Ordered here multiple times and never had any issues. Staff is nice, I came in when I was having a bad day once and they treated me with kindness that really brightened it. Wings are good too so not much else to say 👍🏾

This location moves quickly. My expectations arent high for chain restaurants, but their focus on speed while delivering a quality product nets them 5-stars. Only constructive feedback I have is to send someone out to clean the dine-in tables more frequently during peak hours so that guests don't have to clean them themselves. They have parking in the back, and you can enter from the back as well

I was irritated that online ordering was off tonight. So I ordered over the the phone.. I could tell they were extra busy. But when I walked in the staff was getting it done. They were friendly, working hard, and very well organized.. shout out to Ryan for be welcoming during such a busy time.. and for not running out of breath while working the stove, drink machine and serving food

The atmosphere here can be a hit or miss at times. But the staff and the food are phenomenal. They do thier absolute best to make your food the taste great. Staff are always overwhelmed by orders and calls but I mean, it’s great location, great service and great staff. but I will admit that they have gotten a 1-2 orders wrong from the 70 that I’ve ordered. so, 98% accurate orders.

Ordered food online for pickup. When I went in, they were ahead of schedule and handed me my order, and were accommodating to requests. The food itself was standard, although could have been tossed in the wing sauce more. The fries and ranch were delicious as always. Will return again.

It’s placed in a kinda sketchy area but nothing crazy. Lots of online orders so the wait time is long. Workers r nice and friendly, wing stop wings r fire but idk abt they fries. I asked for well done on them and they were still soggy🤦🏽‍♀️. They were kind enough to give me 9 wings even though i ask for a 6 piece, bless their heart.

Once we got inside, they had all the tables taken even though it's a small place and had other people waiting for their order. I got the 10 piece traditional wings with lemon pepper and original hot for my spices. I was told it would take about 30 minutes. Once all my friends ordered, a table open up so we sat there until they called our name. It took a lot 20 minutes and then we left to go eat back at the house. I thought my wings were good, there wasn't a lot of meat but it was still good. The Cajun fries that my friends got were also delicious as well.

The Food is Good BUT the Restaurant and Service is Horrible. The Dinning Area was Filthy. Every Table Practically Needed to be Cleaned. Not like the Place was Busy but the Seating Area Needed to be Cleaned. It took almost 30 minutes to get My Food. I saw 2 People After Me Place there Order and Received there Food. And Not like My Order was Difficult or was My Order Huge. There was No Ketchup and No Ice in the Machine. Outta All the Workers there Nobody Could Clean Up the Dinning Area, Fill the Ice Machine or get some Ketchup...SMH

Postmates then ops for the “we can’t control quality position “ The store/app always assigns way too many orders to one driver and compromises quality of the food, timely delivery and the overall general experience. With no regard to customers experience or EXPENSES. Employees: -3 ⭐️ They speak to you as if you should be happy they are at work. *During the Pandemic we had no choice but order deliver and use delivery platforms. I am opting to NOT use 3P ordering platforms going fwd I will order direct. Secondly I WILL NEVER EVER EAT FROM THIS LOCATION AGAIN. I ordered over the phone. When I arrived, the people taking orders ignored me to take additional orders from those waiting on line. I waited patiently, but finally interrupted them so I could pay for my meals. Upon opening the container, I saw under the wings 1/4 inch of grease. The lemon pepper wings were done but had very little flavor. The skin on the hot wings was undercooked. The fries were soft. We could not eat our meals. Save your money. Rude staff and bad, yet expensive food. Do not understand how they are still open. Would give zero stars if possible.

I ordered ahead. Then when I got there (1:20 p.m) 21 minutes after email was sent (12:59 p.m) I saw that they were busy and that's fine, it's a football playoff weekend. So I figure I'd get in line to check if my food was ready and not shout to workers if my order was ready. After the man took 2 orders, 1 of which the customers card was declined and left, he asked if it was pickup or an order. I informed him it was a pickup. He went back and it hadn't been started. I noticed they were cooking larger baskets of wings 50-60 at a time. Which I thought was strange because wing stop normally cooks wings in small batches as ordered. But I dismissed that to maybe it was someone else who actually ordered a large amount. However, I then saw the gentleman who helped me was picking out my 20 bone-in all flats order out of a separate basket to toss my wings in my favorite Mango Habañero sauce. Then the girl brought up my order and I had her repeat the order to me and it was correct so I left. I then get home open the box excited to eat while watching the game to be very disappointed and upset to find that the wings were overcooked, crunchy, and small. I spend over $25 and at no point did I rush the guy (check the cameras). I gave him my name and he went to find my order then proceeded to grab my all flats out of a larger basket they probably and most likely cooked well done. I've gave this Wing Stop a chance for the last time. Take my advice and do not visit this wing stop. Until they get some regular attention to detail with cooking them for small batch ordered like they are supposed to be. It is not worth anyone's business and I will personally spread the word for others to not spend money at this franchise!!!

The last time I stepped in to pick up, there was a gang related male extremely mad yelling at employees smashing things and even went behind the kitchen digging into fries and food. Manager did nothing it seams manager knew him. This location is a total mess! 2023 REVIEW. Drinks are never good here. The soda options never taste good, the tea is disgusting, they never have ice 🧊. So much Neglect.
