I never go to Starbucks. Popped in cause I received a gift card and I was delighted! Staff so nice and answered my questions. A true treat and my tea was perfect.
Went in to pick up a quick coffee after dinner. This Starbucks by far has the best employees and customer service. Every seat in the house was taken. It was like a picturesque movie.
All the workers here are so friendly! not a single bad experience at this starbucks and continue to come back everyday… sometimes even twice😭

Convenient, quick service. Courteous staff. Very busy place so understandably sometimes there is a line but it's quicker to wait line than to go all the wày to East Northport Starbucks.

I love this location. I began to come on my lunch break as I work in Huntington. Out of all the Starbucks I’ve been to, the staff here has always been beyond friendly and my coffees always taste amazing. Even if they didn’t, the service of this entire staff will make your day and what your coffee break should be. Not to mention the cute gazebo outside. Can’t wait to sit out there in the summer. I wasn't at starbucks, I was across thee street, but from the line of cars going through the drive through, this place must be great. I love people watching , but I finally had to pull my eyes away from the constant flow of cars and people lining up for coffee and get on with my day. Plus I was done at the BOA..
Despite all the negative reviews on here, I think this location does well. Even when understaffed employees work to their best ability to get everyone’s orders out fast. My drinks are always great from here. Thanks guys!
The staff there is lovely! I am always welcomed with a smile, and rarely have to wait for my order. I once accidentally ordered my latte to another Starbucks, and the barista was happy to make it for me there. She really saved me!

Meh. Starbucks is Starbucks - of course - but I've found this one to have a slightly more attentive staff than the one on 347 and Stony Brook Rd (nearby). Damn you, coffee!! I can't quit you.

This is a split review because baristas like Jess, Ann and the rest of the morning crew are fantastic! Best way to start my day every morning. There is one woman who usually works in the afternoon and weekends who after you order tells you to “stand against the wall.” This is new since the pandemic and obviously it’s a rule she and she alone has created. It’s also demeaning and wrong and someone should tell her to stop. It is a corporate owned store and this is not a corporate mandate. As a shareholder and daily customer, I feel that if she wants to make up her own pandemic policies, she should open her own coffee house and have at it.
I go here a lot, and the staff is great. They do the best they can with the space. They make the drinks according to the recipes. The flavors and quality are good and consistent. The space is the reason I have 4 stars. The parking lot is frustrating. The main entrance is also the entrance to McDonald's drive thru. It is difficult to leave in a timely manner and it's a frequent site of small accidents. The interior is clean but cramped, and when a line forms you might find yourself standing outside.

Everyone has an off day. Our drink order disappeared. Waited 15 minutes had order it again. Somehow our food order got messed up too. I chalk it up to the Covid-19 communication challenge of speaking through masks.

Like every other single Starbucks I go to, my white hot chocolate is consistently mixed up with a white chocolate mocha. I don’t understand why everyone makes this mistake… just take one extra second to read the ticket closely. It’s annoying to have to ask for it to be remade so often

I ordered a caramel brulee and honestly don’t know what I just got handed. I didn’t drink it right away cause I did get it hot but I would have asked for a new drink. The service was just weird honestly too.
They don’t take 100 dollar bills? Unbelievable that a business won’t accept your cash! lol okay no worries, I won’t be back.

The drive thru barista “ CASS “ is rude and disrespectful every time I go to get my drinks. I feel like getting coffee should be a happy experience and this barista makes it nothing but uncomfortable and miserable EVERY SINGLE trip!

Starbucks is not a good neighbor. They allow their delivery trucks to wake up the neighborhood in the middle of the night, after months of complaining they do nothing, but they want the neighbors money to buy their overpriced swill they call coffee.
The worst Starbucks ever. Wait on the drive thru lane is always 20 minutes. And then you wait at the window for another 20 while they try and figure out what you ordered and then go make it. And how do you not have whip cream?!
I feel a Starbucks has cut their coffee back and it is very watered-down... Most people don't notice because they are sheep just loaded up with flavor.....Starbucks your coffee is coming along the lines of McDonald's and Dunkin donuts... It's terrible

These people are so racist, I was standing in there a while waiting no one acknowledged, soon as the next customer came in was greeted and helped right away, never will I step foot in this place again.

I had a bizarre experience at this location that has really bothered me. Someone who identified themselves as a manager was ranting about NYC fire code because someone had a dog outside. Because this Starbucks in Suffolk County NY is somehow beholden to NYC fire code and according to that person having a dog outside of a business somehow violates that. Instead of accepting orders, this person ranted in an unhinged and concerning enough manner that we left. This was during my second and final experience at this location. The first experience I had here was almost as negative. I wont be back.
I had to write a review because my experience today was just ridiculous. I know the drive thru can get a little crazy a this location. But today I was in this drive thru for 20 minutes.. and an extra 2 minutes because the man at the window was on his phone laughing away while my drink was just waiting to be put into my hands.. just offensive and rude after I had been waiting in the drive thru for so long.
20 minutes for one drink!!! I came in Sunday and I ordered a pink drink and I’m waiting, waiting waiting nothing. There were 15 drinks on the counter and nobody was picking them up. These were all take out orders and that’s all these kids cared about was making the take out orders. There was another woman who said she had waited a half hour and they messed up her order 3 times. Never going back here even there it’s convenient Update 4/15/23: this is now the second time that the “workers” here have messed up and disrespected me. I went in today to pick up a mobile order, I know last review said never coming back, but I was in the area for a party. I’m standing at the pickup table and the “3-4 workers”, walked past me about a dozen times and not a single one of them acknowledged me, no one asked if I needed help, if I was looking for an order nothing. Then why I try and get someone’s attention I’m told I’m being disrespectful. Are you kidding me? I was standing there for about 10 minutes being ignored and I’m being disrespectful. You’re so called “workers”, at the this location are entitled brats and if they don’t want to do actual work, then find people who do and find people who respect their customers.
The person they have working at the store is name is Ewan what is rugae nasty wouldn’t help me with my problem about a drink it had no taste. All I wanted was a new one and he was making a big deal out of this. I was nice polite but this guy I would not have working for me and I own several companies and if I had somebody like him he’ll be out the door.
Doesn’t even deserve one star. I just went to order a coffee and asked if my mom could use the rest room. The nice woman behind the counter asked her passive aggressive male manager, who was so incredibly rude to the employee and to us. Couldn’t give us a answer until we asked multiple times and finally settled on “I guess, if you have to” with the biggest attitude. We decided to leave and get coffee elsewhere.
They are very very slow and always out of something. Want a pumpkin spiced latte? They are out of pumpkin syrup. Want a peppermint mocha? They are out of peppermint. Want almond milk? Nope. They don’t have it “today”. And I don’t get coffee all that often. I would say in the last 2 months I have gotten coffee maybe 10 times, and at least half of those times they weren’t able to fulfill the order because some ingredient wasn’t available. Not to mention that in comparison with other Long Island Starbucks locations, this one is extremely slow. If you’re in a hurry, you’ll be sorry you placed an order here. Especially since there is absolutely no cell service in this shopping center and their Wi-Fi can be really spotty so you won’t be able to communicate to anyone that you’re stuck there. It’s a shame this is my local Starbucks. For such a luxurious area we should have much better service.

Place is filthy. There has been a shirt left on the floor of the patio for 5 days. Not sure why not one employee has not thought that maybe they should pick it up. Food all over tables and floor. Just messy!!
If your reading this I hope you didn't go here already. I was 2nd in line to get a pumpkin spice latte and it took 25 minutes to get my drink. The most dissapointing thing was that there were 8 people working behind the counter including one new kid and nobody helped her. For now on I will drive the extra 18 miles from my job to go to another location. Very disappointed with the service from this location.
Better off going to greenlawn. Ever since all the new employees started drinks do not come out correct, youll pay for a shaken esspresso just to shake it yourself. Dont ask for a splash of milk because they will probably forget the coffee.
