Family owned, food is always fresh,The owner Ming is great!
I've been coming here for years. Very friendly owner, and great food.
Found this place on the aToo Good to Go app. We did take out and it was delicious. We will order again for sure!
Consistently delicious 😋 totally over eat there - the owners are hysterically funny - and they work so hard to deliver quality food and service - if you have a tour - take your clients there - affordable prices
Staff all very nice. The food was good. It's a smaller buffet but had good options
Great food - great service!!! I would post pictures but we are laying down, taking a nap 😴
This was my first time here, I wasn't sure what to expect. The price was reasonable for the family, I felt they had a large selection to choose from. The food came out regularly and was nice and hot. The waitress was very nice. I would definitely come back for another meal.
One of the things I like about this buffet is that they don't put out full bins of food. They put out smaller amounts so they stay fresh, hot, and not dried out like other buffets. Owner is always very friendly!
Great spot for an affordable meal. Food is excellent, restaurant is clean, and the owner is the best. Owned by an incredibly hard-working family.
Love love love this restaurant! The owner is extremely friendly, and will chat food with you at your table. The food is fresh, and the lo mein is my favorite in the area.
Everything is delicious and fresh. There are many items that don’t contain gluten ingredients including spring rolls and coconut shrimp. Ask and the chef will show you which ones and I recommend you take notes.
I found this place on my google maps I live in Alabama and came up to attend a graduation at Buffalo State University. The food was outstanding I was very pleased with everything. If I had a gripe it was they did not offer a go go drink which is standard back down south .
We arrived at 4:30 on a Sunday afternoon and there was a lot of empty pans on the buffet. We waited for them to refill the things we asked that they work on first and the food coming out was very hot! My daughter waited for the crayfish and said they were very good, she had three helpings! I had a sampling of the other Asian offerings and other than the fact that they really weren’t seasoned well everything seemed OK. For dessert they had nice selection of ice cream and sealed cups, a little cakes and pastries. Our waitress made it all worthwhile. Great sense of humor and very welcoming, would go back just to see her again! Place was fairly busy considering it was so early and everybody seem to be enjoying their meal. I think it is definitely a Buffay that caters to older people perhaps that’s why it was not very well seasoned. Two for dinner on a Sunday night was $35 and change we both left with full bellies. Much love in your travels, Jules
Summary, If you are looking for a good option to eat in the North Tonawanda area, and you need a variety of options to please your group, all for an affordable price, check out Beijing buffet. It isn't the hippest spot in town with fancy interior design, and designer furniture to sit on, or michelin star food, but it is a spot were everyone can find something decent to eat for around $20 a person. TL;DR Version: Food fine, but nothing special, gets the job done, Service, everyone was friendly and attentive, the friendly lady attending to us elevated the experience a ton. She was awesome and made us feel super welcomed and made it fun. Atmosphere, is acceptable, typical strip mall Chinese buffet, nothing to write home about. Long Version: Food, The food was decent overall, plenty of variety, and a good price compared to other buffets I've been to. Overall the food wasn't bad, just nothing special to be honest. Enough options were tasty enough that you should be able to find something you like. I won't get too specific as alot of food things at a buffet come down to preference. But my favorite chinese food staples were fine. General tsaos chicken was good, sesame chicken, and hone chicken were good. We sampled plenty of seafood options. They were pretty good too. Dessert options were also good and decent amount of choices. Any critique I'd give, is maybe the dessert selection could be bolstered up a bit. maybe a few more dessert choices. I went at dinner time, less than an hour before they close, so I don't really blame them, but I notice food trays weren't replenished. If I was there earlier I'm sure they would have been, so I can't fairly judge freshness but I mention it because certain Items like noodles and sauced items may have tasted better if they had just come out. I will have to try again at lunch time to better judge. My favorites were the chicken on a stick, The vegetables, and the coffee cake for dessert. Service, I think the service was good. We had no wait at all to get a table. We were sat right away. We got there kind of late. Food wasn't being replenished but as I mentioned it was getting toward the end of their night so I'm sure if I was there earlier it would have been replenished often. The service was really good. The lady attending the tables was really friendly and made the experience really good. The price was reasonable for the amount of options. Seafood, dessert, all you can eat, good price for all of that. As far as the sign about not wasting food or being charged, being there with a picky kid, that didn't finish everything, it was never even brought up. I think that is specifically for certain problem customers they must have had. I could tell when we were there, this place may not attract the classiest crowd per se, not being judgmental but I was getting that impression. Overall though the customer service was really good, that alone makes it worth me revisiting if I'm in this part of town again and need a buffet option. Atmosphere, The atmosphere isn't the best, It is typical for just a place in a small strip mall, but nothing special. It looks a little tired to be honest. Things are a bit worn looking, and the building and sign out front look old. That stuff really isn't important, however what is important to me is cleanliness and functionality. The area were the buffet was located was clean and tidy, the restrooms were reasonably clean at the time I went. Nothing in the restaurant was off putting at all so I was fine with it. All in all, it could use some modernizing inside and out, and some new furniture. Maybe a fresh coat of paint. But for what it is it's good enough, but room for improvement.
Food is Edible when it's fresh and not hard and dry but the young kid that works the Register is very rude and disrespectful and speaks to people like they're stupid very ignorant I don't recommend Dealing with him at all the mother is a sweetheart
Food was ok, not worth $20 though when we never got a chance to get even one crab leg. Atmosphere was like a dingy pub, multiple big screen TVs with offensive programming. First and last visit.
I visited for the first time last week, and wasn't going to review it. But after seeing some other reviews I decided to. The food is good, I have to say that. The chicken and mushrooms and chicken on a stick is great and they have lots of good shrimp and a nice soup and salad bar. Probably one of the last salad bars around even if it's not that much variety. The main waitress who I think is an owner is nice, and the younger waitress was also very welcoming. However the young man they have as a host entirely ruins the vibe of the place. When we walked in he saw us and walked over looking angry at having to work and said "how many?" In a upset tone. We said yeah four thanks and asked how was the food we're first timers. Well he ignored that and started walking away.... we weren't sure if we should follow but we did and he eventually stopped walking near a table and we sat down. He then said "drinks?" In another monotone angry voice and we placed our orders for two pops and waters. As we were telling him our drink orders he was already walking away... every time we said thank you he ignored us, when we asked a question about food he ignored us, when the end came and we paid he ignored us entirely and didn't say a word as we cashed out. Even as we said how much we loved the food and tried to interact asking him about the place or family we were just like...ignored as though we weren't there. It was very off-putting. If we cone back it will be for takeout only, as he pretty much makes you go from happy to like almost depressed because he seems to hate working there and hates the customers. It was very strange lol I'm not sure how to describe it.
If you want a really good food don’t go there, because it’s not good and the service is poor, if you put more food on the plate and you don’t finish it they will charge you on your payment. I think is ridiculous because you are paying for that and if you don’t want to eat, you don’t must it and no one must to care.
The atmosphere of the Resturant was too hot how come you expect that the poor customer eat their food in a hot environment there was no AC turn on at all. The food quality was zero since it was remained in the Buffet for long time and get crispy. The only thing that I like that cute waitress lady give very nice and wonderful service. Also most of the buffet was empty for 15 min
