Domino's

My experience has been nothing like the reviews I'm seeing here. Maybe they got new management? For me, so far so good. Placing my 3rd order in 2 months. They always deliver quickly and the pizza's are always hot. I love the online ordering because you can really pick what you want with nobody waiting for you to hurry up over the phone. Finally, if you have not ordered Dominos in the past few years, you are missing out.

The team from this Domino's on Diablo Blvd is outstanding across the board. I have always been treated with the best customer service. Excellent tasting pizza and food items. Staff is extremely pleasant over the phone when I first started (I'm a new senior darnit, needed help). Delivery times are impeccable right on time. Delivery staff follows CDC guidelines and provide outstanding customer service. This is now many deliveries, although it's tough on a fixed income delivery is about my only option. If you are ever really busy, I don't mind a delay on my food, I'm easy. Thanks to all of the staff! Warmest Regards. - Dale

App is really easy. I got to say that the pizza and the new apple dip cinnamon twists were really delicious. I hope they become a permanent item. The chocolate lava cake is the best in the fast food industry.They always remember my dipping sauces. There is a Latina around 22 years old there after 5 PM that is always so nice

Haven't been to a Domino's in about 4 years. Ordered on a whim and was not disappointed. Its a great alternative to the other California chains and is more cost efficient.

Confusing times because if covid-19. It's not clear what the rules are. Do you call and wait outside? Or do you go in? Same good pizza at great cheap prices though.

Online ordering was a little complicated. But it worked. Picked it up at the time I wanted and it was hot and ready. Since it's close to where I live, picking up is easier and faster. Heard they have had trouble with the delivery. Can't comment on that. But the pizza is quite good and the price is reasonable.

The pizza was hella good, the best ive had in a while. I ordered a hand made pan pizza with half Hawaiian and half meaty. Soooo yummy! The crust was soft and tastey. All the ingredients were fresh amd cooked perfectly. I had to order again.

Experiences when ordering and quality of product has drastically improved under management provided by Charles and less turn over. The only thing left to be fixed is online accuracy around delivery times and status of order. The system has never been correct. I was promised 20-25 minute delivery but it has been over a hour. So I am a bit frustrated.

Love the coupons send to my phone also n app. But I noticed the cheaper coupon is the less meat and topping they put on my pizzas. Then when I don't use cheaper coupons. Nicer portions of meat and topping are givin to me. Not fare. So this is why don't order as often as I would like. Hope it changes . The customer service is always good. Can't complain about, their Staff always friendly to me.

I always place my order with the Domino's app & tracker. When the tracker tells me it's getting close, I drive down to do a carryout for my order. When I get there the tracker on the wall says it's done, so does my app. But it is never ready when I walk in and still have to wait 5-10 minutes. I love the convenience of ordering, but I don't care for the wait when I get there.

I wanted to eat the pizza at the restaurant but the tables were dirty and so was the floor. I asked to use the bathroom and they told me it was only for workers, I asked for napkins and the lady told me they were "discontinued." I won't buy from this store again with that service.

Horrid experience with this business. So bad that we now own a Dominos bag because the driver left it, full of our pizzas on the roof of his car. Zero response from management and owners. Looks like we're reaching out to corporate to file an official complaint against the driver and the owners.

Ordered 2 pizzas that never got delivered , I have tried contacting this place for a refund for almost a month and have been ignored every time Waste of money at its finest

Terrible I over there often but no one speaks English. I think this store need more diversity.

ordered a pizza 20 minutes before closing. decided not to deliver and refund my purchase. i work in the food industry, i know how it is but to reject a delivery because is not the way to go. ill be calling in the next day or 2.

I usually get a 3 topping with the thin crust. This time I got the regular crust and it wasn't cooked all the way, the toppings were skimpy and I don't know what's up with the cheese. It doesn't stretch.

I was on the phone on hold for over 40 minutes and during that time I was hung up on me 2 times. Ugh Ugh Ugh

I ordered online for pick up so I wouldn't have to wait too long...still took over an hour to get two large pizzas:(

First time experience with domino pizza and was very disappointed. Not sure if it was this particular restaurant or the chain as a whole, ordered buffalo chicken bites that more grease and burnt edges than actual chicken. The sauce on the pizza overpowered every other flavor. The dining area looked more like a business closing down and not a restaurant in the middle of the day on a weekend. The restroom were filthy and had not had any attention, no toilet paper and trash every where.

I went to the store in Novato Ordered 3 pizzas,cheese bread. When we got home we found anchovies on our pizzas! Eww We called and told them we needed 2 new pizzas cause it was supposed to have artichokes on the pizzas. I guess we click the wrong item,I don't know. But they refused to remake the pizzas and on top of that charge us for new ones. Worst customer service ever!!! I won't be back there that's for sure Oh and not to mention my son's girlfriend is allergic to shellfish. She had to take benadryl To stop the reaction. They eventually said they would refund my money. All I wanted to do was eat, Really?????!!!!

I ordered a pizza salad and bbq and salad and with tip paid $35 and I am out my money and never got my order my wife was home and she never knew I ordered dinner I called them back to ask why I never got my order they made me feel like I lied and was a criminal! The sad thing is after 30 years of buying from them ended as well I will get red boy or round table and choose to eat anything else but from. There from now on they took my business is away for life I hope they change but they won't I will miss there product and I don't expect an opology either considerine there way of doing business

So many times I've ordered from this place, regrettably, where to begin? Their drivers take literally (1 to 2+ hours) just to deliver. There was also the time I went into the store in person to get my food, let's just say the girl that was there in the store just...shouldn't work there if her attitude is going to be rude. If there was another dominos store in Novato, I for sure would go there, than this place in a heart beat.

I waited 2 hours for myself pizza to come then finally called them and they never answered. THEY STULL HAVENT CALLED BACK! This happened also one day when I was waiting for some on my birthday. Their service SUCKS! It sounds like they like to pick and choose who they give good service to.... I’m pissed rn. I’m starving as well. If they come to my door imma cuss them out.

I will give zero stars if I could!!!! My order was never delivered to me. I was told they couldn’t help me because they couldn’t speak English on the day of the delivery. Now I am trying to get a refund, and I am told I can’t get a refund, but they can give me my order for free if I order a brownie…. Meaning I have to pay for a brownie, and then I can get my order…. How about give me my money!!!! What type of establishment doesn’t take care of its customers.

I ordered my pizza at 9pm on a Monday night and waited two hours only for it to show up and be the wrong pizza. It was even in a box that was labeled correctly for the pizza I ordered they just didn’t even bother putting the correct pizza inside. Literally the slowest and worst Dominos I’ve ever had the misfortune of working with.

If you want food poisoning this is the best place to go. First time having food poisoning was from eating here

The front desk staff at our hotel orders from here at least 7 times a week and we all get the same thing every time. Today when our order was delivered one of the sandwiches came with tons of red bell peppers on it. The sandwich is supposed to come with green peppers and onions which we order without those two things. The manager on duty said that her menu is different from the online menu and the take out menus and her personal menu says to add them. We've been ordering this sandwich since they opened and it has never come with red peppers. She said she'd send out a new sandwich but nobody showed up and they didn't refund the card

Now that being said, our family lets things things fly by when there is bad customer service or they mix up our order but this is seriously a health hazard. When we called the Manager from this restaurant he didnt even APOLOGIZE and he quickly hung up. So just be carefull and take a quick look at everything in your order before you take a bite of your "fresh" food .

Only dominoes in the area that up charges $5 for garlic parm sauce ($10 if you want extra) instead of red sauce on pizza. I only ever go to the Mill Valley or San Rafael locations because of this.

The first time I ordered delivery and had them redeliver. The second time I ordered pick up. Lowkey biting myself for not checking the pizza upon pickup but also I was in a time crunch and had to leave asap. When I went in to pay the lady working said that they had just done a big order. I left a tip since I get what it’s like to work in food service. I was kind and patient. When I got home and my boyfriend told me there was no Buffalo sauce on the pizza I immediately called the store for a refund as I did not have the time to go back. They told me they can’t refund a partial order. Then I said that’s ridiculous since they messed up my food. Then they said they could give me a store credit and I demanded they give me my money. I talked nicely but firm and the lady on the phone just was not helpful at all. After going back and forth she said she would have to reverse the charge and then recharge me for the rest of the food. At that point they should have just refunded the whole order and secondly why did I have to argue with the person on the phone to get the refund. If you ask me it seems like that person was being lazy.

The Domino's that serves my neighborhood is terrible. Last year they delivered my entire order to another house and we never got our food. Tonight we gave them another try. We ordered at 7:15 pm, it is now 8:53 and NO PIZZA. Ugh, why do we even order Domino's ever?! Even better they do NOT answer their phones to see what is going on with your order! Poor delivery people. Lame. Dumb. Tired and hungry. Poor management. Less than 1 star.

I ordered a pizza here at 11:30 on a Saturday morning, by 12:30 AM if it’s still hadn’t been delivered, but it was marked as delivered on the tracker. Also, at noon I called to verify why my pizza was taking so long which to the manager responded it would only be another 20 minutes by 1240 the pizza still hadn’t been delivered. It was marked as delivered. I called the manager to request a refund. She hung up the phone and hang up every time I called

Ordered online at 7:37PM, they called me one minute later and informed me that they are backed up and busy and it will be about two hours before my order can be delivered. They called me back at 8:14PM and offered free bread sticks and wings for the inconvenience, and stated it would be another two and a half hour for the wait. I waited two hours called them back at 10:00PM I was starving at this point and I was hung up on twice. Finally I called them back at 10:51PM and canceled the order. I will never order from them again, and I hope no one has to experience a four hour wait for a pizza.

I had called the store and talked to the manager who told me their computers had been "acting up" and telling people inaccurate times so I asked when she thought the pizza would arrive. She told me the driver left to deliver my pizza about 6-7 minutes prior to my calling and that he should arrive any minute. That was at 12:30am. I love Domino's pizzas and have never had any serious problems with them but this is ridiculous. I cant even call the store anymore because the call gets automatically rejected since their business hours are closed at 1am. I am very mad because I live 6 minutes from the store and even if the driver had to deliver other pizzas there is no reason he should take an hour and 20 min AFTER the "corrected time" the manager told me at 12:30am
