First time coming to Bobo the boba and the experience was amazing! The employees are super sweet and the boba looks great! Prices are reasonable as well!

Very good value for how much you get. I got the Dragons Slayer drink. It was so good. The more I drank the better it got. You get to choose how sweet you want it which is great and very unique. Great customer service, great prices and great beverages. I also ate the waffle fish with red bean inside that was a delicious treat and fun to eat.

This place is really cool and has some great Boba. I got the sun bright at 75% sweetness. They have some cool Boba figurines inside as well. Awesome drinks for an adorable price.

Nice boba spot! Loved the Taiyaki (fish-shaped waffles). Lots of different fillings to choose from. I wish more places in the Valley had Taiyaki like this place does. I mainly came for the Taiyaki. I got Cheese and Sweet Potato for my fillings. Both good - would get the Cheese a thousand times over. It had 2 kinds of cheeses and some Italian herbs so it was kinda pizza-ish (but without any sauce). Big variety of drinks - ones other Boba places around here definitely don’t have. I got the Dragon Slayer and I really liked the mango bits! A few of my friends tried it too and liked it. I’d get it again but first I need to come back a few more times to try some of the other drinks, like the Lychee Yogurt. Lots of different types of boba balls too. Came with a party of 9 at around 8:30 or 9pm. We took up about half the seating. Other than that, it’s a cute place with nice staff. Didn’t take long at all to fulfill our orders. Will definitely come back with my friends again. Conveniently located near the Galleria Market with lots of parking. Across the street is Chick-fil-A too. Pretty good location if you want a meal + boba.

The boba here is delicious and creamy. Definitely on the sweeter side, so it's nice you can customize the sweetness. I've tried the bobo king, thai tea, enchanted berry, and strawberry milk tea. The Bobo king and strawberry milk tea were my favorites. Price is reasonable as well. The service is always great; the staff are very nice and helpful with answering questions and giving recommendations. I'd highly recommend giving it a try!

The drinks are good! I have gotten the strawberry and peach green teas so far and look forward to trying more. One of the cheaper boba places in the area which is nice!

Got myself their Bobo Signature Milk Tea and it came with boba and pudding. I hated that the drink wasn't sealed properly so as I shook, it splattered everywhere. The drink itself is milky but there isn't a strong tea flavor which I always look for. The boba is a little overdone but it was a good experience overall. I did wait for my drink for about 20 minutes granted I went on their opening day, so hopefully they finally got their groove on!

Really want to give it 5 stars but the fish taiyaki tastes like the citrus cleaner they use. Drinks are amazing and affordable, but they really need to clean the materials used to make the taiyaki.

The people who work here are completely unprofessional and very usurious. I do not recommend coming here. The business is generally very poor and anti-Salentary, and the employees are not in a good mood.

What a frustrating experience! The cashier was super friendly at first, telling us to download their app for 30% off our first order and have points for our orders. She even promised to make sure the discount went through - yeah, right! The weirdest thing happened - I was just holding my phone , and the machine just took the payment without me even tapping my phone. And guess what? No discount. When I pointed it out, the cashier said she'd call the manager to void it, but then she just started making our drinks?! Like, hello? Shouldn't you fix the payment first? By the time our order was ready (which felt like forever), she basically shrugged us off and said she couldn't do anything. She should have told us from the start that we should order through the app for us to get that discount. Talk about bad customer service! To make matters worse, our drinks were a mess. I asked for less ice, but my cup was practically overflowing with it. My sister's veryberry drink was supposed to be 50 less sugar, but it tasted like syrup. And the boba? Hard and undercooked. Definitely not worth the price or the hassle. Our family won't be back. I'd recommend checking out bonbon tea or cafe86 instead.
