Ordered food online for pickup. When I went in, they were ahead of schedule and handed me my order, and were accommodating to requests. The food itself was standard, although could have been tossed in the wing sauce more. The fries and ranch were delicious as always. Will return again.

The atmosphere here can be a hit or miss at times. But the staff and the food are phenomenal. They do thier absolute best to make your food the taste great. Staff are always overwhelmed by orders and calls but I mean, it’s great location, great service and great staff. but I will admit that they have gotten a 1-2 orders wrong from the 70 that I’ve ordered. so, 98% accurate orders.

I tried to call the place and place a order they never picked up there phone so i couldn't make a order. Tried to place an order another day and they also never answered there phone. Overall good food.

I always enjoy wingstop, but this location gave me wings with bones rather than boneless. I shouldn't have to check my food before I leave. My return to that location is unlikely. I'm not a fan of having to pay more for dipping sauce. Every restaurant seems to want to nickel and dime you now a days.

After several horrific experiences I could no longer hold back. Quality: - 5 ⭐️ food quality is terrible. Over cooked fries, undercooked wings and always barely sauced. Quantity: - 2⭐️ the always skimp on sauce and fries. Service: -10⭐️ The absolute worst entitled employees. Delivery -5⭐️ although via 3rd part POSTMATES, is always a min of 40 min in addition to the original projected 50 min time. Postmates then ops for the “we can’t control quality position “ The store/app always assigns way too many orders to one driver and compromises quality of the food, timely delivery and the overall general experience. With no regard to customers experience or EXPENSES. Employees: -3 ⭐️ They speak to you as if you should be happy they are at work. *During the Pandemic we had no choice but order deliver and use delivery platforms. I am opting to NOT use 3P ordering platforms going fwd I will order direct. Secondly I WILL NEVER EVER EAT FROM THIS LOCATION AGAIN. I have lost so much money and wasted so much time with this location.

The Food is Good BUT the Restaurant and Service is Horrible. The Dinning Area was Filthy. Every Table Practically Needed to be Cleaned. Not like the Place was Busy but the Seating Area Needed to be Cleaned. It took almost 30 minutes to get My Food. I saw 2 People After Me Place there Order and Received there Food. And Not like My Order was Difficult or was My Order Huge. There was No Ketchup and No Ice in the Machine. Outta All the Workers there Nobody Could Clean Up the Dinning Area, Fill the Ice Machine or get some Ketchup...SMH

2024 UPDATE. HONEST REVIEW. DON'T ORDER DELIVERY. - Delivery takes up to 1 hour and 20 - 30 minutes extra. By then, food is cold. They use postmates and the drivers always leave food or drinks behind. The last time the driver even say it was because I didn't tip. Note: I tip cash in person vs through he app. ORDERING pickup? The last time I stepped in to pick up, there was a gang related male extremely mad yelling at employees smashing things and even went behind the kitchen digging into fries and food. Manager did nothing it seams manager knew him. This location is a total mess! 2023 REVIEW. Drinks are never good here. The soda options never taste good, the tea is disgusting, they never have ice 🧊. So much Neglect.

I ordered over the phone. When I arrived, the people taking orders ignored me to take additional orders from those waiting on line. I waited patiently, but finally interrupted them so I could pay for my meals. Upon opening the container, I saw under the wings 1/4 inch of grease. The lemon pepper wings were done but had very little flavor. The skin on the hot wings was undercooked. The fries were soft. We could not eat our meals. Save your money. Rude staff and bad, yet expensive food. Do not understand how they are still open. Would give zero stars if possible.
