commented that this was a shipwreck. I requested salt and ketchup, I received salt...I had to call another young lady over to give me the ketchup I requested. After all was said and done, I guess they were clueless! I hope this location gets it together!!!

The girl Bailey was rude. They rung up my order wrong and when I spoke to the Manager Jonathan he didn't care or apologize for messing up my order. I felt discriminate against. Employees were all white and got very disrespectful with they mouth. Never will I ever go there again. It's the crew that works at night

Order at your own risk, and make sure to ask for receipt! Place order at menu sign, go to pick up window to pay, then you're told to wait in parking lot for food to come out. Then you need to go inside and wait for what they forgot to put in your bags. The worst McDonald's ever!

Ordered probably one of their most popular breakfast sandwiches a sausage Egg McMuffin, wasn’t ready when I got to the window in three minutes. Not a big deal I was told to sit in the reserve spot until it was ready. Got my food 10 minutes later! Drove home to find that the eggs weren’t even cooked all the way. If you’re going to make somebody wait that long for their food at least make sure they’re right. A lot of reviewer say the same thing about this location very slow service and subpar food

SERIOUSLY?! Literally your ONLY job is to make food, and put it in a bag. I ordered McDelivery this morning (which is fueled by UberEats) and was missing TWO ITEMS. Called uber eats and they said “McDonald’s will refund me my money in 7-10 business days.” Called the McDonald’s location and she wanted me to GIVE MY HOME ADDRESS for her to send me coupon for the missing items?! Send me a flipping EMAIL COUPON. ITS 2024!! SO NOW MCDONALD’S HAS MY MONEY AND I DON’T HAVE MY FOOD—instead I have crying kids who were looking forward to their breakfast.

I ordered the Spicy Crispy Chicken sandwich. I got a crispy chicken breast between 2 dried out buns and a pickle slice. No sauce. That was it. This is not the first time I've had sub par food; this is the third time. I get that this is fast food but come on, guys. I know you can do better than this. It seems that since you have remodeled the quality has gone down. I hate to be "That Customer", but even though you are much closer than other locations, I wont be coming back. I work in retail and I know how much these reviews mean to you, so please, read these reviews and IMPROVE. Speak with your team about paying attention to the orders and caring. I get that it's not a career but that shouldn't mean you do unsatisfactory work, and yes, sorry management, but that's on you. Give your people incentive to CARE. EDIT: It has been three years since Ive come here. It hasn't changed. I asked for a Jr Cheeseburger, the guy taking the order read it back to me. I got home to a soggy "crispy" jr chicken sandwich. Guys, seriously? Like i said three years ago: Managers, this is on YOU. LEAD. YOUR. TEAM. It doesn't matter if its stock brokering or flipping burgers, take pride in what you do.

Horrible service and cold food! I ordered 5 pies and all of them were cold. Large coffee tasted like water. We waited for a new batch of coffee and for the pies to be heated for 10 minutes. But even after that the coffee was horrible and the pies were cold. Do not go to this location! 😐 Threw my food away cause this was suppose to be fast food and was too time consuming.

I keep giving this place a second, third, tenth try.. Each time I am left disappointed and feeling like I live on another planet. Drive thru is the worst. Simple orders such as “cheeseburger no pickle” turns into me repeating myself an obnoxious amount of times, and orders usually still being wrong. I don’t know why the staff can’t understand the most simplest order, and I say staff because it’s not just one or two kids. I make sure to say loud so they can hear me on the speaker because I know sometimes it must be hard to hear.. But I can’t give benefit of the doubt every single time. I can never just order and go. Again, I end up repeating myself many, many times for something that should be understood the first time. Then I drive away thinking I’m at fault because maybe I didn’t simplify the order enough, but I shouldn’t have to. It’s not a hard concept to grasp. And again, this happened every single time I go there. Not going back.

Love watching at least 4 employees behind the counter joking and laughing while ignoring me at the counter. Completely undid all the great service they've had the last few weeks. Go here to order coffee before work. Several occasions they get the coffee order wrong. 1. Fill the cup to the very top and leave no room for the milk. Had to empty some of the black coffee onto the pavement. 2. They added the sugar and milk when I specifically asked not to. They add toooo much sugar! Yuk! Went back in and said that it's much toooo sweet to give me a brand-new cup of coffee with NO sugar and milk. Give me the sugar and cream on the side. They still didn't get it right. OMG!!! 3. Received small black coffee with SPLENDA and milk. Took it back and said I don't use SPLENDA and could I please have the plain sugar and milk on the side. The girl came back with a medium sized coffee with the sugar and milk added. Tasted it and it was too sweet. Had to explain myself again! OMG!!! Came back with a medium sized coffee (I asked for small) with the milk added but no sugar! OMG!!! OMG!!! I cannot believe they do not understand what I am asking for. The manager came over and she got it wrong! OMG!!! How ridiculous can you be. No one working there could comprehend and understand what I was asking for!!! OMG!!! I have decided to never come back here. This is very poorly managed and the service food staff don't know!

I wish I could give this place 0 stars. The last 4 times I have been here they got my order incorrect on 3 of those occasions and the other there was a hair on my burger. Worst part is that after they remade another burger there was a hair on that one as well. I will never come to this McDonald's ever again

The staff is unfriendly - the ones who handled my food at the drive thru weren’t great. It might be helpful for them to pay more attention to getting orders correct instead of trying to charge people for happy meal toys.

I got severe food poisoning at this McDonald’s on Wednesday. I am 7 months pregnant and ended up in the hospital after eating from here. I was so sick that they admitted me to the hospital for monitoring and treatment of my baby and I. Thank god the symptoms have gotten better but they were severe for a whole 36 hours. Both my baby and I are okay now but still recovering. I will never eat here again after this torturous experience.

So I’m just going to start posting every time this exact McDonald’s either rips me off gives me rude nasty muted service or gives me subpar food and drinks spoke to this manager multiple times he’s obviously not caring. It all started way back when with the Tavis Scott meal asked for 2 meals they said yea yea pull around took my debit and charged me $26 for 2 regular meals instead of the $6 each. Now I got this shake and it’s chocolate but really it’s not spun no chocolate in it and there’s green mint from the shamrock shake previously on the bottom of it. Real nice. I’ll call him tommarow . Sick of this place never changes

Why 1 star for food and 5 for service? 5 stars because the young lady who took payment at the window was so cheerful and professional, that I pointed it out to my grandson in the car, as a great example of how a person is supposed to do their job. And yet when it comes to whoever actually put the food itself together: When we got home, I learned the hard way that there was SO MUCH HAIR in the cheeseburger, that I have to wonder if a disgruntled employee was trying to sabotage. I took a bite and a long dark hair came out in my teeth. Upon further inspection, there were THREE MORE VERY LONG HAIRS in the burger!!! Sadly I threw out the receipt before I knew there was a problem; but it was Friday, Dec. 27th, 2024, at around 4:30 p.m. Most disgusting surprise I've had in a very long time. If you can figure out who was doing food prep at that time and has long, dark hair, FIRE THEM IMMEDIATELY. And if you can figure out who was taking payment at the window at that time, please give her a raise.

Lack of attention to detail. Spending 30+ dollars order is still missing items. I checked the bag for the custom order, and it was wrong. I had to give it back to be remade. Still came out wrong. I see this once I get home cause I'm tired of waiting. Then I realize I'm missing an additional 2 items. Food wise, they need to change the grease of the hash brown fryer. You can taste how old the grease is. This shit is not cheap anymore. Literally waited 15 minutes in the lobby to even have my order taken. Why not use the kiosk right? Cause the customization i wanted you can't do on the kiosk. This is after sitting in the drive thru line and it not moving...

This McDonald's just keeps up with the bad service I ordered 3 bacon egg and cheese mcgriddles and 3 oj's the 3 sandwiches were cold and falling out of the wrappers and the oj's were watered down in small coffee cups I would be making a complaint to corporate but they did not give me a reciept either...

The service sucked as does the food. Stale & cold (room temperature at best). I asked for my food cook to order and had to give it back twice; not sure why it's a problem to give customers their food the way they like it. The service is horrible. Wish i could give zero stars for the food. Never again!!!!!

Requested sausage egg cheese mcmuffin. Asked if there was a wait for egg white substitute. Clerk said no it's up and ready. Got to window waited 10min. Too long. When opened sandwich noticed it was burnt.
